A local media outlet in Georgia combed through five years of state health inspections from local abortion clinics and found several disturbing violations. WSBTV, channel 2, said they spent a month looking at the health documents after the release of undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood’s baby parts operation.

State inspections Georgia Abortion

In their investigative report, after they learned that these abortion facilities were not improperly disposing of aborted babies, Channel 2 said they wanted to see exactly what the state had found after performing a complete inspection of abortion facilities. They also wanted to know how often the inspections are done. So, they said the TV station filed an open records report with the state asking for state inspection reports of licensed abortion clinics dating back five years.

What WSBTV discovered would horrify the public. According to their report, the following violations were documented during state health inspections of these so-called “safe and legal” abortion facilities:

    Expired Medications and medical instruments
    Unsterilized equipment
Sterile and nonsterile supplies stored in the same room
The vent in a biohazard room taped off with cardboard
    Stirrups wrapped in duck tape
Iodine swabs used to prevent wound infections expired by 10 years
Soiled linens in surgical rooms to name a few.

In addition, the TV station discovered that one of the abortion clinics cited by the state was a Planned Parenthood facility located in Augusta. According to their findings, that Planned Parenthood abortion clinic had 23 health or safety violations in one year alone and was fined by the state. However, they also discovered that health inspectors did not return to the Planned Parenthood abortion center to see if the violations had been corrected until two years later.

Virginia Gallaway with the Faith and Freedom Coalition told channel 2 that she was shocked because restaurants were inspected more frequently than abortion clinics.

Interestingly, Staci Fox, Planned Parenthood’s Southeast CEO which heads the Planned Parenthood mentioned in the report, claimed the inspections might be deceiving because of an unsubstantiated bias against them. But, this kind of excuse is simply a PR move for Planned Parenthood.

Meanwhile, Ohio’s attorney general has announced that three of the state’s Planned Parenthood clinics (Bedford Heights, Cincinnati, and Columbus) have been illegally disposing of the bodies of aborted babies by throwing them in landfills. “Disposing of aborted fetuses from an abortion by sending them to a landfill is callous and completely inhumane,” Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said in a news release. “It is important the public be aware that these practices are taking place at these Ohio facilities.”

But, Stephanie Kight, president and chief executive officer of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio
has denied the allegation telling Reuters that, “Planned Parenthood contracts with vendors to handle fetal tissue in a respectful manner and in accordance with the law”.

DeWine began the investigation to determine whether fetal tissue was selling fetal tissue, or abortion trafficking, in violation of Ohio law. Investigators requested documents and financial records from Planned Parenthood organizations as well as companies they contracted with. Although the investigation did not find that fetal tissue was sold by Planned Parenthood affiliates in Ohio, the investigation did show that the disposal methods documented by the Planned Parenthood affiliates violate Ohio Administrative law, which requires that a “fetus shall be disposed of in a humane manner.”

A press statement released Friday by the Ohio AG named the specifics:

All three Ohio Planned Parenthood affiliates have sent fetal remains to companies which disposed of the fetuses in landfills.
Additionally, the Planned Parenthood facility in Bedford Heights stated it uses only one company for disposal. However, that company stated to investigators it does not accept fetal remains for disposal as a corporate policy.

Planned Parenthoos dispose fetuses landfill

13ABC Action gave additional details:

“Planned Parenthood said some fetal tissue is donated for medical research, but such donations are illegal in Ohio. A Planned Parenthood state leader has said no donation program exists here.

“During DeWine’s investigation of the tissue sale issue, he said his office found that Marietta, Ohio-based Accu Medical Waste Service, Inc., a waste disposal company used by Planned Parenthood affiliates in Cincinnati and Columbus, sent the remains to a Kentucky landfill.

“An Accu Medical official told DeWine’s office that his company uses a standard treatment for biological waste called “autoclave” involving a high-pressure steam treatment to kill infectious material.

