The Guttmacher Institute was founded in 1968 as the Center for Family Planning Program Development.

CenterFP1CenterFP2

The Center for Family Planning Program Development’s Planned Parenthood-World Population board included three eugenics founders: Alan Guttmacher, Dr. Joseph Beasley, and Frederick Jaffe

The Center was originally housed within the corporate structure of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). Its early development was nurtured by Alan F. Guttmacher, who was PPFA’s president for more than a decade until his death in 1974. The Center was renamed in Dr. Guttmacher’s memory, and the Guttmacher Institute incorporated as an entirely independent nonprofit policy research institute with its own Board in 1977.

Also in 1968, Planned Parenthood-World Population( PP-WP) now known as Planned Parenthood) established a national center to help community agencies develop family planning services to ” all 5.2 million medically indigent US women who need and want them.”

At a press conference PP-WP said the centers would be financed by federal funds obtained by the Children’s Bureau and the Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) ad supported by private grants from the Kellogg, Ford, Rockfeller, and Code Foundation.

Jaffe Beasley PP

Paul H. Todd, chief executive director of Planned Parenthood said federal funds could, “easily be dissipated if communities are unable to plan and implement effective programs.”

Frederick S. Jaffe was the Planned Parenthood VP at the time and Dr. Joseph Beasley was chairman of Planned Parenthood’s advisory council.

Administration for the center was then located in New York.

Today the Guttmacher Institute is known as the research arm of Planned Parenthood. The media prints their abortion and family planning claims as if they are from the mouth of God and have no bias….well…they do !

But- it was referred to as Planned Parenthood’s research are years ago as well as this October 6,1975 article indicates:

Guttmacher research arm of Planned Parenthood

The article below details the way that Planned Parenthood’s Alan Guttmacher, Frederick Jaffe, and Dr. Joseph Beasley worked together. All three have ties to eugenics.

MEET Dr. Joseph Beasley

Beasley

In the 1960s, Dr. Joseph Beasley, a member of Nixon‘s Commission on Population Growth, oversaw an aggressive eugenics program that concentrated on black neighborhoods in New Orleans. This project would eventually be described by Planned Parenthood President, Alan Guttmacher, as the number one success story in the history of the American birth control movement. It also led to Beasly being elected Chairman of the Board of Planned Parenthood in 1970. Then in 1975, Beasly was sent to federal prison for conspiring to defraud the United States government of $778,000 that had been allocated for the project. In court, a local black civil-rights activist named Sherman Copelin testified that he took pay-offs from Beasley for helping to convince residents of the targeted neighborhoods that birth control was not black genocide.

MEET Frederick Jaffe

In March of 1972, the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future which Nixon had created three years earlier began calling for the nationwide legalization of abortion.

This Commission and move was applauded by former Planned Parenthood vice president Fredrick Jaffe.

In 1968, Jaffe founded the PPFA Center for Family Planning Program Development, which later became the Guttmacher Institute, Planned Parenthood’s research arm. Alan F. Guttmacher, for whom the institute is named, was the president of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and a leader in the International Planned Parenthood Federation in the 1960s and early 1970s. At the time this memo was created, there was talk of poisoning water supplies with birth control chemicals without the consent or knowledge of consumers – to the point that upon resistance, “involuntary control must be imposed.” ( Read Jaffe’s Memo advocating this here)

jaffe-memo

In 1971, during public hearings of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future, the Rev.Jesse Jackson stated, “Birth Control as a National policy will simply marshal sophisticated methods to remove ( and control when not remove) the weak, the poor – quite likely the black and other minorities whose relative increase in population threatens the white caste in this nation. Contraceptives, will become a form of drug warfare against the helpless in this nation. Those who we could not get rid of in the rice paddies of Viet-Nam we now propose to exterminate, if necessary, eliminate if possible, in the OB wards and gynecology clinics of our urban hospitals. The direct extension of the old “man-in-the-house” rule against public aid recipients can be detected in the drive for birth control…” ( Source: Statements at public hearings of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future as quoted in: Genocide? Birth Control and the Black American by Robert G. Weisbord, Greenwoor Press, 1972 ; P. 165)

MEET ALAN GUTTMACHER:

Guttmacher Institute is the Research Arm for the largest provider of abortions nationally and internationally – Planned Parenthood and was named after one of Planned Parenthood’s President – Alan Guttmacher.

