Racial Profiling by Planned Parenthood Documented, posted with vodpod

Life Dynamics , producer of the film Maafa21 Black Genocide in 21st Century America, has conducted an exhaustive study that validates claims made in its documentary that associates Planned Parenthood with the eugenics movement. (Read the report here http://www.prolifeamerica.com)

The documentary, Maafa 21, reveals that abortion and birth control are being used as tools of black genocide. Maafa21 is available here (http://www.maafa21.com) The film claims that the abortion lobby and Planned Parenthood locate their centers deliberately in black and minority (Hispanic) neighborhoods for the purposes of eugenics.

Report shows New York abortion clinics target minorities

New detailed data on New York City’s staggering 41% abortion ratio –put out by the research firm: Chiaroscuro Foundation reveals a rate almost twice the national average – show that the zip code with the highest abortion ratio in the city, 67%, is in Manhattan’s Chelsea-Clinton neighborhood. The data were made available today by the Chiaroscuro Foundation, a New York City not-for-profit organization that supports alternatives to abortion.

The data, which was provided by the New York City Department of Health at the Chiaroscuro Foundation’s request, show the abortion rate by the zip code of residence of women receiving abortions in New York City. An online map of the data can be accessed at http://www.nyc41percent.com. The zip code with the highest ratio, 10018, is in the Chelsea-Clinton neighborhood of Manhattan, with a ratio of 67%, followed by rates of 60% in two Jamaica, Queens zip codes and in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, 10012, and Central Harlem-Morningside Heights neighborhoods. The five zip codes with the lowest abortion ratios are on the Upper East Side, in Lower Manhattan, on the Upper West Side, and in Borough Park, Brooklyn. The lowest ratio, 6.12%, is in 10162. The fifteen highest and lowest zip codes, with selected demographic information, are available here: http://www.nyc41percent.com
/Docs/NYC_Highest_and_Lowest_Abortion_Zip_Codes.pdf.

But I think the most revealing part is the Demographics of the populations which received the most abortions by those zips….if you look at the numbers here you will find the following:

10018 8.8 % African American BUT 18.07% Hispanic
11412 92.0 % African American and 5.9 % Hispanic
11413 94.0 % African American and 3.6 % Hispanic
10037 80.3 % African American and 18.2 % Hispanic
11212 87.2 % African American and 16.5 % Hispanic
11422 86.0 % African American and 8.7 % Hispanic
11216 79.10 % African American and 10.9 % Hispanic
10039 72.6 % African American and 17.6 % Hispanic
11239 59.0 % African American and 17.8 % Hispanic
11430 69.6 % African American and 28.30 % Hispanic
11434 90.8 % African American and 8.2 % Hispanic
11436 79.2 % African American and 12.0 % Hispanic
11233 4.6 % African American BUT 13.1 % Hispanic
11411 95.3 % African American and 5.3 % Hispanic

These numbers are staggering when you consider that NEW YORK on the whole only has a 15.9 % Black population and 15.1 % Hispanic Population….

But- when you look at the chart and see what the demographics were in the zip codes with the LOWEST abortion rates- we see from that chart they are mostly WHITE. I think this is telling of the fact that abortion is being MARKETED to the MINORITY COMMUNITY !!!!!

A New Report issued by Life Dynamics reveals just how sinister this is. Although the zips highlighted in the above chart do not necessarily contain Abortion and Planned Parenthood centers, we can clearly see from this angle that even when people walk into an abortion clinic or Planned Parenthood facility-it is MOSTLY BLACKS And HISPANICS that are marketed for abortions !!!!

A new reported issued by the pro-life group Life Dynamics proves that Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry in the United States target black and Hispanic Americans by placing abortion facilities in communities with high minority populations.

Titled, Racial Targeting and Population Control,” the new report validates the claims pro-life advocates have made for years — and that Life Dynamics made in its groundbreaking Maafa21 video released two years ago — showing that abortion advocates have purposefully placed abortion centers in urban areas with high percentages of black and Hispanic residents.

Mark Crutcher and Carole Novielli conducted the research in the 24-page report and they say the location of abortion centers is the modern equivalent of the population control policies against minorities, especially African-Americans, that Planned Parenthood has supported since Margaret Sanger founded it. The researchers say they prepared the new report to respond to the criticism of the claims abortion advocates have made to the racial charges — and to point out a hypocrisy.

“The initial response to this documentary from people defending these organizations was to claim that they focus their facilities on minority neighborhoods because that is where the need is,” they write. “Almost immediately, however, they saw that this argument was creating a problem for them. Simply put, it is incompatible with one of their other arguments.

