According to Mark Harrington, founder of Created Equal, whose group held abortion victim signs which enraged the pro-choicer, she has been ordered to pay restitution.

Watch the video: Warning- very graphic language !!

Harrington and the member of his group who was attacked, Seth Drayer, had previously stated that they were willing to drop the charges if the pro-choice woman who attacked them would sit down and speak with them:
Fox and Friends Created Equal

We’re willing to drop the charges,” Harrington told Fox News, “In fact, I’ve asked for a meeting with her – if she’s willing to apologize. Seth and I are both Christians, we believe in forgiveness, we’ve already forgiven her. But, if she’s not remorseful she needs to own up to what she’s done.

Apparently- this pro-choicer decided to face a judge instead.

This follows the sentencing of a pro-choice professor in California who attacked pro-life teens.

Miller Young

Mireille Miller-Young, a professor of porn and black studies at the University of California Santa Barbara, was sentenced to three years probation, 108 hours of community service, and 10 hours of anger-management classes, following her attack on a 16-year-old pro-life activist. She was also ordered to pay nearly $500 in restitution to the girl’s family.

You’re going to keep her on staff and let her try to mold young minds? Why wasn’t she fired? ” ~ Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc.

Mark Crutcher Life Talk April 2014
Today, Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc. a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas, is calling for the professor who attacked a pro-life teen on the campus of the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), to be fired.

On his monthly pro-life TV show, Life Talk, Crutcher, asked how parents can send their kids to UCSB where this professor remains employed after allegedly committing an act of assault on a 16 year-old teen, “What is wrong with the parents and the students themselves…paying all this money to go to an institution that would have a woman like this on staff?”

Crutcher then asks why the professor, Mireille Miller-Young, was not fired, calling her continued employment “bad judgment” on the part of UCSB, “Why wasn’t she fired? If I had a kid going there, first off I am going to call the school and say, you’re not getting another nickel from me as long as this woman’s on staff. Because, it indicates bad judgment on your part.”

Crutcher was outraged that UCSB has allowed Miller-Young to remain on staff despite her admitting to police that she “set a good example for her students” in stealing another person’s property.

Crutcher told his audience, that if he had a child in attendance at UCSB he would remove his financial support from the school immediately.

Crutcher said that if he were a parent, he would tell the school, “You’re judgment is so poor that this woman can admit that she did this thing and then come out and say I had the right to do it? And you’re going to keep her on staff, and you’re going to let her try to mold young minds? Not with my money, you’re not. Why are students still going there and why are parents still paying for it? That’s the part I don’t understand.”

Miller YoungSanta Barbara, CA, Saturday, March 22 – The Santa Barbara District Attorney filed charges of grand theft, battery, and vandalism yesterday against Professor Mireille Miller-Young for violence she committed against young pro-life activists who held a peaceful outreach on the UC Santa Barbara campus on March 4th.

The radical pro-abortion professor claimed that she set a good example when she attempted to incite students to violence and initiated the theft of a pro-life activist’s sign. We hope that the only example set by her actions is that crime will not be tolerated by the DA, nor the University of California. The prosecution should reach a resolution that deters anyone from committing these crimes again.

The pro-life group who trained the activists, Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust responded in a press release, “We hope the DA will also file charges against the students who received the stolen property, and aided and abetted Miller-Young’s crimes. The students’ crimes were caught on video. Will they be held accountable for any of it? Do they just walk? Not charging them sends the message that students they will not be held accountable for their actions.”

Mary Elizabeth Williams keep your Morality to yourself !

MEWilliams_Bio-75x75 Writing for Salon Magazine – Mary Elizabeth Williams gives a very stern warning to pro-choicers who assault and steal from “anti-abortion protesters.”

Lets tell the back story.

On March 4, 2014 two young pro-life women with the group Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust led a pro-life outreach at UC Santa Barbara.

milleryoungDuring the event pro-lifers say that pro-choice Mireille Miller-Young, a UC Santa Barbara professor of Feminist Studies whose areas of study include Pornography; Sex Work; and Feminist & Queer Theory stole the pro-life sign from a young pro-life activist who was trained by Survivors. Miller then took the sign into an elevator, where she repeatedly pushed, and even pulled the victim, who was attempting to hold the elevator doors open until police arrived, according to members of Survivors.

Miller Young

A video of the incident was posted online and soon the media was a buzz with the pro-choice intolerance:

Back to Mary Elizabeth Williams – she writes, “Ignoring the trolls – it’s not just good advice online. It’s indispensable in real life too. You see, this should have been a slam dunk. Instead, we have a tale in which radical anti-choice protesters wind up being depicted in the media as good guys.”

According to Mary Elizabeth Williams, “Accounts vary as to what exactly happened when the Christian group descended on UCSB earlier this month, but according to 21-year-old Joan Short, she and her 16-year-old sister Thrin were displaying three large signs and handing out literature when Dr. Mireille Miller-Young approached them, and a heated exchange ensued. Miller-Young allegedly then led a group of students in a chant of “Tear down the sign! Tear down the sign!” before taking one of the banners away from the girls and walking away. What follows in the video the “Survivors” group has released shows the professor and two other females walking into a building with a very large sign that appears to depict a bloody fetus. When the girls call her a thief, she yells back, “I may be a thief but you’re a terrorist.”

Now – this is the same Mary Elizabeth Williams who once wrote an article for Salon entitled “So What If Abortion Ends A Life“. Quoting the article and Ms. Williams, “I know that throughout my own pregnancies, I never wavered for a moment in the belief that I was carrying a human life inside of me. I believe that’s what a fetus is: a human life. And that doesn’t make me one iota less solidly pro-choice…Here’s the complicated reality in which we live: All life is not equal. That’s a difficult thing for liberals like me to talk about, lest we wind up looking like death-panel-loving, kill-your-grandma-and-your-precious-baby storm troopers. Yet a fetus can be a human life without having the same rights as the woman in whose body it resides. She’s the boss. Her life and what is right for her circumstances and her health should automatically trump the rights of the non-autonomous entity inside of her. Always. When we on the pro-choice side get cagey around the life question, it makes us illogically contradictory.”

Moving back to the violent professor Mary Elizabeth Wiliams with no concept of morality appears to get some morality when she writes:

“These antiabortion groups are sneaky and disruptive and they fully count on provoking an emotional response and playing victim when they get one. When it happens, they have a field day. So here’s a reminder: don’t do it. Don’t take their stuff. It’s called stealing, and you’re going to have a hard time convincing anybody otherwise. Don’t push them. Don’t touch them at all. If they’re trespassing, have them removed. If they’re creating a disturbance, call a cop. But don’t give them ammunition.”

Mary Elizabeth Williams ends her tirade with this sentence, “This week, Michigan’s “rape insurance” law has gone into effect. Clinics are closing. New laws are trying to impose longer waiting times for women before letting them obtain abortions. Our reproductive rights are being chipped away in this country. We are in a full-blown crisis. And the last thing on earth we need right now is to look like we’re the out of control ones here.”

So there you have it people. Rather than declare the right to protest, free speech, the excitement that young women would be counter-cultural and stand up to the establishment Professor seeking to censor them, the “Right to choose” to speak your own mind without Government or shall we say School interference, feminist Mary Elizabeth Williams appears angry – almost embarrassed that her side- the intolerant “pro-choice” side was exposed on national media for the hypocrites and violent people they really are.

Mary Elizabeth Williams has taken it upon herself to scold the pro-choice left in this country and to define what is and is NOT acceptable behavior – something they seem to loathe when the pro-life right does it.

Let’s recap: pushing your morality on others by by telling or in this case showing people who choose to slaughter innocent babies in the womb they are wrong is totally unacceptable. However, you ARE allowed to lecture your fellow pro-choicers about how to behave around pro-lifers so as to not “look like we’re the out of control ones here.”

Get it – or just confused?

Censorship on UC Santa Barbara Campus as Pro-choice Feminist Studies Professor Steals Pro-Life Sign

On March 4, 2014 Joan Short of the Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust led a pro-life outreach at UC Santa Barbara.

milleryoungDuring the event pro-lifers say that pro-choice Mireille Miller-Young, a UC Santa Barbara professor of Feminist Studies whose areas of study include Pornography; Sex Work; and Feminist & Queer Theory stole the pro-life sign from a young pro-life activist who was trained by Survivors. Miller then took the sign into an elevator, where she repeatedly pushed, and even pulled the victim, who was attempting to hold the elevator doors open until police arrived, according to members of Survivors.

Joan Short recalls the event, “a woman stopped by and I could see my roommate, Mairead, talking to her with Sarah chiming in now and then. I hoped it was good conversation for Sarah’s first time. Then Thrin came around to the front of the sign and joined in. I was afraid, at this point, that the woman might feel like they were ganging up on her. Boy was I wrong!

As the woman’s shouts of “millions of children in Africa,” “my body,” “foster-care system,” etc. got louder and louder, a crowd of students gathered around. I could tell that Thrin wasn’t getting on very well with the woman, but I still didn’t want to interrupt because she is probably just as experienced as I am. If the students could hear what Thrin was saying, then they would be able to judge who was speaking rationally. I walked along the outer fringes of the crowd, asking what they thought. One girl said, “I’m just listening; that’s my professor.”

The professor was really working the crowd, letting any student ask a question, but not letting Thrin answer anything thoroughly. The professor shouted, “We don’t need to listen to these people. They don’t have our permission to be here. Should we tear down their sign?” She rallied the crowd of about fifteen to chant, “Tear down this sign! Tear down this sign!”

A few of us started talking to the students individually. The chanting stopped as the real conversations began. I asked one girl what she thought about the signs. She said “I’m pro-life, I get it, but this is kind of shocking to see when you come out of class.” Her friend joined in, “You don’t understand; you guys don’t know what it’s like to go through the foster care system.” This was familiar ground for me. Yes, the foster care system has some major flaws and I felt sorry for the girl and told her so.

As I talked to her I noticed that the professor was walking from one group to another saying, “They’re separating us; we’ve got to stick together.” I had gotten to the point in the conversation, where the heart of the issue is laid bare: is the fetus a living human being?

Professor Steals prolife sign 2014

Just then, there was a general shout. The professor had just pulled the sign away from Sarah. Sarah looked shocked. I tried to grab the sign, but she pulled it away from me. Another friend, Clare, stood in her way and grabbed the sign. Not wanting to start a brawl, I told her to let go. The professor kept walking down the sidewalk with two students helping her. I wasn’t sure what was going to happen but kept following them and called 911 on Clare’s phone. As I talked to the police and Thrin videotaped, we followed the thieves into a building.

Walking down a hallway, the professor turned to two women standing in a doorway and asked them to get in our way so they could get away. Luckily, they did not comply. We turned a corner and found that the fugitives had entered an elevator. Thinking the police might be there any minute, Thrin tried to keep the door open with her foot. The professor tried to push Thrin out, leaving scratches on Thrin’s arms. When she couldn’t get Thrin out of the way of the door, she got out of the elevator and tried to pull Thrin away. Thrin finally let go of the elevator door when she realized that the students inside the elevator were trying to take the video camera out of her hand, which was also holding the door open. The elevator left without the professor, who got in the next elevator.

LEFTARM

This whole time I was trying to explain what was going on to the police. I was in an unfamiliar place, on an unfamiliar phone, trying to deal with a very unfamiliar situation. Eventually, the police came, but the excitement was over. When I got back to our group, they were just finishing passing out the fliers. The police talked to several of us, including Sarah, and watched the video that Thrin had taken. It was time for us to go, so we left everything in the policemen’s hands and packed up. On the way back to our school the policeman called to tell us that they had found the sign, but it had been destroyed.

ucsb

Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and I hope it will never happen again, but it did not destroy the work that we did. We were able to handle individuals. What we did not expect to encounter was a professor inciting a mob. Although we were interrupted, we reached a lot of students. Many of them will not be able to think complacently about abortion ever again. They will not have abortions themselves nor will they counsel their friends to. With babies dying every day, we know that we have to use even our spare time to do something to end abortion. We will continue to bring the truth about abortion to UCSB.”

UPDATE MARCH 19, 2014:

A copy of the Police Report Has been Issued:

In the report, Miller-Young, who is pregnant, said she was “triggered” by the graphic images of aborted fetuses on the large posters and said she felt the demonstrators didn’t have a right to be on the university’s campus, because their messages were upsetting to her and students. When asked by police if there had been a struggle between her and the activists when she took the poster, Miller-Young responded, “I’m stronger, so I was able to take the poster.”