The investigation determined that fetal remains taken by Lake Forest, Illinois-based Stericycle from a third Planned Parenthood affiliate, in Bedford Heights in suburban Cleveland, ended up in a different landfill. DeWine’s office didn’t identify that landfill.

“Kight referred questions on disposal to the companies. A man who answered the phone at Accu Medical Waste Service who wouldn’t give his name said all employees had been instructed not to comment.

Stericycle said in a statement it has a long-standing policy against accepting fetal remains. DeWine’s office said Planned Parenthood uses the company to dispose of its biological waste including aborted fetuses.”

DeWine said that he has referred his investigative findings to the Ohio Department of Health for further action.

Secretly recorded tape reveals abortion clinic chain using similar fetal research methods as Planned Parenthood

In a leaked under cover tape, an abortion clinic chain is exposed using similar dehumanizing fetal research methods a Planned Parenthood.

The video was secretly recorded at a National Abortion Federation Conference by the Center for Medical Progress and was leaked to GotNews.com by a hacker last week. In part one, of the Fetal Disposition series you hear a representative from a Washington State abortion clinic describe their fetal tissue research program. In an eerily similar way that the Center for Medical Progress caught Planned Parenthood describing their ghoulish method of procuring tissue from babies they aborted, the Cedar River abortion clinic chain employee brags they are doing the same thing.

Although the staffer identified only as “Connie” does not specify which University they have their research program through, she does indicate that Cedar River abortion clinics collaborate with some of the same private medical research facilities as Planned Parenthood. Connie begins her talk with National Abortion Federation (NAF) conference attendees by showing a slide which reads, “Fetal Tissue disposition of fetal tissue and working collaboratively with Biomedical research projects.”

Connie brags that Cedar Rivers is among the “pioneers of first and second trimester abortion” which operates “three clinical sites.” She describes the Cedar River abortion chain as a “proud abortion provider.” Connie also brags that Cedar River offers abortions “up to 26 weeks elective” meaning that they will end the life if an unborn child in the third trimester for any reason the mother should desire to have the baby aborted.

Cedar Rover abortion third trimester

Connie expresses her pride in the fact that Cedar River will pursue any possibility to work with research projects by couching their horrific operation of using the tissue of aborted babies as “reproductive health care.” Calling it “fortunate” to practice in Washington State, Connie claims women are “empowered” if they can “make choices” that include “what happens to the fetal tissue after the abortion.” She then details what her state allows abortion clinics to do with the body of the dead child including, includes burial, cremation, incineration and donation.” Connie adds that they contract with Stericycle for medical waste disposal.

She tells her audience that they have counted the cost for getting involved in fetal tissue research or as she calls it “human subject research” because Cedar River understands the “target they’d be placing on our backs” when they began their program. “We learned about the ethical principles of human subject research. What types of human research was regulated…Regulatory protections for research subjects. And last, informed consent as it relates to human subject research,” she adds.

The abortion clinic worker then further dehumanizes the babies they kill by coldly describing the process of sending the “tissue” to the lab as if she is shipping lollipops and not parts of humans. She even refers to shipping and processing – something we are used to hearing when we place orders for gadgets online not when we are talking about little children. In the recording you can hear Connie tell the NAF member audience in her session the “work flow” program Cedar River has put in place includes, “enrollment eligibility, program overview and informed consent, and then fetal tissue processing, handling and packaging.”

She emphasized that women who enroll in the “program” are not compensated. But, she states, that the University “rents” a space where they conduct their “research” and procure the “fetal tissue.” In another dehumanizing reference to the child her clinic has aborted, Connie notes that clinical staff must be trained on how to handle “the specimen” after the abortion including “packaging and labeling and storage of the specimen prior to courier pickup.”

“Upon receipt of the tissue at the lab, the University staff actually performs a dissection of the fetus and placental tissue and then those components collected for research are forwarded onto their in-house projects and other academic research projects across the country,” she says.

