Planned Parenthood leaders saw abortion for eugenics reasons according to Justice Clarence Thomas

Part Two of Two.

Abortion for eugenics reasons was advocated by Planned Parenthood leaders such as Alan F Guttmacher according to a multi-page summary written by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas in the case Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. In part one, we detailed how Justice Thomas linked eugenics ideology to Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger. Here we will include additional statements from the Justice.

In his opinion, Thomas wrote a lengthy history of eugenics and touched upon one of Margaret Sanger’s notorious directors, Lothrop Stoddard. Thomas wrote, “[…E]ugenicist Lothrop Stoddard argued that the “prodigious birth-rate” of the nonwhite races was bringing the world to a racial tipping point…Stoddard feared that without “artificial barriers,” the races “will increasingly mingle, and the inevitable result will be the supplanting or absorption of the higher by the lower types….Eugenic arguments like these helped precipitate the Immigration Act of 1924, which significantly reduced immigration from outside of Western and Northern Europe….”

Read more about Stoddard’s views at Live Action News (here).

Thomas also implicated former PP president and eugenics VP, Alan F Guttmacher, writing, “Many eugenicists therefore supported legalizing abortion” adding how “abortion advocates—including future Planned Parenthood President Alan Guttmacher— endorsed the use of abortion for eugenic reasons…Even after World War II, future Planned Parenthood President Alan Guttmacher and other abortion advocates endorsed abortion for eugenic reasons and promoted it as a means of controlling the population and improving its quality…”

Thomas went on to address PP leaders on eugenics, “One journal declared that “abortion is the one mode of population limitation which has demonstrated the speedy impact which it can make upon a national problem.” …Planned Parenthood’s leaders echoed these themes. When exulting over “‘fantastic . . . progress’” in expanding abortion, for example, Guttmacher stated that “‘the realization of the population problem has been responsible’ for the change in attitudes. ‘We’re now concerned more with the quality of population than the quantity.’”

Live Action News has documented how Guttmacher was instrumental in the decriminalization of abortion and then pushed PP into committing abortions.  The fact is that Guttmacher’s ideas of forced or compulsory population control measures were in lock-step with Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger. After all, they were both members of the very racist American Eugenics Society, with Guttmacher serving as the group’s vice-president. As Live Action News has documented in the past, Sanger made sure that Planned Parenthood was knee deep in eugenics.

The Justice, a Black man himself, spoke about the suspicion that Blacks had about “family planning” and abortion becoming a tool of Black genocide, mirroring examples pointed out previously by Live Action News:

“Avoiding the word “eugenics” did not assuage everyone’s fears. Some black groups saw “‘family planning’ as a euphemism for race genocide” and believed that “black people [were] taking the brunt of the ‘planning’” under Planned Parenthood’s “ghetto approach” to distributing its services,” the Justice wrote.

Thomas pointed out how eugenicsts were cited in the Roe v. Wade case, writing, “Similarly, legal scholar Glanville Williams wrote that he was open to the possibility of eugenic infanticide, at least in some situations, explaining that “an eugenic killing by a mother, exactly paralleled by the bitch that kills her misshapen puppies, cannot confidently be pronounced immoral.” …The Court cited Williams’ book for a different proposition in Roe v. Wade.”

Live Action President, Lila Rose pointed out that Live Action has seen first hand how the abortion industry targets vulnerable and minority demographics as evidence in the undercover call below:

“I applaud Clarence Thomas’ assertion that ‘Given the potential for abortion to become a tool of eugenic manipulation, the [c]ourt will soon need to confront the constitutionality of laws like Indiana’s…. Enshrining the constitutional right to an abortion based solely on the race, sex, or disability of an unborn child, as Planned Parenthood advocates, would constitutionalize the views of the 20th Century eugenics movement.’ Rose stated.

Although Thomas concurred with the Court’s decision to not rule on the discrimination portion of the case at this time, he recognized that this issue of eugenics must be addressed by the Court, writing, “Given the potential for abortion to become a tool of eugenic manipulation, the Court will soon need to confront the constitutionality of laws like Indiana’s…Although the Court declines to wade into these issues today, we cannot avoid them forever. Having created the constitutional right to an abortion, this Court is dutybound to address its scope.”

Justice Clarence Thomas: Abortion is tool of modern-day eugenics

Posted in Black Genocide, Eugenics, Margaret Sanger, Margaret Sanger and AES, Margaret Sanger Legacy Society, Supreme Court with tags , , , , , , , , , on May 29, 2019 by saynsumthn

Part One of Two.

In deciding the recent case Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc., United States Supreme Court Justice sent a warning to the Court, suggesting that states have a “compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics,” even going as far as to implicate Planned Parenthood’s founder and leaders. In the decision, the Court allowed one provision of an Indiana law requiring the humane burial of aborted children to stand, while denying another provision to bar abortions on the basis of sex, race or disability.

Justice Thomas penned a multi-page response to address the Court’s decision, which began (emphasis added):

I write separately to address the other aspect of Indiana law at issue here—the “Sex Selective and Disability Abortion Ban.”… Each of the immutable characteristics protected by this law can be known relatively early in a pregnancy, and the [Indiana] law prevents them from becoming the sole criterion for deciding whether the child will live or die. Put differently, this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.

He then pulled no punches, making it plain that Planned Parenthood — the defendant in the case — was founded in eugenics:

The use of abortion to achieve eugenic goals is not merely hypothetical. The foundations for legalizing abortion in America were laid during the early 20th-century birth control movement. That movement developed alongside the American eugenics movement. And significantly, Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger recognized the eugenic potential of her cause.

Sanger was a known member of the American Eugenics Society. In addition to speaking at a Ku Klux Klan meeting by invitation, about which she wrote in her autobiography, the Planned Parenthood founder also advocated forced sterilization to rid the planet of those she deemed “unfit.” Despite this involvement, as Live Action News previously documented, Sanger’s namesake is listed on two current Planned Parenthood awards as well as Planned Parenthood facilities and Legacy Societies, with no condemnations from the abortion-friendly media.

Justice Thomas went into great detail, recording for posterity and for the public the truth about Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger. While we will not list all of the comments in detail here, some are more notable:

  • Sanger viewed birth control as a way to reduce the “ever increasing, unceasingly spawning class of human beings who never should have been born at all.”
  • Sanger argued that “Birth Control . . . is really the greatest and most truly eugenic method” of “human generation.”
  • In her view, birth control had been “accepted… as the most constructive and necessary of the means to racial health.”
  • Sanger accepted that eugenics was the best way toward a “solution of racial, political and social problems.”
  • Sanger believed that the imbalance between birth rates of the “fit” and “unfit” was “the greatest present menace to civilization.”
  • Sanger believed in “stopping not only the reproduction of the unfit but upon stopping all reproduction when there is not economic means of providing proper care for those who are born in health.”
  • In Sanger’s view, frequent reproduction among “the majority of wage workers” would lead to “the contributing of morons, feeble-minded, insane and various criminal types to the already tremendous social burden constituted by these unfit.”
  • [I]n 1939, Sanger initiated the “Negro Project,” an effort to promote birth control in poor, Southern Black communities.
  • In a report titled “Birth Control and the Negro,” Sanger and her coauthors identified Blacks as “the great problem of the South.”
  • She recruited Black clergy to reassure the Black community on the benefits of controlling their birth rates and to keep them from the idea that Sanger “want[ed] to exterminate the Negro population.”

Justice Thomas correctly points out that Sanger herself did not advocate abortion but regarded “the hundreds of thousands of abortions performed in America each year [as] a disgrace to civilization.” He made it clear that “[…]Sanger’s arguments about the eugenic value of birth control in securing ‘the elimination of the unfit’ apply with even greater force to abortion, making it significantly more effective as a tool of eugenics.”

“Whereas Sanger believed that birth control could prevent “unfit” people from reproducing, abortion can prevent them from being born in the first place,” he said, noting that abortion is a mere extension of Sanger’s eugenic mindset.

For further reading, Live Action News has detailed Planned Parenthood’s eugenic history in articles below:

“This case highlights the fact that abortion is an act rife with the potential for eugenic manipulation,” Thomas wrote.

In part two – we will review the Justice’s view of PP’s former doctor and president, Alan F Guttmacher.

NIH funded University of California’s lab attempts aborted fetal tissue purchase from pro-life group

University lab mistakenly tries to buy fetal body parts from pro-life group

ectopic pregnancy, eight weeks, miscarriage, baby, fetus, embryo, fetal

New information from the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) alleges that a “government-funded” university laboratory is seeking fresh aborted baby body parts — and is willing to purchase them from just about anyone.

CMP wrote in a tweet, “Apparently the government-funded laboratories at  are so greedy for “fresh” aborted baby body parts, they will try to buy them from ANYBODY — even without bothering to check who they are emailing.  please STOP this now!  CMP linked the tweet to a document of e-mail exchanges with what appears to be researchers at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).

Tweet from CMP about go funded laboratory and fetal body parts request from UCSD

The e-mail thread, running from April 1, 2019, to May 6, 2019, appears to show a request by Dr.Agnieszka DAntonio-Chronowska, from a “genomics and genetics” lab at the UCSD contacting CMP for “human fetal pancreas” with “optimal age of donor” or baby “between 4-8 weeks embryonal development” or “any other available embryonal stage.”

D’Antonio-Chronowska’s signature states she is a “Senior scientist in laboratory of Kelly A. Frazier, PhD.” at UCSD’s “Cellular and Molecular Medicine Building.” According to the Frazier Lab at UCSD, Dr. Frazer is an “internationally renowned leader in the field of genome biology and medicine. She is the director of UC San Diego Institute for Genomic Medicine and founding chief of the Division of Genome Information Sciences in the Department of Pediatrics at UC San Diego.”

The requested “specimens” (ages 4-8 weeks) could potentially include preborn babies whose fetal heartbeat can be detected and ones many pro-life Heartbeat Bills were created to protect.

The correspondence continued, with the Center for Medical Progress answering Dr. D’Antonion-Chronowska’s questions very carefully and factually, without stating that they actually offered any specimens….

Email from CMP to UCSD for human fetal pancreas

In the email shown above, CMP was referring to two of Planned Parenthood’s California facilities that were part of an undercover investigation into the selling of aborted baby body parts. A past CMP press releasestates in part:

Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, formerly known as Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties, is a large and wealthy Planned Parenthood affiliate doing business in southern California. PPPS performs nearly 17,000 abortions every year[10]and operates two main surgical abortion offices, one in downtown San Diego and one in Riverside. The San Diego and Riverside clinics both advertise abortions up to 6 months (24 weeks) for any reason.[11]Since at least 1999, PPPS has had a contract with ABR to supply aborted fetal organs and tissues.

The release goes on to describe Planned Parenthood’s contracts with Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. (ABR). An ABR spokesperson is seen addressing its fetal body parts procurement program below:

Live Action News previously documented how Planned Parenthood is increasing facilities that offer later term abortions, committing abortions up to 24 weeks in San Diego, CA and Riverside, CA, among other locations.

In response:

  • D’Antonio-Chronowska told CMP, “We are indeed in contact with few other organizations in California however it is critical for us to find a reputable and reliable source which could provide the samples.”
  • D’Antonio-Chronowska then asked CMP for “heart specimens from 3 donors.”
  • She added, “We understand the difficulty in obtaining such early samples therefore samples from later gestation stages would also be acceptable.”
  • CMP asked UCSD what their funding source was: “(NIH, CIRM.)?”

The correspondence appears to end there.

UCSD is part of the University of California Universities (UC). According to UC’s latest financial audit (2018), “In 2018, federal grants and contracts revenue increased $43.0 million, or 1.3%, as compared to 2017. In 2017, federal grants and contracts revenue increased $14.0 million, or 0.4%, as compared to 2016. University of California San Diego HHS grants various years

Live Action News previously documented that Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health, a UC San Francisco (UCSF) program — which is also taxpayer-funded — trains abortion providers.

“Even as the Department of Health and Human Services continues an agency-wide audit of fetal experimentation and the U.S. Department of Justice investigates the sale of aborted fetal tissue at Planned Parenthood and their business partners, government-funded researchers do not seem to have curtailed their appetite for aborted baby body parts one bit,” CMP founder David Daleiden told Life Site News.

“It is far past time for HHS to end the barbaric practice of taxpayer-funded fetal experimentation, and for the Department of Justice to do their job and hold Planned Parenthood and other baby body parts traffickers accountable to the law,” he added.

abortion deaths

Abortion, whether committed by a skilled physician, a licensed LPN, or self-inflicted, is not health care and can result in serious complications where women may be injured and sometimes die. Women who fall victim to the lie that abortion will solve their problems, can be placing their lives at risk. And abortion deaths, whether from legal or illegal procedures, lay squarely at the feet of abortion advocates, not pro-lifers.

Today, as more states step up to protect the preborn child in the womb, abortion advocates are dredging up an old talking point, suggesting that making abortion illegal makes it less safe and causes women to die. What they fail to point out is that women are dying now from legal abortion — abortions they sold to women and abortions they committed. These dead women are then written off as a “complication” of surgery and are never mentioned or mourned by abortion advocates, as ambulance after ambulance transports women from Planned Parenthood and other legal abortion facilities. And the abortion-supporting media almost never mentions them.

Abortion proponents are very good at flashing images of dead women when it is convenient for them. But where have they been for over 40 years as women and teen girls lay bleeding to death after a legal procedure?

Keisha AtkinsLakisha WilsonTonya ReavesCree SheppardJennifer MorbelliChristin GilbertJamie Lee Morales. All women who have died from legal abortion. And the list goes on. You can see an even more complete list of “safe and legal” abortion deaths at the end of the video below — the list goes for minutes. Watch:

READ: Centers for Disease Control report reveals more deaths from legal abortion than we thought

Carolina Gutierrez received such a serious infection from the legal abortion facility she visited in Florida that doctors had to amputate parts of her body to try and save her life. But the infection won and Carolina and her unborn child became another statistic in the abortion battle. There have been multiple others, names of women the media barely whispers. Many who were mothers, sisters, and wives — all in the grave — because they believed the lie that legalizing abortion made it safe.

I took the picture of Carolina below with the permission of her family while attending her funeral:

Image; Woman killed from legal abortion

Anyone that believes it is only illegal abortions that put women in danger of death need look no further than actual abortion and Planned Parenthood facility “consent forms,” which testify to the risks women can face from a legal abortion procedure.

The following serious risks can occur during a surgical abortion, according to an online abortion consent form from Whole Woman’s Health abortion facility:

  • Infection
  • Incomplete Abortion
  • Continuing Pregnancy
  • Perforation or Laceration (Tear or Puncture)
  • Bleeding or Hemorrhage
  • Anesthetic Reaction
  • Amniotic Fluid Embolism
  • Mortality Risk (death)

Planned Parenthood’s “risks” with early medical abortion include:

  • The pregnancy doesn’t end
  • Incomplete abortion
  • Blood clots in the uterus
  • Bleeding too much or too long
  • Infection of the uterus
  • Allergic reaction
  • Death

Case after documented case exists of women mangled, abused, or killed from legal abortion. Even Kermit Gosnell’s notorious “House of Horrors” abortion facility was kept functioning due in part to the so-dubbed “sisterhood of silence” which opposed oversight of Pennsylvania abortion facilities.

Even today, despite numerous warnings from the FDA urging women not to purchase abortion pills online, many abortion crusaders are facilitating the sale of these illegal and potentially dangerous drugs. Then, when women are injured or near death, these same scaremongers, some who defy the law and provide illegal abortions, advise women to lie to medical personnel, claiming they are experiencing miscarriages. How is this helping women? How are women to know the true risks of abortion if reporting agencies are purposely being lied to by patients?

Image: FDA warns consumers to not buy abortion pills over the internet (Image: FDA)

FDA warns consumers to not buy abortion pills over the internet (Image: FDA)

Then, when a woman dies, who will they blame? The pro-life community, of course, for supposedly “making abortion less safe” by restricting it. And the abortion-friendly media will refuse to investigate, as always.

This strategy is nothing new; it was put into motion prior to Roe and now it is being dusted off and reused. Former abortionist and NARAL founder Bernard Nathanson wrote about it in his book, Hand of God(pg. 89-90):

Our favorite tack was to blame the church for the death of every woman from a botched abortion. There were perhaps 300 or so deaths from criminal abortions annually in the US in the 60’s, but NARAL in its press releases claimed to have data that supported a figure of 5,000. Fortunately, the respected biostatistician Dr. Christopher Tietze was our ally. Though he never actually staked himself to a specific number, he never denied the authenticity of these claims.

According to a September 13, 1967, article in the Berkshire Eagle, Tietze called the 5,000 illegal abortion deaths “unmitigated nonsense,” at a conference sponsored by the Harvard Divinity School and Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. Foundation.

So, how many women actually died prior to Roe? Read about that here. and here.

Is Planned Parenthood scrubbing its eugenicist founder’s name from its awards?

Posted in Maggie Award, Margaret Sanger Award, Margaret Sanger Legacy Society, Margaret Sanger PP Facilities, Media Excellence Award, Pelosi, Planned Parenthood Maggie Award, Planned Parenthood Margaret Sanger Award, Planned Parenthood Media Excellence, Planned Parenthood media mouthpieces, Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on May 28, 2019 by saynsumthn

Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger
Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was a notorious eugenicist whose namesake has been used on Planned Parenthood’s top awards to journalists and others who help the organization push its pro-abortion ideals in society. In addition to meeting with members of the Ku Klux Klan, about which Sanger wrote in her autobiography, the Planned Parenthood founder also advocated forced sterilization to rid the planet of those she deemed “unfit.”

Despite knowing Sanger’s associations with the Klan and eugenics, Planned Parenthood not only named their top awards in Sanger’s honor – they “honored” complicit media, journalists and politicians with no outrage from civil rights organizations or the rest of the media. The presentations fell under two award categories: the “Maggie Award” and the Planned Parenthood Federation of America “Margaret Sanger Award.”

It seems, however, that these awards may have been retired — at least temporarily. The reason is unknown.

2014 Planned Parenthood Maggie Award

Recently awarded were notable media outlets and journalists from MSNBC, Yahoo-Health, Buzzfeed, The New Yorker, CBS, Washington Post, Austin Chronicle, Huffington Post, The Plain Dealer, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, US News & World Report, Waco Tribune-Herald, Chicago Tribune, CNN, NBC, New York Daily News, PBS Frontline, The Kansas City Star, People magazine, San Diego Union-Tribune, ABC News, Los Angeles Times, The Dallas Morning News, The Metro Times, Cedar Rapids Gazette, The Houston Chronicle, Concord Monitor, The Philadelphia Daily News, The San Diego Union, San Francisco Examiner, Newsweek Magazine, Lifetime Television, ABC Radio, Arkansas Gazette, Los Angeles Times, NBC Radio, The Boston Globe, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, The Bergen Record, Charlotte News and Observer, and Gannett News Service.

Maggie Award:

According to a Planned Parenthood 2015 press release, the “Maggie Award” was “inaugurated in 1978 and named after Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger.” A cached PP website reveals that the award recognized “exceptional contributions by journalists in print, online, and broadcast media that enhance the public’s understanding of reproductive rights and health care issues, including contraception, sex education, teen pregnancy, abortion, and international family planning.”

Today, if you search for the “Maggie Award” which was last issued in 2015, you won’t find it on Planned Parenthood’s website.

Planned Parenthood search Maggie Award (PPFA website 05132019)

The reason?

Planned Parenthood quietly seems to have erased Sanger’s name from that portion of the website. Planned Parenthood simply exchanged the word “Maggie” with “Media,” as demonstrated below.  They did this without fanfare or explanation, offering no denunciation, despite knowing Sanger’s associations with the Klan and eugenics. In fact, Sanger’s name was listed as recently as 2016 — which means that the awards these journalists received were issued in the name of Margaret Sanger, not “Media” — and to date, it seems no one has returned the award or publicly rejected the “honor” named after the eugenicist founder.

Margaret Sanger by PPFA (Image: Twitter)

This cached version at Way Back Machine is proof to how the website originally read. You can see that the current “Media Excellence” page mirrors the old version referencing the “Maggie Award,” and Sanger is no longer located on the PPFA website.

PPFA Maggie Award now called Media Award

Margaret Sanger Award

For years, pro-life groups have criticized the fact that Planned Parenthood’s highest award was named after Sanger. The corporation’s “Margaret Sanger Award” is still showing on Planned Parenthood’s website, and reveals it was issued to abortionist Willie Parker, a beloved abortionist recently accused of sexual misconduct in 2015.

Democratic Party leader Nancy Pelosi received the infamous Sanger award the previous year.

What is interesting is that the Maggie Award page (now scrubbed) and the Margaret Sanger Award page both reveal that neither award has been given since 2015. One can only speculate why that is. Perhaps Planned Parenthood is no longer offering the “honors” named after their founder — or is it possible that, because of the exposure by pro-life organizations, few are willing to receive it? The latter seems unlikely, but whatever the reason, Planned Parenthood continues to view Sanger as a heroine, even naming Planned Parenthood facilities after her, as well as several Margaret Sanger Legacy Societies which fundraise for Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

PPFA Margaret Sanger Center of NY website accessed 05132019

Margaret Sanger’s name on Planned Parenthood building

The NY Margaret Sanger Society claims the money they raise will “ensure our future for generations to come.”

The Margaret Sanger Society in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, will “create opportunities to recognize Sanger Society members throughout the year, including an annual event each spring. These events provide members with the opportunity to meet our staff, receive updates on our programs, and visit with other like-minded supporters.”

