Media elevates abortionist with 1year of Tx license as “expert” on abortion safety

A Texas abortion provider has posed a fascinating question to a local news outlet by asking how many women will wind up in the ER? It is a great question and one pro-lifers wished the media would report on given the rash of abortion related emergencies that continue to go on all across the nation in relative silence.

Planned Parenthood spokane 911 Oct 2015

But, despite the mounds of evidence that abortion is not safe, are being closed for unsafe conditions or that women are being rushed out of clinics and Planned Parenthood centers in ambulances, and they sometimes die or that abortion doctors and staff are not the pristine pillars of society they paint themselves to be, the media hides the truth from American women.

And in a brilliant marketing scheme along with the collaboration of the main stream media the abortion industry also hides the truth from American women. In fact, what the abortion doctor mentioned above was really complaining about was not the injuries and deaths from legal abortion, but the fact that laws regulating abortion clinics are also closing many due in large part to the fact that abortion facilities are generally incapable of complying with basic surgical standards. So, how should we fix the problem, by removing the regulations, of course! And how does he sway the media to do an exclusive on him, he claims women are having illegal abortions.

Texas Ab doc

Abortionist Bhavik Kumar, works at Whole Woman’s abortion clinics in San Antonio and Fort Worth. Kumar is a graduate of Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas and completed his 3rd and 4th year of medical school at the El Paso, Texas branch in 2010 and then completed his residency training this past July, 2013. He is being promoted as an expert in abortion when, in fact, he was only licensed by the State of Texas last year.

Texas Ab doc 2

In his interview with the Texas Observer Kumar admits that there are few doctors who will do abortions, “there’s less of us providing this care, so it can be isolating for us,” he said.

Despite the fact that unsafe conditions were present inside Texas abortion facilities, the abortionist was complaining about the impact of Texas’ HB2, one of the most restrictive laws in the country which has closed a number of abortion clinics statewide. He claimed that women who are seeking abortions and coming from the border have tried self-aborting where he asked, “how many women will wind up in the ER and not come to the this clinic instead?”

Adding, “The reason that they have to drive that far is because there are fewer clinics, given other laws like the admitting privileges and ambulatory surgical center requirement. And, you have to pay mostly out of pocket, or use abortion funds, in order to pay for your procedure. So, that sometimes adds cost because you’ve had to wait an extra few weeks because you couldn’t access a clinic, you have to stay overnight. If you have kids, you have to find somebody to take care of your kids, [take] time off of work. If you’re not able to get the funds within 24 hours, you have to wait even longer to get the money to pay for it.”

Wrong question Mr. abortion doctor, the real question is how many women are rushed to the ER from legal abortion? It is obvious what Bhavik Kumar is doing here. He is resurrecting an old tactic, used successfully in the early days of legalized abortion and that is to claim that women die or will be hospitalized when abortion is illegal or cannot be accessed easily.

Case in point, during the debate to liberalize abortion in New York, the issue of unsafe abortions swayed one representative to change his vote on the floor, opening the door to abortion on demand in that state.

NY Constance Cook

Assemblywoman Constance E. Cook stood to the floor during that 1970 debate to push the lie of unsafe abortion, stating, “I submit that we have abortion on demand in the state of New York right now. Any woman that wants an abortion can get one–if she has $25, she has it done here, under the most abominable circumstances,” and that prohibition only drives abortion underground.”

This clip from the film “Choice at Risk” gives a historical glimpse :

Repealing Abortion Laws (4:18) from Dorothy Fadiman on Vimeo.

The deciding vote was cast by Democrat Assemblyman, George Michaels, who told the LA Times that for years he had been told by local party leaders not to vote for the repeal of the abortion ban, and he pledged not to. For two years he had followed the party line.

ASSY George Michaels cast vote to legalize abortion

I would vote no, hoping the bill would pass,” he said. “I was not doing the right thing.”

In April, 1970, the night before he left for Albany, Michaels spent an evening with his daughter-in-law, Sarah.

Sarah asked him what would happen when the abortion bill came up for a vote again. There was a chance it would pass, he told her.

What if it doesn’t?” she asked.

    Maybe next year,” he said.

Michaels says he has never been able to forget what his son’s young wife told him next:

In the meantime, thousands of women will be mutilated and die because of that stupid Legislature.

Boy, that rocked me,” Michaels says. “That rocked me.”

The National Abortion Rights Action League, NARAL, also lied about women dying from illegal abortions. One of their early founders, Dr. Bernard Nathanson, who later repented of his pro-abortion actions and views, described what they did early on:

Bernard Nathanson

“We persuaded the media that the cause of permissive abortion was a liberal, enlightened, sophisticated one,” recalls the movement’s co-founder. “Knowing that if a true poll were taken, we would be soundly defeated, we simply fabricated the results of fictional polls. We announced to the media that we had taken polls and that 60 percent of Americans were in favor of permissive abortion. This is the tactic of the self-fulfilling lie. Few people care to be in the minority. We aroused enough sympathy to sell our program of permissive abortion by fabricating the number of illegal abortions done annually in the U.S. The actual figure was approaching 100,000, but the figure we gave to the media repeatedly was 1,000,000.”

McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence, Robert P. George breaks it down further when he writes this about the NARAL founder:

Nathanson and his friends lied—relentlessly and spectacularly—about the number of women who died each year from illegal abortions. Their pitch to voters, lawmakers, and judges was that women are going to seek abortion in roughly equal numbers whether it is lawful or not. The only effect of outlawing it, they claimed, is to limit pregnant women to unqualified and often uncaring practitioners, “back alley butchers.” So, Nathanson and others insisted, laws against abortion are worse than futile: they do not save fetal lives; they only cost women’s lives.

For clarification, stats show that, in the year prior to Roe, the CDC disputed the lie that thousands of women died from illegal abortion as shown in this table from their surveillance report on abortion.

Groups like Live Action News, Operation Rescue, and many others have been documenting the horrendous way that women are treated by abortion providers. And, it wasn’t that long ago when the State of Pennsylvania closed what has been dubbed a “House of Horrors” abortion clinic owned by the now convicted abortionist Kermit Gosnell. His abortion clinic, like many in the United States was operating legally for many years while abortion advocates lobbied for little to no restrictions on abortion clinics. Gosnell, who was convicted of three counts of first-degree murder in the death of three babies that prosecutors said were delivered alive and subsequently killed, and was responsible for the abortion-related death of one of his patents was no anomaly. His story and the fate of the women and tragically the babies taken to his “House of Horrors” facility are the true mirror of unrestricted abortion in America.

While Kumar and the abortion lobby in general try and rehash old scare tactics about women dying in the streets if abortion is in any way restricted, they remain silent about women their industry injures along the way. But, as long as Kumar is worried about women being rushed to the ER, this reminder from the Associated Press describing Gosnell’s LEGAL abortion clinic should be of interest:

Women went to Dr. Kermit Gosnell to end their pregnancies. Many came away with life-threatening infections and punctured organs; some still had fetal parts inside them when they arrived at nearby hospitals in dire need of emergency care.

Roe v. Wade arguments make a case for the prote…, posted with vodpod

Personhood USA has released a new video documenting the infamous Roe vs. Wade court case that legalized abortion in the United States. Relevant to today’s battle for human life, the video illustrates the need to recognize unborn children as people.

The video includes actual audio from the court case in which Justice Potter Stewart states, “And the basic Constitutional question, initially, is whether or not an unborn fetus is a person, isn’t it? That’s critical to this case.”

“In 1973, the courts may have had some question as to whether or not an unborn child is a person, but that is certainly not the case today,” explained Gualberto Garcia Jones, J.D. of Personhood USA. “Ultrasound technology, along with the many advances in science and medicine, have shown us with certainty that the unborn child is a human being. And, of course, all human beings are people.”

The video highlights a question from Chief Justice Warren E. Burger. “Could Texas, constitutionally, in your view, declare that, by statute, that a fetus is a person for all constitutional purposes?” asked Burger.

Pro-abortion attorney Sarah Weddington agreed, “The state could obviously adopt that kind of statute.”

Efforts to enact personhood measures are currently underway in every state including citizen-led initiatives in Florida, Ohio, Montana, Nevada, and Colorado. Mississippians are set to vote on Amendment 26 which would define the terms “person” or “persons,” as used in the state constitution, to “include every human being from the moment of fertilization, cloning or the functional equivalent thereof.”

The audio from Roe vs. Wade includes what is often coined as the “personhood loophole” of the case in which Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart inquires, “If it were established that the unborn fetus is a person, within the protection of the 14th amendment, you would have almost an impossible case here, would you not?”

“We recognize that the unborn baby is, in fact, a human being, and therefore a person, as has been established numerous times in embryology textbooks and by world-renowned geneticists and scientists,” continued Garcia Jones. “This video brings the personhood of the child in the womb to our attention yet again, confirming our need to recognize the rights of these smallest human beings.”

Personhood USA is a grassroots, Christian organization founded to establish personhood efforts across America to create protections for every child by love and by law. Personhood USA is committed to assisting and supporting personhood legislation and constitutional amendments and building local pro-life organizations through raising awareness of the personhood of the preborn.
Personhood USA’s amendments recognize that every human being is a person, and every person has a right to life. Personhood amendments and bills protect every child, no matter their size or age.

Who Is They – Who Is We? Why No Outrage!

By Rev. Clenard H. Childress, Jr.

The Reverend Jesse Jackson once said: “That is why the Constitution called us three-fifths human and then whites further dehumanized us by calling us ‘niggers.’ It was part of the dehumanizing process. The first step was to distort the image of us as human beings in order to justify that which they wanted to do and not even feel like they had done anything wrong. Those advocates of taking life prior to birth do not call it killing or murder, they call it Abortion. They further never talk about aborting a baby because that would imply something human. Rather they talk about aborting the fetus. Fetus sounds less than human and therefore Abortion can be justified.” That was 1977. The Reverend Jesse Jackson was undoubtedly one of the most eloquent and insightful social-activists of the post Martin Luther King era. His keen analysis of the eugenic attributes of the Planned Parenthood and their pro-Abortion agenda is riveting and quite precise. This protégé of the Civil Rights Movement was quite a “Jedi Knight” until he was seduced by the dark side. Jackson’s quest for the presidency made him susceptible to the promise of prominence, power, and prosperity from the “Evil Empire.”

Without voices in opposition, with their true purpose still concealed, the diabolical plan to victimize African-American women, and their unborn children, continued unimpeded. As “party” became more preferred than “principle,” perceived African-American Leadership became more concerned about profiting from discrimination, than ending it. Keeping the “Boogie man alive” meant relevancy for their “social-activism” endeavors. The tragedy in all this is they became more of the problem than the causes they pretentiously fought.

Abortion kills more African-Americans than all seven leading causes of death combined! Yet the Reverend Jessie Jackson, the Reverend Al Sharpton, the NAACP, the Urban League and a host of others, remain remarkably silent on this crucial issue. The detrimental health risks attributed to Abortion are never discussed, nor studied, by the above mentioned institutions due solely to political, and/or monetary reasons. I appreciate Tavis Smiley’s efforts to be objective in his commentary and analysis of President Barack Obama, but I would like ask Mr. Smiley this: How in the world can you produce a television panel of Black leaders, call it the “State of Black America,” and not have an in-depth discussion on the impact of Abortion on the Black community? It’s like being homosexual and not talking about AIDs! It’s like smoking three packs of cigarettes a day and never considering lung cancer!

Any question of these organizations and individuals’ gross negligence and willful acquiescence to the Abortion industry, was clearly seen last July in a published New York Times interview with Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Not one of the race-baiters took issue with the most blatant racist comment of an elected, and/or, appointed official in our new millennium. NO, NOT ONE! Justice Ginsberg opined, “Frankly, at the time Roe vs. Wade was decided we thought it was to control population, especially populations we don’t want too many of…”

WHAT? No Al? No Jessie? No Julian? They must be too busy chasing down — shaking down — Rush Limbaugh, Don Imus, and Michael Savage for some ill advised perception or cultural satirical joke, all while a Supreme Court Justice admits there is a eugenic plan of genocide against Negroes our national government via Roe vs. Wade is perpetuating!

If all this is a little too much to swallow, remember this: Today the leading Abortion provider in America — Planned Parenthood — received approximately One Million of your taxpayer dollars, and will continue to receive approximately a Million Dollars every day for the rest of the year bringing the total to approximately $357,000,000 this year! I wrote it out so you could see what it looks like with all those zeros zeroing out our children. And also remember this: Ruth Bader Ginsberg made her comment last July! You would think by now there would be some demand by some notable agency or organization to explain her Third Reich comment explaining Roe vs. Wade, but the silence is deafening.

So I ask you, why no outrage? Here is something else to consider. What should invoke a greater response and a greater demand of this racist, bigoted comment is another, more salient question: WHO IS WE?

To my African-American Brothers and Sisters, it is obvious we cannot wait for the obsolete vanguard of our community to demand an answer. It is left up to the people who stand for true social justice, those who believe in the Declaration of Independence, to lift up their voices and say, “We Hold These Truths To Be Self Evident.” And Justice Ginsberg, your comment is an enemy of the truth.

We, the Anti-Abortion – Pro-Life individuals of conscience, uphold the privilege of every person conceived, to have their God-given right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness!

The “We” Ginsburg refers to… the “they” Jackson mentions… must be defeated, no matter who “We” and “They” are.

Nixon: Aborted are the little black bastards

President Richard Nixon

President Richard Nixon

Newly released Nixon tapes confirm the statements of racism played on the new documentary on Black Genocide: Maafa21.

This month, the Nixon Library released more Nixon Tapes. Although the quality of the recordings are poor, Nixon and an aide held a conversation recorded on January 23, 1973, discussing that day’s Supreme Court’s decisions in Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton.

I know that there are times when abortions are necessary. I know that,” Nixon tells an aide, then adding, “When you have a black and a white.”

The aide interrupts, “or for rape,” to which Nixon quickly responds, “or rape.”

Recently, a new documentary: Maafa21, was released which exposed high level plans within the US to use abortion as Black Genocide. The well documented film, ( a must see) exposed the early and extremely racist roots of the national largest abortion provider: Planned Parenthood and a host of eugenic connections they partnered with to reduce the Black Population.

As you watch Maafa21 the audience is stunned by admissions from Republican President Richard Nixon as to why he feels the nation will support abortion:

Nixon Black Negro Bastards

NIXON Tape #697-29

Nixon: “A majority of people in Colorado voted for abortion, I think a majority of people in Michigan are for abortion, I think in both cases, well, certainly in Michigan they will vote for it because they think that what’s going to be aborted generally are the little black bastards.”

Nixon: ” … as I told you and we talked about it earlier, that a hell of a lot of people want to control all the Negro bastards.”

Unidentified Staff: “Yeah

Nixon: “Isn’t that really true?

Nixon: “You know what we are talking about – Population Control?”

Unidentified Staff: “Sure

Nixon Our Class Control Pop

Nixon: “We’re talking really – and what John Rockefeller really realizes – look, the people in what we call the “our class” control their populations. Sometimes they’ll have a family of six, or seven, or eight, or nine, but it’s an exception.”

Unidentified Staff: Sure.

Nixon: “People who don’t control their families are people in- the people who shouldn’t have kids.”

President Nixon formed the Population Commission which was headed by eugenics members.

Maafa 21 will shock you. To see documentation showing the racism used in the abortion business and philosophy is hard to believe. To discover how one African American reporter was fired by Newsweek because he was going to expose the government’s role in Black Genocide was horrifying to say the least.

If you have not seen this documentary- you must get it and pass it to everyone who you know.
