Michigan’s Prop3 will indemnify abortionists from criminal/civil penalties, the real motive for the proposal.
Michigan Proposal 3, known as the Right to Reproductive Freedom Initiative, could indemnify abortionists against penalties for illegal activity as well as civil penalties should they harm or kill women.

The text of the proposal as written is confusing and vague…contains language
prohibiting the state from “penaliz[ing], prosecut[ing], or otherwise tak[ing] adverse action against an individual based on their actual, potential, perceived, or alleged pregnancy outcomes.”
[this] language ……Nor shall the state penalize, prosecute, or otherwise take adverse action against someone for aiding or assisting a pregnant individual in exercising their right to reproductive freedom with their voluntary consent.
Katie Glenn, State Policy Director with Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, told Live Action News that “Prop 3 is not about a so-called right to choose. … It would make it impossible to seek justice for women hurt by dangerous lawbreakers. Several years ago, a Michigan doctor was caught doing illegal abortions out of his car. Under Prop 3, he could not be prosecuted or held accountable for breaking state law or putting women in danger. Prop 3 is a gift to criminals and traffickers.”
The real motive for the proposal is to protect (indemnify) abortionists NOT women!
The character of the abortion industry has not changed since a 1970s when a Chicago Sun Times investigation uncovered horrific conditions inside abortion facilities. Live Action News reported that the five-month investigative series, dubbed the “Abortion Profiteers,” documented abortion assembly lines and providers who performed abortions on women who were not pregnant, unqualified staff, instances of serious infections and complications, and health inspectors who turned a blind eye. Abortion businesses were more interested in selling abortion than the safety of women.

A report published by the New York Times described the abortion related death of 33-year-old Guadalupe Negron this way: “As her life drained from her, Guadalupe Negron sat bleeding on an operating table, drowning in her own vomit as a doctor fumbled in a failed attempt to get oxygen into her lungs.” The paper states she “bled to death in the [abortion] doctor’s storefront Metro Women’s Clinic on July 9, 1993 in Corona, Queens [New York],” at the hands of abortionist David Benjamin, whose own staffers testified that Negron was left bleeding unattended for over an hour while Benjamin committed other abortions. She was 19 to 20 weeks pregnant.
In 2012, Planned Parenthood left Tonya Reaves, a young Black woman, bleeding after her abortion in Chicago, she later died.
Media dariling, abortionist Brian Finkel, who once committed 20% of Arizona’s abortions, was convicted of 22 counts of sexual assault of his patients.
Abortion related death of Eunice Agbagaa at the hands of Abram Zelikman: media cited her friend, “I felt if I hadn’t been there, they would have wrapped her body and thrown it in the garbage,” she told the paper. Check out the headline:
