School officials force kids to drop their pants parents outraged!

After the school found feces (poop) on the school floor, two dozen elementary students were rounded up in the small town 90 miles southwest of Fort Worth and told to drop their pants.

Gustine Independent School District Superintendent Ken Baugh acknowledged that making kids drop their drawers goes too far. “That’s not appropriate, and we do not condone that. So you would take disciplinary action.”

“I was furious… I mean, I was furious,” said one parent. “If you can’t do your job or you don’t know what you’re doing, you need to be fired. You shouldn’t be here.”

America’s Newest Vaccination: get used to military tanks in your neighborhood

Posted in Alex Jones, Constitution, Military, NorthCom, Police State with tags , , , , , , , , on August 13, 2012 by saynsumthn

In 2008, In a barely noticed development, a US Army unit began training for domestic operations under the control of US Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command. An initial news report in the Army Times newspaper last month noted that in addition to emergency response the force “may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control.” The military has since claimed the force will not be used for civil unrest, but questions remain. Democracy Now ( Hardly a Conservative Organization) in 2008 spoke to Army Col. Michael Boatner , future operations division chief of USNORTHCOM, and Matthew Rothschild, editor of The Progressive magazine.

Just a reminder that the Government trained the US Military to respond to a Possible H1N1 Crisis on US Soil as well, why?

And recently on the Alex Jones show a US Military caller said they were planning for a “October Surprise” – read more here

I was sent this interesting Op-Ed by Bob Livingston about how we are being slowly desensitized to seeing the US military on our streets….the article has links to all his examples, I posted a few for authenticity, but you may want to read it on his blog:

America’s Newest Vaccination

August 13, 2012 by Bob Livingston

In medicine under the germ theory of disease, vaccinations are supposed to provide immunity by introducing the disease to the body in small doses, allowing the body to build up its “germ-fighting” abilities. Of course, this is not so, as I pointed out last week.

But that theory is now being employed on Americans in another way that has nothing to do with medicine and everything to do with control. Americans are being “vaccinated” into acceptance of martial law and military rule.

Military vehicles from the U.S. Army Reserve patrolling the streets of Sheboygan County in Wisconsin that began Aug. 5 and will continue through Aug. 17 are part of a “training exercise,” according to Captain William Geddes of the 200th Military Police Command at Fort Mead, Md. But those soldiers have already “trained” in the use of the M117 Armored Security Vehicles in Afghanistan. So the training is more to train the American public.

Geddes said the U.S. Army Reserve wanted to alert to the public — but apparently not those in local government — ahead of the training so they wouldn’t be alarmed when a pack of heavily armored military vehicles is driving around.

Remember, there is nothing to see here. Just move along.

This is just the latest in a series of ongoing violations of the Posse Comitatus Act, which is supposed to prevent the military from engaging in domestic law enforcement activities. Recent “vaccinations” include:

A joint drill between the U.S. Army and the Miami Police Department in May.
Troops from the Minnesota National Guard, which had been deployed to Iraq, walking the streets of Crookston, Minn., in May. One soldier told a resident it was training. When asked what the training was for, the grunt replied, “To be honest ma’am, I don’t know.”
Troops from the Bravo Company of the Minnesota National Guard’s Crookston Armory conducting “Urban Operations Training” with Humvees and 27 soldiers in February.
In Homestead, Fla., the Air Force military police patrolmen from Homestead Air Reserve Base are responding to crimes and detaining criminals for local police.
The National Guard assisting police with traffic control and providing “security” in Kingman, Ariz., in 2009.
The Tennessee National Guard and Arnold Air force Base Police assisting the Tennessee Highway Patrol and U.S. Department of Homeland Security with a traffic checkpoint in 2009.
The U.S. Army sending 22 military police and an officer from Fort Rucker to patrol the streets of Samson, Ala., following a shooting in 2009.
The U.S. Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center working with the California Highway Patrol to “reduce accidents and drinking and driving” in San Bernardino County, Calif., in 2008.
The U.S. military expects to have 20,000 uniformed troops inside the U.S. trained to respond to domestic threats, according to The Washington Post.
The battle-hardened 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team training in the United States to “help with civil unrest, crowd control or deal with potentially horrific scenarios” like a terrorist attack. These troops were to be the first of what would soon become a permanent operation, according to a 2008 report in the Army Times.
In 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, police and Louisiana National Guard troops unlawfully confiscated legal weapons and forced residents from their homes.

In2012:

Their frequency is increasing.

Similarly, local police departments are becoming increasingly militarized and the Department of Homeland Security is purchasing more and more military-grade weapons, ammunition and hardware.

On Jan. 1, President Barack Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act, which legalized the indefinite detention of Americans and suspended habeas corpus. And although Federal Judge Katherine Forrest issued a preliminary injunction in May that prevented the Obama Administration from exercising the indefinite detention authority, that injunction has been appealed by the Obama Administration — a fact ignored by the mainstream media.

The USA PATRIOT Act, passed in the aftermath of the false flag 9/11 attacks, (see also Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth) essentially stripped Americans of their 4th and much of their 1nd Amendment rights. While it was proposed by George W. Bush and the Republican-controlled Congress, it was approved by both Republicans and Democrats. It has since been reauthorized three times — again by both Republicans and Democrats.

Americans can now be assassinated by the President on a whim. Unemployment has been above 8 percent for 42 months. Gas prices are rising again. Food prices worldwide are rising and food shortages are a real possibility, thanks to excessive heat and drought conditions across the United States.

Welfare is the only thing staving off mass riots and the complete breakdown of law and order. There are now more than 100 million Americans — or almost a third of the U.S. population — receiving some sort of Federal welfare. More than 54 million Americans are on Medicaid, and more than 45 million Americans are on food stamps.

Social Security recipients who have defaulted on student loans are having their Social Security checks docked. Their retirement and pension funds are stagnant at best. The Federal Reserve has kept interest rates at near zero for more than four years. This is a war on and destruction of American savers and retirees. Once these retirees begin seeing cuts to their Social Security checks and trying to buy more expensive food, gas and medicine with less money, something will have to give.

Clearly, the stage is being set for the imposition of martial law. The government is using false flag mass shootings to grease the skids for gun confiscation, the threat of homegrown terror attacks to overturn Posse Comitatus once and for all and false flag FBI-orchestrated terror threats to keep the fear factor high.

The Founding Fathers feared a standing army as much as they feared anything that could take away liberties. That’s the main purpose behind the 2nd Amendment.

The collapse — or what I call the Great Reset — is coming. The elites are preparing for it by stocking up on weapons and inoculating Americans into acceptance of military rule.

FBI wants backdoor wiretapping access to internet and your facebook accounts

Posted in Big Brother, FBI, Police State, Privacy with tags , , , , , , , , , , , on May 21, 2012 by saynsumthn

As technologies have advanced, they have dramatically changed the way that we live and interact. We, as consumers, have become accustomed to the convenience, capabilities, and even the entertainment that they provide. But, should these same advantages be applied to other areas such as law enforcement?

This topic has recently come up for debate after the FBI indicated that it is contemplating legislation that would require Internet firms to build backdoors into their services for government surveillance. The bureau is hoping to amend the 1994 Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) in order to require companies such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Facebook to comply with federal wiretapping orders if the need arises.

CALEA, in its current form, applies to telecommunications companies. It was amended in 2004 to also include broadband networks, but if the FBI’s effort works, it could also force Web companies to alter their code to ensure surveillance capabilities.

“Basically, the FBI wants to amend CALEA to keep up with the changes in technology that have taken place over the last 18 years since CALEA became law,” Michael Donahue, partner at Marashlian & Donahue, LLC, tells WebProNews.

In the past, the FBI has worked to develop independent solutions for these types of companies, explained Donahue. However, due to budget cuts, the funding for them no longer exists.

These recent developments are part of the bureau’s mission to resolve, what it calls, its “Going Dark” problem. According to information released by the FBI, “Going Dark” refers to “law enforcement’s limited capability to comprehensively and lawfully collect data and information, conduct electronic surveillance and analyze the raw data due to the rapid evolution of telecommunications and data collection technology and services.”

Research shows that the “Going Dark” problem dates back several years. Under this initiative, Donahue told us that the FBI is trying to achieve the following actions:
•To commit the FCC to regulate technical standards for solutions
•To require the FCC to approve a standard in order for it to be considered a safe harbor
•To eliminate or modify the current exemption in CALEA for private networks (i.e., Universities, Colleges, etc.)
•To eliminate or modify the current exemption for information services
•To provide stronger enforcement of existing requirements that providers that enable encryption are also able to decrypt the information for law enforcement
•To require providers to certify their CALEA compliance annually

US Racial Killings – News Analysis- mentions Maafa21 and Planned Parenthood’s targeting of blacks for abortions

The latest cases of racially motivated shootings of black citizens in the US have stirred controversy inside the country as to whether racial hatred is on the rise against the people of color.

Press TV has talked with Dr. Randy Short, member of Dignity and Human Rights and Peace Organization in Washington D. C. to further discuss the issue of persisting and growing racism in the United States.

The program also provides opinions of two additional guests, Lin Dinh, a political analyst in Philadelphia, and Darcus Howe, activist writer and broadcaster in London.

US Racial Killings – News Analysis- mentions Ma…, posted with vodpod

Dr. Randy Short: Well, African Americans are targeted. You cannot afford legal representation so if charges are brought against you, the whole legal system is a fraud; people are encouraged to plead.

So the whole thing is just now is cop a plea. If you get arrested you can’t afford a lawyer, so if you go up against them, they will give you more time so it makes more sense to say, yes I did it. So you get a year instead of twenty years.

So in reality we have a system that seeks out to imprison us. The war on drugs… that was just created right around the end of the Civil Rights movements to erode the progress that blacks made by flooding drugs into the country and then passing stringent laws against drugs that target blacks.

In addition to that if you do not have legal defense, even if you are innocent of these things, you go to jail.

On top of that, the fastest growing industries in this country, including companies like Microsoft are related to black prisoners making products for multinational fortune 500 companies.

So it is really, new slavery. This so-called country that promotes freedom and democracy abroad, with a multiracial president is experiencing booms in slavery, where people are incarcerated. And this is deliberate as well as removing black men from the work force. It is a way to disturb our entrance into the work force so more whites and others can work as well as the fact that there has been an issue where people want to destroy us as a population.

There is a film called ‘Maafa 21‘ that you can look. It’s called The Black Holocaust on You Tube. People should look it up. There is a systematic effort to destroy the black family and to destroy our community and they are aware of it and we need to be honest about it.

So if you remove these men from their homes and from their communities, then the communities suffer, so they are making a vicious cycle in which people cannot escape calling us the criminals, while violating every international standard of human rights.

Honduras Coup Regime Suspends Constitutional Rights, Closes Media, Threatens Brazil: Will Obama Admin Break Its Silence?

Washington, D.C. – The Honduran de facto regime suspended constitutional guarantees to civil liberties, including freedom of assembly and freedom of the press, for 45 days on the eve of mass protests planned to mark the three-month anniversary since the coup d’etat against President Manuel Zelaya took place. The regime has also shut down Radio Globo, a prominent independent media outlet that has covered anti-coup activities and that reportedly has a journalist inside the Brazilian embassy where Zelaya is staying, and TV station Channel 36.

After 90 days and not one word from the Obama administration on the abuses in Honduras, it looks an awful lot like a tacit endorsement of the repression by the U.S. government,” said Mark Weisbrot, Co-Director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research.

Certainly the de facto regime must have gotten the idea that they have a blank check from the Obama administration for any crimes that they commit. That’s one reason they’re doing this.”

The suspension of civil liberties would last at least until just a few weeks before the scheduled November 29 elections, and is likely to further call into question the elections’ legitimacy.

The regime also issued an ultimatum to Brazil over the weekend, warning the Brazilian government that it has 10 days to decide what to do about Zelaya, and a regime spokesperson warned that since Brazil broke off diplomatic relations with the coup government, it could remove the flag and shield from the Brazilian embassy, making it a “private office.” Brazilian President Lula da Silva rejected the threats, saying that his government “doesn’t accept ultimatums from coup-plotters.”

In the three months since President Manuel Zelaya was overthrown, the coup regime has committed numerous human right abuses, including thousands of arrests and detentions, beatings, and the closing down of independent media. This has been documented, reported, and denounced by major human rights organizations throughout the world: Amnesty International, the Center for Justice and International Law, Human Rights Watch, the Inter American Commission on Human Rights and others. Some opponents of the regime have also been killed, tortured, and raped, and Honduran human rights groups have accused the government of responsibility for these crimes.

The Obama administration has not commented on any of these crimes or human rights violations.

Also, on Friday, the UN Security Council passed a resolution that “condemned acts of intimidation against the Brazilian Embassy and called upon the de facto government of Honduras to cease harassing the Brazilian Embassy and to provide all necessary utilities and services including water, electricity, food and continuity of communications. Respect and protection of the inviolability of diplomatic premises is a universally accepted principle of international relations,” according to U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice.

This was in response to the Honduran regime’s violations of international law in its attacks on the Brazilian embassy with tear gas and other chemicals, cutting off food, water, and electricity, and other abuses.

The U.S. government has not criticized the de facto regime for its violations of international law with respect to the Brazilian embassy.
