Abortion advocates leave hateful comments following death of pro-life hero who stood outside Planned Parenthood

The mindset of abortion activists never ceases to amaze me.

Shortly after the death of a pro-life hero, who spent his final hours standing up for unborn babies outside Planned Parenthood on August 22, 2015, pro-choice vulchers swooned.

Bon RObert Adis Planned Parenthood

In one of his last acts on earth, 73-year-old Bob Adis, who was lovingly referred to as “poppy” joined last weekend’s pro-life protest in Livonia, Michigan to expose Planned Parenthood’s gruesome baby parts operation.

Bob Adis, whose handicapped wife was with him at the clinic, started having chest pains and was removed from the sidewalk in front of Planned Parenthood by ambulance and pronounced dead shortly after he reached the hospital.

The Detroit Free Press did a story on the protest and mentioned Bob’s death.

While the pro-life community and Mr. Adis’ church and family mourn his death and before Bob was buried abortion advocates began spewing their hateful words.

Ignorant people, like Cindi Brody, suggested that Bob’s death was punishment from God for publicly opposing child killing and the selling of baby body parts, writing:

“Clearly a sign from god to mind your own business.”

Cindi Brody mind business abortion

And then there was this hateful comment from abortion supporter Paul Deeb ·

Paul Deeb pro abortion comment

“Yay! One more crazy Christian nutbag down.”

In a reply to another comment, Paul admitted he was pro-abortion calling, “an abortion preferable to birth.

Paul Deeb proabortion

No surprise that Paul, an advocate of abortion, would celebrate that a human is now dead.

Had Bob or the unborn babies been fuzzy cute animals, we might have witnessed a different reaction from Paul as evidenced by these posts:

Despite the ugly words of those who advocate death, Bob Adis has touched many people.

Prolife Robert AdisThis message about Bob’s life which was posted to Facebook:

“Bob Adis, went to be with the Lord today. He spent his last hours serving the Lord defending the lives of the unborn. Please keep his dear wife, Joan in your prayers.“

On his tribute wall, someone who knew Bob described him as:

“one of the most caring, kind, patient, thoughtful, peace-loving, and generally wonderful men God has ever created.“

His pastor Rev. Dan McGhee told the Detroit Free Press:

“It’s a remarkable thing to me that Bob, on the very last day God gave him on Earth, he spent it to advocate for life for those who are not given the chance to live their lives. That shows kind of heart he had.”

Monica Migliorino Miller of Citizens for a Pro-Life Society left this tribute:

“I know this is a sad time as Robert’s family mourns his death. I hope that everyone can take comfort in the fact that Robert died doing the Lord’s work as he began to suffer the heart attack while standing up for the sanctity of human life and against the killing of the innocent unborn. God took him at such a beautiful moment. His life and death will stand as a great testimony to the truth and mercy of God.”

Other tributes about Bob read:

Gentle soul, that really cared for family and friends. You will be missed, until we meet again.”
“One of the nicest Dads and husband that I’ve ever met. Bob, along with Joan, was SO dedicated to his children. There was hardly a function I didn’t see them. He will be missed.”
“You will be missed but all of the great memories from throughout the years will always bring a big smile to my face.”

“Bob was a very kind and compassionate husband, father, and friend. He was always willing to help others, especially his family, friends, and the church. Bob loved Jesus and his Bible study groups. He was generous and loved having friends at his home.
I will miss my friend in Christ.”

“I could meet him at church, and he had a kind word, or maybe a funny antitode. Bob will be missed…”

“Bob was a wonderful man, a mentor and most of all a friend who will be missed so very much.”

“God makes no mistakes and Heaven is a sweeter place because of Bob.”

As I searched for more about Bob’s life, I found this video and cannot confirm whether this was about him or another Bob Adis but, the words this group of friends are singing ring true.

Like the unborn Babies that Bob and his precious wife Joan wanted to protect, Bob was truly one in a million!

“I thank the Lord for Bob Adis. He is already missed.” ~ Pastor McGhee.

The story of his last moments of life are being viewed thousands of times on this blog and will continue to inspire others to love God and make every hour count for others while you are on this earth.

Pro-life hero spends final hours defending babies in front of Planned Parenthood

In one of his last acts on earth, 73-year-old Bob Adis, who was lovingly referred to as “poppy” joined last weekend’s pro-life protest in Livonia, Michigan to expose Planned Parenthood’s gruesome baby parts operation.

According to pro-life activist Lynn Mills, Bob attended Harvest Bible Church in Westland when the church’s pastor, Dan McGhee posted the demonstration on his church Facebook page.

“I asked Dan to let his church know about the protest and he did add it to his facebook
,” Mills told Saynsumthn.

Dan and several members of his Detroit Harvest Bible Church family headed to Planned Parenthood in Livonia early Saturday morning.

But, sadly, while they stood in the gap for unborn babies, another emergency was unfolding at the clinic.

Bob loved the Lord and Bob loved people,” Pastor McGhee said. “He loved the unborn and wanted to see them have an opportunity at life.

