The city of Ventura just does not care if the kids at Ventura High school get high before they go to school. I talked to the police and the principle of the school and they both will not take responsibility.
Journalist T. Bullis said that the city shut it down once he showed them this video. But, “they should keep it open and just arested the kids with the drugs.”