Abortion advocates have always claimed that their main goal is to reduce unintended pregnancies and, by placing abortion centers and Planned Parenthood clinics in minority communities, abortion backers claimed their focus wasn’t promoting abortions to blacks and Hispanics but to help them reduce the number of unplanned pregnancies by promoting birth control and contraception.

“If that is true, in light of their concession that they have focused these things on the minority community, the obvious result should be that black women have the lowest pregnancy and abortion rates in the country,” they researchers write. Yet, a new study released by the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute, a former Planned Parenthood research affiliate, shows birth control and contraception are not reducing abortions and unplanned pregnancies, especially in lower income minority areas.

“But to the contrary, in contemporary America, the rate of pregnancy among black women is almost three times as high as it is for white women and, though they make up less than 13% of the female population, black women have about 37% of the abortions,” the researchers write.

With that statistic in mind, the researchers set forth with the goal of mapping every abortion facility and Planned Parenthood center in the nation against population and racial demographic data sorted by zip code. They wanted to determine not only whether abortion centers were located in zip codes with high black and Hispanic populations but whether the black and Hispanic populations in the zip codes where abortion businesses were located exceeded the total percentage of the population of the particular state as a whole in terms of its minority population.

We began by creating a database of the ZIP codes for every Planned Parenthood facility in the United States. This list was generated from Planned Parenthood’s website. We then used United States Census Bureau figures to establish the percentage of black and Hispanic people residing within each of these ZIP codes as well as within each state,” they write. “In reviewing this data, there are several things to keep in mind. The first is that the issue is not whether a ZIP code is predominately black or Hispanic but whether it is disproportionately black or Hispanic.”

The results were startling

In Texas alone, 94 zip codes show either an abortion facility or a Planned parenthood abortion-referral clinic located there and 72 percent of the zip codes have populations that are disproportionately black and/or Hispanic.

The report also found multiple abortion centers in many super-minority populated areas. The New Jersey zip code 07631 has a black population 286.7% of the state’s overall percentage and a Hispanic population 163.9% of the state, they noted, and it has four abortion or abortion-referral centers. Minnesota zip code 55404 has a black population that is 797.1% of the overall state percentage and a Hispanic population 537.9% of the state and there are three abortion or abortion-referral clinics there.

The racial targeting is not limited to certain regions of the country. In Connecticut – a state thoroughly dissimilar from Texas in size, culture and geography – there are 21 zip codes where abortion centers or Planned Parenthood abortion-referral clinics are located and 15 of them have disproportionately black and/or Hispanic populations.

Again, this pattern is repeated in state after state,” the researchers noted. “We identified 116 ZIP codes with more than one [abortion or abortion-referral facility]. Of those, 84 were disproportionately black and/or Hispanic. What this means is that, when the American family planning industry places multiple facilities in a ZIP code, that ZIP code is more than two-and-a-half times as likely to be disproportionately minority as not.”

What we now know – and have documented – is that there is not one state in the union without [abortion] centers located in ZIP codes with higher percentages of blacks and/or Hispanics than the state’s overall percentage. In fact, Hawaii is the only state that does not have facilities located in ZIP codes exceeding 125% of their overall percentage,” they write. “Not only is this racial targeting widespread, it’s scale is often enormous. We found 42 states with family planning facilities in ZIP codes where the black and/or Hispanic populations exceeds 200% of the state’s overall percentage. More telling is that these percentages routinely go far beyond even this level. Numerous states have facilities in ZIP codes that range from 250% to well over 1,000% and it is not uncommon for the to have facilities located in many such ZIP codes.”

“In the end, this data speaks for itself and does not require a lot of analysis. The numbers make it clear that the African-American and Hispanic communities have been targeted and logic makes it clear that this did not happen coincidentally or unintentionally,” they concluded.

Planned Parenthood founder Margaret’s Sanger’s Racial Profiling Negro Project

Planned Parenthood targets Black Babies for abortion.

Author George Grant writes this today about Planned Parenthood’s Founder: Margaret Sanger’s Negro Project :

Margaret Sanger’s Racism
June 25,2010

On this day in 1939, Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood announced the organization’s new “Negro Project” in response to requests from southern state public health officials—men not generally known at that time for their racial equanimity. “The mass of Negroes,” her project proposal asserted, particularly in the South, still breed carelessly and disastrously, with the result that the increase among Negroes, even more than among Whites, is from that portion of the population least intelligent and fit.” The proposal went on to say that “Public Health statistics merely hint at the primitive state of civilization in which most Negroes in the South live.”

In order to remedy this “dysgenic horror story,” her project aimed to hire three or four “Colored Ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities” to travel to various Black enclaves and propagandize for birth control.

