In this “tell all” interview with Director Joel Gilbert, Malik Obama, the “half-brother” of President Obama, reveals his pain and confusion over Barack’s shunning of his Kenyan family after becoming President.

Malik provides a stunning take on the film, Dreams from My Real Father, stating “Frank Marshall Davis and Barack look alike” and adds that Barack does not look like his father.

Malik says he would like a DNA test so the truth can come come out.

Malik also states that Barack is “deceptive” and “has not been an honest man.”

In the interview, Malik displays an early manuscript he helped edit of Barack’s book Dreams from My Father with a different title.

Malik Obama, also known as Abon’go (Roy) Obama, was born in 1958.

He is the first child from the marriage of Barack Hussein Obama and Kezia Obama.

Malik and Barack first met in 1985 when Barack flew from Chicago to Washington DC to visit Malik.

Malik later hosted Barack in Kenya and they served as the best men at each other’s weddings.

Barack wrote of his lifelong relationship with Malik (Roy) in Dreams from My Father.

“Planned Parenthood is the biggest tax funded pedophile protection racket in America. Is President Obama and Vice President Biden calling upon Planned Parenthood to report what they see?” ~ Life Dynamics president, Mark Crutcher

Today, Life Dynamics, Inc., a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas, has responded to a White House PSA against rape, which includes top supporters of Planned Parenthood an organization caught covering for adult men who sexually abuse children.

The April 2014 public service message features President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden along with actors Daniel Craig, Benicio del Toro, Dulé Hill, Seth Meyers, and Steve Carell.

Life Dynamics points out that while messages against rape or sexual assault are good both President Obama and Vice President Biden support Planned Parenthood who time and again has failed to report the sexual abuse of children.

In fact, Planned Parenthood even posted a link to the PSA on their facebook page here:

PP Rape PSA

In a 2002 child predator investigation, Life Dynamics called over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across the nation.

The caller portrayed a 13-year-old girl who was pregnant by her 22-year-old boyfriend. Her story was that she wanted an abortion because she and her boyfriend did not want her parents to find out about the sexual relationship. In every call the age of the girl and her boyfriend were made perfectly clear. It was also made clear that the motivation for the abortion was to conceal this illicit sexual activity from the girl’s parents and the authorities. Additionally, our caller never said a single thing that might suggest that her parents would become abusive if they discovered her sexual activity.

Even though many of these clinics openly acknowledged to the caller that this situation was illegal and they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal activity. (Listen to actual audio tapes of the calls here)

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc.

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc.

Life Dynamics president Mark Crutcher explains what they found, “When we began to investigate we found it was even worse than we thought it was. Initially we thought perhaps the abortion clinics were only reporting half of the incidents, but instead we found that they were reporting hardly any of them.”

During these calls it was not uncommon for the Planned Parenthood or National Abortion Federation representative to warn the Life Dynamics’ caller that if someone were to find out about this situation her boyfriend could go to jail. In those situations it was unmistakable that the caller was being instructed to be more careful about what information she gave out and to whom. It was also not uncommon for the employee to interrupt the caller when she started talking about her age or the age of her boyfriend. On those occasions the obvious indication was that the employee did not want to hear this information.

Sometimes the caller would be told that, technically speaking, the clinic was required to report this activity to the state but that if the caller would either lie about her age or just keep her mouth shut when she came in for her abortion, no one would ask any questions. Several times she was told that the facility had no interest in the ages of the parties involved or that they do not verify ages or check IDs and would accept whatever she told them at face value. One employee went so far as to tell her that if she came in with the cash she could be any age she wanted to be.

Perhaps even more disturbing is that Life Dynamics identified a willingness by these employees to facilitate ongoing criminal behavior. At some point, the caller would raise the possibility that she might not be pregnant and asked whether the clinic would help her get birth control. Over 90 percent agreed to supply her with birth control and thereby help her conceal this illegal relationship. This offer was made even by people who had earlier in the call correctly identified this situation as sexual abuse or statutory rape.

In many of these instances, they told our caller that her adult boyfriend could come with her to pick up the birth control, and some even offered to let him pick it up without her,” explains Crutcher.

In other words, even though they had evidence that a sexual crime was being committed against a 13-year-old child, they were not only willing to conspire with the perpetrator to cover it up but they offered to provide him the means by which he could continue the abuse,” Crutcher states.

When Life Dynamics completed their phone survey, one of the most alarming observations they made was about the manner in which these Planned Parenthood or abortion facilities handled these calls. From start to finish, the attitudes of the employees the caller talked to made it brutally obvious that this is an issue they deal with routinely. In fact, several of them even volunteered that they get calls like this all the time.

In the final analysis, virtually every Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facility we contacted was willing to illegally conceal the sexual abuse of this 13-year-old girl,” reports Crutcher.

Vice President Joe Biden in anti-rape PSA

In the PSA from the White House, Vice President Biden, a staunch Planned Parenthood supporter tells the public that we all need to be part of the solution against rape and sexual assault, “If I saw it happening, I was taught you have to do something about it. We need all of you to be part of the solution, this is about respect, it is about responsibility,” Biden says.

President Barack Obama i anti-rape PSA

President Barack Obama in anti-rape PSA

Toward the end of the PSA, President Barack Obama, also an avid supporter of Planned Parenthood says it is up to “all of us” to end sexual assault, “It’s up to all of us to put an end to sexual assault. And that starts with you,” President Obama states in the PSA.

Crutcher says that he finds the statements of the President and Vice President in this PSA outrageous given their support for Planned Parenthood, “Planned Parenthood is the biggest tax funded pedophile protection racket in America,” states Crutcher, “Is President Obama and Vice President Biden calling upon Planned Parenthood to report what they see?

Life Dynamics says that they are in the process of compiling shocking data for the second part to this investigation which will include horrific details from court cases where children were returned to their pedophile abusers after being taken to family planning clinics.

This new report will clearly show that the abuse Life Dynamics documented in 2002 continues to this day.

In the spirit of stopping sexual abuse and rape, Life Dynamics calls upon President Obama and Vice President Biden to defund Planned Parenthood and to open an investigation into Planned Parenthood’s pedophile protection racket.

Planned Parenthood admits that Executive Order will NOT stop abortion funding in Health Care !!!!

FROM PLANNED PARENTHOOD
Statement of Cecile Richards, President of PPFA, on House Passing Historic Health Care Reform Bill

“Today is a truly historic day for the American people who have long demanded affordable, quality health care coverage.

“For more than a year, Planned Parenthood has worked tirelessly for a health care reform bill that would fix our broken health care system, strengthen women’s health, and achieve quality, affordable health care for all Americans. Today, monumental progress was made toward achieving these goals with the passage of historic health care reform legislation by the U.S. House of Representatives, despite a symbolic gesture, in the form of an Executive Order, to anti-choice Congressman Bart Stupak (D-MI), which has diverted attention from the central goal of health care reform — controlling costs and extending coverage.

“As a trusted health care provider to millions of women and families across the country, Planned Parenthood applauds the fact that this legislation would extend health care coverage, including family planning, to tens of millions of women and families, guarantee access to affordable life-saving screenings for cervical and breast cancer and other serious health problems, protect women against gender discrimination by private insurers, end the practice of dropping coverage because of pre-existing conditions, and significantly increase access to reproductive health care. The proposal also includes a commonsense provision to expand family planning under Medicaid, which would significantly increase access to essential preventive health care for millions of women.

“As a result of this historic expansion of health care coverage to more than 30 million Americans, the doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals who work for Planned Parenthood health centers will be providing care to many more women, men, and families who will be seeking primary and preventive care.

“Planned Parenthood is also extremely pleased that members of the House listened to the millions of women and men who expressed their strong opposition to the Stupak abortion ban. Stopping the Stupak ban was a high priority for women across the country who rejected the notion that they would not be able to even use their own money to obtain private insurance coverage for abortion. It was a tough fight, but we salute Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D- CA), Congressman Rosa DeLauro (D–CT) , members of the House Pro-Choice Caucus, and all others who stood up for women’s health and women’s rights.

“Nonetheless, we regret that a pro-choice president of a pro-choice nation was forced to sign an Executive Order that further codifies the proposed anti-choice language in the health care reform bill, originally proposed by Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska. What the president’s executive order did not do is include the complete and total ban on private health insurance coverage for abortion that Congressman Bart Stupak (D–MI) had insisted upon. So while we regret that this proposed Executive Order has given the imprimatur of the president to Senator Nelson’s language, it is critically important to note that it does not include the Stupak abortion ban.

“This is a historic day for American people. We regret that a gesture to Congressman Stupak has diverted the nation’s focus from this bill’s accomplishments, including the extension of family planning to millions of women.”

Planned Parenthood has called abortion “Basic Health Care” – Abortion is plain and simply eugenics. In fact, Planned Parenthood itself was founded on eugenics. Planned Parenthood is the nation’s largest abortion provider and receives over $1 MILLION Dollars PER DAY from tax payers . Can you say GREEDY ? If you really want to see what the motive of groups like Planned Parenthood and the “Elitists” in the Federal Government are , just get a copy of a well documented film called: : Maafa21 Black Genocide in 21st Century America . The producers of Maafa21 went directly to the papers of Planned Parenthood, Founder Margaret Sanger, and The American Eugenics Society for their research. Maafa21, lays out the founder’s of Planned Parenthood’s eugenics and racist ideas using THEIR quotes, books, articles, video and audio on the screen. If you will watch Maafa21 you will see evidence that Margaret Sanger – founder of Planned Parenthood was a member of the American Eugenics Society and gave supportive speeches to the KKK and , as Sanger admitted in her own autobiography , she received at least a dozen additional speaking invitations from the Klan. THE KLAN ! Today, Planned Parenthood’s highest award is called the Margaret Sanger Award and notables like Hillary Clinton have been the recipients of this racist award of late. Shockingly, many other Planned Parenthood board members were also involved with the Eugenics Society, including Alan Guttmacher, who was at one time the Vice President of the AES. Maafa21 (http://www.maafa21.com) plays an actual tape of a former Planned Parenthood President admitting that Planned Parenthood knowingly receives donations from people who admit they want to wipe out the black race. Maafa21 (http://www.maafa21.com) also contains a stunning remark from Republican President Richard Nixon explaining in offensive racist language why people will “VOTE” for abortion – something you cannot miss ! I urge you to get a copy of this incredible film Maafa21 today. http://www.maafa21.com

The White House

Office of the Press Secretary

For Immediate Release March 21, 2010
Statement from Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer

Today, the President announced that he will be issuing an executive order after the passage of the health insurance reform law that will reaffirm its consistency with longstanding restrictions on the use of federal funds for abortion.

While the legislation as written maintains current law, the executive order provides additional safeguards to ensure that the status quo is upheld and enforced, and that the health care legislation’s restrictions against the public funding of abortions cannot be circumvented.

The President has said from the start that this health insurance reform should not be the forum to upset longstanding precedent. The health care legislation and this executive order are consistent with this principle.

The President is grateful for the tireless efforts of leaders on both sides of this issue to craft a consensus approach that allows the bill to move forward.

A text of the pending executive order follows:

EXECUTIVE ORDER

– – – – – – –

ENSURING ENFORCEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ABORTION RESTRICTIONS IN THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” (approved March __, 2010), I hereby order as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Following the recent passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“the Act”), it is necessary to establish an adequate enforcement mechanism to ensure that Federal funds are not used for abortion services (except in cases of rape or incest, or when the life of the woman would be endangered), consistent with a longstanding Federal statutory restriction that is commonly known as the Hyde Amendment. The purpose of this Executive Order is to establish a comprehensive, government-wide set of policies and procedures to achieve this goal and to make certain that all relevant actors—Federal officials, state officials (including insurance regulators) and health care providers—are aware of their responsibilities, new and old.

The Act maintains current Hyde Amendment restrictions governing abortion policy and extends those restrictions to the newly-created health insurance exchanges. Under the Act, longstanding Federal laws to protect conscience (such as the Church Amendment, 42 U.S.C. §300a-7, and the Weldon Amendment, Pub. L. No. 111-8, §508(d)(1) (2009)) remain intact and new protections prohibit discrimination against health care facilities and health care providers because of an unwillingness to provide, pay for, provide coverage of, or refer for abortions.

Numerous executive agencies have a role in ensuring that these restrictions are enforced, including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

Section 2. Strict Compliance with Prohibitions on Abortion Funding in Health Insurance Exchanges. The Act specifically prohibits the use of tax credits and cost-sharing reduction payments to pay for abortion services (except in cases of rape or incest, or when the life of the woman would be endangered) in the health insurance exchanges that will be operational in 2014. The Act also imposes strict payment and accounting requirements to ensure that Federal funds are not used for abortion services in exchange plans (except in cases of rape or incest, or when the life of the woman would be endangered) and requires state health insurance commissioners to ensure that exchange plan funds are segregated by insurance companies in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, OMB funds management circulars, and accounting guidance provided by the Government Accountability Office.
I hereby direct the Director of OMB and the Secretary of HHS to develop, within 180 days of the date of this Executive Order, a model set of segregation guidelines for state health insurance commissioners to use when determining whether exchange plans are complying with the Act’s segregation requirements, established in Section 1303 of the Act, for enrollees receiving Federal financial assistance. The guidelines shall also offer technical information that states should follow to conduct independent regular audits of insurance companies that participate in the health insurance exchanges. In developing these model guidelines, the Director of OMB and the Secretary of HHS shall consult with executive agencies and offices that have relevant expertise in accounting principles, including, but not limited to, the Department of the Treasury, and with the Government Accountability Office. Upon completion of those model guidelines, the Secretary of HHS should promptly initiate a rulemaking to issue regulations, which will have the force of law, to interpret the Act’s segregation requirements, and shall provide guidance to state health insurance commissioners on how to comply with the model guidelines.

Section 3. Community Health Center Program. The Act establishes a new Community Health Center (CHC) Fund within HHS, which provides additional Federal funds for the community health center program. Existing law prohibits these centers from using federal funds to provide abortion services (except in cases of rape or incest, or when the life of the woman would be endangered), as a result of both the Hyde Amendment and longstanding regulations containing the Hyde language. Under the Act, the Hyde language shall apply to the authorization and appropriations of funds for Community Health Centers under section 10503 and all other relevant provisions. I hereby direct the Secretary of HHS to ensure that program administrators and recipients of Federal funds are aware of and comply with the limitations on abortion services imposed on CHCs by existing law. Such actions should include, but are not limited to, updating Grant Policy Statements that accompany CHC grants and issuing new interpretive rules.

Section 4. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this Executive Order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect: (i) authority granted by law or presidential directive to an agency, or the head thereof; or (ii) functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This Executive Order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This Executive Order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity against the United States, its departments, agencies, entities, officers, employees or agents, or any other person.

THE WHITE HOUSE,

Abortion and the Health Bill

There is no middle ground. Either taxpayers will fund it or they won’t.
By CHARMAINE YOEST

It’s now becoming clear that Barack Obama is willing to put everything on the table in order to be the president who passes health-care reform. Everything, that is, except a ban on federal funding for abortion.

Last September, the president promised that “no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions, and federal conscience laws will remain in place.” Yet the legislation most likely to move forward in Congress would be the single greatest expansion of abortion since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.

The White House knows how to turn Mr. Obama’s September commitment into legislative action. I met with senior White House officials and told them that only adding a so-called Hyde Amendment to the health-care reform bills would fulfill the president’s promise to protect Americans from subsidizing abortion.

The Hyde Amendment dates back to the 1970s, when congressional leaders discovered that Medicaid was paying for nearly 300,000 abortions a year. This had not been an intended outcome of the Medicaid program, which was created in 1965 with strong bipartisan support. So in 1976 Rep. Henry Hyde introduced an amendment to the Health and Human Services appropriations bill prohibiting taxpayer funds from paying for abortions.

Similar amendments have been added to health-care bills ever since. Without specific language prohibiting the practice, history has shown that the courts or administrative agencies end up directing government dollars to pay for abortions.

For example, in the 1996 case Planned Parenthood v. Engler, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals found that “under Medicaid, certain categories of medical care are mandatory.” The court then found that abortion “fits within many of the mandatory care categories, including ‘family planning,’ ‘outpatient services,’ ‘inpatient services,’ and ‘physician services.'” In short, the court created a mandate for funded abortions through Medicaid if the Hyde Amendment is ever eliminated.

Over the past year, language similar to the Hyde Amendment was crafted by Reps. Bart Stupak (D., Mich.) and Joe Pitts (R., Pa.) and inserted into the health-care bill that passed the House. When asked about the Stupak-Pitts Amendment in November, Mr. Obama talked around the issue. He said that “there is a balance to be achieved that is consistent with the Hyde Amendment.” When asked if Stupak-Pitts struck this “balance,” the president replied “not yet.”

That’s an odd reply. The question of abortion funding doesn’t have any Zen to it: The funding is either prohibited or it’s not.

In November, presidential adviser David Axelrod, on CNN’s “State of the Union,” also talked around the Hyde Amendment, saying that the president “doesn’t believe this bill should change the status quo as it relates to the issue of abortion.” But then Mr. Axelrod claimed that “this shouldn’t be a debate about abortion” before concluding that there were discussions in Congress about “how to adjust [the abortion language bill] accordingly.”

Apparently, his definition of “adjust” means opening up the spigot for the abortion lobby. The president’s latest proposal mirrors legislation that has passed the Senate, which doesn’t include a Hyde Amendment, and would inevitably establish abortion as a fundamental health-care service for the following reasons:

• It would change existing law by allowing federally subsidized health-care plans to pay for abortions and could require private health-insurance plans to cover abortion.

• It would impose a first-ever abortion tax—a separate premium payment that will be used to pay for elective abortions—on enrollees in insurance plans that covers abortions through newly created government health-care exchanges.

• And it would fail to protect the rights of health-care providers to refuse to participate in abortions.

The president’s plan goes further than the Senate bill on abortion by calling for spending $11 billion over five years on “community health centers,” which include Planned Parenthood clinics that provide abortions.

The bottom line is that the president wants to deploy words that sound soothing like “balance” and “adjust.” Meanwhile, the courts are rendering precedent with stark words like “mandatory.”

When confronted by House Minority Leader John Boehner about abortion funding during the health-care summit last week, the president dropped his head and looked down at the table. How revealing.

OSHKOSH – A controversial billboard along Highway 41 is catching people’s attention. It calls for President Obama to be removed from office.

The spot, near the Oshkosh Correctional Institute, is also becoming a popular spot for motorists to pull over and snap a picture.

“The sign kind of struck me as being very forceful. I was driving up to Green Bay this morning and saw it. It just surprised me that a sign like that would be out there, that blatant,” said Gary Fox, of Waukesha.

Fox said he agrees with the ‘Impeach Obama’ billboard. The tagline is: ‘America’s small businesses are failing, help us spread the message.’

So, who paid for it? FOX 11 went looking and it turns out it wasn’t a group of small business owners. It was Tom Wroblewski, an attorney in Menasha.