According to a message published by Pastor McGhee on his Facebook page, at about 9:47am, Bob Adis started having chest pains and was removed from the sidewalk in front of Planned Parenthood by ambulance where he defended unborn babies.

By 10:05am Pastor McGhee reported that Bob was not doing well and he was on his way to the hospital to be with Bob and his wife Joan.

Fifteen minutes later, tragically he reported that Bob had passed away.

Pro-lifer Greg Gurta, told Saynsumthn that he met Bob and his wife for the first time that morning at the Planned Parenthood protest.

Police arrive for Bob Adis

Mr. Gurta, who published most of the pictures used in this story, said he recalled seeing police arrive at Planned Parenthood and wondered if they were going to tell them they had to move their cars.

He walked over to the police where he said he could see Bob holding his chest and sitting in a car. According to Gurta, just prior to emergency responders arriving on scene, Pastor McGhee and his church members gathered around Bob to pray before the ambulance took him to the hospital.

Mr. Gurta later posted this message on his Facebook page at the time, “I thought we were in trouble for parking here but found out one of ours had a medical emergency and later passed away. Peace be with you brother Bob — in Livonia, Michigan.”

But, as stated earlier in this story, Bob passed away shortly after he was transported to the hospital.

God chose to call Bob Adis home minutes after standing up against Planned Parenthood in defense of innocent babies. Scripture tells us there is no greater love than to lay your life down for another.

I never met Bob and I attempted to get in touch with those who did so I could write more about his life. Understandably, so close to his funeral, no one was available.

I don’t know anything specific about his life except how he spent his last hours which I will phrase this way,”He loved babies!

But, I did come across this message about Bob’s life which was posted to Facebook:

Bob Adis, went to be with the Lord today. He spent his last hours serving the Lord defending the lives of the unborn. Please keep his dear wife, Joan in your prayers.

On his tribute wall, someone who knew Bob described him as:

“It’s a remarkable thing to me that Bob, on the very last day God gave him on Earth, he spent it to advocate for life for those who are not given the chance to live their lives. That shows kind of heart he had.”

Please keep Bob’s family in your prayers, especially his wife Joan. Amazingly, the couple celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary a day before he died.

YouTube censors another pro-life video

Posted in Abortion, Planned Parenthood, Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on September 24, 2009 by saynsumthn

The Citizens for a Pro-Life Society (CPLS) say that their video depicting the Catholic funeral and burial ceremonies of abortion victims has been censored by the video-sharing site YouTube – which now has an established reputation for removing pro-life videos and issuing “warning strikes” against their owners’ accounts.

CPLS reports that YouTube pulled the original five-minute film “Requiem for the Disappeared” on August 29. The film shows the remains of 23 unborn children whose bodies were buried after being salvaged last year from trash dumpsters behind abortionist Alberto Hodari’s Womancare abortion clinic in Lathrup Village, MI., and abortionist Reginald Sharpe’s Women’s Advisory abortion clinic in Livonia, MI. The video is accompanied by the song “Tell Me Who I Am,” which was crafted for the video and produced by Mediatrix Records.

“Requiem for the Disappeared” is the third CPLS video removed by YouTube, who also issued a warning strike against the group’s account. YouTube indicated that the video was removed for violating the site’s prohibition against images “intended to be shocking, sensational or disrespectful.

According to the site’s guidelines: “if a video is particularly graphic or disturbing, it should be balanced with additional educational or documentary context and information.”

CPLS argues that the images of the children’s’ remains were given appropriate and respectful context, and were not intended to shock, saying the video was “obviously crafted to teach, to provoke thought, to provide a moral lesson.”

The group said it was considering legal action against YouTube.

I feel strongly that we must call You Tube to responsibility,” said CPLS director Monica Migliorino Miller. “It’s obvious that pro-lifers are consistently discriminated against on this website.”

In August, YouTube removed a video (available here) published by Operation Rescue showing the abusive behavior of a man working for Nebraska abortionist LeRoy Carhart against a pro-lifer. YouTube indicated that the video inappropriately used the site as a “venue for things like predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people’s personal information, and inciting others to commit violent acts.”

I completely resent the outrageous and false notion that the video was in anyway abusive on our part,” said Operation Rescue’s Cheryl Sullenger. “The threats and intimidation shown in this video were made by the Carhart employee against the pro-life photographer, Larry Donlan. I posted the video with his permission so that the world could see the truth about the abuse and threats that pro-lifers are forced to endure.

Earlier that month, Live Action Films launched a petition against YouTube’s attack against pro-life videos. Live Action has had several of its videos exposing controversial and illegal practices by Planned Parenthood pulled from the site.

Youtube claims to be free of ideological censorship,” said Live Action Films president Lila Rose. “But they are clearly censoring an opinion they dislike, an opinion that goes against Planned Parenthood – which, as many are open about, has a good deal of influence in a lot of mainstream media, and now sadly in the new media, in YouTube.”