Alan Guttmacher , who was also a Vice President for the American Eugenics Society, said this in 1967– “ I oppose abortion on demand, at least now for the United States, there are several reason. First, the public does not want it… only 20 % of the public favors abortion for single women… Abortion on demand relives the male of all responsibility in the sphere of pregnancy control..he becomes and animal…not far removed from the status of a bull…I favor liberalization of existing [ abortion] statutes…” But…should Guttmacher be legally permitted to do abortions he continues, ” I would abort mothers already carrying three or more children…I would abort women who desire abortion who are drug addicts or severe alcoholics…I would abort women with sub-normal mentality incapable of providing satisfactory parental care…”
(Source; “Abortion: The Issues”, Dr. Alan Guttmacher – President, Planned Parenthood, December 4, 1967, Harvard Law School Forum)

In 1969, Alan Guttmacher as then President of Planned Parenthood-World Population, said this: “ I would like to give our voluntary means of population control full opportunity in the next 10 to 12 years. Then , if these don’t succeed, we may have to go into some kind of coercion, not worldwide, but possibly in such places as India, Pakistan, and Indonesia, where pressures are the greatest…There is no question that birth rates can be reduced all over the world if legal abortion is introduced…” ( SOURCE: Family Planning: The needa and the Methods, by: Alan F. Guttmacher; The American Journal of Nursing, Vol. 69, No. 6. (June, 1969) PP. 1229-1234)

And in February of 1970 Alan Guttmacher was interviewed by the Baltimore Magazine and said this
Our birth rate has come down since we last talked.. I think we’ve hit a plateau- the figure’s not likely to drop much more unless there is more legal abortion. , or abortion on request as we call it…My own feeling is that we’ve got to pull out all the stops and involve the United Nations…If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the Black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage.”

Simply listen to the words of Guttmacher told a symposium at the University of California Medical Center in 1966 he stated that, “the belief that the white middle class was coercing their own poor and people with black and yellow skins to reduce family size because the middle-class whites are frightened of being outnumbered.”

The only way the mounting feeling that birth control is a tool of racism can be handled, is to involve knowledgeable leaders from the minority groups who understand and are favorable to the philosophy of birth control. They, in turn, must translate their appreciation of the contribution which birth control can make toward family stability to their own people.” (SOURCE: New York Times: Doctor blames his profession for delays on Family Planning: 1/16/1966)

A stated goal of The Guttmacher Institute is legal abortion:

The Guttmacher Institute envisions a world in which all women and men have the ability to exercise their rights and responsibilities regarding sexual behavior, reproduction and family formation freely and with dignity. In this world, women and men in every country are able to avoid unwanted pregnancies, prevent and procure treatment for sexually transmitted infections, obtain safe abortions, achieve healthy pregnancies and births, and have satisfying sexual relationships.

REALLY? Well..in 1962, Vice President of the American Eugenics Society at the time, Dr. Alan Guttmacher said he wanted abortion laws patterned after Sweden and other nations. One reason they list to allow abortions is :EUGENIC ! Also- Guttmacher at this point says he does NOT BELIEVE that abortion should be left up to the patient or their doctor, rather it should be up to “Special Board” to approve the abortion. (Eugenic Board, perhaps?) ( The Miami News – Aug 12, 1962) Read Here ( Alan Guttmacher is a former Vice President of The American Eugenics Society and a Former President of Planned Parenthood)

From it’s beginning, Guttmacher and Planned Parenthood has been muddied up in eugenics and now abortion has been the tool used to drastically limit the Black and Latino populations. So be aware when you’ve been Guttmacher’d. It blindsides you with alarming yet unqualified statistics (full of self-citations) and convincing buzzwords like “scientific” and “comprehensive”. When Guttmacher’s CEO cannot grasp simple math, like the difference between zero and $2.4 million, everything else should become suspect.
It’s ironic, though understandable, that the Guttmacher Institute’s umbilical cord hasn’t been cut. Planned Parenthood apparently still values the child it’s given birth to and wouldn’t dare end its life regardless of viability.

“We need to make population and
family planning household words.
We need to take sensationalism out
of this topic so that it can no longer
be used by militants who have no
real knowledge of the voluntary
nature of the program but, rather
are using it as a political
steppingstone. If family planning is
anything, it is a public health matter.”
~ Congressman George H.W. Bush, 1969

Bush Senior created the National Center for Population and Family Planning in the Department of Health Education and Welfare also know as HEW. “Population Control and Family Planning is to important to giggle about now“, said Bush Sr. in 1969. Bush Sr’s interest in family planning started with his activity with Planned Parenthood in Houston.

Planned Parenthood fundraising letter of January 8, 1947, lists George H Bush’s father, Prescott S. Bush as treasurer of Margaret Sanger’s first national fundraising drive. In 1950, during Prescott’s first race for the U.S. Senate, the syndicated columnist Drew Pearson accused Bush of being a member of Planned Parenthood. Bush lost and accused Pearson of spreading the lie that cost him elected office. This fund-raising letter proved Pearson right.

PrescottBushSanger

Like his father, Prescott, George H. W. Bush became a vocal advocate for Planned Parenthood’s agenda while he served as a U. S. Congressman from Texas. He wrote a constituent in 1970: “I introduced legislation earlier this year which would provide federal funds for research in family planning devices and increased services to people who need them but cannot afford them. We must help our young people become aware of the fact that families can be planned and that there are benefits economically and socially to be derived from small families.” (George Bush to Mrs. Jim Hunter, Jr., Oct. 23, 1970 [Virginia B. Whitehill Papers, DeGolyer Library, Southern Methodist University].)

After the extremely divisive presidential election in 1968, a conservative president, his conservative vice president and a divided Congress continued the War on Poverty by passing the laws that would create Title X: dedicated funding for family planning, so that the most vulnerable in our country could receive services to plan their families. In 1969, President Richard M. Nixon said: “It is my view that no American woman should be denied access to family planning assistance because of her economic condition.… This we have the capacity to do”.1 The chief sponsor of the Title X statute, George H.W. Bush, then a US Representative, said even more powerfully: “We need to make population and family planning household words. We need to take sensationalism out of this topic so that it can no longer be used by militants who have no real knowledge of the voluntary nature of the program but, rather are using it as a political stepping stone. If family planning is anything, it is a public health matter”.2

New report by the United Nations shows EUGENIC population control efforts may not be working worldwide

In 1967 president, Lyndon B. Johnson made this statement LBJ Faces up a Crisis: Johnson also stated, “Nations with food deficits must put more of their resources into voluntary family planning programs.” ( SOURCE: Lewiston Evening Journal – Feb 2, 1967 , from Johnson’s 1967 State of the Union Address )

On December 10, 1974, the United States National Security Council promulgated National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM-200), also called The Kissinger Report. This document explicitly laid out a detailed strategy by which the United States would aggressively promote population control in developing nations in order to regulate (or have better access to) the natural resources of these countries.

In order to protect U.S. commercial interests, NSSM-200 cited a number of factors that could interrupt the smooth flow of materials from lesser-developed countries, LDCs as it called them, to the United States, including a large population of anti-imperialist youth, who must, according to NSSM-200, be limited by population control. The document identified 13 nations by name that would be primary targets of U.S.-funded population control efforts.

According to NSSM-200, elements of the implementation of population control programs could include: a) the legalization of abortion; b) financial incentives for countries to increase their abortion, sterilization and contraception-use rates; c) indoctrination of children; and d) mandatory population control, and coercion of other forms, such as withholding disaster and food aid unless an LDC implements population control programs.

While the CIA and Departments of State and Defense have issued hundreds of papers on population control and national security, the U.S. government has never renounced NSSM-200, but has only amended certain portions of its policy. NSSM-200, therefore, remains the foundational document on population control issued by the United States government.

Then….In 1969, Alan Guttmacher as then President of Planned Parenthood-World Population and former Vice President of the American Eugenics Society, said this: “ I would like to give our voluntary means of population control full opportunity in the next 10 to 12 years. 1229-1234)

Followed by this statement, made by Planned Parenthood and the Eugenics Society’s Alan Guttmacher in a 1970 interview with the Baltimore Magazine ,
Our birth rate has come down since we last talked..

After years of “Sending in a colorful UN Force” and “Implementing NSSM200, the Eugenic master plan seems to be failing. In the spotlight are African Nations. According to a recent report by the United Nations: the New York Times is showcasing the “grisly numbers.”

In the NY Times article: U.N. Forecasts 10.1 Billion People by Century’s End, they report that “the population of the world, long expected to stabilize just above 9 billion in the middle of the century, will instead keep growing and may hit 10.1 billion by the year 2100.”

And who is the main culprit? The NY Times and the UN Report continue:
Growth in Africa remains so high that the population there could more than triple in this century, rising from today’s one billion to 3.6 billion, the report said — a sobering forecast for a continent already struggling to provide food and water for its people.

And just whom does the New York Times go to for a response, none other than the Eugenics based Population Council: Frederic Osborn was a founding member of the American Eugenics Society and co-founder of the Population Council along with John D. Rockefeller. In 1969, the Population Council’s President, Bernard Berelson, published an article suggesting that if voluntary methods of birth control were not successful, it may become necessary for the government to put a “fertility control agent” in the water supplies of “urban” neighborhoods.

Ever heard of John C. Cutler? He was the author of the controversial Guatemala syphilis study he served as both assistant surgeon general of the U.S. Public Health Service and deputy director of the Pan American Health Organization. The US recently apologized for Cutler’s actions after it was exposed that U.S. government medical researchers intentionally infected hundreds of people in Guatemala, including institutionalized mental patients, with gonorrhea and syphilis without their knowledge or permission more than 60 years ago.Cutler’s wife , Eliese S. Cutler, told the University of Pittsburgh that John understood the importance of population control – which she called, one of her husband’s passions. John C. Cutler’s wife admitted that she has served on several boards, including Planned Parenthood, an organization whose founders (Margaret Sanger) , past presidents, and many board members were seeped in eugenics ideals which are very racist.. Eliese and her husband John both contributed to the Population Council .

So- that VERY same Population Council , now the “expert” on Population Control Issues had this to say to the NY Times:
“Every billion more people makes life more difficult for everybody — it’s as simple as that,” said John Bongaarts, a demographer at the Population Council, a research group in New York. “Is it the end of the world? No. Can we feed 10 billion people? Probably. But we obviously would be better off with a smaller population.”

The article continues:
The director of the United Nations population division, Hania Zlotnik, said the world’s fastest-growing countries, and the wealthy Western nations that help finance their development, face a choice about whether to renew their emphasis on programs that encourage family planning.
Though they were a major focus of development policy in the 1970s and 1980s, such programs have stagnated in many countries, caught up in ideological battles over abortion, sex education and the role of women in society. Conservatives have attacked such programs as government meddling in private decisions, and in some countries, Catholic groups fought widespread availability of birth control. And some feminists called for less focus on population control and more on empowering women.
Over the past decade, foreign aid to pay for contraceptives — $238 million in 2009 — has barely budged, according to United Nations estimates. The United States has long been the biggest donor, but the budget compromise in Congress last month cut international family planning programs by 5 percent.
“The need has grown, but the availability of family planning services has not,” said Rachel Nugent, an economist at the Center for Global Development in Washington, a research group.
Dr. Zlotnik said in an interview that the revised numbers were based on new forecasting methods and the latest demographic trends. But she cautioned that any forecast looking 90 years into the future comes with many caveats.
That is particularly so for some fast-growing countries whose populations are projected to skyrocket over the next century. For instance, Yemen, a country whose population has quintupled since 1950, to 25 million, would see its numbers quadruple again, to 100 million, by century’s end, if the projections prove accurate. Yemen already depends on food imports and faces critical water shortages.
In Nigeria, the most populous country in Africa, the report projects that population will rise from today’s 162 million to 730 million by 2100. Malawi, a country of 15 million today, could grow to 129 million, the report projected.

The implicit, and possibly questionable, assumption behind these numbers is that food and water will be available for the billions yet unborn, and that potential catastrophes including climate change, wars or epidemics will not serve as a brake on population growth. “It is quite possible for several of these countries that are smallish and have fewer resources, these numbers are just not sustainable,” Dr. Zlotnik said.
Well-designed programs can bring down growth rates even in the poorest countries. Provided with information and voluntary access to birth-control methods, women have chosen to have fewer children in societies as diverse as Bangladesh, Iran, Mexico, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

AND
“West and Central Africa are the two big regions of the world where the fertility transition is happening, but at a snail’s pace,” said John F. May, a World Bank demographer.

According to the United Nation’s report, High-fertility countries are mostly concentrated in Africa (39 out of the 55 countries in the continent have high fertility), but there are also nine in Asia, six in Oceania and four in Latin America.

It is always interesting to me how African nations are the culprits of the upcoming disaster of population explosions. Maybe this is why in America the Eugenics Founded Planned Parenthood Group targets Black Neighborhoods with their centers…as explains in the film: Maafa21.

The recently released documentary about Eugenics in America called- Maafa21 also focused on the way it targets third world countries. In the Maafa21 DVD evidence that the former Office of Population head for the United States, RT Ravenholt, says he wants to sterilize one-forth of the World’s population, and was “honored by Planned Parenthood” is just more proof of this eugenics agenda !

Local Urban League and eugenic founded organization whose founder gave Klan speeches host “family event”

Posted in Black Genocide, Planned Parenthood, Urban League with tags , , , , , , , , , on August 31, 2010 by saynsumthn

Titled by the media as : Family Fun Challenge Day at Columbus Park

Monday was the second annual Family Fun Challenge held by Planned Parenthood and the Broome County Urban League.

The free event featured arts and crafts, food, and games.

Several other social service agencies were also there, providing interactive games to “help foster family communication.”

One African American Women told the news media that, ” “It opened up my eyes on certain things that I really didn’t know about, you know, and to help other people know what their children, if something goes wrong I have like a pamphlet to show them like this is what’s going on, you need to go get help.” said Tonia Benjamin

But- I have to wonder if this woman knows the history of Planned Parenthood and their racist and eugenic roots. Perhaps if the Urban League educated her on this- she’d have her eyes opened in a whole new direction.

Does she know that in 1962, the National Urban Leaguerescinded its support of contraception, and so did many local NAACP chapters and that twenty-eight percent of the Blacks surveyed in the late 1960’s agreed that “ encouraging blacks to use birth control is comparable to trying to eliminate this group from society” (Source Medical Apartheid, by Harriet Washington)

In 1962 Marvin Davies, head of the Florida NAACP, rejected contraception as black genocide directed at them.

One Urban League leader, Whitney Young, revoked his group’s support of contraception and in 1963- Whitney M. Young, Jr. Executive Director, National Urban League, explained why blacks are suspicious of family planning, “Let me conclude by trying to explain why many Negro citizens are either suspicious of the motives of family planners or why they are reluctant to make the program a sole responsibility of public institutions, and are sometimes less enthusiastic about the program…First, the administrators of most public institutions are political appointees. It is a rare exception when a Negro is ever represented at policy level, and in some states the top administrators are well known racists..Second , since so few of the proponents of family planning including [Planned Parenthood] PPFA, are ever prominently identified fighting the basic problem of discrimination and segregation …either as individuals or through established agencies …many interpret this interest in family planning as designed more to control population expansion in this particular racial group and to reduce taxes, than to achieve a humane and social goal..

In a letter addressed to Planned Parenthood President, to Alan F. Guttmacher in 1966, one Connecticut Planned Parenthood associate admonished Guttmacher at how shocked he was to learn that blacks opposed their group “ Since the luncheon phase of the last board meeting I have been very much concerned. I do not know if your report was the bombshell to the others that it was to me, but the fact that the Urban League, NAACP, etc. were actively and vocally naming PP*WP [Planned Parenthood-World Population] a racist organization shocked me. I remember as long ago as 1935 hearing the then Catholic inspired reaction from the Negro community, “The whites want to keep our numbers down so they can rule us.” However, to hear this view point promulgated in 1966 by the leaders of the Negro group was a shock. More upsetting was the apparent acquiescent nod of the PP*WP spokesperson to the accusation. We can and should admit that our efforts have been geared toward the low socio-economic segment of the population-and probably the Negro population more than others…As to Negro board membership- Should a person be elected to the board because his skin is brown or yellow? Isn’t this also racism? Do the leaders of the Negro community have the time to give to Planned Parenthood over and above their other commitments? Let’s put the burden of cure on them and ask the leadership of the NAACP, CORE, the Urban League, etc. to submit names of qualified people to our nominating committee on the same basis as our affiliates…If we tell our story and stick to our viewpoint often enough we will be believed.

Then in on June 11,1970, The Black Caucus issued a statement of withdraw from the First National Congress on Optimum Population and Environment,
The Black Caucus has withdrawn from the First National Congress on Optimum Population and Environment because of unmistakably clear evidence that the purpose of this conference is to use these delegates invited to legitimize a preconceived vicious plan of extermination. This plan is one of systematic reduction of a specific population, namely Blacks, other non-whites, the American poor and certain non-white and ethnic immigrants.” The statement was presented to a Press Conference by Felton Alexander, National Urban League and chairman of the Black Caucus and Dr. Alyce Gullattee, Psychiatrist from Washington D.C.

A 1971 Planned Parenthood World Population memorandum issued to: Alan F. Guttmacher and John C. Robbins from Douglas Stewart, contained an article from Muhammed Speaks dated September 10, 1971. Stewart writes, “ The Community Affairs Committee members and staff are devising appropriate means of dealing with this communication problem. It must be noted that, thus far, the dialogue is not affecting the utilization of family planning services in the Black Community.”
The Article from Muhammad Speaks is entitled, “New Population Control Program disguised as ‘preventative medicine’,“ It exposes the fact that blacks were Upset by growing awareness that the imbalance between funds for population control and funds for health, housing, and education is a sign of a genocidal policy. It stated that the rich whites who want to reduce the Black population are coming up with population control disguised as “comprehensive health” programs, and read , “Muhammad Speaks learned from a [Urban] League source who objects to the program that the League is seeking a grant to try a “new approach to family planning outreach and follow up. The main trick in this “new approach” is to pretend to parents that infant mortality, mental retardation, malnutrition, poor education, poor housing and other real problems suffered by black citizens are caused by so-called overpopulation… The program which the League is embracing is, in the words of the proposal itself only an effort “to update and broaden” the attack against the Black population launched by the Rockefellers and other multi-billionaries whose sole interest is to reduce the number of US citizens seeking wages from the business enterprises run in the sole interest of a few wealthy whites. To participate in this genocide, to give it a Black “Stamp of approval” , the League and the well-known “revolutionary party” have joined in the grant proposal with the US Food and Drug Administration ( pill and IUD dispensers)…and other organizations that have never been known for their concern for the health of Black people.”

Suspicion of Planned Parenthood as an agent of Black Genocide did not end in the 60’s and 70’s – in fact, records now open from Planned Parenthood’s founding reveal that their board was full of American Eugenics Society Members and Margaret Sanger was buddies with the Klan and even admitted that she gave speeches to them in her autobiography.

A documentary has gathered much of this information together- it is called Maafa21 and it will reveal the proof that abortion, Planned Parenthood, and population control are all efforts at slowing the black population. I recommend that the Urban League referenced in the story above get a coy of Maafa21 before they link arks with the eugenics Planned Parenthood again !

Government Control of Births?

Posted in Forced Sterilization, Guttmacher, Planned Parenthood, Population Control with tags , , , , , , , , , on April 29, 2010 by saynsumthn

Just a note from the past: In 1973- the view was that the government will have to force population control.

    This is taken from the
    Lima News 12/4/1973

Astrophysicist Dr. Donald Aitken said: “I’d like to see Mr. Nixon, stand up a few years from now and say,
” ‘So the government has to step in arid tamper with religious and personal convictions—and maybe even impose
penalties for every child a family has beyond two
.”

Similar views have been expressed by other experts.

University of Colorado’s Prof of Economics Kenneth E. Boulding has proposed a system of “Marketable licenses” to have children as the only one which will combine the minimum of social controversy necessary to the solution of the problem, with a maximum of individual liberty and ethical choice.

Dr. Alan Guttmacher, national president of Planned Parenthood-World Population, thinks that the husband and wife who have five or six children are “selfish,” and maybe adding to the problem of an overpopulated world.

Dr. Walter E. Howard, professor of wildlife biology at the University of California at Davis, told a meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science he thinks the public is not ready for laws concerning reproduction, but that “in time government controls must come.”

Nephew of American Eugenics Society former Vice President leads National Institute of Child Health and Human Development

Alan E. Guttmacher, nephew to Alan F. Guttmacher a former vice president of the American Eugenics Society, assumed the duties of NICHD Acting Director on December 1, 2009. Now a detailed interview with Alan Guttmacher’s nephew, named after his Uncle, Alan Guttmacher reveals that he has been placed in charge of the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. Dr. Alan Guttmacher (Jr.), a Harvard-trained geneticist and pediatrician, is the new acting director of the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the federal agency that finances research into child and maternal health. Dr. Guttmacher, 60, previously worked with Francis Collins on the Human Genome Project and then as the deputy director of the National Human Genome Research Institute of the National Institutes of Health.

Q. YOUR UNCLE WAS THE PRESIDENT OF PLANNED PARENTHOOD AND A TOWERING FIGURE IN THE REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS MOVEMENT. HAS THERE BEEN ANY CRITICISM OF APPOINTING ANYONE NAMED ALAN GUTTMACHER TO THIS POST?
Guttmacher (Jr.) replies, ” I have not been aware of any. The name does stand for something. Planned Parenthood was more of a social movement until my uncle said, “If we’re making all these decisions, we need to make sure that it is backed up by good scientific information.” So he started the think tank that became known as the Guttmacher Institute. One finds that people know the name primarily because of that. But people on both sides of the abortion debate tend to use their data as the reliable data. So, to some degree, my appointment has been less controversial than some might think.”

Guttmacher also bragged that in 2009, N.I.C.H.D.’s funding for research on reproductive health totaled more than $254 million.

Guttmacher also uses a term used many times in Eugenics Science, the term “Family Pedigree” – Guttmacher, “When I was fixing up my office, I found these three grocery bags from a previous occupant filled with documents and pedigrees for a Vermont family with HHT. I’d saved them. So my visitor looked over these pedigrees and asked, “Would you be willing to find these people, get their medical histories, examine them, get some blood for DNA and tell us which ones have the disease.” So that’s what we did.”

Guttmacher’s profile on the NIH website states that Guttmacher, also oversees the NIH’s involvement in the U.S. Surgeon General’s Family History Initiative, an effort to encourage all Americans to learn about and use their families’ health histories to promote personal health and prevent disease. ( Hmmm)

Alan E. Guttmacher is a former board member of the Guttmacher Institute the research arm of Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is the nation’s largest abortion provider and according to Guttmacher Institute’s own stats, abortion kills almost 5x’s as many black babies as white ones. Planned Parenthood clinics are set up strategically in black neighborhoods, causing some to claim that it is a deliberate attempt to limit black populations.

Alan E. Guttmacher’s uncle, Dr. Alan F. Guttmacher was the Vice President of the American Eugenics Society. Guttmacher was also a former president and board member of Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider. Planned Parenthood’s founder , Margaret Sanger was also a member of the American Eugenics Society and she admittedly gave speeches to the Klan regarding her so-called “important eugenic work”.

From it’s beginning, Guttmacher and Planned Parenthood has been muddied up in eugenics and now abortion has been the tool used to drastically limit the Black and Latino populations.

Alan Guttmacher founded the Gutmacher Institute, which is the research arm of Planned Parenthood. In 1966- Dr. Alan F. Guttmacher, President of the Planned Parenthood Federation told a symposium at the University of California Medical Center that a sensitive area in the field of birth control was, “the belief that the white middle class was coercing their own poor and people with black and yellow skins to reduce family size because the middle-class whites are frightened of being outnumbered.” … “ The only way the mounting feeling that birth control is a tool of racism can be handled, is to involve knowledgeable leaders from the minority groups who understand and are favorable to the philosophy of birth control. They, in turn, must translate their appreciation of the contribution which birth control can make toward family stability to their own people.” (SOURCE: New York Times: Doctor blames his profession for delays on Family Planning: 1/16/1966)

Blacks rejected Guttmacher and Planned Parenthood’s eugenic birth control push and saw it as Genocide in their community. In another effort to bring Black on board the Eugenic Plan, a A January 28,1966 internal memo from Alan Guttmacher and Fred Jaffe, outlines the plan for winning over the Black Community. The memo begins by calling the new plan, a “Community Relations Program.” The “program” is to, “form a liaison between Planned Parenthood and minority organizations.” The plan, according to Planned Parenthood, will emphasize that “all people have the opportunity to make their own choices,” rather than, as the memo states, “exhortation telling them how many children they should have.” One way to get the message is out is to “ get assistance from black organizations like The Urban League and the AME church,” and according to the memo they need to employ, “ more Negro staff members on PP-WP [Planned Parenthood-World Population] and Affiliate’s staff, as well as recruit more Negro members for the National Board- at least 5.” Along with this Guttmacher suggests that they initiate cooperation with the National Medical Association [NMA] , a Black medical association, and encourage them to establish a committee on reproduction and family planning. Guttmacher also hoped to “secure at least three Negro physicians for membership on the PP-WP Medical Committee, and he planned to invite NMA leaders to address their convention. Also on the radar was a comprehensive plan to address the Black media by, “specially developed news and feature articles for Negro newspapers.” Guttmacher ends by stating that the above suggestions are “long overdue” but stresses, “we do not need to panic. In fact, if we panic and continue to publicize the “problem”, we may well exacerbate it ( SOURCE: Memo dated: January 28,1966 from Alan Guttmacher and Fred Jaffe located in the Planned Parenthood Federation Papers, Black Attitudes from 1962, copied from the Sophie Smith Collection, Sophie Smith College , Box 107/Folder 11:)

A Planned Parenthood memo dated: January 10,1966, reads, “Baker told us that Dr. Guttmacher is correct in feeling that civil rights leaders are beginning to take a hostile position toward population planning on the ground that it is an attempt to halt the growth of the Negro population.” … Baker chastised a speech that Guttmacher made where he admitted some on the Planned Parenthood Board may be there solely for a racist agenda, Dupont’s Public Relations Representative, Mr. Glen Perry writes, [ Baker] was especially critical of Dr. Guttmacher’s admission that there might be some members of Planned Parenthood who had the political objective attributed to the organization by civil rights leaders. Such an admission could easily be taken out of context, and used to the detriment of the organization.”

But, in 1970, Alan Guttmacher made this stunning statement, “ My own feeling is that we’ve got to pull out all the stops and involve the United Nations…If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the Black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage. From Guttmacher – Politics Distorts Facts on Impact of Abortion Coverage

Earlier this year, the Guttmacher Institute published a series of comprehensive literature reviews assessing the impact of three of the most prominent federal and state policies aimed at restricting access to abortion. A team of researchers from Guttmacher, Baruch College and the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, and Ibis Reproductive Health found that state laws requiring parental involvement in a minor’s abortion or mandating state-scripted counseling and a waiting period may delay abortions (thereby making them more expensive and dangerous) but, by and large, do not have a substantial impact on actually preventing them from occurring. (Laws requiring a waiting period following in-person counseling, which by definition necessitate two separate visits to the facility, are a possible exception.) In sharp contrast, the researchers found that the ban on federal Medicaid coverage of abortions for poor women— commonly known as the Hyde amendment—does have considerable impact: One in four women who would have an abortion if it were paid for by the government instead continue the pregnancy to term.

If the ban on public funding denies women access to abortion, it should go without saying that restoring public funding would have the opposite effect. The extent of an increase in abortions if the Hyde amendment were to be repealed, however, may not be so obvious. Antiabortion advocates contend that if the Hyde amendment results in a 25% reduction in the number of women on Medicaid who obtain an abortion, its repeal would result in a 25% increase—which they imply would have a significant impact on the U. S. abortion rate. Neither of these contentions is true. In fact, an unpublished study by Guttmacher researchers estimated that if subsidized abortions were to become available in those states in which they are not currently available, there would be a 28% rise in the number of abortions among Medicaid-enrolled women in this group of states. ….

Guttmacher Institute is the Research Arm for the largest provider of abortions nationally and internationally – Planned Parenthood and was named after one of Planned Parenthood’s President – Alan Guttmacher. Alan Guttmacher , who was also a Vice President for the American Eugenics Society, said this in 1967- “ I oppose abortion on demand, at least now for the United States, there are several reason.

In 1969, Guttmacher as then President of Planned Parenthood-World Population, said this: “ I would like to give our voluntary means of population control full opportunity in the next 10 to 12 years.

Well – Alan Guttmacher and Planned Parenthood want subsidized abortions for EUGENICS and this health care bill is just the thing to do it.

This is about POPULATION CONTROL – Increasing abortions with our taxpayers and decreasing human kind.

Barack Obama is falling into for population control scheme and he is being used as a pawn by the eugenicists. It is all coming along just as they planned – Simply listen to the words of Guttmacher told a symposium at the University of California Medical Center in 1966 he stated that, “the belief that the white middle class was coercing their own poor and people with black and yellow skins to reduce family size because the middle-class whites are frightened of being outnumbered.”

Watch the film – Maafa21 Black Genocide in 21st Century America for more details:
