Bishops and pastors gather at Missouri Planned Parenthood to condemn Black genocide

On November 11, 2017, a large group of Church of God in Christ (COGIC) bishops and pastors gathered outside Planned Parenthood of St. Louis to pray and decry Black genocide in their community as part of the COGIC’s Family Life Campaign, a partnership with Human Coalition. Catherine Davis, founder of the Restoration Project, called the event “historic,” adding, “Many who were out there were bishops. The significance of this was remarkable because of the level of influence each bishop and pastor has within the church and their various communities.”

Catherine Davis

Davis told Live Action News that the pastors and ministry leaders participating in the prayer vigil were attending the COGIC’s annual convocation in St Louis. Although many Black pastors have stood outside Planned Parenthood and abortion facilities around the nation, Davis said she was unaware of a group of clerical leaders of this size participating at one time.

The St. Louis facility commits abortions up to almost 22 weeks and is known for its high number of 911 calls; it has sent at least 65 women to hospital emergency rooms since 2009.

“This location is located between two colleges, where they are targeting Black women,” Davis said in her live Facebook video. “We will not allow Planned Parenthood to target our women and we are taking a stand.”

The attendees from across the nation recognized how abortion was decimating the Black community, Davis said, and the group wanted women entering Planned Parenthood to know that help was available through the COGIC.

Black women pray outside Planned Parenthood

“We’re out here… to encourage women who come here for abortions to chose life instead of death for their unborn babies,” one of the attendees stated.

Another said the group was “prayerfully and peacefully serving women and encouraging them to make a healthy choice for themselves and their children.”

“Not only does abortion affect the woman but it affects everyone around her,” said another member, “And so we just want to make it clear that we stand against abortion today. And, we’re going to continue to be a part of the movement within our lives, within our church, and the community. ”

Others noted that they chose to participate to “pray against genocide” and “pray against population control” and against what Planned Parenthood is doing in the Black community by “aborting our babies.”

Black Bishops denounce Planned Parenthood

Bishop Vincent Matthews, president of the International Missions Department for COGIC, estimated the crowd at approximately 150 and described Planned Parenthood as a “lynching spot in St. Louis” where, “they lynch people, mainly Black folks but all kinds of people. Black people, white people, Latinos, Asians….”

Bishop Vincent Matthews prays outside Planned Parenthood

“This is the same city [St. Louis] that Dred Scott came to, to be free and they told him ‘go back and be a slave….’ — that he was not a real person. And they want us to go back to being slaves,” Matthews said.

Bishop Mathews regularly encourages members to adopt children from the foster care system as well as babies in danger of being aborted. “It’s about going home, rolling up your sleeves, and taking care of a child,” he noted.

According to Davis, Bishop Matthews also told the crowd that the “Church of God in Christ will not be a Negro Project denomination.” Matthews was referring to eugenicist Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger’s “Negro Project,” pushing birth control on the Black community.

In a letter that Sanger penned to her financier Clarence Gamble, the Planned Parenthood founder schemed to use Black ministers to introduce their congregants to the “Negro Project” agenda because, she said, “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population,” and if it did, these ministers could “straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Pastor Dean Nelson, National Outreach Director at Human Coalition, attended the prayer vigil. Human Coalition has partneredwith the COGIC’s Family Life Campaign to “advance their common mission of making abortion unthinkable and unavailable in America.” Nelson called the Church of God in Christ “one of the most Christ centered, socially conscience Black denominations in the country,” and explained to rally participants how abortion disproportionately impacts the Black community. He also pointed out that in New York, where Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger opened her first facility, more Black babies are aborted than are born.

Dean Nelson of Human Coalition prays outside Planned Parenthood

“And, her [Margaret Sanger’s] words to Clarence Gamble, head of Proctor and Gamble at the time, was ‘we don’t want word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. And she used ministers in her diabolical plot.”

Nelson said the COGIC ministers were taking a stand against this eugenic, racist agenda: “We’re engaging with men and women of God in this country who happen to be African American that are saying we’re standing up and saying ‘NO MORE,’ not on our watch.”

Planned Parenthood and the media usually describe Sanger as a “birth control pioneer,” but she also met with members of the Klan, advocated eugenics, and supported the use of sterilization to rid the planet of the “unfit” (which, in her mind, heavily included minority populations). Sanger wrote of her meeting with the Klan in her autobiography:

I accepted an invitation to talk to the women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan…. I saw through the door dim figures parading with banners and illuminated crosses…. I was escorted to the platform, was introduced, and began to speak…. In the end, through simple illustrations I believed I had accomplished my purpose. A dozen invitations to speak to similar groups were proffered.

But Planned Parenthood‘s ties to eugenics go well beyond their founder Margaret Sanger — and its diabolical agenda of targeting the Black community for abortion has had staggering results.

For years, pro-lifers have contended that abortion disproportionately affects the African American community. They point to US Census Bureau data estimates, which show that in 2014, while Blacks made up approximately 13 percent of the US population, CDC figures for 2014 reveal that non-Hispanic Black women accounted for 36 percent of reported abortions for “race/ethnicity.” And, according to abortion numbers reported by Planned Parenthood‘s former “special affiliate,” The Guttmacher Institute (founded by a leader of the American Eugenics Society), 28 percent of abortions reported to them in 2014 were committed on Black women.

A recent survey published by Guttmacher (which is funded in part by taxpayers) revealed that Black women had a higher rate of prior abortions, because the availability of taxpayer-funded abortions were a contributing factor for women who had at least one prior abortion.

Guttmacher Prior Abortion Survey

The report found that Black women had a higher rate of prior abortions: “Slightly more than half of Black abortion patients had a prior abortion (54%), higher than any other racial and ethnic group.”

Members of the COGIC denounced the genocidal effects of abortion, holding signs that read, “COGIC DENOUNCES BLACK GENOCIDE…. ABORTION IS THE #1 KILLER OF AFRICAN AMERICANS IN THE NATION.”

Bishop Patrick Wooden also spoke in a Live Facebook feed while outside Planned Parenthood, announcing, “We are here to say that all lives matter, especially the lives of the unborn.”

“We’re here to say that they matter…We are here and we are going to fight.”

As the members walked the sidewalk in front of the abortion facility you could hear them lovingly crying out to offer the women going to Planned Parenthood assistance. You could also hear them crying out to Jesus and praying that He would end the genocide. Many in the group also prayed for the doctors and nurses that worked inside the Planned Parenthood facility.

“We had to be here… we’ve joined the fight,” said Pastor Michael Gantz from Las Vegas. “We feel very moved to stand up against this genocide…. We can’t just talk about it – we’ve got to be about it.”

Bishop Matthews added, “We want women who come here to know we don’t condemn you…. If you don’t have options, we will adopt your baby…. just don’t have an abortion.”

Florida abortion clinic may close after owner’s arrest and criminal charges

The State of Florida is threatening to close an abortion clinic owned by a notorious late term abortion provider who was recently arrested on drug charges in another state. James Scott Pendergraft, who operates 5 abortion clinics in the state, was arrested in October of 2015 for possession of drugs after being stopped for speeding in South Carolina. As Live Action News previously reported, at the time of his arrest, Pendergraft, was also found to have in his possession surgical implements that were covered in blood and human tissue from abortions he had illegally performed throughout South Carolina. Despite having his medical license revoked at the time, Pendergraft was only charged with being in the possession of illegal narcotics.

Pendergraft-Booking-Info-Spartanburg-Co

Spartanburg County filed the criminal charges against Pendergraft and made his first court appearance in December of last year.

In January 2016, The Agency for Health Car Administration (AHCA), which licenses abortion clinics in the sunshine state, filed an action to revoke Pendergraft’s license to operate the Orlando Women’s Center abortion clinic located at Lucerne Terrace. AHCA’s complaint states that, “with his arrest and criminal charges, Mr. Pendergraft is disqualified and is no longer in compliance with Florida law.”

AHACA Pendergraft abortion

“It all has to do with drug charges out of South Carolina but unfortunately nothing to do with any of the other things he has done in the state,” Michele Herzog, spokesperson of Pro-life Action Ministries who side walk counsels in front of Pendergraft’s Orlando abortion facilities.

James Pendergraft

Pendergraft has had his medical license suspended several times by the state’s medical board before it was eventually revoked indefinitely. In 2011, Pendergraft lost a lawsuit after the baby survived a late term abortion attempt. The woman was awarded $36 million in damages to take care of the child who is now severely disabled.