PPFA Margaret Sanger Legacy Society ND accessed 05132019

Planned Parenthood’s legacy is eugenics; their own ties to the disturbing philosophy run very deep, as Live Action News has previously documented.  And the media and PP’s political supporters, which have been regularly “honored” in the name of Sanger, continue to funnel half a billion in taxpayer dollars into the abortion corporation’s coffers year after year.

Planned Parenthood’s founder will never be the kind of person society should “celebrate” — instead she and her eugenics ideology should be denounced.

The principal investigator of a study seeking to disprove the legitimacy of abortion pill reversal has direct ties — including financial ties — to abortion pill manufacturer Danco, which was formed by the eugenics-founded Population Council. This potential conflict of interest should demand scrutiny from the media — but instead, the media willingly questions abortion pill reversal based upon a single “expert” that receives compensation from Danco. This “expert” is Mitchell D. Creinin, a professor at University of California, Davis, sponsor of the study.

Mitchell Creinin has long history with abortion. He is an abortionist who was involved in clinical trials of RU-486 at Magee-Women’s Hospital Dept. of OB/GYN Pittsburgh, PA. He was the previous medical and lab director of Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania, as described by Oxford University Press. He worked on an abortion training publication for the National Abortion Federation (NAF). He has served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Reproductive Health Professionals (ARHP). He is also listed among the advisory counsel for the early abortion training guide published by Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH), part of UCSF’s Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health.

As I detailed in a Twitter thread shown below, Creinin’s abortion history and connections to the abortion pill’s manufacturer are deep and worth mentioning. This calls into question the validity of his study into abortion pill reversal. Creinin has financial incentive to make sure the abortion pill remains in demand, as do the study’s sponsors. This is a blatant conflict of interest.

The who’s who (and who not to trust) behind an abortion pill reversal study

Abortion advocates want broad access to the abortion pill, and are pushing studies funded by people who stand to gain financially from abortion pill sales.

These abortion “studies” are tied together by $$ from / Danco support from

There’s no proof “abortion reversals” are real. This study could end the debate.

Four states already mandate that doctors advise women their abortions can be reversed.

As shown in the Twitter thread above, Creinin serves as consultant for abortion pill (Mifeprex) manufacturer, Danco, and receives consulting fees and compensation from the company. In addition, he receives honorarium from Danco. Creinin also provides “third-party telephone consults” for Danco. Creinin’s study sponsor is financed by the Packard Foundation, one of Danco’s major financial investors.

If this all weren’t enough to show a major conflict of interest, Creinin is also a founding member of the Society of Family Planning, which is collaborating on the study. This organization’s mission is to support abortion research, it, too, is funded by the Packard Foundation. Creinin is also the deputy editor of SFP’s official journalContraceptionPackard-funded studies in this journal unsurprisingly support the pro-abortion cause, claiming self-managed abortion is safe, and urging the undoing of current FDA safety standards restricting dispensation of the abortion pill (known as REMS). The Journal’s editorial board has been stacked with abortion industry insiders, including a National Abortion Federation board member and members of the Population Council (responsible for bringing the abortion pill into the US and forming DANCO, the manufacturer of the pill).  Obviously, the journal is pro-abortion.

Creinin is also the principal investigator in another clinical trial run abortionist/researcher Daniel Grossman (professor at University of California, San Francisco) on pharmacy dispension of the abortion pill.

Despite the fact that this conflict exists between the study’s “investigator” and Danco, media outlets ignore it. Such was the case over at Vice, which published the latest attack against abortion pill reversal, highlighting Creinin’s study without drawing one line to his connections to the abortion pill’s manufacturer. Vice headlined their hit piece: “THERE’S NO PROOF ‘ABORTION REVERSALS’ ARE REAL. THIS STUDY COULD END THE DEBATE,” in spite of the fact that Creinin’s study is only at the recruiting stage, and hasn’t reached any conclusions yet.

Or has it?

Creinin makes no secret that he doesn’t believe in abortion pill reversal  — and his profitable relationship with Danco should give any critically thinking person reason to question the motivations behind this push to “test” the effectiveness of the abortion pill reversal protocol.

Watch the discussion to the end – see Penny Nance challenge Planned Parenthood spokesperson Erica Sackin to denounce late term abortions up to birth.

No shock that tax funded Planned Parenthood refuses to say it should be illegal!

Years ago a Florida Planned Parenthood lobbyist made clear what Planned Parenthood believed should happen when a baby is born alive after an abortion:
