Eliminating the “SMALL PEOPLE”

This week the Chairman of BP Oil made a comment which has stunned many of the victims of the worst oil spill disaster this nation has ever seen. After a White House meeting with President Barack Obama, BP Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg told reporters he cares about the small people living along the Gulf coast.

Just who are the “SMALL PEOPLE”?

I would like to argue that the ELITES have defined the “Small People” for decades as the poor, “unfit” , underprivileged, and minorities. This dates back to the ELITE eugenics movement and the idea that they had to “Take care of or eliminate” the poor from among us. One of the places they published their racist, elite writings was in a publication called the Birth Control Review.

Planned Parenthood Founder, Margaret Sanger was the publisher the BIRTH CONTROL REVIEW. She was a card carrying member of the racist American Eugenics Society and she allowed racist eugenic minded writers to be published in the review.

Here is a small sample :

But there can be no reasonable doubt that, whatever the exact proportion of defective children born of defective parents, sterilization here would be personally, socially, and eugenically helpful, although it could not be possible in this way to eliminate the mentally unfit element in the population. It would only be a beginning.”
Birth Control Review April 1933 , p. 104: Birth Control and Sterilization
By HAVELOCK ELLIS

“However, it is interesting to note that there is no hesitation to Interfere with the course of nature when we desire to eliminate or prevent a superfluity of rodents, insects, or other pests, but when it comes to the elimination of the immeasurably more dangerous human pest, we blindly adhere to the inconsistent dogmatic doctrine that man has a perfect right to control all nature with the exception of himself…But when it comes to throwing up impediments and barriers in the path of an unbridled flood of human scum, we reverse our attitude and not only allow but actually encourage and assist the flood to work its devastation….There is but one infallible method of making the race better, that method is the making of a better
race. Such is the purpose of eugenics”
The Purpose of Eugenics, By John Duvall, Dangerous Human Pests, Birth Control Review December 1924.

BIRTH CONTROL 1s an immediate problem of individuals, families and groups. Modern science as gathered a convincing array of facts and figures demonstrating its superlative need, especially among those in the lower social and economic strata…why should we not, so far as maybe, prevent the production of the unfit and thus eliminate the destructive struggle for existence itself by rendering it unnecessary?
Philanthropy of the Highest Type By JUDGE WALTER F FREAR, Birth Control Review: May 1932

“Man’s modern civilization has done practically all that it can to eliminate the factor of natural selection and it is quite proper. I believe, from a point of view of Christian ideals, that should be so. Of course, natural selection is a cruel taskmaster. It doesn’t bother about the sentimental or emotional side of life whatever. It eliminates the weak, it encourages the fit or the strong” Unnatural Selection and its Resulting Obligations by CC Little, Birth Control Review , August 1926.

… if the Negro is to be eliminated, he must be eliminated slowly so as not to hurt any living individual Negroes.” An American Dilemma, Gunnar Myrdal Chapter Seven, page 168.

Those whom we could not get rid of in the rice paddies of Vietnam we now propose to exterminate if necessary, eliminate if possible, in the OB wards and gynecology clinics of our urban hospitals.” Jesse Jackson, 1971.

I believe the entire question of abortions is just one more in the continuous series of events to eliminate the Black population.” Father George Clements, Jet Magazine, 1973.

The Negro Project was initiated in 1939 by Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood. The Negro Project was but a precursor to what eugenicists wanted to implement on a much larger scale.

“The main objectives of the [proposed] Population Congress is to…apply a stern and rigid policy of sterilization and segregation to that grade of population whose progeny is already tainted, or whose inheritance is such that objectionable traits may be transmitted to offspring.”

– Margaret Sanger, “Plan for Peace”, 1932 Senate hearings

Planned Parenthood Founder, Margaret Sanger, in a letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble dated December 19, 1939, made this statement:

“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. The minister’s work is also important and also he should be trained, perhaps by the Federation [of Eugenicists] as to our ideals and the goal that we hope to reach. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Clarence Gamble, mentioned above funded the North Carolina Eugenics Society. Click Here : Clarence Gamble. Gamble also supported Margaret Sanger’s Birth Control Movement. Sanger fand many of her board members and presidents were members of the American Eugenics Society.

( Interview From the film: Maafa21)

In 1969, Alan Guttmacher as then President of Planned Parenthood-World Population, said this: “ I would like to give our voluntary means of population control full opportunity in the next 10 to 12 years. Then , if these don’t succeed, we may have to go into some kind of coercion, not worldwide, but possibly in such places as India, Pakistan, and Indonesia, where pressures are the greatest…There is no question that birth rates can be reduced all over the world if legal abortion is introduced…” ( SOURCE: Family Planning: The needa and the Methods, by: Alan F. Guttmacher; The American Journal of Nursing, Vol. 69, No. 6. (June, 1969) PP. 1229-1234)

And in February of 1970 Alan Guttmacher was interviewed by the Baltimore Magazine and said this
Our birth rate has come down since we last talked.. I think we’ve hit a plateau- the figure’s not likely to drop much more unless there is more legal abortion. , or abortion on request as we call it…My own feeling is that we’ve got to pull out all the stops and involve the United Nations…If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the Black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage.”

Maafa21shows the connection from slavery and eugenics ( which the State of North Carolina was heavily involved in) to abortion and black genocide today. One African-American pastor and 1960’s civil rights activist said, “I had always been suspicious about some of this stuff, but this film connects the dots in a way I never really understood before.” Another described it as “lightening in a bottle” and said that for the first time in his life he has a tool to educate the African-American community about the abortion lobby’s real agenda.

you can start immediately to eliminate the barely educated, unhealthy and poor segment of our country. No, I’m not advocating some sort of mass extinction of these unfortunate people. Crime, drugs and disease are already doing that.” • “I am not proposing that you send federal agents armed with Depo-Provera dart guns to the ghetto. You should use persuasion rather than coercion.” • “Our survival depends upon our developing a population where everyone contributes. We don’t need more cannon fodder. We don’t need more parishioners. We don’t need more cheap labor. We don’t need more poor babies.
Ron Weddington in a letter to President Bill Clinton. Weddington is the ex-husband of Sarah Weddington, the lawyer who successfully argued for the legalization of abortion in the Roe vs Wade case

Recently , Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg let the cat out of the bag as to the reason for legalizing abortion with Roe , when she told New York Times Magazine Reporter, Emily Bazelon that, “I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.

Who are the “Small People?”

Well the The “Populations” Ginsburg referred to in that interview is clearly defined in, a the documented film about Black Genocide: Maafa21. Get Maafa21 here – and see just who the “SMALL PEOPLE” are to the wealthy elites !

Regarding the Oil Spill Louisiana St. Bernard Parish President Craig Taffaro said it plainly, “I would be betting the plan is to let us die.”
