A Press Release issued by Stem Express, a fetal tissue procurement company tied to Planned Parenthood’s baby harvesting operation, which also provided human fetal kidneys to implant in animals (read here), claims they have been successful in obtaining a temporary restraining order against the pro-life group publishing damaging under cover videos.
The restraining order will remain in place until a hearing on Aug. 19.
It states:

On July 28, 2015, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge issued a temporary restraining
order (“TRO”) prohibiting the Center for Medical Progress (“CMP”) and David Daleiden from releasing any illegally and secretly recorded videos of StemExpress employees and awarding other relief to our company.
StemExpress sought a TRO on the grounds that CMP and Daleiden violated California’s
anti-wiretapping law under Penal Code § 632 (Invasion of Privacy Act). The court granted our TRO and will consider our request for a preliminary injunction next month.
We will continue to pursue all available legal remedies against CMP and Daleiden.

In a statement Wednesday, center leader David Daleiden said StemExpress was using “meritless litigation” to cover up an “illegal baby parts trade.”
“The Center for Medical Progress follows all applicable laws in the course of our investigative journalism work,” he said.
StemExpress is a Placerville-based company started in 2010 that provides human tissue, blood and other specimens to researchers. Planned Parenthood is one of the company’s providers of fetal tissue.
A company spokesman said StemExpress is “grateful its rights have been vindicated in a court of law.”
In the third video released by The Center for Medical Progress, former Stem Express employee, Holly O’Donnell, who worked as a licensed phlebotomist told CMP that she unsuspectingly took a job as a “procurement technician” at the fetal tissue company and biotech start-up StemExpress in late 2012 after responding to an ad.
“Stem Express is a company that hires procurement techs to draw blood and dissect dead fetuses and sell the parts to researchers,” the former employee states.
“The owner, Cate Dyer, she used to be a procurement tech and then she went and started her own business. And now she’s making a lot of money based off the poor girls who half the time don’t even want to get abortions.” O’Donnell adds.
She describes the first time she witnessed seeing aborted babies here.
In the 2013-2014 Stem Express Catalog, owner Cate Dyer, CEO brags that they are the largest provider of fetal tissue globally.

Dyer said that samples can get as specific as age, gender and ethnicity, she told a local news outlet.
