81.9 percent of babies aborted in New York City and 63.7 percent of babies aborted in Texas were Black or Hispanic !

“We have pulled back the veil on the abortion cartel. The numbers make it clear that abortion is about eugenics, the African-American and Hispanic communities have been targeted and logic makes it clear that this did not happen coincidentally or unintentionally. ” ~ Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics.<

A new report published by the CDC has confirmed everything Life Dynamics, Inc. a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas has been saying about abortion, that it is based on eugenics.

The CDC Abortion Surveillance Report dated November 29, 2013 reveals that in 2010, 56.7% of abortions reported to the CDC nationwide were done on Hispanic and Black women.

CDC 2010 Black Hispanic Abortions TOTAL

According to the Report there were 415,479 abortions for known ethnicity reported for selected states in 2010. 153,045 (or 36.8 percent) were non-Hispanic white babies, 148,261 (or 35.7 percent) were non-Hispanic black babies, 87,240 (or 21.0 percent) were Hispanic babies, and 26,933 (or 6.5 percent) were babies of other races or ethnicities.

Life Dynamics points out that this eugenic targeting of minorities with abortion seems consistent statewide as well.

Mark Crutcher2013

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, responds, “This confirms what we have said all along, that abortion is not about woman’s rights or reproductive freedom it is simply about eugenics. We not only documented the eugenic targeting of minorities in our film, Maafa21 but also in a report we published in 2011. Research we produced for our report, Racial Profiling by Planned Parenthood and the American Abortion Lobby, clearly shows that a majority of family planning centers market abortion to minorities by locating their centers in minority communities.”

Crutcher continues, “Maafa21 cites a study conducted by three American university researchers into the criteria used to decide the placement of U.S. population control facilities. Their finding was that the primary consideration in making this determination is not poverty but the percentage of blacks in the area. Historically, the population control movement’s eugenic efforts have been primarily focused on the African-American community and that was the underlying theme of Maafa 21. In our most recent research, however, we have seen unmistakable evidence that the family planning establishment is also ratcheting up its efforts to deal with the Hispanic population.”

Life Dynamics identified 116 ZIP codes nationwide with more than one population control facility. Of those, 84 were disproportionately black and/or Hispanic. In Texas alone, 94 zip codes showed either an abortion facility or a Planned Parenthood abortion-referral clinic located there and 72 percent of the zip codes have populations that are disproportionately black and/or Hispanic.

The report also found multiple abortion centers in many super-minority populated areas. The New Jersey zip code 07631 has a black population 286.7% of the state’s overall percentage and a Hispanic population 163.9% of the state, and that zip code has four abortion or abortion-referral centers. Minnesota zip code 55404 has a black population that is 797.1% of the overall state percentage and a Hispanic population 537.9% of the state and there are three population control centers there.

In Connecticut – a state thoroughly dissimilar from Texas in size, culture and geography – there are 21 zip codes where abortion centers or Planned Parenthood abortion-referral clinics are located and 15 of them have disproportionately black and/or Hispanic populations.

Crutcher summarizes, “What this means is that, when the American family planning industry places multiple facilities in a ZIP code, that ZIP code is more than two-and-a-half times as likely to be disproportionately minority as not. What we now know – and have documented – is that there is not one state in the union without population control centers located in ZIP codes with higher percentages of blacks and/or Hispanics than the state’s overall percentage. In fact, Hawaii is the only state that does not have facilities located in ZIP codes exceeding 125% of their overall percentage. Not only is this racial targeting widespread, it’s scale is often enormous. We found 42 states with family planning facilities in ZIP codes where the black and/or Hispanic populations exceeds 200% of the state’s overall percentage. More telling is that these percentages routinely go far beyond even this level. Numerous states have facilities in ZIP codes that range from 250% to well over 1,000% and it is not uncommon for them to have facilities located in many such ZIP codes.”

“We have pulled back the veil on the abortion cartel. The numbers make it clear that abortion is about eugenics, the African-American and Hispanic communities have been targeted and logic makes it clear that this did not happen coincidentally or unintentionally. ” Crutcher concluded.

Eugenics in Ohio as abortion rates rise among black women

“The numbers in Ohio as well as nationally make it clear that African-American communities have been targeted and logic makes it clear that this did not happen coincidentally or unintentionally. ” Mark Crutcher president of Life Dynamics, Inc.

Today, Life Dynamics, Inc. a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas responds to a report by the Ohio Department of Health which shows a disproportionate number of abortions are being performed on African American women in the state.

Ohio 2012 Black Ab Stats

In Ohio, although African Americans make up approximately 12 percent of the population they account for 38.1 % of abortions, according to the Ohio Department of Health report.
In all, 9,694 black women had abortions in Ohio in 2012, up from 9,178 in 2011, an increase of 5.6 percent. By contrast, 13,109 white women had the procedure last year, down 1.7 percent.

Life Dynamics asks why and points to where abortion clinics and family planning centers are located within the state.

