Past Live Action investigations and court cases have demonstrated Planned Parenthood‘s willingness to cover for child sexual predators and abusers, even returning victims to their abusers and failing to report underage pregnancies or suspected sexual abuse to authorities. This taxpayer-funded organization, receiving half a billion dollars in these funds annually, should be called to account, especially in a society so aware of sexual assault. So, why is Planned Parenthood’s corruption in this area being silenced by politicians, media and Hollywood alike?

It is possible that these Planned Parenthood-friendly groups know but choose to say nothing, because, like the New York Times recently discovered with Harvey Weinstein, Planned Parenthood has a network of complicit “bodyguards,” so to speak, protecting the organization from damaging scrutiny.

And yet, grueling testimonies and police reports of actual criminal cases in which Planned Parenthood patients, victimized by sexual abuse and rape and then taken for abortions, are available to read at Live Action News (herehere, and here).

Planned Parenthood-covers child sexual abuse

The media has repeatedly been caught in Planned Parenthood’s web of lies — though willingly, it seems, as many pro-choice “journalists” allow their support of abortion to keep them from doing real investigative reporting. Even in the face of proof, Planned Parenthood’s media complicity machine remains quiet, resulting in sexual abuse victims being forgotten.

In one example, physician and HLN host Dr. Drew Pinsky, a former employee of Planned Parenthood, came to Planned Parenthood’s defense when pro-lifers made allegations that the abortion corporation covered up child sexual abuse. Rather than do his own investigation, Dr. Drew lashed out at Alliance Defending Freedom’s (ADF) Director of Alliance Relations. Watch the exchange in the video below, where ADF includes the very “evidence” Dr. Drew failed to find on his own:

Dr. Drew admitted on his show that he worked for Planned Parenthood… hardly a non-biased reporting source. He said, “I was there. We were working for Planned Parenthood to create an environment where young women could feel safe….”

Safe? I don’t think so, Dr. Drew!

The complicit media machine

Planned Parenthood regularly rewards the media complicity machine by “honoring” them with the “Media Excellence” and “Maggie Awards.”

1. Irin Carmon – national reporter and Planned Parenthood awardee

Carmon is one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Media and was a national reporter at MSNBC and NBC News. Yet, this “journalist” was recently highlighted at a Planned Parenthood event and has been awarded by the abortion corporation. To date, she has failed to report the way Planned Parenthood covers for child sexual predators.

2015 Planned Parenthood Maggie Award to media

And she is not alone.

The Planned Parenthood Federation of America bestowed Media Excellence Awards to 13 journalists during its 2016 National Conference Gala. Such as…

2. Amy Goodman – executive producer and Planned Parenthood awardee

Goodman, executive producer of Democracy NOW, received the “highest honor” from Planned Parenthood, according to Katie Yoder at NewsBusters.

Goodman, who regularly defends Planned Parenthood, has never spoken out about the organization’s covering of sexual assault crimes.

3. Michelle Goldberg – columnist and Planned Parenthood board member

Michelle Goldberg became an Op-Ed columnist for The New York Times in 2017. Previously, she was a columnist at Slate, and a radio and TV commentator appearing in The New Yorker, Newsweek, The Nation, The New Republic, The Guardian and other publications. She was also a keynote speaker for Planned Parenthood, attended several other Planned Parenthood events, and sat on the board of Southwest & Central Florida Planned Parenthood. No bias here, huh?

Rather than stand with sexual assault victims and expose Planned Parenthood, Goldberg defends them.

4. Linda Greenhouse – Pulitzer prize winner and Planned Parenthood keynote speaker

Greenhouse is a New York Times journalist who has also keynoted for Planned Parenthood Houston.

Linda Greenhouse keynote for Planned Parenthood

According to a report by the Washington Post, Greenhouse wrote in her book “Just a Journalist: On the Press, Life and the Spaces Between,” that she regularly donates to Planned Parenthood and wasn’t content to just allow Planned Parenthood to deduct a monthly contribution from her bank account:

It was important to me to write a check every month and sign my name. It was the signature of a citizen. The stories that appeared under my byline, on abortion and all other subjects, were the work of a journalist. If anyone ever thought those failed to measure up to professional standards, they never told me or anyone else.

One look at Greenhouse’s writings should tell you all you need to know about whether her pro-abortion ideology informs her journalism.

5. Anna Quindlen – Pulitzer prize winner and Planned Parenthood Federation of America board member

Quindlen is a former columnist at The New York Times who won the Pulitzer Prize for journalism. She recently attended PP’s 100th gala and sits on the Planned Parenthood Federation of America Board. Need I say more?

To date, Ross and Markstrom have yet to call out Planned Parenthood’s real naughty deeds.

9. Dee Dee Myers – political analyst, editor, and Planned Parenthood keynote speaker

Myers was the keynote speaker at a Florida Planned Parenthood event. According to HuffPo, Myers is a political analyst, commentator and contributing editor to Vanity Fair, and lecturer on politics. After leaving her position as White House Press Secretary under President Clinton, Myers took a spot on CNBC political talk show, “Equal Time.” She brags that her work has appeared in numerous publications including The New York Times, Time Magazine, O, the Oprah Magazine, the Washington Post, Politico and the Los Angeles Times.

Interestingly, none of that “work” includes any real serious investigations into Planned Parenthood.

The list goes on and on.

Media elites are more eager to prop up Planned Parenthood than courageously take the side of young sexual abuse victims to expose Planned Parenthood. We can only hope that one day, light will shine on Planned Parenthood and the media complicity machine that protects them.

Planned Parenthood, sexual abuse enabler, joins #MeToo against Trump

Posted in Cecile Richards, MeToo, Planned Parenthood CEO, Tarana Burke with tags , , , , , , on February 14, 2018 by saynsumthn

Planned Parenthood and the pro-abortion National Organization for Women (NOW) were among the top sponsors of this month’s State of Our Union response, which included a speech from Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards. Planned Parenthood is America’s number one abortion provider, and Richards has been at the helm for the past decade. She recently announced that she will be stepping down from that position this year. Richards is a political organizer who presumes to speak as the voice for all women. But the very idea of speaking for all women is ridiculous, given the changing culture on abortion and the virtual army of pro-life women opposing Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood and NOW sponsor State of Our Union

To date, Richards is responsible for presiding over the deaths of millions of preborn babies. She has led Planned Parenthood through scandal after scandal, including the deliberate cover-up of child sexual abuse, Medicaid fraud accusations, failing to protect the privacy of patients, and harvesting aborted baby body parts for “compensation,” to name a few.

On the day of President’s Trump 2018 State of the Union Address, Richards joined Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), Alicia Garza, cofounder of #BlackLivesMatter, and others at an event they dubbed “The State of Our Union,” (SOOU), to organize against the president and the Republican majority. The press release, published by The People’s Action, read in part:

While President Trump delivers his first State of the Union address on Tuesday, leading women activists from throughout the country are hosting an alternative event in Washington, D.C. – The State of Our Union – to provide our voice and vision for the country, and to address and defeat persistent gender inequality and racism.

People’s Action is joining other national leaders including Ai-jen Poo (National Domestic Workers Alliance), Tarana Burke (Girls for Gender Equity and ‘MeToo’ movement), Mónica Ramirez (National Farmworker Women’s Alliance), Cecile Richards of Planned Parenthood, Kristin Rowe Finkbeiner of MomsRising, Arisha Hatch of Color of Change, along with Congressional champions like Pramila Jayapal, to lift up the stories and voices of our communities.

Organizers boldly praised Planned Parenthood, ignoring the fact that it was founded by Margaret Sanger, a eugenicist who once bragged about her meeting with members of the Klu Klux Klan. To date, Planned Parenthood “honors” Sanger, calling her a hero. Some Planned Parenthood centers still proudly wear Sanger’s name. In addition, Planned Parenthood’s top award is named after Margaret Sanger.

Live Action News has repeatedly documented how Planned Parenthood had direct ties to the eugenics movement, sharing board members between the organizations, and even receiving free rent from eugenics organizations.

Prior to the State of Our Union event, Richards appeared on MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell show to discuss efforts to  resist president Trump — specifically, his pro-life policies. Richards, who receives a million dollar salary from Planned Parenthood, has now set her sights on the 2018 Congressional elections.

“I think it is really important not to forget, as we’re discussing the way forward, is that there’s a whole other branch of Government – that’s the US Congress, that we have to focus on. The things that they have already pledged to do – you know. Paul Ryan, practically the first day, saying that they were going to defund Planned Parenthood….”

After hearing from several women, many who recounted emotional stories, the group at the SOOU welcomed Cecile Richards to give the “women’s response.”

Image: Cecile Richards State of Our Union event

Cecile Richards State of Our Union event

Richards began her speech by claiming that the Trump administration “wants to divide us.” She proclaimed, “It’s not that women haven’t been speaking out… but now, we have found a new frequency and folks are finally listening — alright — and we are not giving it up.”

That “new frequency” is due in part to voices from the #MeToo movement, arising to denounce sexual abuse and harassment. Richards wasted little time inserting herself into that movement to push Planned Parenthood’s political agenda, despite the abortion corporation’s own repeated history of covering up sexual abuse.

Despite numerous criminal cases documenting how sexual assault victims were not protected by Planned Parenthood but instead were returned to sexual predators, some women aren’t listening. The “State of Our Union” event was organized in part by #MeToo founder, Tarana Burke, who recently received an awardfrom Planned Parenthood. And what did Burke have to say about the event? “I could not be more excited and proud to…be a part of this evening…Standing in solidarity with these women, and organizations that are represented tonight.” As for the scandals of Planned Parenthood’s continued victimization of sexual abuse victims: silence.

Burke said the event was organized as a deliberate effort to not attend the president’s speech at the Capitol building.  Burke claimed women’s voices have not been heard. She spoke of a “systemic dismantling of so many issues that affect women,” describing the “collective power” of women to work across “industries and issues.”

She then went on to tout the “power” of Planned Parenthood, which receives over half a billion dollars a year from taxpayers. “What does it look like when you activate the power of the Women’s March and Planned Parenthood in the fight for low wage earners?” Burke asked.

Image: Tarana Burke

Tarana Burke toutes power of Planned Parenthood

Burke noted the fight against sexual harassment and violence, stating passionately that the “trauma of sexual violence is probably one of the most devastating things a person can experience,” yet, she failed to call out Planned Parenthood for its systemic enabling of child sexual abuse.

“My name is Tarana Burke and I believe in our union. And, I pledge to stand for survivors of sexual violence from all walks of life. For the rest of my life,” Burke vowed.

But, sadly, Planned Parenthood Action Fund was one of the group’s host committee members and according to the MC, “has been working so hard to make sure this event was a success.”

Planned Parenthood Action Fund hosts State of Our Union event

Planned Parenthood Action Fund hosts State of Our Union event

Richards told the group that “Women have beaten the odds,” in part because “Planned Parenthood’s doors are open all across the United States of America.”

But in truth, Planned Parenthood has been losing patients for years, and has been closing centers in record numbers. In 2016, Planned Parenthood claims to have served 2.4 million patients — a near 23 percent drop from the 3.1 million they boasted just ten years ago in 2006. And, while Planned Parenthood’s patients are steadily declining, federally funded health centers, as identified by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration, served nearly 26 million patients in 2016 alone.

But while Planned Parenthood is still receiving the full funding of the government despite its plummeting patients, Richards blamed Trump and Congress for allegedly limiting women’s access to “cancer screenings and birth control.” It’s just not true: According to Planned Parenthood’s own reports, Planned Parenthood is the one reducing those services for women, not Trump or Congress.

Cancer screenings at Planned Parenthood have plunged 67 percent since 2006, from 2,007,371 screenings to just 660,777 in 2016. Even contraceptive services there have dropped by more than 32 percent (3,989,474 in 2006 to 2,701,866 in 2016). And this decline occurred all while government funding for Planned Parenthood was skyrocketing. These are Planned Parenthood’s own reported numbers. But apparently Richards is counting on the idea that women will believe whatever lies she tells them.

Image: Cecile RIchards

Cecile Richards State of Our Union event with MeToo founder

During her speech, Richards touted the right to abortion. “You know what,” Richards said, “If the Government won’t change – we will change the Government,” Richards added, as if this were her first attempt to use her taxpayer-funded organization’s power in politics. In fact, Richards vocally and enthusiastically supported Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 run for President and some believe it failed due to Richard’s support.

“Women are the most powerful political force in this country,” Richards said, knowing that the vast majority of women support abortion restrictions, unlike Planned Parenthood. Richards then obliviously claimed that she was joining the group of women to transform the nation into a place where “everyone has the freedom and opportunity to live their best life.”

Tragically, not all women are free to life their best life, and that’s thanks to Richards and her friends in the abortion industry. They target millions of preborn females for wholesale slaughter in the womb. In addition, there are numerous women scarred from the effects of abortion, including some who have died after their so-called “safe and legal” abortions at Planned Parenthood.

These are a few of the forgotten women Richards left out.

HHS gives Planned Parenthood $18.75 million pro-life group says they cover child rape

NOTE: This was written by Saynsumthn’s editor and originally published at the Life Dynamics blog.

Planned Parenthood has just announced that $18.75 million in federal money has been granted to the eugenics founded abortion giant from the Office of Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) under HHS.

Last week, Life Dynamics reported that over 5.6 million dollars in federal money was allocated to various Planned Parenthood affiliates under a teen prevention program run by HHS.

TPP-Teen-Pregnancy-Prevention-Program-Planned-Parenthood-300x236

That announcement came July 4, 2015 from the Office of Adolescent Health, which is responsible for implementing and administering the national, evidence based Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program.

You can read more on that here.

Planned Parenthood 18.75 million HHS

Now, a press release from the largest chain of abortion clinics has revealed that Planned Parenthood has also received $18.75 million in federal grant dollars from the Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) which is under the Department of Health and Human Services.

HHS seal_blue_gold_hi_res

It read:

Today, Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands (PPGNHI) received $18.75 million in federal grant funding from the Office of Adolescent Health (OAH). The funding will support capacity building assistance, deliver inclusive health care to reduce pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) youth and implement pregnancy prevention programs to those living in rural communities beginning July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020.

According to a separate Planned Parenthood release issued July of 2015, the money was issued to the Northwest Coalition for Adolescent Health (NWCAH), a group of Planned Parenthood affiliates covering a large portion of the western United States.

Northwest Coalition for adolescent health Planned Parenthood

In 2010, NWCAH received $20 million in grant money from the HHS run Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) to replicate the Teen Outreach Program where, “NWCAH plans to target a diverse population of the highest risk youth in grades 7-12 in a mix of rural and urban communities. The program will reach over 8,000 youth over the five year project period.”

As Life Dynamics has previously documented , Planned Parenthood received half a billion in tax monies, in addition to the OAH grants.

COVERING CHILD RAPE

Child Pred Logo

HHS continues to funnel millions in federal dollars to the abortion clinic chain despite documented evidence that Planned Parenthood has covered for child sexual predators by not reporting pedophiles who take young victims to their facilities to cover up their crimes.

A 2002 undercover investigation along with a report published in 2014 by Life Dynamics shows a repeated disregard for the young victims of rape.

In just one example listed on the latest report, Life Dynamics writes:

Douglas Wayne Ring, 47, sexually assaulted “Wilma” from the time she was eight or nine until she was 20 resulting in three pregnancies.

At the age of 16, Ring forced her to have an abortion at a Houston-area Planned Parenthood.

Given that the abuse continued for many years afterward, it is clear the Planned Parenthood facility did not file a report.

Wilma eventually contacted the Angleton, Texas, police and Ring was arrested on multiple charges related to the sexual assault of a child.

In 2010, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Abortion doc sells clinic interests to director with sexual abuse history

Posted in Abortion and Sexual Assault, Abortion clinic, Abortionist, Abortionist loses medical license, Abortionist Sexual, Brigham, National Abortion Federation with tags , , , , , , , , , , on April 29, 2015 by saynsumthn

Long time abortionist Steven Brigham has sold his abortion clinic interests, American Women’s Services, to another abortion doctor with a history of sexual abuse, according to a Pennsylvania news outlet.

An article in Philly.com entitled, “Discredited abortion doctor sparks fresh outrage with clinic sale,”reads:

Steven-Chase-Brigham

Late last year, activists on both sides of the abortion divide cheered when New Jersey regulators permanently yanked the medical license of Steven Brigham, 58, an abortion doctor they had been sounding alarms about for decades.

The action meant Brigham – whose macabre practices were found to endanger and deceive patients – was required to divest his ownership in eight clinics in New Jersey, which made up the bulk of his multistate abortion business, advertised as American Women’s Services.

But Brigham’s critics are not cheering the latest development: Brigham sold his interests to his medical director, Vikram Kaji, whose medical license was suspended in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in the mid-1990s for sexually abusing patients and wrongly prescribing controlled substances.

_____________________________________

kaji

Kaji’s sexual abuse was documented by the website abortiondocs.com :

Dr. Vikram Kaji has a long history of sexually abusing his patients. Dr. Kaji was professionally disciplined by the State of New Jersey on November 1, 1993, and given a 12-month suspension for sexually abusing three patients and indiscriminately prescribing controlled dangerous substances. He was disciplined for having sex with one patient in his office, and for performing ‘‘improper’’ rectal and breast exams on two other patients. According to a consent order, Dr. Kaji knew the woman he had sex with suffered from severe depression, had been sexually abused as a child, and had once been hospitalized for psychiatric problems. He was also disciplined by the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency on February 22, 1994, and made to surrender his controlled substance license. He was also disciplined by the State of Pennsylvania on December 23, 1994, and his license was suspended for 36 months.

From the New York Medical Board:

Philly.com reported the sexual abuse this way at the time:

According to the order, Kaji, 59, has admitted to having unprotected sexual intercourse with a woman in the birthing room of his clinic while staff was in the office and the door unlocked. The order also says Kaji has denied conducting improper examinations and improperly prescribing drugs.

Vikram Kaji sexual abuse

In 2013, the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners found that Kaji, 79, “had failed to adequately fulfill his responsibilities as medical director,” a job that includes overseeing controlled substances. Kaji admitted he had suffered a stroke that had affected his memory and vision, and was ordered to undergo “neuropsychological evaluation,” according to public records, reports the Philly.com.

I sometimes get too friendly, but nothing is meant by it in my mind, for sure,” Kaji said at the time. “The problem is I don’t realize how the other person is taking it.”

Of course at the time this all happened and the state suspended his medical license, Kaji vowed that he was done practicing medicine – yet- he has managed to remain in the abortion industry as an active physician – go figure.

The National Abortion Federation which tries to claim that they distance themselves from Brigham and Kaji had this to say:

I am not surprised at Brigham,” said Vicki Saporta, president and CEO of the National Abortion Federation. “This is the type of deceptive activity we’ve come to expect from him. But I am surprised the state would accept this as being in compliance with their [divestiture] order, since Kaji is clearly unable and unsuitable to be running abortion clinics in New Jersey. Brigham is clearly trying to … continue to maintain control over the clinics.”

However, Brigham once bragged about attending NAF events with no outrage from the abortion rights group:

Brigham and NAF

NAF pretends that Brigham and Kaji are rare exceptions, I maintain they are not and document general abuse including sexual abuse by the abortion industry here.

A rival abortion clinic weighed in as well:

Jennifer Boulanger, communications director at the Cherry Hill Women’s Center, sent this e-mail response to Philly.com by e-mail, “Although we have come to expect that Steven Brigham would allow someone so grossly unqualified to manage patient care, we are hopeful that New Jersey regulators will use the power granted to them to disallow this ownership transfer.”

Saporta, the National Abortion Federation leader, which defends abortion docs nationwide told the media outlet, “People who read about this should be alarmed. Enough, enough, enough with these people.”

Enough IS enough!

In response, Operation Rescue has submitted a letter of complaint to Deputy Attorney General Jeri Warhaftig urging her office to disallow the alleged transfer of Steven Chase Brigham’s New Jersey abortion businesses to Vikram Kaji.

The transfer of Brigham’s abortion clinics to Kaji is completely offensive and unacceptable. It is shocking that Kaji is even allowed to practice medicine, given his background of sex abuse, drug violations, and negligence,” said Cheryl Sullenger, Senior Policy Advisor for Operation Rescue, who wrote the complaint. “We are asking for the State to disallow the transfer of Brigham’s abortion businesses to Kaji, and order them to close immediately.”

Perhaps Saporta will join groups like Operation Rescue and others in denouncing all the abortionists that kill, injure, rape or abuse their patients instead of having a faux anger when they are held to account by the media, but I seriously doubt that will hapen.

Currently, American Women’s Services’ website advertises 16 clinics in New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Planned Parenthood which has covered child rape sponsors campaign to “Start by Believing” rape victims

Posted in child predator, Life Dynamics, Planned Parenthood and Child Predators, Rape and Abortion with tags , , , , , , , , , on April 21, 2015 by saynsumthn

A campaign to bring awareness to rape and sexual assault in Austin has been sponsored by a Planned Parenthood center even though nationally the organization has been caught covering child rape.

Planned Parenthood rape austin

The Start by Believing campaign is teaming up with law enforcement, medical and mental health providers, and community organizations, to change the community — and outcomes for victims — one response at a time.

From the website:

A friend or family member is typically the first person a victim confides in after an assault, and each person’s reaction is the first step in a long path toward justice and healing. Knowing how to respond is critical—a negative response can worsen the trauma and foster an environment where sexual assault predators face zero consequences for their crimes. Research documents that rapists attack an average of six times, which means that one failed response can equal, on average, five more victims. Start by Believing helps to lead the way toward stopping this cycle by creating a positive community response, informing the public, uniting allies and supporters, and improving our personal reactions.

An online pledge from the group states, “When someone tells me they were raped or sexually assaulted, I… start by believing.”

Start by Believing

Having a sponsor like Planned Parenthood on this campaign is somewhat shocking given their overall record of covering for child sexual abuse.

Recent research has shown that Planned Parenthood has covered for child sexual abuse and although the Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas which sponsored this campaign may not have been caught doing so, other Planned Parenthood centers have.

A report published online several months ago documents actual criminal cases where Planned Parenthood and other abortion facilities covered for child sexual abuse by not reporting the abuse to authorities. (read those here).

Online news sources also show that Planned Parenthood has failed the victims of abuse.

In Ohio, a 45-year-old man was convicted of repeatedly sexually abusing his daughter from the time she was 13 until she was 18.

The sexual abuse victim was taken by her father to a Planned Parenthood where she told the staff about the abuse, but Planned Parenthood did not report the abuse.

John Blanks Jr. raped child Planned Parenthood

A Cincinnati Inquirer story published in 2007 revealed that Planned Parenthood apparently chose not to “believe” the victim:

In a civil suit filed today in Warren County Common Pleas Court, the teen, formerly of Mason, says she disclosed the sexual abuse to a Planned Parenthood employee when she and her father went to the agency’s Mount Auburn clinic to abort her pregnancy in November 2004.

But no police report was filed – and as a result, the abuse continued for another year and a half, the suit says.

According to the teen’s lawsuit, Planned Parenthood employees did not tell police that the Mason girl alleged her pregnancy resulted from rape, because of a “don’t ask/don’t tell” policy relating to sex abuse.

Blanks forced the girl to share his bed nightly, almost as though she were his “wife,” prosecutors have said. She didn’t even have her own bedroom.

It was NOT Planned Parenthood that reported the abuse, but rather the victim’s coach, leading to an investigation and criminal charges against the teen’s father, John Blanks Jr.

In 2002, Life Dynamics, which published the case summaries, did an undercover investigation and found that many times Planned Parenthood and abortion clinics generally failed to report abuse there as well.

Perhaps it would be good to confirm that the organizations which sponsor a campaign saying they will believe victims of rape actually practice what they preach.

Planned Parenthood performed two abortions on an underage victim of sexual abuse but failed to report the rape to authorities.

The information surfaced in court documents which showed that a California man, convicted of sexually abusing two of his daughters, took the younger one to Planned Parenthood for two abortions without reporting their pregnancies to authorities.

In June of 2012, Edgar Ramirez was given life without the possibility of parole after he was convicted of attempted murder, committing a lewd act on a child under the age of 15, possession of obscene matter depicting a minor, and two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a minor under the age of 14.

The charges in this case arose from about seven years of sexual abuse by Ramirez of his daughter J.R. and about one year of sexual abuse of his younger daughter K.R. The abortions focused on Ramirez’s abuse of K.R.

According to court documents, K.R. began living with her sister and her brother when she was seven but by 2010, both siblings had moved away and the 13-year-old was left to live alone with Ramirez. Within days, the pedophile began sexually assaulting the young teen almost daily telling her that she could be his wife and his daughter.

Court documents show that by July of 2010 the 13-year-old had an abortion at a Planned Parenthood clinic. She said that she did not tell clinic staff that her father had impregnated her, but instead made up a story about having a boyfriend her own age.

However, rather than reporting the pregnancy for possible abuse, the Planned Parenthood abortionist simply performed the procedure and advised K.R. not to have sex for three weeks after her abortion. Remember, she is only 13 year-old.

Although the court document does not say who took the teen to Planned Parenthood we do know that she went back into the care of Ramirez who resumed having sex with her a “couple of days later,” the documents states.

During the last weeks of October of that same year, court records indicate that Ramirez again impregnated K.R. and on December 8, 2010, the young child was taken to Planned Parenthood for another abortion at six weeks of pregnancy.

After the abortion, the Planned Parenthood doctor implanted an intrauterine device to prevent additional pregnancies, the document states.

Ramirez was finally arrested March 16, 2011, months after K.R.’s second abortion and only after the victim’s older sister (J.R.), who had also been sexually abused, reported his conduct toward her to the police.

For years, Life Dynamics, Inc., has documented how Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry covers for child sexual predators.

The most recent report, entitled, The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse, reveals how Planned Parenthood’s refusal to comply with mandatory reporting laws is having profound, real-world consequences for the victims of child sexual abuse.

In the Ramirez case, the failure to report the victim’s pregnancy and abortion to authorities caused the 13-year-old victim to endure additional sexual assaults, a second pregnancy and another abortion .

According to Life Dynamics, experts who study this issue, say that it is almost universally accepted that sexual predators who target children almost never stop on their own. Instead, they continue until they are stopped by someone else. As demonstrated in the Edgar Ramirez case as well as the other cases Life Dynamics’ outlines in the report.

Included in the criminal cases Life Dynamics reviewed for their report, are several instances where pedophiles used Planned Parenthood to cover their crimes.

The criminal cases summaries where Planned Parenthood failed to report sexual abuse include a young girl who was raped for an additional year and a half after her 44-year-old abuser took her to Planned Parenthood for an abortion. In another case, a kidnap victim was taken to Planned Parenthood after her abuser sexually assaulted her at the age of 15-years-old.

Sexual predator takes teen to Planned Parenthood for birth control

Court records show that a young girl, who was sexually assaulted by an adult male, had been taken to Planned Parenthood for birth control by the predator.

Paul James Frederick was 42 years old and the victim. referred to as, S.H. in the court document, was 14 years old when the conduct occurred.

According to court documents, Frederick obtained the permission of the teen’s mother before S.H. slept over.

Her mother assumed that S.H. slept on the couch, but Frederick often made S.H. sleep with him.

The court document shows a behavior of grooming which Frederick used to prepare the teen by driving her to and from school and buying the child, “anything she . . . ask[ed] for.”

Frederick bought the teen clothes and Victoria’s Secret underwear, jewelry, shirts and everything purple. He also took the teen to a tanning salon and paid for her sessions.

Because S.H. was “inexperienced” and a “virgin,” Frederick took her to Planned Parenthood to get birth control, the document said.

Initially, Paul James Frederick was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

But, on October 11, 2012, Frederick was convicted of first degree criminal sexual conduct.

Pro-life groups like Life Dynamics have documented how Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry cover for child sexual predators when they fail to report pregnant teens for possible abuse.

This is just one more example of how Planned Parenthood turns a blind eye to to victims of child sexual abuse.
