Pro-life march highlights 1st abortion for rape law days before Mother’s Day

In May, mother’s and children of rape conception along with supporters will gather at the Mississippi State Capitol to recognize 50 years of legal abortion in the state which began Mother’s Day 1966. The Freedom March Life Wins event, which takes place May 6th is being organized by Juda Myers founder of Choices4Life an organization which supports females who are pregnant after rape and those who are raising the children.

Myers told Live Action Action News that two years ago she heard God tell her to look up the law that legalized abortion in the state of Mississippi. “I looked it up and discovered the law was passed May 8, 1966 [Mother’s Day]. So, the Lord told me to go read the text.” Myers said she stumbled upon a photo image of the law published by another group who opposes abortion. She discovered that Mississippi was the first state to amended its law to permit abortions in cases of rape. “I felt like someone stabbed me in the heart,” Myers said.

Juda Myers

Juda Myers

Myers is outspoken against abortion on demand, but she takes a strong stand against rape exceptions because, as she puts it she is one of the rape conceived. At the age of 46, Myers discovered that she was conceived in rape. Two years later she met her birth mother who tearfully recounted how she was gang raped as a young woman and became pregnant with Myers. When the doctors told her mother that they would “take care of it” Myers said that her mother told her she responded by telling the doctors:

” You won’t take care of “it” – “it” is MY baby.”

Myers discovered that her birth mother lovingly placed her for adoption after feeling pressured to have the abortion. Myers was born on Valentine’s Day 1957 and her mom told her when they met that Myers was the best thing that had ever happened in her life. After her mom passed, Myers was told by her close friends that her mother celebrated her birth every Valentine’s Day and vowed that they would celebrate together again, which they finally did.

Myers said she is holding the Freedom March Life Wins event a week before Mother’s Day, not just for herself but for the mother’s who are treated with disrespect like her mother was. Choices4Life reaches out to the rape conceived as well as those who are victims of rape. The stories they tell to Myers has compelled her to be an activist. And Myers, is passionate about her message on abortion for rape: NO EXCEPTIONS!

To Myers and those she works with and represents, abortion for rape is nothing more than genocide against an entire group of people from every race, culture and gender. She points out that when you research the history of abortion in America you will find that model abortion laws originated in the 1950’s with the American Law Institute (ALI), an organization of American lawyers whose mission was the reform of American law. They released the first draft of their Model Penal Code to liberalize abortion on May 21, 1959. Although Colorado, California and North Carolina became the first states to adopt the full language of the ALI model penal code, Mississippi was the first state to allow for the rape exception to abortion.

Myers points out that people generally refer to children conceived in rape as the “lowest of the low.” In fact, not that long ago, a pastor referred to the children of rape as a “demon seed.” Myers said that every time she hears about a “rape exception” she gets angered because she knows that those so-called exceptions represent precious preborn children. To Myers, people like her are being targeted for death because of someone else’s crime. And, although Myers loves and works within the pro-life movement she says that they are not without criticism for support of such exceptions.

“The pro-life community is willing to use us as a sacrificial negotiating tool, for what they consider to be the greater good.”

Myers passionately believes that children conceived in rape are equally as valuable as any other preborn child and should be vigorously protected along with their mothers. Myers believes that because rape was the reason abortion was legalized to begin with, ending rape exceptions can actually end all abortions. She said that Mississippi was the first state to use rape to liberalize their abortion laws but that tactic was also used by Sarah Weddington when she argued the Roe vs. Wade case before the US Supreme Court. The case, which originated in Texas was based on a lie that Norma McCorvey, the Roe in Roe vs. Wade, was raped. McCorvey later recanted her involvement in the case which opened up legal abortion in all 50 states, calling the premise that she was raped a lie.

Abortion rape lie Roe

“It started with rape and it will end with rape. When the rape conceived are valued everyone will have equal value in the room.”

Myers said that The Freedom March Life Wins event will honor life conceived in rape. She plans to hold a “Heroes Welcome Reception” on May 5th at the Downtown Marriott in Jackson. There Myers will honor the moms who gave life to their children following a tragic rape. “People who attend are welcome to talk to these moms and hear their stories face to face,” she said.

The day following the reception, Myers said they will hold a 9:30 Press Conference inside the state Capital. Then around noon, the rally will kick off with an Honor for Life Award Ceremony where mothers who chose life after rape from around the country will be flown in to be honored. After that, the march, which Myers said will be prayerful, will commence. Myers said that people who are interested in joining her in Jackson, Mississippi can get information about the event at their website.

We march for Freedom! We march for Love! We march for life! Mothers and children of rape conception will show the world that Love Wins when Life Wins!

Michigan abortion clinic investigation result of pro-life dirt-digger complaint

A Michigan Attorney General lawsuit recently filed to shut down a Detroit abortion clinic for illegally operating can be credited to the hard work of a persistent pro-life activist. Abortion clinics in the state of Michigan are under the watchful eye of Lynn Mills who is using unusual tactics to close them down. Mills has been researching the abortion industry in her state for many years. She spends hours combing through documents connected to either an abortion clinic or the doctor or owner of the facility. Her dirt-digging skills have been credited with the revocation of the licenses of abortion doctors as well as the closure of abortion clinics.

Michigan pro-life activist Lynn Mills

Recently Mills discovered that Summit Women’s Center of Detroit which performs abortions up to 24 weeks, did not have a licensed physician listed on their corporate filings in violation of state law. As a result, the state has moved to not only dissolve the clinic as a corporation but to enjoin the officers from operating a medical facility in the state ever again.

-Summit-medical

At one time, the abortion clinic chain founded by the Lipton family in 1973, had six locations in 5 states:Connecticut, Michigan, Georgia, Nevada, and Wisconsin. A few years ago the abortion clinic in Wisconsin closed. Eventually the two Connecticut facilities closed along with the Las Vegas center, leaving the Detroit, Michigan and Georgia centers remaining.

In 2013, Mills said she was looking at the Summit website where it stated that their physicians were all OBGYN board certified. Mills was familiar with most of the abortionists and she knew that the statement was false. After the discovery, a complaint was filed with the Michigan Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) for false advertising. Shortly thereafter Mills rechecked the clinic’s website and noted that it had changed, now stating:

Most of our Physicians are board-certified obstetrician / gynecologists. Some of our medical personnel are licensed with extensive backgrounds in reproductive health services.

“When they are caught in a lie, we have to speak out
,” Mills said, noting that this incident was pointed out in the current complaint.

According to the complaint filed by the Michigan State Attorney’s Office and provided to Saynsumthn, David Lipton, is listed as Summit’s president, secretary, treasurer, while Anise Burrell was listed as the administrator and contact. But, Mills points out that after the state passed stricter abortion laws, requiring abortion clinics be licensed and inspected, Summit’s corporate filings no longer only listed Lipton as an officer but now included long-time abortionist Alex Pickens Jr. MD. Pickens JR was listed on the corporate filings as far back as 2011.

Summitt 2011 Pickens

Mills later discovered that in the most recent filings, Pickens was no longer listed on the corporate filings prompting her to file a complaint with the state’s Attorney General in December of 2015. In that document, provided to Live Action News, Mills points out that by 2015 David Lipton was the only officer listed in the corporate filings, and no physician was listed as an officer of the abortion clinic chain.

David Lipton officer Summit abortion

Mills pointed out in her complaint with the Attorney General that the corporation’s purpose had changed from “practice of medicine doctor” to “management company” despite the Summit’s records stating that “each shareholder is a licensed person in 1 or more of the professional services provided by the professional corporation.” Mills saw immediately that this was false, since David Lipton was NOT licensed, writing, “there is no Licensed medical doctor as part of its 2015 filing which is required by Michigan state law.”

Michigan statutes state: “A professional corporation shall not engage in any business other than providing the professional service or services for which it was specifically incorporated.”

“We saw that the corporation papers were not in order and Pickens the abortionist had not signed anything for years.”

Bill Shuette, the State’s Attorney General appears to note the work of Mills in his complaint. According to that complaint, Shutte’s office reviewed Summit’s incorporation in 2011 through its annual report of 2014, noting that Summit P.C.’s sole officer and director was Alex Pickens, Jr., MD, a licensed physician; but on May 11, 2015, the AG’s complaint states that David Lipton filed the 2015 annual report with LARA certifying that he was Summit P.C.’s president, secretary, treasurer, director, and sole shareholder, but no physician was listed as required by law.

Pickens Bankruptcy

Additionally, the complaint alleged that Alex Pickens, Jr., MD had filed for bankruptcy in 2013 and failed to list Summit P.C. as an asset or entity. That bankruptcy document was included in Mill’s original complaint to the AG. The petition required Pickens to disclose “all businesses in which [he] was an officer, director, partner, or managing executive . . . within six years” of commencing the bankruptcy. Pickens disclosed three businesses: one professional corporation, one business corporation, and one nonprofit corporation. But failed to disclose Summit.

Pickens Bankruptcy

The AG’s complaint states:

Pickens’s failure to disclose his ownership of Summit P.C. to the bankruptcy court, and the subsequent filing of ownership by David Lipton, suggests that Alex Pickens, Jr., MD may never have been the true owner of Summit P.C. and that Summit P.C. was organized through fraud and repeatedly and willfully exceeded its authority.

The Attorney General’s complaint alleges that David Lipton, who is listed on Summit P.C.’s 2015 annual report as its sole officer, director, and shareholder, is not a “licensed person” under the law.

Therefore, Defendant Lipton’s role as sole shareholder of Summit P.C. violates state law. Likewise, the transfer of ownership from Alex Pickens, Jr., MD to Lipton also violates state law.

The complaint states that the “remedy is dissolution” and that “the failure of a professional corporation to ensure that its shareholders are legally qualified to provided professional services “is grounds for the forfeiture of its articles of incorporation and its dissolution,” which may be brought by the Attorney General.

It also states that the state wants to enjoin all employees of Summit from providing medical services unless they comply with state law:

The AG Seeks to preliminarily enjoin Defendants David Lipton and Anise Burrell from incorporating, organizing, or doing business in the State of Michigan as an owner, officer, or employee of any other corporation or entity for the purpose of offering or providing medical services to the public, practicing medicine, or contracting to have medical services performed for such corporation or entity, unless and until they obtain the requisite licenses and otherwise complies with Michigan law. [MCL 600.3601]

According to Mills, since the AG filed their complaint and just days prior to the publication of this report, Mills said she pulled Summit’s corporate filings again and noticed that Pickens is now listed as the Medical Director. This comes after, the attorney general cited the clinic for failing to comply with the law. And, Mills states, Pickens has also amended his bankruptcy papers to claim he owned shares in the Summit. But, Mills points out these changes only point out the need to investigate the abortion clinic’s corporate filings further and, she says, anyone can do this. Her vigilance may cause the collapse of another abortion clinic and Mills said she will not stop researching these places until each one is closed permanently.

Black woman: Planned Parenthood has never denounced Negro Project

Bank of America’s HDQ site of abortion protests over Planned Parenthood funds

The international headquarters of the 2nd largest bank in the USA is facing protests this week over their support of Planned Parenthood which has been embattled in a scandal over their gruesome baby parts operation. Pro-life activists from across the country traveled to the headquarters of Bank of America (BOA) in Charlotte, North Carolina with a very public message to stockholders and BOA customers: This Bank Donates to Planned Parenthood.

BOA PP POster

BOA Protest 2

The campaign dubbed ProtestBOA, began last year when John Pisciotta, founder of Pro-life Waco began with his local Waco branch after confirming that BOA funded Planned Parenthood in their employee matching gifts program. Pisciotta said that since ProtestBOA began in Waco,Texas they have expanded to branches in Austin, Lubbock and Albuquerque. He said that he began the protests in response to the undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood “deeply and callously involved in the market for fetal organs.”

ProtestBOA Charlotte

“Additionally, the protests motivation includes the horrific fact that Planned Parenthood clinics in the USA commit over 300,000 abortions each year. By its actions, Planned Parenthood has disqualified itself from financial support from corporate America.”

In addition to Planned Parenthood, a quick look at past Bank of America Charitable Foundation, Inc. 990’s shows that they also contributed to their former research arm, Guttmacher Institute.