RacialTargeting

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, responds, “This is nothing new for us. We have documented the eugenic targeting of minorities in our film, Maafa21. In addition, research we produced for our report, Racial Targeting and Population Control, clearly shows a majority of family planning centers locate their centers in minority communities.”

In 2011, Life Dynamics produced the Racial Targeting report which proves that Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry target black and Hispanic Americans by placing abortion and family planning facilities in communities with high minority populations.

Here is what we found in Ohio:

Ohio Ab Clinics

Nationally, Life Dynamics identified 116 ZIP codes with more than one population control facility. Of those, 84 were disproportionately black and/or Hispanic.

Life Dynamics found 42 states with family planning facilities in ZIP codes where the black and/or Hispanic populations exceed 200% of the state’s overall percentage. More telling is that these percentages routinely go far beyond even this level. Numerous states have facilities in ZIP codes that range from 250% to well over 1,000% and it is not uncommon for them to have facilities located in many such ZIP codes.

Crutcher continues, “Maafa21 cites a study conducted by three American university researchers into the criteria used to decide the placement of U.S. population control facilities. Their finding was that the primary consideration in making this determination is not poverty but the percentage of blacks in the area. ”

It should be noted that this eugenics effort is being funded with taxpayer money. Currently, Planned Parenthood alone receives over one million dollars a day from the federal government plus an unknown amount in state and local funds. Moreover, this has been going on for decades.

Crutcher summarizes, “For years, there have been those within the American political system who have taken action to address the disproportionate treatment of minorities with regard to alcohol and tobacco marketing but, make no mistake, it exists in the targeting of abortion to minorities as well. What we now know – and have documented – is that there is not one state in the union without population control centers located in ZIP codes with higher percentages of blacks and/or Hispanics than the state’s overall percentage. Not only is this racial targeting widespread, it’s scale is often enormous.”

“The numbers in Ohio as well as nationally make it clear that African-American communities have been targeted and logic makes it clear that this did not happen coincidentally or unintentionally. ” Crutcher concluded.

Home of Eugenics Planned Parenthood offices in Arkansas about to be educated on racial targeting of abortion

Posted in Black Conservative, Black Genocide, Hilda Cornish, Planned Parenthood and Eugenics with tags , , , , , , , , , on March 8, 2013 by saynsumthn

From its beginning Planned Parenthood always had powerful ties to the American Eugenics Community. In fact, in many places, they were often one and the same.

For example, when the first birth control clinic was opened in Arkansas, it was operated by the Arkansas Eugenics Association and overseen by a woman named Hilda Cornish.

Later the Arkansas Eugenics Association would become the Arkansas State Affiliate of Planned Parenthood and Cornish would be named its executive director. ( H/T Maafa21 )

NOW !!! Arkansas Black Americans for Life has partnered with The Radiance Foundation to launch a new billboard/web abortion awareness campaign.

The TooManyAborted.com initiative, entitled “Gone”, educates the public about how racial targeting results in the alarming number of abortions in the black community. Five billboards have been placed in Little Rock/North Little Rock for 5 weeks.

GONE

Little Rock has a remarkable place in civil rights history ending the dehumanization of black Americans by desegregating their schools. The same racist Eugenics movement that implemented “Separate But Equal” policies also birthed the nation’s largest abortion chain–Planned Parenthood. The taxpayer-funded abortion giant has led in taking the lives of over 15 million black babies since 1973. They are irreversibly, gone.

Arkansas Black Americans for Life (BAL), a chapter of Arkansas Right to Life, addresses the number one killer in the black community and exposes the Planned Parenthood Association of Arkansas (formerly the Arkansas Eugenics Association). “Over the years many have fought against injustices contrived to dehumanize, extinguish and deprive anyone of being who they were–a human being with limitless potential to be great,” says Lekita Gaynor, co-chair of ABAL. “However, as light began to shine on us, it darkened on our unborn children who are unable to contend for themselves. If we don’t speak for those who cannot, who will? We are a voice for the voiceless.”

In Arkansas, 38% of the state’s 4,033 abortions are among black women. The black population in Arkansas is 16%. As is typical, nationwide, two of the state’s three abortion clinics are located in 56% and 80% black neighborhoods, while Planned Parenthood claims high black abortion rates are due to “lack of access.” Ryan Bomberger, African-American creator of the TooManyAborted.com campaigns, dismisses the myth: “Planned Parenthood receives half a billion taxpayer dollars and they fail, miserably, but intentionally. They’ve not budged the national unintended pregnancy rate since 1995 while STDs, ‘unplanned’ pregnancies, new HIV infections and abortions soar in the black community.” Using Planned Parenthood’s own annual reports Bomberger points out: “They’ve killed more children, of any race, than ever before in their history—333,964. Nothing else they do generates that kind of blood money. Abortion has made them a billion dollar empire.”

Arkansas Black Americans for Life and The Radiance Foundation advocate for the life-affirming alternatives to abortion (adoption and parenting), family-strengthening initiatives, and the Pregnancy Care Center resources that exist to help those facing unplanned pregnancies.
