Megyn Kelly’s Heated Discussion with Islamic CA…, posted with vodpod

NPR has terminated the contract of long-time contributor Juan Williams over remarks he made on the O’Reilly Factor last night. On Monday night’s O’Reilly Factor Williams weighed in on Bill O’Reilly’s now infamous View appearance .

Juan Told Bill (video below) , “Well, actually, I hate to say this to you because I don’t want to get your ego going. But I think you’re right. I think, look, political correctness can lead to some kind of paralysis where you don’t address reality...”more below

I mean, look, Bill, I’m not a bigot. You know the kind of books I’ve written about the civil rights movement in this country. But when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous.

A Brief History of NPR’s Intolerance and Imbalance
Fox News/ Published October 21, 2010

From calling Tea Party members “Tea Baggers,” to saying that “the evaporation of 4 million” Christians would leave the world a better place, to suggesting that God could give former Sen. Jesse Helms or his family AIDS from a blood transfusion, NPR’s personalities have said some pretty un-PC things in the past. A look at the record reveals no shortage of intolerant statements and unbalanced segments on the publicly sponsored network’s airwaves.

Here’s an incomplete list of questionable and controversial content that has aired on NPR or has been uttered by its employees:

— In June, the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CAMERA) said it was easy to see why some refer to NPR as “National Palestine Radio” following a June 2 segment hosted by Tom Ashbrook on the Gaza flotilla incident. The segment featured five guests — none of whom defended Israel’s actions.

Among the five guests, Janine Zacharia, a Middle East correspondent for The Washington Post, was the only one who did not overtly criticize Israel. She also did not defend its actions, CAMERA officials said.

“So there you have it — five perspectives and not one voice to present the mainstream Israeli perspective,” they said in a June 17 press release. “That’s Ashbrook’s and NPR’s version of a balanced discussion on Israel.”

— Last week, Newsbusters, a conservative media watchdog group, claimed that NPR’s “Fresh Air” spent most of its hour insinuating that the Republican Party was dangerously infested with extremists.

NPR’s Terry Gross hosted Princeton professor Sean Wilentz, who has written that President George W. Bush practiced “a radicalized version of Reaganism,” Newsbusters’ Tom Graham wrote.

“Can you think of another time in American history when there have been as many people running for Congress who seem to be on the extreme?” Gross asked, according to Graham.
“Not running for Congress, no,” Wilentz replied. “I mean even back in the ’50s.”

NPR issued an apology in 2005 for a commentator’s remark on the return of Christ following a complaint by the Christian Coalition that the comment was anti-Christian.
On “All Things Considered,” the network’s afternoon drive-time program, humorist Andrei Codrescu said that the “evaporation of 4 million [people] who believe” in the doctrine of Rapture “would leave the world a better place.”

Codrescu, who was on contract with NPR but not a full-time employee, later told The Associated Press he was sorry for the language, but “not for what [he] said.”
NPR apologized for the comment, saying, it “crossed a line of taste and tolerance” and was an inappropriate attempt at humor.

— Also in 2005, NPR apologized to Mark Levin, author of “Men in Black: How the Supreme Court is Destroying America,” after a broadcast of its program “Day to Day” falsely accused him of advocating violence against judges. Levin accepted the apology, but said the broadcast was “illustrative of a smear campaign launched by the Left to try and silence” his criticisms of judicial activism.

— In 2002, the head of NPR issued an apology six months after a report linking anthrax-laced letters to a Christian conservative organization.

— Also in 2002, during an interview with the Philadelphia City Paper, NPR host Tavis Smiley said he strived to do a show that is “authentically black,” but not “too black.”

In 1995, Nina Totenberg, NPR’s award-winning legal affairs correspondent, was allowed to keep her job after telling the host of PBS’ “Inside Washington” that if there was “retributive justice” in the world, former North Carolina Sen. Jesse Helms would “get AIDS from a transfusion, or one of his grandchildren will get it.”

Tim Tebow comments about his pro-life Super Bowl ad

Posted in Abortion, Anti-abortion, pro-choice, Pro-Life with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , on January 26, 2010 by saynsumthn

Tim Tebow spoke out publically in support of the planned Super Bowl ad that will feature the former Florida quarterback and his mom speaking on the benefits of being pro-life.

Pam Tebow was advised to have an abortion before giving birth to Tim in the Philippines in 1987. She details her decision in the ad.

“I mean, some people won’t agree with it, you know, but I think they can at least respect that I stand up for what I believe,” Tim Tebow said from Mobile, Ala., where he is preparing for the Senior Bowl. “I’m just standing for something and, you know, I’ve always been very convicted of it one. That’s the reason why I’m here because my mom is a very courageous woman.”

Here is video of Tebow’s comments:

The ad, which is being run by Focus on the Family, has drawn criticism from pro-choice organizations that don’t believe the ad is appropriate CBS to air during the Super Bowl.

CBS approved the script of the ad, according to a network spokesman, and does not appear to be changing its decision due to the protest. It issued this statement: “Our standards and practices process continues to adhere to a policy that ensures all ads on all sides of an issue are appropriate for air.”

NOW vs. TEBOW?

WASHINGTON, Jan. 26 /Christian Newswire/ — Today Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser responded to the objections from the National Organization for Women (NOW) to Focus on the Family’s Super Bowl Pro-Life Tim Tebow advertisement. She offered the following statement:

NOW and company are losing their grip as their pro-abortion position sinks in public opinion. I had no idea NOW leaders were such experts on sports. Missed that part of their mission.

What is real here is their desperation to keep full information from women. Shouldn’t the “pro-choice” position respect Pam Tebow’s decision to choose Life? What is the worst case scenario in allowing the ad to air? Women are exposed to an example of sacrifice for the sake of an unborn child. NOW needs to explain where the harm and threat to women and children is here.

Today, the AP released a story detailing NOW’s efforts to call on CBS to drop the Tebow Super Bowl ad. The ad, produced by Focus on the Family, tells the story of Pam Tebow’s decision to continue with her pregnancy against doctor advice and give birth to the college football star, Tim Tebow.

Earlier this year, NOW President Terry O’Neill, confessed to the National Journal that the organization is struggling. “It seems to me we are stalled out…”.

The National Journal article, contrasted the grassroots success of the Susan B. Anthony List with the apparent decline of NOW’s grassroots effectiveness.

The Susan B. Anthony List is a nationwide network of Americans, over 280,000 residing in all 50 states, dedicated to mobilizing, advancing, and representing pro-life women in politics. Its connected Candidate Fund increases the percentage of pro-life women in the political process.

Feminists Silent On Call For Global One-Child Policy

Thanks to this Blogger for posting this story: Very Insightful:

by Rachel Campos-Duffy (Subscribe to Rachel Campos-Duffy’s posts) Dec 23rd 2009 11:00AM

In a recent op-ed in the Canadian National Post, editor-at-large Diane Francis calls on world leaders, especially those attending the UN’s Copenhagen Conference, to consider the environmental virtues of China’s one-child policy. According to Francis, only government mandated policies restricting women’s rights to reproduce will save the planet from what she believes will be an unsustainable global population of 9 billion by the year 2050.

[ MY NOTE Read My Post: Inconvenient Eugenicist, forced abortions and population control pushed in Copenhagen for more details on the article and other stories on China’s One Child Policy Push !

During an interview conducted by Laura Ingraham (filling in for FOX News personality Bill O’Reilly), Francis attempted to distance herself from China’s draconian methods for controlling its population, which include forced abortions, sterilization and even infanticide. Francis claims that she prefers financial penalties, and despite some pointed questioning by Ingraham, she failed to see the irony of a self-proclaimed pro-choice feminist promoting government interference or restrictions on reproduction. So much for those colorful slogans like “keep your hands off my uterus!” or even the movement’s most effective moniker, “pro-choice,” emphasis on choice.

As a mom of soon-to-be six kids, I am always fascinated and concerned by environmental fundamentalism and its propensity to see and treat children of large families as environmental “terrorists” guilty of violating some arbitrary carbon footprint quota. (You wouldn’t believe how many moms I know who have been accosted by strangers and scolded for having a big brood.)

But even more difficult for me to swallow as a pro-life feminist is the deafening silence coming from the feminist establishment itself with regard to this outrageous op-ed. To date, despite the attention Francis’ comments have received in both the Canadian and the U.S. media, I could not find a single statement from any of the prominent national women’s organizations specifically denouncing Francis or her scandalous position. And while the Center for Reproductive Rights has addressed China’s dehumanizing reproductive policies, it’s list of accomplishments is almost entirely devoted to expanding abortion rights — especially abroad — and makes no mention of any work on China’s one-child policy. Meanwhile, the Web site for the National Organization for Women actually has a “Media Hall of Shame” section, but there’s nothing about Francis’ comments. However, Burger King gets a mention for racy Internet commercials, as does Law and Order for an episode where a murdered abortion doctor is referred to as a “baby killer.”

Right now, both organizations are heavily invested in the national health care debate. Specifically, they are very actively fighting amendments in the health care bill that would restrict government funding of abortion. The message these groups send women is that reproductive freedom and the energy and resources of the organizations charged with protecting those freedoms can only be counted on when what’s in jeopardy is the freedom to kill one’s child (or have the government pay for it). When it comes to the freedom to procreate without government or societal reprobation, these supposedly “pro-women” groups send a very clear message to women, and mothers in particular: In this battle, you are on your own.

Let’s hold feet to the fire.

Fox News has a motto – “WE REPORT – YOU DECIDE!”

What better form of “reporting” on abortion could there be than to show the graphic images of abortion to the public ? Over and Over again !

ACORN sting resembles Planned Parenthood sting

Posted in Abortion, birth control, Black Genocide, Eugenics, Health Care, Margaret Sanger, Nazi, Planned Parenthood, Population Control, Racism, Sterilization, Violence against women with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on September 17, 2009 by saynsumthn

Filmaker, James O’Keefe, has uncovered corruption in the ACORN organization. His undercover films have been blasted all over the cable news and internet blogs, exposing ACORN’s callous views of child sex trafficking and illegal prostitution rings. But O’Keefe was involved in a former undercover investigation involving tax payer dollars of hundreds of millions a year to an organization which covers for child sexual abuse !

That organization is PLANNED PARENTHOOD. And that investigation was done with another brave woman – Lila Rose.

James O’Keefe is a 25 year-old Rutgers graduate and a veteran of Live Action films, the group led by UCLA student Lila Rose, 20, which began a series of sting operations in order to uncover a culture of corruption rife within the abortion industry.

In 2007, O’Keefe posed as a 23-year old “boyfriend” accompanying Rose, also posing as his 15-year-old “girlfriend,” in another sting that showed a Los Angeles Planned Parenthood staffer offering them advice as to how to arrange for the abortion and cover-up the statutory rape.

Rose later developed this operation into a nationwide sting in which she showed that Planned Parenthood staffers were willing to cover up the statutory rape of 14 year-old girl by her 30-year-old boyfriend.

One of the Advocate’s video came out at the same time that Planned Parenthood’s Southwest Ohio Region faces a lawsuit from another rape victim who was forced by her father to have sex with him during the time she was 13-18 years of age and an abortion at age 16. Lawyers for the victim have accused Planned Parenthood’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy for perpetuating her sexual molestation until she finally told a basketball coach, who then informed the authorities.

The bold investigation by Lila Rose is reminiscent of the exposé by Life Dynamics, in which a woman posing as a 13-year old impregnated by a 22-year-old made 800 calls to abortion facilities across the United States. 91% of the facilities that admitted that a crime had been committed agreed to conceal it. Of those abortion clinics called, many were Planned Parenthoods.

Listen HERE.

Rose and O’Keefe also investigated allegations that Planned Parenthood is racist:

In a written from President/CEO, Christine R. Charbonneau, statement, Planned Parenthood has denied that they are racist:

“I must admit I had a palm-in-forehead moment last month when an anti-choice group from Southern California released a tape of what sounds like a Planned
Parenthood employee accepting a donation over the phone from an overtly racist donor. Naturally, the right wing radio talk show hosts had a field day
with this. One of them actually posed this question to his audience: “Is Planned Parenthood racist or just morally bankrupt?”

We do not accept money from people with racist motivations, no matter how much money they wish to donate.

Oh, Really ???? Guess you’d best talk to your former President, Faye Watteltonn about that one.

Although ACORN has received $54 million of taxpayer dollars over the years, Planned Parenthood receives $1 MILLION dollars per day – Of tax payer dollars, which they can use to abort Black Babies ! WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE ???? WHERE IS THE MEDIA ???

Planned Parenthood also risks losing $280- million in government funding, primarily through Title X funds, and the abortion provider’s 2004-2005 annual report showed that from an $882 million income they made $63 million in profits.

Silence: Pro-Lifer gunned down- History of violence against women exposed !

As I stated in a previous BLOG, where I list other incidents of pro-choice violence, the recent murder of a pro-life activist has been just a blip on the radar screen of the news media. Even Fox News has drooped the story, failing to report the thousands of threats, assaults, attacks, and illegal activities by pro-choice and abortion activists. Below is some historical perspective on just how sleezy the abortion industry really is. A little effort by the news medias – INCLUDING FOX , Glenn Beck, and Bill O’Reilly- would blow the lid off the illegal activities going on under the guise of “Reproductive Rights”!

Here are a few more examples:
Unsuspecting Ghanaian abortion patient, Eunice Agabgaa entered Y&P Medical (abortion) Clinic in New York. Dr. Abram Zelikman allegedly left the clinic while Eunice was in recovery from an abortion Zelikman had performed. Unfortunately the abortion was so bad, it resulted in her death. A friend who was present at the clinic testified that she pleaded with the clinic staff to call paramedics once she noticed Eunice’s bloodied body and poor vital signs. her friend stated, ” I felt if I hadn’t been there they would have wrapped her dead body and thrown it in the garbage.“. New York Newsday 7/9/89

The California Medical Board , investigated actions by abortion doc: Dr. Tati Okereke, A/K/A High Street Medical. In 1982, Dr. Okereke was accused of fondling a female patients breast “without medical justification”. He was also accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with her without her consent. This lovely abortion doctor was also accused of injecting patients with anesthetics , then engaging in sexual intercourse without the permission of the woman. ( Lovely defender of “reproductive rights, huh?). One woman testified to the medical board that she could not move any muscles during this ordeal, but just kept crying “What are you doing?” Another patient testified that after Okereke examined her vagina that he licked his finger. She said the doctor tried to pay her off to keep her quiet following the incident. Okereke’s Medical License was revoked in November of 1989. (SOURCE: California Medical Board case #11593)

In March of 1993, Abortion doctor Nareshkumar Patel of Shawnee, Oklahoma was accused of Forcible Oral Sodomy and sexual battery by a patient he was treating after hours in his clinic. Patel was also the focus of a controversy in 1992 when several aborted fetuses from his clinic were found partially burned in an open field owned by Patel. Officials could not cite any law that prohibited the burning of aborted fetuses in that manner and those charges were dropped. (SOURCE: The Daily Oklahoman 5/28/93 Oklahoma Medical Board Case # 90-09-1129)

The Mississippi Board of Medical Licensure revoked the license of abortionist, Milan D. Chepko in 1991. Dr. Chepko, who performed abortions at the New Women Medical Center in Jackson, MS was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury (Case # J89-00064 W) involving interstate transportation of a VHS cassette showing minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The tape contained scenes with children as young as four years old in sexual conduct with adult males and females. One incident allegedly involved children and adults engaged in sodomy. ( SOURCE: Jackson Herald 9/30/89 and Mississippi Board of Medical Licensure vs. Milan Chepko.)

In 1990 the Florida Medical Board passed a disciplinary action against male abortion clinic nurse Barry A. Hill. Hill was employed at the Today’s Woman Medical Center of Coral Gables, FL , a South Florida abortion clinic chain owned by abortionist: Dr. Vladimar Rosenthal. On October 26, 1989 Florida’s Department of Health and Human Services inspector Diane Robie discovered two envelopes in the abortion clinic containing pictures of several women undressed with their legs apart. According to State Medical Board reports the perineal area was the focal point of the photographer. Hill, the abortion clinic’s anesthetists claimed ownership of the photographs. Former employees of the abortion clinic spoke to the Miami Herald where they stated they saw Hill fondling the breasts of several female patients while they were under anesthesia. The former abortion clinic employees told news reporters that they were fired by clinic owner Rosenthal after he heard them complaining to a National Abortion Federation Representative (the clinic was a member) of the conditions at the clinic and Mr. Hills activities. ( SOURCE: Florida Department of Professional Regulation Case # 89-010853 and Miami Herald 10-7-89.)

The Miami Herald in August of 1990 reported that abortion doctor Pravin Thakker was convicted of performing abortions on his former lovers without their consent. Thakker was also investigated by the Indiana Medical board for lewd and immoral conduct toward female patients under his care. On June 11,1991 a jury found Thakker guilty of two counts of battery, two counts of illegal abortion and two counts of criminal recklessness. Thakker was sentenced on July 31, 1991 to prison in the Indiana Department of Corrections. ( SOURCE: The Indiana Health Profession Bureau Case # 89 MLB 003.)

In 1987 the Tamarac, Florida police department began an investigation into allegations of sexual assault by abortion doctor Jeffrey Goldenberg. Dr. Goldenberg was employed by the University Women’s Center abortion clinic in Tamarac. Goldenberg was never tried on charges developed during investigations, because Goldenberg was killed in a traffic accident prior to trial. ( SOURCE: Florida Department of Professional Regulation case numbers -102532,73882,70744,75174,80918,85142, 94175, and 76, 95832, 102527, and 528,529,531,598, 103134 and 466,467,468,489, 103751 and 752,755, 867793,86772,32342,77112,86774,959320.)

The Minnesota Board of Medical Examiners suspended the license of abortionist: Dr. Hideo D. Mori, a past 18 year volunteer at Planned Parenthood in Austin Minnesota. Dr. Mori was found to have engaged in sexual misconduct with several of his female patients. The charges against Mori included, massaging the clitoris and vagina of a patient during pelvic exams, kissing the face neck and breasts of patients during exams and embracing a patient. Mori allegedly told one of his patients that she should have sex with her husband in front of him so he could observe and determine why the patient was not climaxing. (SOURCE: Minnesota Board of Medical Examiners vs. Hideo Mori.)

In 1983 abortion doc Nabil Ghali’s medical license in Kentucky was revoked following his conviction on four counts of unlawful sexual transaction with a minor. (A fourteen year old female neighbor) The victims younger sister also testified she has seen Ghali improperly touching a five year old child. In 1989 while Ghali was operating an abortion clinic in Florida and performing abortions in several other South Florida clinics, the state’s medical board began revocation procedures of his license due to falsification of his license application. Ghali was caught in Florida performing abortions in South Dade County. When Ghali later lost his license in Florida he moved to Ohio and continued to perform abortions. The State of Ohio after learning of Ghali’s history began revocation procedures. In February 1993 the Ohio Medical Board won an appeal upholding Ghali’s license revocation. In addition to Ghali’s sexual conduct he was involved in the death of at least one woman from an abortion procedure in Florida. ( SOURCE: Kentucky Medical Licensing Board case #190, State Medical Board of Ohio vs. Ghali’s, Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services inspection reports, 1989, The Miami Herald Tropic Magazine September 17, 1989, Utah Medial Board)

Abortion Doctor Ronald Tauber had his Florida medical license suspended following the abortion related death of Gloria Small. In 1985 after moving to Michigan, Tauber’s license to practice osteopathic medicine in that state was revoked following his conviction of First Degree criminal sexual assault, and second degree criminal sexual conduct. Details of the case revealed that abortionist Tauber was convicted after the state proved he had forcibly transported a six year old girl in his car against her will. Tauber admitted exposing himself to the girl and placing her hand on his penis. He also lifted the child’s undergarment to expose her vulva. Tauber released the girl when she began to cry. Tauber was also cited for masturbating in his car outside a high school where young girls were exiting.. Tauber was released from prison on January 3, 1990 and his parole ended on August 15, 1991. Tauber was later licensed to practice by the state of New York in August of 1992. Abortionist Chris Simpoulous of the American Women’s Clinic in Norfolk, VA was accused of scheduling dozens of women for abortions who were not pregnant. Simpoulous was arrested in July of 1984 following an attempted abortion on an undercover police woman who was not pregnant. (SOURCE: New York Times 7/28/84. )

In April of 1992, Abortionist Larry Thompson’s Nevada medical license was revoked. The Board of Medical Examiners of Nevada determined that while performing an abortion at The Women’s Place in North Las Vegas, Dr. Thompson lacerated the uterus of his patient. The board said Thompson failed to monitor the woman’s condition adequately, and the abortion clinic did not have adequate medical equipment. As a result of the laceration and inadequate care that followed the abortion patient died. Abortionist Thompson also failed to recognize the cause of the patients death, according to the state’s disciplinary action. (SOURCE: Nevada Board of Medical Examiners case # 8289.)

In February of 1993, New York abortion doc. Abu Hayat was convicted of performing an illegal third trimester abortion in which he ripped the child’s arm from its body in the abortion attempt. The child was later born alive and has recovered with just one arm. In addition to the above occurrence Dr. Hayat, (an individual member of the National Abortion Federation) was cited by the Medical Board for refusing to complete an abortion on a patient after he demanded an additional payment of $500. The woman left the abortion clinic bleeding and with an incomplete abortion when she told Hayat she could not pay the extra $500. In January 1993 police arrested the owner of Clinica Feminina de la Cominidad an abortion clinic in Orange County, CA after the suspicious death of a patient at the clinic. News reports alleged Alicia Ruiz Hanna a non-physician performed numerous abortions at the clinic. The body of one of the clinic patients was found outside in the parking lot. Clinic employees have stated that the patient, Angela Sanchez suffered complications and Ruiz refused to call for help and would not allow her employees to call either. Ruiz was caught stuffing the dead abortion patient’s body into the trunk of her car. (SOURCE: The Orange County Register August 24, 1993.)

Abortion doctor David Benjamin (A.K.A. Elysa Bonrouhi) was implicated in charges of negligent homicide and tampering with physical evidence following the death of Guadalupe Negron. Police reports said that Negron was bleeding profusely and complaining of pain following her 2nd trimester abortion at the Metro Women’s Clinic in Corona, Queens New York. Benjamin ordered the patient to be cleaned up and began an abortion on another patient. Benjamin delayed calling an ambulance to transport Ms. Negron and attempted emergency treatment in such a negligent manner that Ms. Negron was pronounced dead shortly after her arrival at a local hospital.