2014 BOA 990 planned parenthoodBOA 2014 Guttmacher donation

Pisciotta told Live Action News that prior to heading to the BOA Headquarters, he sent Bank executive Kerry Sullivan, President, Bank of America Charitable Foundation a letter which read in part:

I know we share an interest in bringing an end to the Protest Bank of America movement. On the pro-life side, we do not believe that an organization as hyper-controversial as Planned Parenthood is a reasonable entity for inclusion in a corporate matching grant program. Planned Parenthood is the leader of the U.S. abortion industry—323,999 abortions in 2014. Additionally, for nearly a year, Planned Parenthood is been embroiled in controversy over its role in the market for fetal organs from aborted babies. The pro-life/pro-abortion contention has subsequently reached an unprecedented level. I would not have launched ProtestBOA last September were it not for revelations about Planned Parenthood harvesting and marketing fetal organs…

I ask you to reconsider your inclusion of Planned Parenthood in your matching grants program. I am well aware that you do not include all 501c3 non-profits as designated by the IRS. Planned Parenthood should not be in the included category.

I will be in Charlotte next week to protest. I would welcome the opportunity to visit with you to resolve the issue.

John Pisciotta and Flip Benham Protest BOA for SUpport of PLanned Parenthood

Joining Pisciotta at BOA’s headquarters was Flip Benham who has been active with pro-life group Operation Save America as several well as other local activists. Pisciotta reports that the Charlotte BOA protests which began this week, have been very positive and BOA customers have been quite supportive.

The response was very positive at this busy intersection in uptown Charlotte. (I don’t think they say downtown.) There was none of the harshness from the other side that we get every once in a while in Austin. Generally, people either walked by or were positive. As expected, there were a lot of people thanking us for being on-site and standing for life.

ProtestBOA

Pisciotta is not a novice at exposing the evils of abortion. He has organized protests to expose the way Planned Parenthood marketed sex to children as well as targeting Susan G. Komen for their support of Planned Parenthood. Pisciotta along with other pro-life groups have also organized overpass demonstrations to expose the horrors of abortion.

BOA FUnds PP

He says that there are specific things that people can do today in an attempt to influence BOA to stop funding Planned Parenthood. He has listed those suggestions in a flyer that he has been handing out to BOA customers during his protests.

ProtestBOA WHat can you fo flyer

#1 Call and complain to BOA headquarters 800-218-9946 about their matching grants to Planned Parenthood
#2 Complain to your BOA branch manager about the program.
#3 Close your BOA accounts and tell BOA why you did it.
#4 Call your friends and let them know about BOA support for Planned Parenthood, which commits over 300,000 abortions every year.

“Here is the big one,” Pisciotta added, “Deliver a #ProtestBOA in your hometown. Pro-Life Waco will send you 3 large signs and guide you on how to #ProtestBOA.”

Pastor drives daughter to work at Planned Parenthood then Pro-life Man Rebukes Him

Posted in Church and Ploanned Parenthood, Church pro-abortion with tags , , , , , , , on April 13, 2016 by saynsumthn

A newly released video shows a pro-life activist confronting a Pastor who drove his daughter to work at a Northern California Planned Parenthood abortion clinic. Don Blythe has been involved in pro-life ministry for 32 years and regularly witnesses the Gospel outside abortion clinics. In his many years, he has also observed a disconnect in the church regarding abortion. Blythe told Saynsumthn that there are many church leaders today that are both participating in abortion as well as defending it. He personally confronted one such Pastor who drove his daughter to Planned Parenthood years ago. The interaction was captured on video and only recently released after Blythe said he was contacted by other activists who are experiencing similar interactions with church leaders.

Don Blythe at Planned Parenthood

Blythe said that he recognized the Pastor who had been an acquaintance in political issues as he drove in his car that had a Jesus bumper sticker on it, into the Planned Parenthood Mar Monte parking lot several times over the week. He originally thought the Pastor might be going to another business in the complex, but when he realized he was taking someone to Planned Parenthood, he decided to confront him.

“I am shocked. You call yourself a man of God and you drop someone off at an abortion clinic…When did the devil get a hold of you?” Blythe said to the Pastor whose identity Blythe decided not to release.

“You are actually participating in the killing of children at a racist organization. The woman who started this organization called Black people the weeds of society. And you’re sitting here supporting an abortion clinic by bringing someone into work at the abortion clinic? Satan has a hold of you pastor. I’m so disappointed.”

PSTR

The pastor retorted:

“There is no reason to be disappointed at all. First of all that woman you are speaking is actually my daughter…I can’t control her decisions.”

Blythe reiterated his outrage using the scriptures to persuade the church leader that he was wrong.

“Pastor, I cant believe you and I are having this conversation? You are supposed to be a man of God…The Bible says have nothing to do with darkness.”

But, the Pastor continued his defense, claiming that his 18 year-old daughter needed a ride and needed the job that he claimed had nothing to do with killing babies, “MY daughter doesn’t do anything with abortion.”

Blythe responded, “She gets paid when baby’s get killed…

The Pastor then claimed that his daughter wasn’t paid by Planned Parenthood, as if that made it somehow okay.

“She is paid by the federal stimulus package with the summer youth job program.”

He then claimed that he had no authority to control where his daughter worked but Blythe challenged the pastor’s thought process by asking if the pastor would drive his daughter to a prostitution house if she asked him to.

I understand your argument, I’ve already had these discussions already with her. Arguing with me is not going to change anything,” the Pastor replied to Blythe.

But, Blythe continued to rebuke the “man of God.”

“You know what you are supposed to be doing? You are supposed to say, hun I love you but you have no business working in an abortion clinic at all and I will not take you there…I am going to follow God first.

“You have a moral code, I know you do but something has tripped you up…something has gripped you…

“I have been doing this 25 years and I cant believe you are here. This has to be a bad dream. And you are going to go in the pulpit Sunday and preach the Word and tell people that they are to walk in righteousness even if it hurts? They’re to pick up their cross and follow Christ? You’re not picking up your cross. You’re chucking your cross in order to be here today.”

Again, this pastor defended his act by responding to Blythe that he was not “working at this place.

You are working at this place by participating in her evil deeds,” Blythe told him.

“If she told you she just got a new job as the secretary of the KKK would you drive her to the KKK office?”

Of course not,” the Pastor replied.

You just did,” Blythe told the Pastor.

Watch the interaction below:

Blythe, who has rescued thousands of babies by being faithful outside abortion facilities said that he was once like this Pastor, not really thinking about what is taking place in abortion clinics across this nation.

“The problem with our churches is that a lot of people in the church, including me at one time, have no idea what abortion is. When I look at this Pastor I have to say, except for the grave of God, there go I.”

Blythe said that he believed that after he rebuked this Pastor that he had a change of heart and for that reason, Blythe decided to blur his face and not mention his name. He said he has no intention of publicly humiliating this man but he wants to challenge church leaders to take the killing of the preborn seriously, as seriously as God takes it, “I wanted to expose the issues of these weak pastors,” Blythe said.

“The reason I don’t want to show his face is because he is feeling guilt. Had he not been repentant I would have exposed this guy for the fraud that he was.

This was an example where he wasn’t thinking it through – having a wayward daughter the last thing you want to do is enable her. As you see on the video – he seems to come around. He seems to have a repentant heart.”

Texas Motor Speedway Drive Adoption

Adoption will be the theme during NASCAR’s third-largest paying race slated for April 9, 2016 in Fort Worth. Texas. During the Duck Commander 500, the stars of the famous A+E Duck Dynasty show are partnering with Texas Motor Speedway to launch an adoption awareness campaign. “Drive Adoption” as the campaign has been dubbed by Fort Worth’s Texas Motor Speedway has partnered with race entitlement sponsor Duck Commander to raise awareness and funds for adoption in conjunction with the Duck Commander 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Saturday, April 9.

A press release on the company website reads:

Adoption has touched the family of Duck Commander CEO Willie Robertson and his wife, Korie. The family, from the popular reality show “Duck Dynasty,” has welcomed three children into their family through adoption and continues to be advocates for the process. The most recent addition was Rowdy, who they met at last year’s Duck Commander 500 through a local adoption agency.

Robertsons of Duck Dynasty

Adoption has touched our family in profound ways since the moment our son Will came into our family at just five weeks old. Will continues to bless our lives daily as we watch him grow and become the man God calls him to be.

“There shouldn’t be kids without homes. It just shouldn’t happen,” Korie told PEOPLE a few years ago.

The couple said that when they approached the adoption agency for their first adopted son, Will they did not have the money for the adoption. But they were committed it and came up with what they needed.

During an award ceremony at the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute’s Angels in Adoption Gala, Korie broke down when she recounted that moment when Will became their son. Telling the audience:

From the moment we found out about him, he was ours. I swear, I had labor pains the night before I went and picked him up at the foster home he was living at. He’s our child, just like our biological children.

Rebecca Robertson

In 2004, the Robertsons welcomed Rebecca Lo who came to the Duck Dynasty couple as an exchange student from Taiwan. Then, last year another child won their hearts. Korie explains:

Last year at the Duck Commander 500 – in between the hectic rush of press conferences, riding in pace cars, and announcing, “Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines” – Willie and I walked into a quiet, little room and our lives were forever changed when we met the 12-year-old boy who would soon become ours.

The newly adopted member of the Robertson family, 12-year-old Rowdy Robertson, who is from Texas, will be a co-Grand Marshals at the race.

Adoption is something more than one Duck Dynasty family member has taken part in. Recently brother Jep and his wife Jessica adopted little Jules Augustus. Jessica said that after some health risks that kept her from having another child, Jep came on board, “He was like, ‘You know what, it’s a God thing. If it’s so heavy on your heart, this is something we need to do.‘”

“We went to the adoption agency and we said, ‘We don’t care what race, what gender. We just want to have a baby, so whatever happens, happens.’ So we got us a little Gus,” Jep told US Magazine.

Willie Robertson told Sports Spectrum that he and Korie had talked about adopting a child when they were dating.

Take a kid and put them in a good home, a Christian home…We just thought it would be great. We tried to pursue it and got a few road blocks and the Lord provided. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done on this earth.

Drive Adoption Nascar

The Duck Commander race in Texas will help launch what the Robertsons hope will be a way to drive families to consider adoption.

Our theme for the 2016 Duck Commander 500 is Drive Adoption and we plan to do just that. It is our hope and dream that this race will drive families to consider adoption, connect people in need of adoption resources with organizations that can help, and bring to light the beautiful children around the world in need of a loving, caring family.

Willie and Korie Robertson plan to be at the Texas Motor Speedway to reinforce their adoption message:

Adoption is rarely easy, but it is ALWAYS worth it. We hope to make the adoption process easier by providing a platform for awareness, resources, and education, with the ultimate goal of uniting children with forever families.

It is in honor of that special meeting and the millions of children around the world who are still waiting to find a family to call their own that we have decided to dedicate this race to the cause of adoption.

To help generate adoption awareness, Texas Motor Speedway and Duck Commander have established a special Drive Adoptionticket package for NASCAR’s first points-paying Saturday night race of the 2016 Sprint Cup season. The package consists of two frontstretch tickets for the Duck Commander 500 – NASCAR’s third-largest paying race – and a pair of special Uncle Si Duck Commander duck calls for $150.

Another violent act against pro-life sidewalk counselors, are they on the increase?

Posted in pro-choice violence with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , on April 7, 2016 by saynsumthn

The media continues to portray pro-lifers as crazed and violent people who go around attacking women, but the truth is, there are many acts of violence that occur against activists who oppose abortion. Case in point is an incident which occurred recently in Orlando Florida where two pro-life sidewalk counselors say they felt threatened as they warned the parents of a young girl taking their daughter for an abortion that the clinic had a bad reputation.

Pro-lifers Michele Herzog and Sandra Diaz were outside the EPOC abortion clinic in Orlando, Florida, which is owned by the notorious James Pendergratft when they had an altercation with an abortion advocate. Diaz told Live Action News that when they noticed when a car with New Hampshire license plates pull into the abortion clinic they observed how young the girl in the vehicle was.

I told Michele she is very young.

Diaz said that Herzog, who regularly counsels outside Florida abortion clinics, was only trying to give the couple some materials warning them about how dangerous that facility was when the woman in the car came towards her in a very aggressive manner.

The woman came out of the back seat and didn’t go towards the abortion clinic. She went at Michele in an aggressive way.

Abortion mom agressive towards prolife counselor

Diaz said the woman was screaming at Michele and making describing her daughter’s preborn baby as small claiming that the baby would not feel pain. In a video of the incident provided to Live Action News, you can hear the woman angrily say:

    The fetus is this small.

Fetus is this small

Herzog pointed out to the angry woman that abortion clinic kills children up to 24 weeks. That is when the woman noticed that Diaz had her camera phone out and was recording the altercation. Herzog detailed what happened next:

The woman began screaming at us and ran toward me and stood right in my face, it looked like she was going to punch me so Sandra got her camera out to video tape, and when she saw that, she went ballistic and lunged toward Sandra and ripped the phone out of her hands. She walked off with it and wouldn’t give it back.

Sont take my picture

Screen grabs from the recording clearly show the pro-abortion woman lunging at Diaz.

Abortion mom grabs prolifer phone

Diaz said that she asked the woman to please return her phone but the abortion mom charged to the other side of driveway, where her son was standing and yelled at him as well.

I told her get away from my son. And I realized that she was being demonic so I said ‘I rebuke you Satan.

Woman attacks prolifers at Florida abortion clinic

Diaz and Herzog flagged down a police officer and as he pulled into the clinic, the woman ran to his car but, according to Diaz did not immediately listen to the officer to back away. The officer eventually retrieved the phone and returned it to Diaz where the video Diaz was able to capture collaborated Diaz’s story. Diaz was given a victim sheet to fill out and has requested that theft charges be filed against the women. She has yet to hear what authorities intend to do.

Meanwhile, Diaz states that the young girl never had the abortion and the family left the clinic after the incident.

Police called to Planned Parenthood after man threatens prolife with gun

In another example that occurred over a year ago, Gloria Boze, who is a regular outside a Planned Parenthood in Colorado, told Live Action News that after she was threatened with a gun. authorities refused to prosecute the offender. According to the pro-life sidewalk counselor, she petitioned a man to take his wife and leave Planned Parenthood when he threatened her with a gun. Boze recalled his words.

I have a gun in my car, and I’m going to shoot you.

She said their pro-life group immediately called the police who arrived within minutes as the man was about to leave Planned Parenthood.

He was taken out of his car, placed in handcuffs, and put in the back of a police cruiser.

She said that when police searches his car they found the fully loaded weapon in the back seat.

There was also an ammo clip hanging from the rear view mirror. We were all so shocked.

After about 2 hours the man was released and went back in to Planned Parenthood. It was stunning to think that a man could threaten to kill you, be found to have a loaded gun in his car, and then return to his life, no harm, no foul. The police never
spoke to us again to let us know that the man had been let go.

According to Boze, when the police report came out there was no mention of the gun whatsoever!

Because we had the video, and told them so, they amended their report and then included the gun. Several months later I got a call from the district attorney handling the case informing me that she would not bring it to trial. The reason being that there was no way that a jury would find the defendant guilty due to the emotionally charged reasons this man was at Planned Parenthood. He and his wife were at the abortion clinic because she was dying of terminal cancer and had to terminate the pregnancy. Absurd.

And, where guns are concerned this isn’t the first time pro-lifers have been threatened. In 2010, Operation Rescue documented that an abortion advocate threatened to gun down a pro-life activists at a late-term abortion clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Also in 2010, Charleston Police arrested abortionist Gary Boyle after he pointed a gun at three abortion protesters near the back entrance of the Charleston’s Women’s Medical Center abortion center in South Carolina.

In 2015, an Indiana man was arrested after he threatened anti-abortion activists with a gun at an Illinois Planned Parenthood. Then, in July of that same year, Bristol, Tennessee, police arrested Derrick Doss just outside the Bristol Women’s Clinic abortion clinic after he brandished a gun at pro-life demonstrators as he walked into clinic with his girlfriend. And in North Carolina police refused to arrest another man who pulled out a weapon to threaten Abortion Abolitionists outside the A Woman’s Choice abortion clinic in Raleigh.

Bud Shaver, Executive Director of Protest ABQ, who is a regular presence outside a late term abortion clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico, owned by abortionist Curtis Boyd, along with his wife Tara and others, has been a frequent target of violence. He said the real violence comes from abortion advocates.

We are using every peaceful and legal avenue available to expose the violent atrocities perpetuated against babies in the womb. Abortion is the ultimate act of violence and from our experience here in New Mexico, those who advocate for the extreme position of killing a baby for any reason through all nine months of pregnancy are the violent ones.