“The most successful educational approach to the Negro,” Margaret wrote sometime later, “is through a religious appeal. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the Minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Of course, those Black ministers were to be carefully controlled—mere figureheads. “There is a great danger that we will fail,” one of the project directors wrote, “because the Negroes think it a plan for extermination. Hence, let’s appear to let the colored run it.” Another project director lamented, “I wonder if Southern Darkies can ever be entrusted with . . . a clinic. Our experience causes us to doubt their ability to work except under White supervision.” The entire operation then was a ruse—a manipulative attempt to get African Americans to cooperate in their own elimination.

The program’s genocidal intentions were carefully camouflaged beneath several layers of condescending social service rhetoric and organizational expertise. Like the citizens of Hamelin, lured into captivity by the sweet serenades of the Pied Piper, all too many African Americans all across the country happily fell into step behind Margaret and the Eugenic racists she had placed on her Negro Advisory Council.

Soon taxpayer-supported clinics throughout the South were distributing contraceptives to African Americans and Sanger’s science fiction dream of discouraging “the defective and diseased elements of humanity” from their “reckless and irresponsible swarming and spawning” appeared at last to be on the road to fulfillment. Planned Parenthood had its first real success in social engineering.

The Negro Project was initiated in 1939 by Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood. The Negro Project was but a precursor to what eugenicists wanted to implement on a much larger scale.

“The main objectives of the [proposed] Population Congress is to…apply a stern and rigid policy of sterilization and segregation to that grade of population whose progeny is already tainted, or whose inheritance is such that objectionable traits may be transmitted to offspring.”

– Margaret Sanger, “Plan for Peace”, 1932 Senate hearings

Planned Parenthood Founder, Margaret Sanger, in a letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble dated December 19, 1939, made this statement:

“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. The minister’s work is also important and also he should be trained, perhaps by the Federation [of Eugenicists] as to our ideals and the goal that we hope to reach. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Clarence Gamble, mentioned above funded the North Carolina Eugenics Society. Click Here : Clarence Gamble. Gamble also supported Margaret Sanger’s Birth Control Movement. Sanger fand many of her board members and presidents were members of the American Eugenics Society.

Listen to what the State of North Carolina’s Eugenic Board (Funded by Sanger supporter- Clarence Gamble) did to this “African American woman” : Elaine Riddick
( Interview From the film: Maafa21)

In 1969, Alan Guttmacher as then President of Planned Parenthood-World Population, said this: “ I would like to give our voluntary means of population control full opportunity in the next 10 to 12 years. Then , if these don’t succeed, we may have to go into some kind of coercion, not worldwide, but possibly in such places as India, Pakistan, and Indonesia, where pressures are the greatest…There is no question that birth rates can be reduced all over the world if legal abortion is introduced…” ( SOURCE: Family Planning: The needa and the Methods, by: Alan F. Guttmacher; The American Journal of Nursing, Vol. 69, No. 6. (June, 1969) PP. 1229-1234)

And in February of 1970 Alan Guttmacher was interviewed by the Baltimore Magazine and said this
Our birth rate has come down since we last talked.. I think we’ve hit a plateau- the figure’s not likely to drop much more unless there is more legal abortion. , or abortion on request as we call it…My own feeling is that we’ve got to pull out all the stops and involve the United Nations…If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the Black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage.”

Maafa21shows the connection from slavery and eugenics ( which the State of North Carolina was heavily involved in) to abortion and black genocide today. One African-American pastor and 1960’s civil rights activist said, “I had always been suspicious about some of this stuff, but this film connects the dots in a way I never really understood before.” Another described it as “lightening in a bottle” and said that for the first time in his life he has a tool to educate the African-American community about the abortion lobby’s real agenda.

Some other opinions on the matter:

… if the Negro is to be eliminated, he must be eliminated slowly so as not to hurt any living individual Negroes.” An American Dilemma, Gunnar Myrdal Chapter Seven, page 168. Footnoted – Planned Parenthood

I believe the entire question of abortions is just one more in the continuous series of events to eliminate the Black population.” Father George Clements, Jet Magazine, 1973.

After all with millions of illegal aliens tresspassing on American Soil and committing violent crimes, one would think that prosecutions to uphold the law would be pouring out of the AG’s office, right? WRONG !

Feds sue abortion opponent from S.A.

Juan Antonio Gaona regularly protests outside clinics in San Antonio that offer abortion services, including the Planned Parenthood on Babcock Road.
But when he stepped inside the clinic and interfered with operations in April 2009, he crossed the line, the Justice Department says.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder on Tuesday sued Gaona in San Antonio under a little-used federal law, the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, and seeks a restraining order against Gaona and a $10,000 civil penalty.

The FACE Act, signed into law in 1994 by President Bill Clinton, makes it unlawful for a person to use force, threat of force or physical obstruction to intentionally injure or intimidate a person who seeks reproductive health services.

It was the first time the FACE Act, which allows authorities to pursue criminal charges or a lawsuit, has been used in South Texas, according to Justice Department records. Four people have been criminally prosecuted in Texas under the law, records show.

The suit against Gaona, 56, is the fifth filed nationwide since President Barack Obama took office, and the third in Texas, records show.

In all, the law has resulted in 58 indictments and 20 lawsuits, including the one against Gaona.

The suit “shows us how pro-abortion this administration is,” said Gaona, who’s retired from the Army and a veteran of the Vietnam War. “I’m a pro-life Catholic. We believe life begins at conception and ends at natural death.”

The Planned Parenthood Trust of San Antonio and South-Central Texas declined comment on the case because it’s in litigation, but said the FACE Act is necessary. A spokeswoman also said the clinic has been cooperating with the FBI for a year.

“I think the protection and safety of our patients is of utmost importance,” said Yvonne Gutierrez, the organization’s vice president for public affairs. “While the FACE Act is not used often, it was enacted for a reason, and that’s to keep the men and women who enter our clinic safe and, really, free from harassment.”

The lawsuit said Gaona for several years has been a vocal protester on the sidewalk outside the Planned Parenthood clinic, at times using profane language and direct personal criticisms at clinic employees.

On April 17, 2009, the suit said, Gaona entered the clinic and used his body to block the entrance to the patient waiting room. He also yelled at the clinic’s receptionist to “repent” and referred to the clinic’s staff as “baby killers,” the suit said.

While he blocked the door, the suit said, a patient was escorted by clinic volunteers from the parking lot into a vestibule area, and Gaona yelled, “You can’t do this!” and, “You can’t go in there!” The staff then escorted the patient through an administrative door, and Gaona had to be physically removed by two clinic staff members because he refused to leave when instructed, the suit said.

Gaona hadn’t seen the lawsuit Thursday, which asks a judge to order him to stay 25 feet away from the clinic and to not violate the FACE Act.

He disputes the version of events, but admits he has entered the clinic and two others during his protests.

He said he went into the Planned Parenthood because he was trying to counsel a young man he had encountered in the parking lot earlier that week.

The young man, Gaona said, had told him that he and his partner, who already had children, couldn’t afford to have another.

“I went into that clinic because I felt God was telling me to do it,” Gaona said. “I went there to reach that boy and tell him there were other alternatives.”

But Gaona said he doesn’t cuss, and did not block any entrance: “That’s a lie of the devil. I’m a Christian and I don’t use profanities.”

Gaona has 21 days to respond to the suit.

“I’m going to try and get a lawyer, if I can’t I guess I’ll roll with the punches,” he said.
UPDATE:

In a telephone interview with LifeSiteNews.com Friday, Gaona said that the claims of the lawsuit were false, and that he did not block the doorway as he stood in the abortion centre. Gaona, who has witnessed outside the facility on Babcock Road 2-3 times a week for 7 years, said he felt compelled to enter the building after conversing with a young man whose partner was entering the clinic for an abortion.

“I had been out there praying and it broke my heart what he told me – I was trying to convince him to give up the baby for adoption, he said, ‘I would rather kill the baby than give him up for adoption,'” Gaona told LifeSiteNews.com (LSN). “And I couldn’t convince him otherwise. And it seemed like the more I prayed, the more I felt compelled to try to go in and reach him.”

After returning on the date the man’s partner was scheduled to have the abortion, Gaona said he entered the facility in one last attempt to persuade him. “They wanted me to leave, but I had to make a point before I left. I tried calling them to repentance and telling them they’re babies they’re killing,” he said.

Gaona claims he remained for “two or three minutes” in the doorway before walking out “of my own accord,” at which point he says an angry clinic worker “assaulted” him, knocking him to the ground and choking him. He says the assault, as well as the “slander” claiming that he used profanity, could be the subject of a possible counter-suit. “I don’t use profanity, I’m a strict Catholic,” said Gaona.

The Texas pro-lifer said he has entered abortion facilities before, prior to the passage of the FACE Act; one such instance elicited a civil lawsuit which was dismissed. He maintains that his witness outside clinics is “very peaceful.”

Just recently a pastor was arrested for praying on what used to be called: PUBLIC PROPERTY, until Planned Parenthood the nation’s largest abortion clinic , built a fence on the public way . What did the DC Cops do? After 10 years of pro-lifers praying on that very spot with no threst of arrest- the DC Cops had the pastor arrested for praying.