Herzog pointed out that Pendergraft aggressively advertises his late term abortion clinics nationwide, offering women abortion discounts to get them to his door as well appointments on Sunday. But, despite his persistence, Herzog is optimistic that his abortion clinics will eventually be shut down. She said that are a number of faithful Christians are praying in front of Pendergraft’s abortion clinics and reaching out to the women he profits off of.

All 5 Pendergraft abortion facilities are covered in prayer Herzog said noting that she organizes the outreach outside EPOC abortion clinic in Orlando where other faithful pro-lifers join her. Pro-lifer and evangelist John Barros and several others ministers outside Orlando Women’s Center (OWS), where pro-lifers have witnessed women taken from the clinic by ambulances. But, they often speak to women who change their mind and choose to keep their baby.

“Through Barros’ faithful ministry many babies are alive today,” Herzog said.

Barros Orlando Womens00390434_413136637_n

Barros responded to news that OWS might be closed by the state, telling WFTV, “God uses different things in different ways and it usually is in different ways than we could ever have imagined.

In Ft. Lauderdale, John and Tewannah Amen as well as members of Broward County Right to Life pray and sidewalk counsel outside the Ft. Lauderdale Women’s Center. Pendergraft’s Tampa and Ocala abortion facilities are also covered with prayer and pro-life sidewalk counselors on a regular basis.

This abortion empire needs to come to an end,” Herzog said.

Pro-lifers in Florida have watched God close a number of clinics in the state including two already this year. WomanCare in Orlando and Planned Parenthood of Winter Haven closed their doors after years of prayer and hard work from the activists. Herzog said that WomanCare abortion clinic was evicted the end of January just months after she and a group of prayer warriors walked inside the clinic on Good Friday 2015 and prayed for God to close the clinic permanently. Although staff was in the building, no one knew the pro-lifers were in the waiting room until they left.

The Winter Haven Planned Parenthood, which just closed their doors, was also covered in prayer on a regular basis. Herzog said that pro-lifer Scott Newman along with members of Sidewalk Advocates for Life, who originally reported the closing, faithfully prayed and sidewalk counseled in front of that abortion facility as well.

‘Abortionist’ kneels in bizarre prayer of thanks for killing babies

In a bizarre act of gratitude for the ability to kill preborn children in the womb, an abortion supporter was caught on video kneeling in prayer next to an image of a late term aborted baby at an event sponsored by Planned Parenthood.

Abortionist Skye kneels prayer Prolife action league

The video of the incident was captured by Matt Yonke, assistant communications director for Pro-life Action League (PLAL) during a November 16, 2015 event the League was protesting where an elite group of abortion industry officials gathered to recruit and train new abortion providers. The North American Forum on Family Planning was held in Chicago and was sponsored by Planned Parenthood and the Society for Family Planning.

Society of Family Planning Planned Parenthood

According to Yonke, who wrote about the protest on the PLAL’s website, approximately 30 pro-lifers gathered to confront forum attendees. They carried photos of abortion’s victims as well as signs reading Planned Parenthood Lies to You and Planned Parenthood sells baby parts.

Yonke told Live Action News that shortly after pro-lifers gathered outside the pro-abortion forum’s venue, a woman from the forum, who identified herself as “Sky” approached them. Yonke said they often have abortion supporters speak to them while they protest so he was a little amused as he waited to see what she would do. Describing the act as “street theater,” Yonke admitted that when he witnessed the abortion supporter kneel down to give thanks for abortion next to the image of a late term aborted baby, he was a little shocked.

I was standing next to Joe Scheidler, who was holding the sign you see in the video next to her, and I think we were both kind of dumbfounded. Couldn’t believe she was saying the things she was saying!” Yonke told Live Action News.

Then when she was done, I introduced myself and tried to talk to her, but she just walked away,” he added.

Referring to abortion as “pregnancy outcome”, and placing adoption and parenting on the same par as killing the preborn child, the woman wearing what looked like a Planned Parenthood badge opened her prayer saying:

“My dear heavenly father, I’m grateful today to be here at this wonderful meeting, and I wanted to express to you the gratitude and humility that I feel as an abortionist. And, I’m thankful for the support that I have from my community, from those who love me, my family and my faith.

“I can imagine no person who is in greater need of Christlike love and excellent medical care than a woman who is faced with an unintended pregnancy. And I am grateful every day to feel thy spirit and thy guiding hand in my work as I speak to women of all faiths and all creeds.”

The prayer went on for nearly four minutes, accusing pro-lifers of judging others and thanking whomever she was praying to for her ability to be “compassionate.” She then addressed the alleged issue of “abortion stigma” while praying, “And I would hope that you would soften their hearts and help them to see the cruelty and the damage that their actions lead to.

Abortionist prayer

Ironically, while claiming “rigorous” and “scientific studies” about abortion stigma, the woman expressed her thankfulness “to be in this world” to know and use the studies to “furthering the work of the Lord.” She ended the prayer, “and I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

She then got up and walked away.

Although “Sky” claimed to be an abortionist, a tweet sent to PLAL by abortion supporter Robyn Marty doubted her claim, “@ProLifeAction if that person was a provider that would literally be the first one I have every heard call him or herself an “abortionist,” Marty tweeted.

Yonke pointed out that whether this woman was an actual abortionist or not, she was connected enough to be at the conference, “which means she’s pretty deep in the industry at any rate,” he said.

Baltimore: police, riots, protests, abortion and prayer

Posted in Black Crime, Black Lives Matter, Ferguson, Police Abuse with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , on April 28, 2015 by saynsumthn

Protesters in Baltimore are clashing with police the same way protesters did in Ferguson after hearing about the death of a black man that had been in police custody.

According to the Baltimore Sun, Freddie Gray, 25, died on April 19 — a week after he was injured while being arrested by Baltimore police.

Video of the arrest surfaced, protests have broken out and an investigation into his death is under way.

The paper reported today that police issued a statement stating that they received information that members of “various gangs” — including the Black Guerrilla Family, the Bloods and the Crips — have “entered into a partnership” to harm police.

Law enforcement agencies should take appropriate precautions to ensure the safety of their officers,” police said.

Black LIves Matter even in teh womb MFL 2015

Meanwhile, Black children die in huge numbers from abortion with barely a whisper.

In 2012, Diana Schaub a professor of political science at Loyola University Maryland wrote this:

In 1970, Baltimore City abortion rates for single white and black women stood at 7.43 and 10 respectively (the abortion rate is the number of abortions per 1,000 women ages 15-44), with the married women’s rates half that. By 2005, the Baltimore rate was 86.2. The National Abortion Rights Action League, which cites that figure, did not provide the African-American rate, but it would be substantially higher.

The state stopped collecting and publishing abortion data after 2005.

According to the Center for Disease Control which collects data from states, in 2005, the last year stats were collected in the state, 9198 abortions were performed in Maryland.

6019 or 65.4% were on Black babies.

The Guttmacher Institute, which does not break down abortions by race reported that in 2011, 125,400 of the 1,196,838 Maryland women of reproductive age became pregnant. 58% of these pregnancies resulted in live births and 27% in induced abortions.

Nationally, the most recent report from the CDC dated November 28, 2014 reveals that in 2011 almost 56% of all abortions reported for race were done on minority women.

These stats are prompting people on social media to ask if Black Lives Matter why don’t the people in Baltimore protest abortion and Planned Parenthood clinics as well?

To no one’s shock, Life News discovered that killing unborn babies in Baltimore is so important to some that abortion activists have been online exploiting the riots to get funding for abortion as shown in these tweets:

Baltimore abortion funding riots

That is a new low even for abortion advocates.

Even The Stanek Report, a daily pro-life news blog, thought the abortion fundraising tweets were obnoxious, headlining the story as “Activist worries Baltimore riots will get in way of “timely abortion access”

Activists Baltimore

Unfortunately – some tweets like the one below are racist and promote abortion as a solution to the riots.

Baltimore abortion racists

This idea comes straight from the eugenics movement which targeted those they call “unfit” claiming they would be prone towards crime if born.

Abortion as a solution to crime was also joked about by the Ferguson police according to a report published by Eric Holder’s DOJ. Read about that here.

The disproportionate rate of abortions on Black babies spurred outspoken comments during the Ferguson riots as well.

A Tweet by Black Sheriff David Clarke Jr during the Ferguson protests asked protesters why they are outraged when the police kill a Black man but not when the abortion clinics do?

David A Clark abortion tweet

“If only these faux protesters were asked by media about all the black on black killing or black babies aborted in US every year.“

Others on social media asked the same question during the Ferguson riots (read here.) (here.)

Shortly after, Black leaders began linking the shooting of Blacks by police to the deaths of babies in the womb from abortion:

All Lives Matter

While police fight to get the riots in Baltimore under control the hashtag Prayer for Baltimore, is trending on twitter:

The answers to these complex problems are right in front of us – maybe we just need to look.

Watch Robert Valentine take a stand against the rioters:

This year marks the 42nd anniversary of the infamous Roe v. Wade Supreme Court Decision which legalized abortion o demand in America.

Pro-lifers are gearing up to bring attention to the plight of millions of unborn children executed by abortion.

In Texas, John Piscotta of Pro-life Waco is planning to unveil a HUGE banner across I35, which reads, “Abortion is never OK. No Roe

Piscotta wrote this on his Hometown Pro-life Action Facebook page,”Interstate 35 pedestrian overpass demonstration on Roe day. I just received the main sign we will be using. It was the widest sign the company has ever made. This Pro-Life Waco demonstration happens on Thursday, January 24 from 11 to 1 p.m. We would love to have YOUR participation in this first (but not last) overpass demonstration in Waco. We need pro-lifers to hold signs and draw attention to our signs. The I-35 location is adjacent to Baylor University. Park your car in the lot of the new Chick Fill-A off 6th Street. Then walk less than a block to the entrance to the pedestrian overpass. Write or call me at 254-644-0407 is you have questions.”

North Texas Ride for Life Bikers prolife

In Dallas Texas, Life Dynamics reports that Bikers for Life will be leading a march to the Earle Cabell Federal Courthouse housing the district court where Roe was first filed in 1970.

In addition to the Bikers, Dallas Bishop Kevin Farrell plans to lead the march on the back of a motorcycle for two blocks and then walk the last two blocks to rally outside the Courthouse.

The ride will take place Saturday, January 17th at 3:00 PM.

Bikers will assemble by 2:00 PM at 500 Memorial Drive, (near the Dallas Convention Center).

Bikers who plan to ride for life can register here.

Texas History:

In March 1970, a suit was filed in Dallas on behalf of plaintiff Jane Roe and all other women “who were or might become pregnant and want to consider all options.”

At the time, in Texas, abortions were prohibited except to save the pregnant woman’s life. But, on June 17, 1970 the three-judge federal panel struck down the Texas abortion statute.

The Oakland pro-life event is being organized by Rev. Walter Hoye.

An page on Hoye’s website about the rally reads, “We walk because abortion in the Black community is a form of genocide, it is the Darfur of America. We walk because abortion in Black America is the civil rights issue of our day. We walk because abortion does violence, both physically and emotionally, to men and women, to their children, and to their families.

Rev. Hoye said that they have invited half a dozen speakers for their without life nothing matters rally to be held on Friday, January 23rd, at noon at the Oakland City Hall at One Frank H. Ogawa Plaza.

Hoye has invited several Black pro-life leaders to speak at the Oakland rally including Rev. Clenard Childress and Connie Eller who were interviewed in Life Dynamics’ powerful documentary on abortion and Black genocide, Maafa21.

In addition, Hoye said that Pastor Bruce Rivers who leads Mount Moriah Baptist Church, Pastor Walter Moss who is the pastor of the Foursquare Church in Canton, Ohio, Evangelist Richard Lane who is the only full time Black American Lay Catholic Ministries in the United States of America, and Rev. Hoye will also speak.

Hoye said his message to the crowd is, “If Black lives are going to matter, they have to matter in the womb first. Because if they don’t matter in the womb, they don’t matter anywhere.”

Unfortunately, radical pro-abortion communist have announced plans to protest the rally. Pro-lifers can find out more about Hoye’s pro-life rally here.

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, pro-lifers plan MLK-style protests to fight for unborn.

Protest ABQ has planned a national strike for January 22 and 23 which they say is similar to tactics employed by the late Martin Luther King, Jr.

Not go to work, not go to school, and that brings in the strike aspect of the event,” says organizer Tara Shaver. “But instead we want people to be prayerful, to fast and to protest, whether that be at a local abortion mill, on the state capitol building.”

No place is off limits, and people are being asked to not spend money during those two days.

The hope of the strike and protest is to use peaceful means to send a resounding message to lawmakers and the courts that American people want to see an end to abortion.