It is almost hard to fathom using clinical terms in such a fashion with no remorse as if the child is part of an automobile and not a living human person. The clinic staffer does her best to convince her audience that what Cedar River abortion clinics is doing is a good thing because it would benefit medical research. And this is exactly how Connie and her Cedar River abortion staff pitch it to women seeking abortions at their facilities. It is clear to those who listen to Connie that fetal tissue donation is helping to ease the conscience of women who pay to have their children killed. In fact, Cedar River admittedly offers women a place where they can memorialize their dead child which the clinic just tore apart into tiny little pieces before being shipped to a research lab.

As Connie puts it, if the tissue is not used for research it is “disposed of by cremation” and then “buried at a group burial plot provided by the University.” And, she states, for a “minimal expense” women can place a small plaque for memorial purposes at the burial site, something the abortion worker said is an “appreciated option for many women who cannot afford private burial and cremation and would like to do so.”

Connie’s Cedar River abortion clinic is doing exactly what the Center for Medical Progress exposed Planned Parenthood for doing. They are talking women into donating their babies for medical research. And what happens to those children is no different at Cedar River than it was at Planned Parenthood. In fact, Connie tells her audience that they have collaborated with the same private specter research lab as Planned Parenthood partnered with, Stem Express.

“We’re really fortunate to be able to work together with both of these, the University and Stem Express to make this happen,” she says.

Planned Parenthood’s abortion market is 40% says doc who pitched dangerous clinic to buyers of baby parts

A Planned Parenthood doctor has admitted they have 40% of the abortion market and has recommended a notorious abortion clinic to buyers of aborted baby baby parts.

Today Life Dynamics published a blog revealing a shocking investigation which exposes Planned Parenthood’s selling of aborted baby body parts.

But, Planned Parenthood may not be alone in this grisly business of chopping up the babies they kill through abortion.

In fact, in the full video footage uploaded by the Center for Medical Progress, Planned Parenthood Federation of America Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola suggests to “actors” posing as buyers from a human biologics company that they should inquire with other abortion chains.

The Planned Parenthood worker then suggests the Family Planning Associates (FPA) which has locations around California.

She also states that she has 67 Planned Parenthood affiliates which could offer fetal tissue specimens to a variety of research organizations.

In discussing the prices, abortionist Nucatola said baby parts average between $32.00 to $100.00. (6:57)

“You know, I’m going to throw a number out. I would say, it’s probably anywhere from $32 to $100.00 depending on the facility and what the space involved. It just has to do with space issues, are you sending someone there that’s going to be doing everything, or is there staff that could be doing it. What exactly are they going to be doing? Is there shipping involved? Or is some one coming to pick it up?”

“So, you know, I think, everybody just wants it to – it’s really just about – if anyone were to ask them well what do you do for this $60.00? How could you justify that? Or are yo basically just doing something completely egregious?”

“So, it just needs to be justifiable.”

“We have some affiliates that use Digoxin and or some other feticide…So, in general you’re probably going to be able to get to 20 weeks. It’s going to be very unusual to get a patient that’s above 20 weeks, I would say at the Planned Parenthood’s in California,” Nucatola says.

She does state that older babies are usually available from New York facilities.

The other thing, have you been speaking with Family Planning Associates at all in California?” (12:30)

Nucatola specifies that Planned Parenthood’s Orange Count and LA affiliates are already working with someone else.

Which is why I think Family Planning Associates [FPA] is an option because, I mean they go all the way to Bakersfield all the way as far as Orange County. You have a pretty broad range. They definitely go to 18 weeks…” she states. (14:20)

FPA, formerly the Family Planning Associates Medical Group, has had numerous abortion injuries which have been documented by pro-life counselors outside their facilities.

Nucatola said that offering the aborted baby parts to researchers helps the abortion clinics because, according to the abortionist, patients are requesting it.

Patients will call and make an appointment and say I’d really like to donate my tissue…In general, in health care, a provider isn’t going to begin to offer a service until there is a demand. And, there is a demand.” (54:00)

Women know that this is something that they can do,” the Planned Parenthood doctor states.

She then suggests that the “actors” spend their money getting women to want to donate the fetal tissue.

The other reason affiliates see this as a good thing is – it’s just less tissue that they need to worry about,” she states. (56:30)

“There are issues with disposable fetal tissue. Probably the biggest company that does this in the country is Stericycle. Anti-choice groups got the names and the addresses of the board of directors…But, that has raised an issue,” she said.

After a back and forth about the expense of disposing of both pathological and biological waste the conversation turns back to FPA and the market share Planned Parenthood holds in the industry.

“I’m telling you, Family Planning Associates? They may go for the money. Uh, private providers…they are definitely private clinics and that’s why exhibiting at NAF is great…Depends on the market. Most markets their volume is not to be compared to Planned Parenthood’s volume. We have 40% of the market in the whole country. Not that we’re trying to – we just do. ” she says. (1:05:11)

Company that hauls aborted babies contracted to remove Ebola contaminates

Ironically, the same company which picks up aborted children from abortion clinics has been granted the contract to transport the Ebola contaminated materials for incineration from an apartment in Dallas, Texas where Ebola patient, Thomas Duncan, stayed.

According to NBC Dallas affiliate, a hazardous-materials crew on Friday decontaminated the Texas apartment where an Ebola patient was staying when he got sick and hours later, the family that was living in the apartment was moved to a private residence in a gated community that was offered by a volunteer.

The U.S. Department of Transportation on Friday approved a special permit permitting a Lake Forest, Illinois-based company to transport large quantities of Ebola-contaminated waste from a Dallas hospital for disposal.

The report was on some of the local Dallas news stations including NBC 5.

Here the anchor holds up copies of the Stericycle permit issued by TX Dot:

The permit covers all waste within the state of Texas, in case another diagnosed case presents in the state. Special permits, the DOT says, “are issued to individual companies to ensure that each holder is fit to conduct the activity authorized. Stericycle, Inc. The permit largely sets the standards by which the company must package and transport the materials.

The permit grants Stericycle two options for packaging, each consisting of a series of inner and outer packaging and the use of CDC-authorized disinfectant.

Stericycle at PP

Stericycle is not without controversy. For years, pro-life groups have criticized the company for their collaboration to remove aborted babies from abortion and Planned Parenthood facilities nationwide.

In April, an Oregon company came under criticism after it was discovered that they may have been using aborted babies provided by Stericycle to fuel their waste-to-energy plant.

Oregon county commission ordered Covanta Marion, Inc., a Marion County waste-to-fuel incinerator to stop accepting boxed medical waste to generate electricity after learning the waste it’s been burning may include tissue from aborted fetuses from British Columbia.

The pro-life group, Repent America has tracked the abortion / Stericycle connection and has called for a boycott of the company.

Dallas officials have said that Stericycle will move the contaminated waste but Stop Stericycle warns that in 2011, Stericycle was fined over $42,000 and found to be illegally dumping aborted babies into a municipal landfill in Austin with household and commercial garbage.

In addition, the group has accused stericycle of mishandling hazardous waste from abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell’s House of Horrors Abortion Clinic in Philadelphia, Pa.

Gosnell was found guilty of several counts of murder for snipping the necks of babies after birth at his abortion clinic. Health officials found scores of hazardous materials stored at the clinic.

On the group’s website the accusations against Stericycle read, “after requesting that the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NCDENR) investigate Stericycle’s unlawful incineration of late-term and newborn babies killed by Gosnell, it was discovered through CSS’ own investigation that the bodies of the children never made it to the incineration plant. Instead, according to documentation, the boxes were mislabeled and sent to Stericycle’s chemclave plant in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. Chemclave is a sterilization process involving alcohols, ketones, formaldehyde and water.

“After the babies were treated in this chemical solution, they were hauled to an area landfill and buried with the trash, which is illegal in Pennsylvania”.
