In the Center for Medical Progress’ 7th video exposing the evil and calculated way Planned Parenthood uses the baby organs from children they abort for experimentation, a former technician describes the removal of organs from a baby who was born alive.
The video recaps previous conversations with several Planned Parenthood workers describing the “intact” way that many “fetuses” are aborted. Their statements reveal a possible intentional manipulation of the abortion procedure, something that is clearly illegal according to federal laws governing the use of human tissue.
In addition, the recap is a reminder that the gruesome Partial Birth Abortion procedure which was made illegal years ago might be the very procedure used by the abortion baby parts organization. The procedure sounds gruesomely similar to partial birth abortion which was outlawed years ago and defended by then Senator Hillary Clinton- see here.
This kind of manipulation of an abortion procedure was denounced by infamous late term abortion doctor, Warren Hern, years prior.
David Daleiden lead investigator for the Center For Medical Progress previously told CNN that Planned Parenthood’s procurement company, Stem Express, “sometimes get fully intact fetuses shipped to their laboratory from the abortion clinics that they work with and that could be prima facie evidence of born alive infants …”
Due to all the public pressure, StemExpress recently said they dropped their relationship with Planned Parenthood.
In the first video released by CMP, Planned Parenthood’s Senior Director of Medical Services Dr. Deborah Nucatola explained how the Planned Parenthood abortionist can “change the presentation” to breech in what some think was describing an illegal Partial Birth Abortion.
In the second release, Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Medical Directors’ Council President, Dr. Mary Gatter is asked by CMP posing as buyers for a Biotech firm, what she would expect for intact [fetal] tissue?
“Well, why don’t you start by telling me what you’re used to paying!” Gatter replies.
She explains, “I just don’t want to lowball,” later adding, “But it has to be big enough that it’s worthwhile for me.”
By the 5th video, horrified viewers are taken into the nation’s largest Planned Parenthood abortion facility offering “intact fetal cadavers” which they refer to as “specimens.”
Director of Research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Melissa Farrell, at the headquarters of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast in Houston, Texas, tells CMP undercover operatives that they will “deviate from our standard” to procure intact babies.
“We’re going to potentially have some that will be more or less intact and then some that will not be,” Farrell says.
“Yeah if we alter our process and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, then we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this, I mean- that’s- it’s all just a matter of line items,” she said.
In video seven, former Blood and Tissue Procurement Technician for StemExpress Holly O’Donnell returns telling CMP about the day she opened her computer to discover that a, “doctor had aborted a fully intact fetus. StemExpress was sending it straight to the lab.”
A similar situation appears to be described by another procurement company, Advanced BioScience Resources (ABR) procurement manager, Perrin Larton, who says, “I literally have had women come in and go in the OR and they’re back out in three minutes. And so I thought, what’s going on? Oh yeah, the fetus was already in the vaginal cabal whenever we put her in the stirrups it just fell out.”
The video also features recordings of Dr. Ben Van Handel, the Executive Director of Novogenix Laboratories, LLC. According to CMP, Novogenix is the company that has harvested fetal organs from abortions done by Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, in Los Angeles, while ABR is the oldest fetal tissue procurement company and works with Planned Parenthood in San Diego and other clinics around the country. Van Handel admits, “There are times when after the procedure is done that the heart actually is still beating,”
In the shocking video, O’Donnell later describes the harvesting, or “procurement,” of organs from a nearly intact late-term fetus aborted at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s Alameda clinic in San Jose, CA.
“‘I want to see something kind of cool,’” O’Donnell says her supervisor asked her.
“The moment I see it, I’m just flabbergasted. This is the most gestated fetus and closest thing to a baby I’ve ever seen,” she said.
The idea that it is cool to see an aborted unborn child is appalling enough. But what O’Donnell describes next make my stomach literally turn. She describes a baby aborted alive!
“And she has one of her instruments and she just taps the heart, and it starts beating. And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”
The San Jose Planned Parenthood does abortions up to 20 weeks of pregnancy. Referring to the beating heart of the aborted fetus, O’Donnell called it “electrical currents” causing the baby’s heart to keep beating and remarking, “I don’t know if that constitutes it’s technically dead, or it’s alive.”
O’Donnell said the intent was to procure baby’s brain, “That means we’re going to have to cut the head open,” she tells CMP.
She was instructed to “go through the face” of this baby whose heart is beating, in order to procure the brain tissue. She emotionally said, “No, I don’t want to do this.”
Pointing to her chin, O’Donnell details her instructions noting that this Mengle-like order is what caused her to want to quit her job:

She was told to make “an incision right here, and goes, I would say to maybe a little bit through the mouth. And was like, okay can you go the rest of the way?” She reluctantly agreed.
“So she gave me the scissors and told me I have to cut through the middle of the face. And I can’t even describe what that feels like. And, I remember picking it up and finishing going through the rest of the [inaudible]. And Jessica picking up the brain and putting it in the container …And, I’m just sitting there like- what did I just do. And that was the moment I knew I couldn’t work with the company any more…I don’t want to be that person.”
State and federal law require that the same treatment be given to an infant born-alive after an abortion as to a normally delivered baby (1 U.S.C. 8, CA Health and Safety Code 123435). California law also prohibits any kind of experimentation on a fetus with a discernible heartbeat (CA Health and Safety Code 123440).
