According to the Florida Medical Board website, the Emergency Suspension Order was filed 7/23/14.

But a Voluntary Relinquishment Pending Board Action was filed September 10, 2014.

Nine years ago: youth minister kills unborn child and teen he impregnated

Adrien Estrada

On December 12, 2005, San Antonio police arrested a 22-year-old youth pastor whose former pregnant girlfriend, a 17-year-old member of his youth group, was found stabbed to dead in her San Antonio home.

Adrian Estrada had been a youth pastor at a local church when he impregnated the teen, Stephanie Sanchez several times, even driving her for an abortion, according to testimony from his trial.

Estrada and Sanchez began having sex when Sanchez was sixteen years old and Estrada was twenty years old. Sanchez lived at home with her mother and siblings who approved of their relationship. Court documents report that Estrada impregnated Sanchez three times. According to court testimony, the teen first became pregnant by Estrada in 2004, but he drove her to the clinic to have the abortion procedure. In July of 2005, the teen found herself pregnant again by Estrada, but suffered a miscarriage.

The third time, Sanchez decided to have the baby, according to witnesses. At the time of the pregnancy, Estrada had already begun a sexual relationship with another underage girl in his youth group, who later testified that Estrada told her that he wished that he could kill Sanchez.

On the day of her murder, prosecutors say that Estrada went to Sanchez’s home at a time when he knew that she would be alone. Sanchez was thirteen weeks pregnant. Court records indicate that Estrada choked Sanchez and stabbed her eight times in the back and five times in the back of the head and neck before leaving the teen’s body on the kitchen floor knowing that her father and siblings would be home soon and find her.

The medical examiner testified that Sanchez’s cause of death was “multiple stab wounds and manual strangulation.”   Several of the stab wounds in Sanchez’s back fractured some ribs and penetrated a lung. The unborn child received no stab wounds during the attack. The medical examiner testified that a separate autopsy was performed on the unborn child and that there was nothing “wrong with that child that would cause death except the fact that the mother had—was dead.”

During its summation of the murder case, the State speculated that the killing was spurred by a disagreement over whether Sanchez would get an abortion for her third pregnancy. Prosecutors argued that Estrada “knowingly killed the baby” because “he already got rid of one baby” when he “took her down there for the abortion.” They speculated that the stab wounds that the victim suffered to her neck were “for mom,” and the second set were for “baby.”

Estrada was convicted of Capitol murder and was sentenced to death in 2007, because the murders included the teen and her unborn child. However, in 2010, The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals threw out the death sentence but upheld his conviction and in 2011, Estrada was given life in prison without parole.

This case is one of tragedy that sadly gets repeated all to often in the country. An adult man pursuers an underage teen, impregnates her, takes for an abortion to cover the sexual relationship or kills her when she refuses to submit to his demand to have an abortion.

Even more tragic is the fact that this took place by a man who is supposed to represent Christ to the teens he influences at his church. Sadly, when people disregard the warnings of scripture to engage in premarital sex they will go to great lengths to cover their “sin” when it is about to be discovered. In this case, two unborn children and Stephanie Sanchez paid the price for a man who should have known better, who coveted his position in his church more valuable than how God would see him when he took matters into his own hands to snuff out their lives.

Botched late term abortion by California clinic lands woman in hospital

The OC Weekly has reported that a woman who was under arrest was taken for late term abortion at the Family Planning Associates Medical Group (FPA) abortion clinic in Long Beach. Following her visit to FPA for the 20 week abortion the prisoner suffered an incomplete abortion and had to be hospitalized. The botched procedure was performed in 2012 but is only coming to light after the Orange County District Attorney’s Office published their investigative report on the death of the fetus.

FPA Long Beach

From the story:

On March 13, 2012, Huntington Beach police arrested a woman identified in the report as “Lauren” for possession of a controlled substance. Because of a parole hold, authorities booked her into the Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) Women’s Main Jail. Lauren told staff there that she was 16 weeks pregnant and that both she and her boyfriend had agreed on aborting it when the relationship fizzled.

Having been unable to do so before she landed in custody, Lauren requested an abortion in mid-March. By the time the process began on April 4, 2012, at the Family Planning Associates Medical Group in Long Beach, an ultrasound determined her to be 20 weeks pregnant, requiring a three-day abortion. On April 11, Lauren returned to jail after the process began.

Around 1 a.m. the next day, Lauren complained of cramping; she sat on the can, believing she needed to relieve herself, when her pushing caused the unresponsive fetus to drop into the toilet while still attached via its umbilical cord. Authorities transferred Lauren and “Fetus M.” to Saint Joseph Hospital in Orange. Doctors concluded Lauren suffered an incomplete abortion and that the fetus was stillborn.

Everything about the procedure complied with the Reproductive Privacy Act and federal law. OCDA investigators saw no reason to file charges against anyone involved.

Here is a copy of part of the investigative report detailing the condition of the unborn child:

Sadly, the abortion was ruled legal and in addition to the taxpayers funding the abortion and subsequent medical cost the baby’s death will not be prosecuted.

FPA Prison conclusion

FPA or Family Planning Associates has a history of botched abortions.

Earlier this month, Chicago’s Pro-life Action League, reported that ” a woman was taken away by an ambulance from the Family Planning Associates’ Albany Medical/Surgical Center abortion clinic on Chicago’s Northwest Side,” yesterday!

This was not the only time an ambulance was summoned- click here for more !

On Feb 4,2013, an ambulance arrived again at the Family Planning Associates abortion clinic of Bakersfield California. Pro-life sidewalk counselor, Terri Palmquist, who was at the clinic reports that Vernon Wagner the abortionist for Family Planning Associates in Bakersfield, CA. has “botched” at least three abortions in five months:

October of 2012 Pro-lifers in California posted this image at the Family Planning abortion clinic in Bakersfield

Terry Palmquist a pro-lifer, who counsels outside the clinic posted this comment on her facebook page: “Minutes ago a Hispanic woman being transported from abortion chamber…pray for her, repentance and healing!”

abortionist Vernon Wagner

Terry also posted this:

Police on way to FPA abortion chamber…As abortionist was leaving, I said, “so did you botch another abortion along with killing all these babies?” He started swearing and screaming at me as he quickly approached me, “You don’t know what the ….. you are talking about, b……!”
I replied, “I know you are killing babies and have botched abortions!” [Vernon] Wagner, still approaching me as I stayed on the public sidewalk yells, get the f… out of my face!” He jumps dowm from parking lot and I thought he was coming to punch me, but he went to our crosses and started pitching them in the street! All the while screaming swear words
!”

That was not the first time a woman at the abortion clinic was at risk. In August of 2012, LifeSavers Ministries witnessed another ambulance arriving, here is their account:

An ambulance arrived Monday morning at the FPA abortion center in Bakersfield, as abortionist Vernon Wagner continued aborting babies inside. After a few minutes, the door to the abortion room opened, and a young black woman was taken out on a stretcher. The ambulance transported the woman to the Kern Medical Center emergency room. No further information about the woman’s condition is available at this time.

The presence of the ambulance was a somber reminder of the dangers of “legal” abortion to women. Just a few weeks ago, Tonya Reaves bled to death after her baby was aborted in a Chicago Planned Parenthood.

According to 40daysfor life: Wagner is not only responsible for the deaths of thousands of babies; he has also been sued for the death of Tami Suematsu. Her family accused Wagner of gross negligence for finishing his other abortions while she lay dying. Life Dynamics describes her death this way: Tami, who had a history of asthma, underwent an abortion at Riverside Family Planning Center on August 19, 1988 in Riverside, California. After the surgery, she went into an asthma attack that led to respiratory failure, which resulted in cardiac arrest. She was transported to a local hospital and died shortly after arriving. She was 19 years old. (Riverside County (CA) Death Certificate No. 38833005990; Riverside County (CA) Autopsy File No. 64442; State of California Certificate of Death # 149559)

According to RealChoice Blog, Family Planning Assoc, the abortion clinic chain mentioned above has played a role in the deaths of Denise Holmes,Mary Pena, Josefina Garcia, Lanice Dorsey, Joyce Ortenzio, Tami Suematsu, Christina Mora, Susan Levy,Patricia Chacon, Kimberly Neil, and Deanna Bell. FPA is a member of the National Abortion Federation, an organization that ostensibly ensures that abortions are done safely.

Family Planning Assoc Founder, Abortion doctor Edward C. Allred had troubling attitudes toward African Americans. Allred once publicly stated, “When a sullen black woman of 17 or 18 can decide to have a baby and get welfare and food stamps and become a burden to all of us, it’s time to stop…”

In 1995, the abortion clinic Allred ran would be accused of racism in the abortion-related death of a 24 year-old African American woman. It was in January of 1995, that 24 year-old African American TaTanisha Wesson went to the Family Planning Associates abortion clinic in Los Angeles, for an abortion and never came home. Her friend saw an ambulance arrive at the clinic that morning while sitting in the waiting room during the procedure.

TaTanisha ab death story

She called TaTanisha’s parents who rushed to the ER and found their beloved daughter in a coma. TaTanisha died in the hospital on February 1, 1995, leaving behind her 5 year old born son. An attorney for the family told the press that the abortion clinic gave TaTanisha too much anesthesia, that clinic staff was not present when she began to vomit, and that the abortion clinic delayed calling 911 for approx. 25 critical minutes. Her parents accused the abortionist of racism in their daughter’s death.

TaTanisha is one of many women who believed the lie that legal abortion made a “safe” abortion.

Two more Gosnell abortion clinic workers sentenced to prison / probation

Two former employees of Philadelphia abortion doctor, Kermit Gosnell, serving life in prison for killing babies who were born alive have been sentenced for their roles in the case.

Lynda Williams Gosnell

Forty-five-year-old phlebotomist Lynda Williams was sentenced Thursday to 5 to 10 years in prison on two counts of third-degree murder.

Forty-eight-year-old receptionist Tina Baldwin was sentenced to 30 months of probation for her guilty plea to sustaining a corrupt organization and other offenses.

Both women testified against Dr. Kermit Gosnell, who was convicted last year in the killing of babies born alive and viable during illegal late-term abortions and in the overdose death of a patient.

In another case involving Gosnell, Phoenixville resident Eileen O’Neill, 56, was sentenced last summer to house arrest.

O’Neill, an unlicensed doctor who worked for Gosnell, was sentenced in July 2013 to 6 to 23 months of house arrest by Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey P. Minehart.

According to the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, O’Neill will be on probation for two years after she completes her house arrest and has to complete 100 hours of community service.

Both women were typical of those Gosnell hired: poorly educated, with serious personal problems, and willing to work for cash “under the table.”

Williams was a widow with three children who met Gosnell at a Wilmington abortion clinic where he also worked. Gosnell began treating her for bipolar illness and hired her.

Baldwin began working for Gosnell after her internship at the clinic when she was at Germantown High School.

Baldwin’s lawyer, Colin R. Hueston, asked Lerner for probation, noting that she reports to a federal prison July 7 to begin an 18-month term on her guilty plea to drug conspiracy charges involving the sale of narcotic prescriptions at Gosnell’s clinic.

“I wish I never got involved,” Baldwin told Lerner. “I’m sorry for the things I did.”

• Tina Baldwin testified that Gosnell treated women differently, based on their race.
• White women “with money” were taken to an “immaculate” upstairs room where Gosnell treated them personally.
• Poor black, Latino and other women were kept in the clinic’s dingy, dirty downstairs rooms, and were usually treated by medically unqualified staff.
• Tina Baldwin said she asked Gosnell about why he treated white women differently from the others. She recalled him saying, “Sorry, but that’s how it is.”

According to the Kermit Gosnell Grand Jury Report, “Lynda Williams was hired to work full-time in 2008. She had previously worked with Gosnell at Atlantic Women’s Medical Services in Delaware, and had filled in from time to time at 3801 Lancaster Avenue. Gosnell originally hired Williams to clean instruments, but very soon had her anesthetizing abortion patients, performing ultrasounds, administering Cytotec vaginally, and dealing with babies born alive while he was not at the clinic. The way Williams dealt with the babies was the way the doctor showed her – she cut their spinal cords with scissors. She was not certified or licensed to perform any of these duties. Williams commuted to work with Sherry West and kept the same hours. She and West were supposedly attending to Karnamaya Mongar in the recovery room throughout the afternoon of November 19, 2009. It was Williams who actually administered the lethal mixes of Demerol, promethazine, and diazepam that killed Karnamaya Mongar. When the clinic was raided in February 2010, she was still employed and still administering anesthetics to patients.

Hospital did not want relationship with Planned Parenthood says doctor

Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and Planned Parenthood Southeast, have filed a lawsuit challenging a state law that places restrictions on abortion providers and would force most of the state’s clinics to stop providing abortions.

In testimony against the stricter legislation on abortion in Alabama, a medical director of Planned Parenthood Southeast’s clinics in Birmingham and Mobile, told the media that she previously had admitting privileges while a faculty member at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, but said conversations with UAB officials made it clear she would not be able to get those privileges again.

They did not want a relationship with Planned Parenthood at all,” said Roe. “They did not want the political controversies that come with having a relationship with Planned Parenthood.

The media went to great lengths to shield the name of this Planned Parenthood doctor, but, if I was to guess, I would guess Tamer Middleton as the one who possibly made this claim that hospitals did not want a relationship with Planned Parenthood.

The doctor giving testimony referred to only as “Roe” in the article allegedly testified behind a black curtain, and said they had never had an abortion patient transferred to a hospital by stretcher.

On cross-examination of Roe, Assistant Attorney General Margaret Fleming questioned Roe about an incident that occurred late last year, where two employees of Planned Parenthood’s Birmingham office were found to be selling abortion drugs in the parking lot of the facility. Planned Parenthood has closed the facility and, with the exception of Roe, fired the staff; Planned Parenthood Southeast CEO Staci Fox testified earlier this week that she expected the facility to reopen within a month. The Birmingham clinic of Planned Parenthood Southeast ceased operations in January.

Fleming asked Roe if the clinic had followed up with patients following the closing of the facility in January, saying there was no documentation of follow-up calls to patients in the medical records of the facility. Fleming also said that the staff delegated to make the phone calls had been dismissed.

Roe said the clinic did do the follow ups. “It was not documented, but the calls were made,” she said.

Fleming also questioned whether the clinic’s back-up physician had a substantial role in the clinic, citing Roe’s earlier testimony that she would refer patients experiencing complications to a hospital. Roe said she made those judgments on a case-by-case basis.

Fleming also pressed Roe on whether the Birmingham clinic was in compliance with Alabama Department of Public Health regulations that require physicians performing abortions to contact emergency room doctors when patients are admitted with complications. Roe said the clinic “facilitates and complies” with physicians in treatment.

Your own protocol is inconsistent with the rules of the Alabama Department of Public Health in this case,” Fleming said.

Yes, ma’am,” Roe replied.

On redirect questioning, Roe said that the ADPH had never complained to the clinic about its current policies, and that they would change them if so directed.

According to a report by Operation Rescue, Planned Parenthood abortionist Tamer Middleton is a “fly-in” abortionist who is known to work at abortion clinics in predominately Black neighborhoods, including Planned Parenthood in Mobile, Alabama, and a Feminist Women’s Health Center in Atlanta, Georgia, where late-term abortions are done. Ironically, medical licensing sites list her “specialty” as “Family Medicine.”

On March 21, 2008, 23 year old Sherika Mayo, went to Summit Medical Associates in Atlanta, Georgia for the elective abortion of her 25 week unborn child. After the abortion, while in the recovery room, the woman went into cardiac arrest and was transferred to Atlanta Medical Center where she underwent a hysterectomy and bowel repair. Medical records indicate that vigorous blood product replacement was undertaken, but the women coded in the I.C.U. where she died. The Georgia State Medical Board reviewed the case and determined that the abortionist, Tyrone Malloy, “failed to conform to minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing medical practice.” His license was reprimanded and while he was ordered to pay a $10,000.00 fine, he was allowed to continue practicing and performing abortions.

Did the authors of Freakonomics channel Planned Parenthood?

Posted in Freakonomics, Planned Parenthood and Crime Rates with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , on March 11, 2014 by saynsumthn

freakonomicsIn the book Freakonomics, authors University of Chicago economist Steven Levitt and Stanford University professor John J. Donohue III basically claim legalizing abortion reduced crime.

Levitt claimed legalizing abortion led to a major drop in murder and other violent crimes in the 1980s and 1990s. He theorized that the babies who were victimized by abortion would have been more likely to commit crimes. His theory was later debunked by a 2008 study.

According to researcher, Brian Clowes, in Harvard University’s Quarterly Journal of Economics, the authors concluded that “Legalized abortion contributed significantly to recent crime reductions. … Legalized abortion appears to account for as much as 50 percent of the recent drop in crime.” The authors noted, “Crime began to fall roughly 18 years after abortion legalization,” and that the social benefit of this decrease in crime is about $30 billion annually.

Donohue and Levitt wrote that, since 1991 ― 18 years after Roe v. Wade legalized abortion ― murder rates have fallen faster than at any time since the end of Prohibition in 1933. They added that the five states that legalized abortion earlier than 1973 [New York, California, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska] also experienced earlier declines in crime. Finally, they found that states with especially high abortion rates in the 1970s and 1980s had equally dramatic crime reductions in the 1990s.3

As Clowes points out in his editorial published by Life News, prominent pro‑abortion groups and leaders seized on the results of the Donohue‑Levitt study and used them as justification for promoting and funding the practice of abortion. For example, Canadian abortionist Henry Morgentaler, in an op‑ed piece heartlessly entitled “It’s Better for Us that They Died,” declared moral vindication and grumbled that he had been saying for decades that abortion would reduce crime. You can read Clowes’ full analysis here at Life News

But ideas by Donohue‑Levitt are nothing new.

In 1954, a speaker at a Planned Parenthood Federation regional conference claimed that Planned Parenthood was the answer to overcrowded prisons, because most in prison grew up as “delinquent children.”

PP Prison 1954

Did Donohue‑Levitt channel Planned Parenthood?

The idea that abortion may reduce the crime rate brings back past ideologies when eugenicists wanted to increase “good families” and decrease the “bad” ones. Studies later revealed that the majority of those targeted for eugenics “solutions” like forced sterilization were Black. Planned Parenthood has also been tied to these eugenics ideas as documented very well in the film by Life Dynamics called Maafa21 – watch it here http://www.maaf21.com

Except- those ideas are still around today:

NolanFinley
In 2012, The Detroit News published a call to add contraceptives to the water supply, a dangerous and repugnant proposal for gross state power over life and death– all in the name of fighting the “breeding poverty” of the welfare class. Editorial page editor Nolan Finley writes: “Since the national attention is on birth control, here’s my idea: If we want to fight poverty, reduce violent crime and bring down our embarrassing drop-out rate, we should swap contraceptives for fluoride in Michigan’s drinking water.“

HMMMMMM.
