Image: Aiding Abusers Sex Abuse Cover Up at Planned Parenthood Recorded Cases

Is Planned Parenthood an enabler where sexual abuse is concerned, because of its failure to report suspected abuse, leaving victims vulnerable? According to a new docuseries released this week by Live Action, Aiding Abusers, the answer is yes. The nation’s number one abortion corporation has failed to report sexual abuse many times — even child sexual abuse. The compelling evidence contained in Live Action’s Aiding Abusers docuseries and investigative report includes undercover investigations, witness testimony, and court documents, along with news reports showing that sexual abuse victims continued to be abused because of Planned Parenthood’s apparent “don’t ask/don’t tell” practices on reporting sexual abuse.

Today, as society takes a stand against complicity in covering sexual abuse through social media campaigns such as #MeToo and #TimesUp, Planned Parenthood, a corporation which has profits of millions of dollars a year and receives half a billion in taxpayer dollars annually, must also be held accountable.

Live Action president and founder Lila Rose stated in a press release:

Despite Planned Parenthood’s public rhetoric as well as laws requiring it to report suspected abuse, its failure to report has been deliberate and widespread. Time and again, rather than reporting abuse to authorities, Planned Parenthood has repeatedly looked the other way and performed abortions on victims as young as 12 years old. These girls deserved advocacy but instead Planned Parenthood staff ignored their abuse and returned them to the waiting arms of their abusers.

Because of flagrant violations like these, the proposed Title X rule tightening on reporting abuse is absolutely necessary. Planned Parenthood has proven that its priority is selling abortions, not caring for the most vulnerable of girls. Planned Parenthood’s culture of cover-up must end, the cycle of abuse of innocent children must end, and Planned Parenthood’s half a billion dollars in annual federal funding must end. Taxpayers cannot be forced to subsidize these abuses of children.

Live Action is releasing this report as the Time’s Up movement is exposing both sexual abusers and those who help them cover up their crimes — the people who knew about the abuse but stayed silent. While Planned Parenthood has attached itself to the Time’s Up movement, the movement should be calling out Planned Parenthood for decades of enabling sexual abusers.

In the most recent of several releases in their Aiding Abusers series, Live Action details just of few of the heart wrenching criminal cases of rape and sexual abuse that have been uncovered, showing that time and again, Planned Parenthood’s response was not to protect these victims, but instead to release them back to their abusers:

CASE INFORMATION

Police report shows Planned Parenthood failed to report rape in AZ

Arizona, 2014

In 2014, a Planned Parenthood counselor “intentionally miscoded” a sexual assault report as a “consensual encounter” to avoid reporting the incident to police, according to a report by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.

The 15-year-old victim allegedly became pregnant from a rape and sought an abortion at a Tempe Planned Parenthood. The rape was perpetrated by 18-year-old Tyler Kost. According to reports, the counselor told the victim and her mother that it “wasn’t worth the hassle” to report the rape.

If the workers had reported the alleged assault, it could have jump-started a sheriff’s investigation into Kost months before he allegedly assaulted other teens at his school, court documents say.

Tyler Kost was charged with sexually assaulting 11 girls from the ages of 12 to 17, although authorities believe he assaulted additional students, according to a Fox News report.

On Feb. 10, 2017, Kost was sentenced to three years in prison in this serial sex crimes case.

Ohio, 2004

Sexual abuse victim Denise Fairbanks claims that Planned Parenthood’s “don’t ask/don’t tell” practices caused her to undergo additional abuse after she was taken to Planned Parenthood in 2004 by her father, John Blanks, who began sexually abusing her when she was just 13 years old. In her lawsuit, Fairbanks claims that she told Planned Parenthood about the abuse, but rather than help her, the workers there became complicit in covering sexual abuse by failing to report it to authorities.

Life Legal Defense Foundation, whose attorney represented Fairbanks, states on its website:

When she became pregnant at age 16, her father took her to Planned Parenthood for an abortion. Although she informed the abortion clinic staff that she was being forced to have sex, they chose not to comply with mandatory reporting procedures. The Planned Parenthood staff did not inform local law enforcement, nor did they make any further inquiries into Fairbanks’ paternal abuse. After the abortion, Fairbanks was returned to the same abusive situation, where she remained for another year-and-a-half. More than a year later, her father was apprehended through a report filed by Denise’s basketball coach, and sent to jail.

Planned Parenthood eventually settled the case. However, the victim claims that “Planned Parenthood did everything possible to try to defeat my claims and drown out my message, that when Planned Parenthood knows or suspects that a young girl is being sexually abused, it must meet its duties under the law and immediately report that abuse to the proper authorities.”

“This is just one of multiple cases that have demonstrated Planned Parenthood’s willingness to cover for sex offenders,” said Dana Cody, then Executive Director of the Life Legal Defense Foundation. Cody was referring to another example, the case of Roe v. Planned Parenthood from the same Hamilton County Court, which was resolved previously. Cody added:

“What this young woman went through as a young teenager is horrifying enough. She was forcibly raped, impregnated, forced to have an abortion, and then sent back for more abuse — a tragedy that Planned Parenthood could have prevented by simply complying with the law.”

“Ms. Fairbanks’ case, like others before it, has demonstrated a disturbing trend in Planned Parenthood practice, a continued disregard for the health and well-being of women and children.”

Ohio, 2004

“Jane Roe” was just 13 years old when her when her soccer coach, John Haller, began a sexual relationship with the child. In March of 2004, when Jane was 14, the 21-year-old coach impregnated “Jane” and took her for  an abortion at a Planned Parenthood in Southwest Ohio.

According to oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Ohio, when Haller persuaded her to have an abortion, she lied to abortion workers and said that she had been impregnated by a classmate and that her parents consented to the abortion. She gave them Haller’s cell phone number, saying it was her father’s.

Image: Planned Parenthood Ohio failed to report sexual abuse John Haller case

Planned Parenthood Ohio failed to report sexual abuse John Haller case

Planned Parenthood called the number but made no effort to verify that the person they were getting consent from was her father and not her abuser. They also didn’t obtain written parental consent, but merely verbal consent from an unknown person on the other end of the line. In fact, the victim’s parents never provided consent for the abortion.

Haller then took “Jane” to Planned Parenthood for an abortion, claiming to be her stepbrother. Despite her age, the abortion center did not report any suspected abuse to authorities. Shortly after the abortion, Haller resumed having sex with “Jane.” As a result of a subsequent report made by a teacher, Haller was later found guilty of seven counts of sexual battery.

Jane’s parents later filed a civil suit seeking damages from Planned Parenthood, alleging:

  1. Planned Parenthood intentionally violated Ohio’s informed consent laws for failing to meet with the teen 24 hours in advance of the abortion (instead, they let Haller pick up some documents from their offices to take to Jane);
  2. Planned Parenthood failed to obtain their written consent for the abortion;
  3. Planned Parenthood failed to notify police or a child services agency of suspected sexual abuse of a minor.

Planned Parenthood settled the case. After a criminal investigation, Haller was convicted of seven counts of sexual battery.

Washington, 2017

According to a November 2017 Court of Appeals document from the state of Washington, George Savanah repeatedly raped his daughter and impregnated her when she was 14, 16, and 17 years old, then took her to Planned Parenthood to cover his crimes. The court document reveals that Savanah took the victim to two different Planned Parenthood facilities for abortion procedures.

As Live Action News previously reported, the court record also indicates that no one else knew about the child’s pregnancies [except for the two abortion facilities] and that the victim had never had sex with anyone but Savanah.

Father impregnates daughter three times and takes her to Planned Parenthood

The sexual assaults only became public once the victim, not Planned Parenthood, spoke to her aunt about the abuse, nearly seven years after the victim was taken for her first abortion at Planned Parenthood. Savanah was eventually convicted of two counts of third degree rape of a child and two counts of first degree incest. Savanah was sentenced to 120 months plus 18 months community custody, which he appealed.

Colorado, 2012

A lawsuit filed against Rocky Mountain Planned Parenthood and several of its staffers revealed that after a 13-year-old child became pregnant by her stepfather, Timothy David Smith, he brought her to Planned Parenthood to cover up his crime. Tragically, according to the court documentnot one of the four staffers with whom the victim interacted bothered to inquire about the circumstances of her pregnancy, or even verified her relationship with Smith.

Image: Planned Parenthood Colorado failed to report sexual abuse Timothy D Smith case

The document states, in part:

On May 3, 2012, R.Z. was thirteen (13) years of age and had been the victim of sexual abuse by her step-father, Timothy David Smith (“Smith”) for approximately seven (7) years… Approximately three weeks prior to May 3, 2012, R.Z. took a pregnancy test at the direction of Smith, due to concerns that she might be pregnant. The test indicated that R.Z. was pregnant. A few days to a week before May 3, 2012, Smith pressured R.Z. to call Planned Parenthood to make an appointment for an abortion. The appointment for an abortion was scheduled for May 3, 2012 at Planned Parenthood’s 7155 East 38th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80207, location. On May 3, 2012, Smith transported R.Z. to Planned Parenthood’s facility… for her appointment and accompanied her inside the facility. In connection with the abortion, Planned Parenthood required certain forms to be completed. Although R.Z. wrote her date of birth and signed some of the forms, the majority of the forms were completed by Smith, and R.Z. did not read them…

The lawsuit goes on to state that no one at Planned Parenthood spoke to the victim about potential sexual abuse nor verified her relationship with Smith.

In a shocking admission during a deposition in the case, one employee stated that “being 13 and pregnant alone is not a red flag” for possible abuse, in Planned Parenthood’s opinion.

Months after the abortion, the abuse ended after the victim reported it to her mother.

California, 2010

Edgar Ramirez raped his 13-year-old daughter and impregnated her two times, resulting in two abortions at Planned Parenthood.

According to court documents, the first abortion occurred in July 2010. But rather than suspecting abuse when a 13-year-old child presented to Planned Parenthood as pregnant, the abortionist simply committed the procedure and advised the victim (again, only 13 years old) not to have sex for three weeks after her abortion.

Image: Planned Parenthood California failed to report sexual abuse Edgar Ramirez case

Planned Parenthood California failed to report sexual abuse Edgar Ramirez case

Following that abortion, court documents showed Ramirez resumed having sex with the child “a couple of days later.”

Then, within a few months, Ramirez got his daughter pregnant again, resulting in a second Planned Parenthood abortion, at which time the abortionist implanted an IUD to prevent additional pregnancies. Ramirez wasn’t arrested until the spring of 2011, after the child reported the abuse to police.

According to the court document, the trial court sentenced Ramirez to life in prison.

Arizona, 2002

23-year-old Shawn M. Stevens impregnated his young victim not once, but twice, and each time he turned to Planned Parenthood for an abortion to cover his crimes. A timeline from the lawsuitindicates that on November 10, 1998, the victim, a 12-year-old child, referred to in court documents as “Jane Roe,” was taken by Stevens to Planned Parenthood for the first abortion.

Image: Planned Parenthood Arizona failed to report sexual abuse Shawn M Stevens case

Planned Parenthood Arizona failed to report sexual abuse Shawn M Stevens case

The abortion corporation not only committed the abortion on the girl, but failed to suspect that a pregnant 12-year-old child might be the victim of abuse, and therefore, she was handed back over to Stevens to be abused for an additional six months. By the time the victim turned 13, Stevens had again impregnated the child again. So, Stevens did what many other pedophiles have done. He turned again to Planned Parenthood. On May 6, 1999, he took the child for a second abortion. According to the case, “Only after the second abortion did Planned Parenthood notify authorities on May 11, 1999,” and media reports indicate that Stevens was arrested in June of that same year and sentenced in 2000 to five years in prison and lifetime probation.

Image: article Girls Sues Planned Parenthood failed to report sexual abuse Shawn M Stevens Case

Girls Sues Planned Parenthood failed to report sexual abuse Shawn M Stevens Case

But even the timeline surrounding when Planned Parenthood reported the abuse is disturbing and indicates that they waited five days after the abortion to care to say anything to the authorities. Given this timeframe, it would seem that the sexually abused child was handed back over to her abuser a second time after visiting the abortion business. As a result, the victim sued Planned Parenthood of Central and Northern Arizona along with several others for failing to report the abuse.

The lawsuit states in part:

“Had Planned Parenthood properly reported the incident to authorities, the perpetrator of the child molestation and sexual exploitation would have been apprehended by authorities and Jane Doe would not have had to go through a second abortion procedure. As a direct and proximate result of the gross negligence of Planned Parenthood, Jane Doe has suffered physical pain, humiliation, emotional distress, and permanent psychological damages…Plaintiff alleges that the second procedure may have caused permanent physical injury to Jane Doe.”

In 2002, the Associated Press reported that the judge found Planned Parenthood negligent in the case. In court papers, the organization defended not reporting the abortion because “it does not follow that the negligence caused damages,” and “no reporting would have been required if she had been eight months older,” the AP reported.

Stevens was charged with two counts of sexual conduct with a minor and sentenced in 2000 to five years in prison and lifetime probation.

Pennsylvania, 2013

In 2013, Pennsylvania Department of Health inspectors conducted an annual survey of a Philadelphia Planned Parenthood. They discovered that while some female patients admitted to being sexually active since the ages of 11 and 12, in at least six instances, the abortion provider did not inquire about the possibility of sexual abuse, nor did staff report the cases to authorities, as required by law.

Live Action is among several organizations to document the repeated and systemic abuse cover-upsat Planned Parenthood, publishing several cases (herehere, and here). And, tragically, additional cases will be published in reports by Live Action regarding the Aiding Abusers series.

As stated in Live Action’s investigative report, “Live Action has documented many of Planned Parenthood’s failures and cover-ups, many other groups, such as Alliance Defending Freedom, Life Legal Defense Foundation, Life Dynamics, Americans United for Life, and others, have participated in legal actions or have collected reams of documents from lawsuits, court filings, and regulatory agency reports. Their work has contributed significantly to Live Action’s report.”

While society is demanding that Hollywood, the media, and other institutions and industries be held to account for complicity in covering sexual abuse, this abortion corporation continues to receive a pass at the expense of the victims they are legally required to protect.

Just listen to the words of sexual abuse victim Denise Fairbanks, whose case was highlighted in the videos:

She’s out there. Somewhere. A girl just like me. Somewhere there’s a young innocent girl—barely a teenager. And right now, she’s suffering from the horrors of sexual abuse at the hands of an adult as I did. Somewhere “that girl” is getting raped. Like I was. Impregnated. Like I was. And she may be taken to a Planned Parenthood abortion center. Like I was.

“That girl” may actually be telling Planned Parenthood that she’s being abused. Probably by her boyfriend. In my case, I was abused by my own father…

For six years Planned Parenthood did everything possible to try to defeat my claims and drown out my message, that when Planned Parenthood knows or suspects that a young girl is being sexually abused, it must meet its duties under the law and immediately report that abuse to the proper authorities.

The cases, according to Live Action president and founder Lila Rose, “show a systemic pattern of behavior at Planned Parenthood who claims that sexual assault victims come to its facilities on a daily basis.”

In future video releases, Live Action will continue to demonstrate how Planned Parenthood’s cover-ups aid abusers, and why this organization should be investigated and defunded immediately.

California pedophile uses Planned Parenthood abortion to cover rape

Does it bother any of our law officials or lawmakers that abortion clinics are performing abortions on girls who are victims of predatory sexual assault and returning them to the predators without reporting it? It bothers me. I spent many years gathering evidence of this kind of abuse for a report published by the Texas pro-life group, Life Dynamics only a few years ago. The actual case summaries published in that report will make your stomach turn. It horrified me to read the graphic details of a child being abused and then in many cases returned to the rapist after receiving an abortion. Tragically, I have yet another case to report involving a pregnant teen who was taken for an abortion at a Planned Parenthood to cover the sexual abuse of yet another pedophile.

Grey David Woods met his victim in 2007. She was the 12 year-old daughter of a girlfriend he eventually moved in with when, for the first time, according to the court document Woods began “touching” the child. Woods continued his abuse and when the little girl told her mother, her pleas were ignored. Eventually, Woods who physically abused and photographed the child, daily began to have sexual intercourse with the victim and sadly her own mother participated as well.

In the fall of 2010, the victim who was 15 years old, learned that she was pregnant. Woods and the child’s mother told her to get an abortion. So, according to the document, in mid-January 2011, the mother drove the teen to a California Planned Parenthood facility to undergo an abortion procedure. The child was in her second trimester requiring a two-day procedure. To cover for her pedophile boyfriend, the mother told the staff at Planned Parenthood that an unnamed boy had gotten the teen pregnant. And, that was all Planned Parenthood apparently needed to hear, because, according to the document, they performed the procedure. The victim did not tell the truth about what had happened because she was concerned that she would get in trouble, and/or that her mother would get in trouble. Less than two weeks after the victim had the abortion, Wood resumed having sex with her.

After several more months of abuse, in January of 2012, the victim called the police on Woods because he became violent towards her and her mother. Tragically, she did not tell police about the sexual abuse for fear she would get taken away from her mother. Shortly after this incident, the victim went to Virginia to live with a friend. It wasn’t until the summer of 2012 when police were alerted to the sexual abuse, almost two years after the child’s abortion at Planned Parenthood.

On August 9,2012, Wood’s new girlfriend whom he met online, contacted the sheriff’s department after she discovered that two computer memory sticks Wood’s gave to her to “destroy” possessed child pornography. After police executed a search warrant and seized Woods’ computer, a forensic examiner found “thousands” of pornographic pictures and videos depicting the teen. As a result, Woods along with the victim’s mother were arrested.

The mother cooperated with police and plead guilty to committing lewd acts with a minor, felony child abuse, and felony accessory after the fact. A California jury convicted Woods on 16 counts of sexual abuse of his girlfriend’s underage daughter. Wood’s plead guilty to a 17th count of possession of child pornography. In April of 2014, trial court sentenced Woods to life in prison without the possibility of parole, plus an additional 53 years in prison.

PP Tyler Kost Zero Tolerance

This is not the only case where a child was sexually assaulted, impregnated, and taken to either an abortion clinic or a Planned Parenthood to terminate the pregnancy and cover for the pedophile. In fact, an Arizona case charging an 18 year-old man with 27 counts of sexual assault and abuse revealed, that according to police reports, a Planned Parenthood counselor told one of the alleged victims and her mother at an abortion consultation that it “wasn’t worth the hassle” to report that the minor had been raped. After that, the perpetrator allegedly committed additional offenses against four other young females.

Tyler Kost Police Report

In another case, a kidnap victim who was being kept as a sex slave, was taken to a Planned Parenthood where she was given an abortion. At no time did the tax funded abortion giant report her to authorities for possible abuse. As a result she was returned back into the hands of her abusers.

Luis GOnzalez Jose abortion planned parenthood

And when a 31 year-old illegal immigrant farm worker in Washington state raped the then-11 year old daughter of the woman he was living with causing her to become pregnant – he knew where to take her to fix the problem: to Planned Parenthood.

CBS Seattle reported the story this way:

…31-year-old Luis Gonzalez-Jose raped the girl last year while her mother was in the shower at their home in Whatcom County and then took her to a Planned Parenthood in August to get an abortion. To conceal her rapist’s identity, the girl told Planned Parenthood employees that a 14-year-old boy impregnated her.

The girl later told Whatcom County authorities that Gonzalez-Jose told her that “it would be best for her” not to have the baby.

He pleaded guilty to second-degree rape of a child in April.

In addition to actual criminal cases, Live Action has documented the irresponsible way that Planned Parenthood covers for child sexual abusers. Several undercover investigations conducted by Live Action found eight Planned Parenthood clinics in five different states were willing to cover-up sexual abuse, disregarding mandatory suspected statutory rape reporting laws. Clinics also provided instructions on how to circumvent parental consent laws.

Something needs to change.

Legal group says Planned Parenthood kept rape quiet

Alliance Defending Freedom has filed a complaint with the Arizona Department of Health Services Thursday that asks the agency to investigate a Tempe Planned Parenthood facility under a new state law that empowers such investigations. Last month, ADF attorneys joined an Arizona Life Coalition press conference that called on state prosecutors to investigate the facility for allegedly failing to report, as state law requires, the rape of a young girl by 18-year-old Tyler Kost, who then reportedly went on to sexually assault others.

TylerKost

Planned Parenthood’s main concern should be the safety of young girls, not the size of its profit margin,” said ADF Legal Counsel Natalie Decker. “Sadly, this is not an exception, and Planned Parenthood is abusing more than just taxpayer dollars. Their complicity in placing young girls at the mercy of adult male sexual predators can’t be ignored, nor should it be allowed to continue.”

Pinal County criminally charged Kost with 27 counts of sexual assault and abuse. According to police reports, a Planned Parenthood counselor told one of the alleged victims and her mother at an abortion consultation that it “wasn’t worth the hassle” to report that the minor had been raped. After that, Kost allegedly committed additional offenses against four other young females. In addition to the ADF complaint, the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has asked the Arizona attorney general to investigate Planned Parenthood concerning the incident. Citizens are doing the same through an online petition.

Tyler Kost Police Report

In addition to the Arizona situation, Planned Parenthood has been sued in Colorado and in Ohio for failing to report the sexual abuse of minors.

As the ADF complaint explains, “The allegations against Planned Parenthood AZ and its employees are not that it merely remained silent, which is itself a crime. The allegations are that Planned Parenthood deliberately misrepresented sexual abuse on a minor by Mr. Kost by deliberately miscoding a sexual assault as “consensual.…” Over and over again, in Arizona and across the country, Planned Parenthood facilities stand accused of repeatedly ignoring mandatory reporting laws, inevitably resulting in the continued victimization of young children.”

“Planned Parenthood has violated the health and safety of our daughters, putting them at risk,” added ADF Senior Counsel Michael J. Norton. “The Arizona attorney general and Department of Health Services should immediately investigate the Tempe facility to ensure no other young woman is told that sexual assault isn’t worth the ‘hassle’ of filing the mandatory report with police.”

ADF has been involved in several lawsuits involving Planned Parenthood secrecy and alleged fraud and recently submitted an updated report to Congress on the abuse of taxpayer dollars by the abortion giant’s affiliates. ADF has also been active in monitoring the Tempe Union High School District’s adoption of a Planned-Parenthood–promoted sex education curriculum as a “framework” for the district’s curriculum to ensure the district complies with state law.

Child Predator 6257753002_8513580900622647258_n

Planned Parenthood claims they take the allegations “very seriously” yet, a pro-life group in Texas has just proven they do not !

The group, Life Dynamics, Inc. located in Denton, Texas has just released a report of documented criminal cases against child rapists who, they say, were enabled to continue their rapes because the abortion industry and Planned Parenthood refused to report the rapes to authorities.

This new report, entitled, “The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse”, shows clearly that the failure of abortion clinics to comply with mandatory reporting laws is having profound, real-world consequences for the victims of child sexual abuse.

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics Inc. explains, “In almost every case of adult men having sex with minor girls, the perpetrators are aware that the relationship is illegal and could land them in prison. They also know that one of the most likely ways for them to get caught is for their victims to become pregnant. When that happens, their back up plan is inevitably going to involve abortion. As a result, there is no place within the medical community where underage victims of sexual abuse are more likely to be found than at abortion clinics. The question is: how are these girls dealt with when they show up at those clinics?”

According to Life Dynamics, in all 50 states, there are statutes that require adults, including healthcare workers, to report reasonable suspicions of child sexual abuse to a law enforcement or child protection services agency. In addition, when an underage girl seeks an abortion, a pregnancy test, contraceptive drugs or devices, or treatment for a sexually transmitted disease, that is evidence of sexual intercourse involving a girl who cannot legally consent to sexual intercourse.

Crutcher continues, “It is important to understand that mandatory reporters are neither obligated nor authorized to investigate these incidents. Whatever conclusions they might reach about the legality or illegality of a child’s sexual activity has no bearing on their obligations as mandatory reporters. If they are presented with evidence of sexual activity by a patient who, by reason of her age, cannot legally consent to sexual activity, their only duty is to report to the authorities. The responsibility for determining whether a criminal act has or has not occurred belongs only to the state.”Child Pred Logo

An analogy to this is a situation in which a man is brought into a hospital emergency room with a gunshot wound,” Crutcher explains, “ In virtually every jurisdiction in the United States, any healthcare worker treating him is legally required to report the incident to authorities – despite the fact that a criminal act may or may not have caused the injury. The man might have accidentally shot himself while cleaning his gun or he might have been shot while robbing a convenience store. But the medical staff has neither the responsibility nor the authority to make that determination. The nature of the care they are rendering is evidence of criminal activity and their only duty is to report.”

In their previous investigation, Life Dynamics documented that abortion clinics associated with both Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation are, with very few exceptions, completely ignoring the mandatory reporting statutes. (Listen to actual audio tapes of the calls here)

This new report, “The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse” part two, contains actual cases of criminal prosecutions against men who have been caught having illegal sexual relationships with minor girls.

ChildPredator W Website Sarah 37244037_n

In each case, the victims were taken for abortions with no report being made by the abortion providers.

Calling their report the “tip of the iceberg”, Life Dynamics president, Mark Crutcher points out that the cases they document are a representative sample of the total number of criminal prosecutions the group found. He also explained that in the cases they highlighted, the sexual abuse against these children continued, sometimes for years, after they were brought before abortion clinic workers.

Among experts who study this issue,” Crutcher states, “ it is almost universally accepted that sexual predators who target children almost never stop on their own. Instead, they continue until they are stopped by someone else. In reading the cases you will see incident after incident in which girls continued to be raped and sexually abused – sometimes for years – after the abortion clinic where they were taken ignored the state’s mandatory reporting law. But once the situation was eventually revealed to the authorities, the perpetrator was arrested and the abuse ended immediately. This illustrates why compliance with these laws is such an indispensable tool for dealing with our national epidemic of older males sexually exploiting underage girls.”

Child Predator Planned Parenthood CP2

Life Dynamics points out that their latest report of criminal cases makes it clear that the abuse Life Dynamics documented in 2002, continues to this day.

Child Predator Cases Screen

Crutcher says it is critical that states enforce mandatory reporting laws and prosecute those who fail to report, “it is self-evident that when a minor girl seeks an abortion, she represents a textbook example of why mandatory reporting laws were created in the first place. Despite this, we have consistently found that the law enforcement community is functionally indifferent to the problem of abortion clinics not complying with mandatory reporting statutes even in the face of irrefutable evidence that violations are occurring. Among all the cases we researched – whether they are included in this report or not – we never found one example in which criminal charges were brought against an abortion clinic employee for failing to comply with their state’s mandatory reporting statutes. This was true even when this failure was (a) noted during the investigation and/or trial and (b) was a direct contributor to subsequent assaults on these children. In some cases, the abortion clinics flaunting of these laws even resulted in sexual assaults being committed against other underage girls.”

The abortion lobby is engaged in a pedophile protection racket and protecting pedophiles who rape underage girls. This is an outrage and what is going on here is absolute and utter scandal,” Crutcher concludes.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD FAILS TO REPORT RAPE:

What is also making headlines in this case is news that a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic worker in Arizona failed to report the rape of one of their patients, allegedly linked to this case.

Media reports say that a girl who says she became pregnant after Kost raped her last year visited a Planned Parenthood clinic with her mother on New Year’s Eve.

According to the police incident report, obtained by Life Dynamics and Life Talk News, the victim was 15 years old at the time of the alleged assault. According to the report, the person who accompanied the victim to Planned Parenthood told the counselor about the sexual assault during the visit.
The PCSO report states.

“[Redacted] became pregnant. She accompanied [Redacted] to her ultrasound on 12/31/13 and 01/04/14. These appointments were at the Planned Parenthood in [Redacted].

“[Redacted] disclosed the assault to a counselor at Planned Parenthood. The counselor intentionally miscoded the assault as a consensual encounter. The counselor told them that they did not want the hassle of having to report the assault to law enforcement as they were a mandatory reporter.”

According to the AZCentral, If Planned Parenthood workers had reported the alleged assault in December, it could have jump-started a sheriff’s investigation…Reporting such assaults is required for Planned Parenthood, and a sheriff’s spokesman said investigators had shared the alleged failure to report with Planned Parenthood administrators and Arizona Department of Health Services officials…The pregnant teenager reportedly visited the clinic on Dec. 31 and again four days later.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD CLAIMS ZERO TOLERANCE- REALLY?

How is the abortion giant responding to this criticism, they told KGUN9, “If a patient says she was sexually assaulted or displays signs of assault, our staff is required to report it immediately to law enforcement officials. We have a zero tolerance for staff failing to meet our standards and policies.

But….does Planned Parenthood take this lightly?

This Planned Parenthood in Flagstaff, Az told a caller posing as a 13 year old child impregnated by a 22 year old adult man that they don’t have to tell anybody:

CLINIC: Flagstaff Planned Parenthood. This is Melody.

CALLER: Hi. Yeah. I was wondering, do you guys do abortions there?

CLINIC: Yes. We do have clinics every once in awhile.

CALLER: Okay. Well, do you know — like I’m just worried because my friend — well I’ll be 14 next month.

CLINIC: Uh-huh.

CALLER: And my friend said that you guys would have to tell my parents. But my boyfriend’s 22. Could he — is he old enough to take care of it and you wouldn’t have to tell anybody?

CLINIC: Well, we don’t have to inform your parents, no.

CALLER: Oh.

CLINIC: We’re not required to at this time.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: When was the first day of your last menstrual period?

CALLER: December 26.

CLINIC: Well, let’s see here. Hold on one second. I’ll be right with you.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: Okay. Actually — well, we do have a clinic that’s going to be coming up on the 8th.

CALLER: Uh-huh.

CLINIC: We do — are you coming in from out of town?

CALLER: Well, no.

CLINIC: Are you here locally?

CALLER: Uh-huh.

And here an Arizona Planned Parenthood tells the caller it is okay for her 22yr old boyfriend to pay for “everything”

This Phoenix, Arizona Planned Parenthood tells the same caller that she is technically not a patient if all she comes in for is a pregnancy test….therefore even though the caller is telling them she is possibly pregnant by a 22 year old man, just coming for a pregnancy test- they would not have to report it.

CALLER: Okay. So you wouldn’t have to tell anybody about a pregnancy test?

CLINIC: Yeah, if you just come in as a, just doing a pregnancy test and you’re not an actual Planned Parenthood patient, we would not have to report it. Once you become a Planned Parenthood patient, if you’re seen by the clinician then we would have to report it.

CALLER: Oh.

The caller than asks Planned Parenthood if it would be better to not saying anything about the age of her boyfriend. Their response, “That’s up to you.”

At this Arizona Planned Parenthood they actually suggest that the caller (posing as a 13 year old child) wait a few months until she is 14 to have the test or abortion so they won’t have to report that her boyfriend is 22…They even tell her that her 22 year old boyfriend can come in with her for the pregnancy test and he won’t get into trouble because there will not be a report.

CLINIC: We just have to report anybody that’s 13 or younger that is having sex. And then if they get like a list of, you know, calls from different agencies, or whatever, then they might look into it kind of thing. But they want to kind of monitor, you know, cases that may be abuse. So that’s how they kind of — they put it on the computer. They say, okay. They never, in this office, have ever wanted to talk or came to see them or anything like that. But there’s nothing concerning your — like your parents, there’s no minor consent laws in Arizona. So your parents don’t have to know about it.

CALLER: Oh. Well, my boyfriend said that he was going to pay for everything. Would they have to know about him?

CLINIC: Well, how old is he?
CALLER: 22.

CLINIC: They make take his information too because —

CALLER: Well, could he get in trouble?

CLINIC: Huh?

CALLER: Could he get in trouble?

CLINIC: I don’t know, sweetie. We have to report certain age differences.

CALLER: Yeah.

CLINIC: But it’s really a matter — I’m not sure what the laws are as far as what they — you know, try and prosecute or if they try and not prosecute. It’s not like your parents are trying to or you are trying to bring up charges to him. If it was consensual I don’t know where they draw the line and investigate or not.

CALLER: Oh.

CLINIC: You know what I mean?

CALLER: Okay. Yeah. Well, it’s just, the thing is I don’t really know if I am pregnant because I’m just worried because I haven’t had my period since like December 21st. And I don’t know. Could I come in there for a pregnancy test and see?

CLINIC: Sure, hon. You can go to any Planned Parenthood and walk in it at their walk-in appointments. And they’re $10.

CALLER: Oh. Well, if my boyfriend comes in with me — because like he was going to pay for it — would he get, would we get in trouble for —

CLINIC: Oh, no, not for a pregnancy test at all.

CALLER: Oh. Well, would you have to report it?

CLINIC: No.

CALLER: Oh.

CLINIC: Not just for a pregnancy test.
CALLER: Oh. Well, if the pregnancy test came out negative could I get birth control?

CLINIC: You sure can.

CALLER: But would you have to tell anybody about that?

CLINIC: I’m not sure. You may want to wait until you’re 14, and then they don’t have to report that.

CALLER: Oh. All right.

CLINIC: You turn 14 in March, right?

These calls are from a 2002 child predator investigation, in which the pro-life organization, Life Dynamics called over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across the nation.

The caller portrayed a 13-year-old girl who was pregnant by her 22-year-old boyfriend. Her story was that she wanted an abortion because she and her boyfriend did not want her parents to find out about the sexual relationship. In every call the age of the girl and her boyfriend were made perfectly clear. It was also made clear that the motivation for the abortion was to conceal this illicit sexual activity from the girl’s parents and the authorities. Additionally, the caller never said a single thing that might suggest that her parents would become abusive if they discovered her sexual activity.

Even though many of these clinics openly acknowledged to the caller that this situation was illegal and they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal activity. (Listen to actual audio tapes of the calls here)

Of course, there have been several real life cases where Planned Parenthood has failed to report the rape or sexual assault of one of their patients, many leading to the child being returned to the predator for more sexual abuse.

In addition, Planned Parenthood employees have been accused of sex crimes – read here.

But – they- they have a ZERO TOLERANCE , right? NOT!

Planned Parenthood staffer did not report rape – but has the abortion giant done this before?

According to a release published by the Arizona Pinal County Sheriff’s Department, on Tuesday, March 25th, 2014 a detective, assigned to the Persons Crimes Bureau, received a call from a citizen who reported Tyler Kost (age 18 from San Tan Valley and a student at Poston Butte High School) had sexually assaulted, sexually abused and molested five teenage girls in the San Tan Valley area.

Detectives immediately began their investigation and have now identified several alleged victims.

Nearly all of the potential victims are high school students, according to PCSO spokesman Sgt. Pat Ramirez. Sheriff’s investigators said they discovered one girl was 13 years old. The oldest girl is 17. Each encounter happened within a three-year period.

In addition, the Maricopa Monitor has reported that a girl who says she became pregnant after Kost raped her last year visited a Planned Parenthood clinic with her mother on New Year’s Eve.

According to the report, obtained by Life Dynamics and Life Talk News, the victim was 15 years old at the time of the alleged assault.

Kost’s arrest came after a citizen tipped off a Pinal County sheriff’s detective assigned to the Persons Crimes Bureau.

According to the PCSO, one of the victims reported Kost threatened her, harassed her and told her to kill herself. She attempted to commit suicide and was hospitalized. While in the hospital she received a message from Kost, threatening that if she returned to school he would “make her life a living hell.” Due to the threats she was receiving, she never returned to school and moved out of state.

On Monday, April 28th, 2014, Tyler Kost was arrested and booked into the Pinal County Jail for two counts of Sexual Assault and two counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.

Then on Thursday, May 01, 2014, Tyler Kost was re-arrested and booked into the Pinal County Jail for the following offenses:

• 7 counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor (Dangerous Crime Against Children)
• 3 counts of Sexual Abuse (Dangerous Crime Against Children)
• 7 counts of Sexual Assault
• 7 counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor
• 1 count of Sexual Abuse

Sheriff Paul Babeu stated, “Serial rapist Tyler Kost was a predator who threatened, harassed, stalked and then either forcibly sexually abused or sexually assaulted his victims…Kost is now behind bars where he can no longer continue to inflict pain on his victims.”
FAILURE TO REPORT SEXUAL ABUSE NOTHING NEW FOR PLANNED PARENTHOOD

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc.

Life Dynamics president Mark Crutcher explains what they found, “When we began to investigate we found it was even worse than we thought it was. Initially we thought perhaps the abortion clinics were only reporting half of the incidents, but instead we found that they were reporting hardly any of them.”

During these calls it was not uncommon for the Planned Parenthood or National Abortion Federation representative to warn the Life Dynamics’ caller that if someone were to find out about this situation her boyfriend could go to jail. In those situations it was unmistakable that the caller was being instructed to be more careful about what information she gave out and to whom. It was also not uncommon for the employee to interrupt the caller when she started talking about her age or the age of her boyfriend. On those occasions the obvious indication was that the employee did not want to hear this information.

Sometimes the caller would be told that, technically speaking, the clinic was required to report this activity to the state but that if the caller would either lie about her age or just keep her mouth shut when she came in for her abortion, no one would ask any questions. Several times she was told that the facility had no interest in the ages of the parties involved or that they do not verify ages or check IDs and would accept whatever she told them at face value. One employee went so far as to tell her that if she came in with the cash she could be any age she wanted to be.

Perhaps even more disturbing is that Life Dynamics identified a willingness by these employees to facilitate ongoing criminal behavior. At some point, the caller would raise the possibility that she might not be pregnant and asked whether the clinic would help her get birth control. Over 90 percent agreed to supply her with birth control and thereby help her conceal this illegal relationship. This offer was made even by people who had earlier in the call correctly identified this situation as sexual abuse or statutory rape.

“In many of these instances, they told our caller that her adult boyfriend could come with her to pick up the birth control, and some even offered to let him pick it up without her,” explains Crutcher.

In other words, even though they had evidence that a sexual crime was being committed against a 13-year-old child, they were not only willing to conspire with the perpetrator to cover it up but they offered to provide him the means by which he could continue the abuse,” Crutcher states.

When Life Dynamics completed their phone survey, one of the most alarming observations they made was about the manner in which these Planned Parenthood or abortion facilities handled these calls. From start to finish, the attitudes of the employees the caller talked to made it brutally obvious that this is an issue they deal with routinely. In fact, several of them even volunteered that they get calls like this all the time.

“In the final analysis, virtually every Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facility we contacted was willing to illegally conceal the sexual abuse of this 13-year-old girl, ” reports Crutcher.

Life Dynamics says that they are in the process of compiling shocking data for the second part to this investigation which will include horrific details from court cases where children were returned to their pedophile abusers after being taken to family planning clinics.

This new report will clearly show that the abuse Life Dynamics documented in 2002 continues to this day.
