Pro-choice men attack girlfriends over abortions

A few years ago, Life Dynamics, Inc. a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas documented that violence inflicted on pregnant women by pro-choice men who want their pregnancy aborted is nothing new.

Under The Radar report pro-choice men force abortio

A large volume of these cases has been compiled in a report entitled, “Under-the-Radar Violence in the Conflict Over Abortion.”

So, it is no shocker that today on the Life Dynamics’ Blog they have posted stories of men who attacked women for refusing abortions and in one case, because the procedure took too long.

From Life Dynamics’ Blogs:

An Indiana pro-choice man has been charged with attempted feticide after giving his pregnant girlfriend an herbal supplement known to cause miscarriages.

25 year-old Jarod Rebuck spent Christmas in jail, after the victim said she smelled a strange odor in her drink and grew suspicious.

Rebuck had allegedly spiked the drink and the victim, who was 4 weeks pregnant, contacted police after she found Google searches on his cell phone for “ways to cause a miscarriage,” according to WRTV.

Life News is reporting another act of pro-choice violence on a pregnant woman, this time a man shoots his girlfriend for refusing to take abortion pills.

A man who worried his girlfriend may be pregnant shot her in the head because she refused to take the morning-after pill, which he believed would either prevent her from becoming pregnant or end the life of her developing unborn child shortly after conception.

Breyana Lewis was reportedly shot in the head and local police report that, after answering an emergency call, they found Lewis with bullet fragments in her head. Lewis told officers with Las Vegas police’s Violent Crimes Section that she had been having a sexual relationship with Myrick for two months when the altercation happened.

Gregory Myrick, 21, was taken into custody along with Daquesha Fowler, a 20-year apparently in a love triangle with Myrick, with Fowler allegedly shooting Lewis because she refused to take the pill.

A South Carolina police officer has been arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend after her abortion.

According to reports, the victim, who was 10 weeks pregnant, called the police to report that her boyfriend, 38-year-old Officer Sierra Devonta Shivers had assaulted her.

When police arrived the victim told them that the North Charleston police officer had been pressuring her to have an abortion.

The victim said Shivers drove her to the Charleston Women’s Medical Center abortion clinic in West Ashley to have the abortion and after the procedure Shivers punched her several times in the face because she had “taken too long“.

Should we be surprised that an industry which protects men who sexually assault children would include men who sexually assault children?” ~ Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc.

Today, Life Dynamics, Inc., a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas has responded to the indictment of an Ohio abortion doctor with a history of sexually explicit crimes involving children.

According to reports, 69 year-old abortion doctor, Thomas William Michaelis has voluntarily surrendered his medical license after being indicted on Federal charges of receiving and distributing child pornography. Michaelis had recently worked as an abortionist at Capital Care Network abortion clinic in Toledo.

Authorities say they focused on Michaelis’ illegal activities between January and May, 2014.

Michaelis Porn Charges

According to the indictment, Michaelis received and distributed child porn images between April and May of this year. He possessed and accessed one or more websites containing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct between January and May.

Thomas Michaelis Booked

Public documents show Michaelis is a doctor with a history of abusing minors. Documents state he admitted to sexually explicit crimes involving his teenage daughter’s friends.

According to the pro-life group, Operation Rescue, in 1991, the Ohio Medical Board cited Michaelis after he had been convicted of Attempted Gross Sexual Imposition, Voyeurism, Public Indecency, all involving minor girls. Michaelis had engaged in sexual “touching” and other advances on girls in their early teens who had come to his home to play with his daughter.

In that case, Michaelis gave testimony that he watched a minor girl partially undress, attempted to touch another minor girl on her bottom, and attempted to touch a third minor child on her breasts. The abortion doctor also admitted that he exposed himself to a forth minor child. In 1991, Michaelis was sentenced to 15 months in prison, but ended up serving only 60 days.

Medical Board Docs Michaelis

The Board finally revoked Michaelis’ license but reinstated it a few years later after Michaelis complied with a number of requirements imposed by the Board, including an order for him to submit to counseling.

The abortion doctor was last known to have been working at a Toledo abortion clinic when his license was revoked in May, during the time of the investigation.

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc. said this indictment was,” typical of the character of the people we deal with in the abortion industry on a daily basis.”

Crutcher and his team have recently published several criminal case summaries showing that the abortion industry covers for men who sexually abuse children.

The report, entitled, “The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse”, shows clearly that the failure of abortion clinics to comply with mandatory reporting laws is having profound, real-world consequences for the victims of child sexual abuse. Read the report here.

After reviewing Michaelis’ history Crutcher said he was not surprised that he was working at an abortion clinic, Should we be surprised that an industry which protects men who sexually assault children would include men who sexually assault children?” Crutcher asked.

Lime5 Sarah Ad

Crutcher has detailed the rape of and sexual assault of abortion patients in a book he authored years ago entitled, Lime 5, and said he and his team are in the process of updating that research.

He said that when he finishes this latest report, the public will be shocked to discover that abortion doctors like Thomas William Michaelis are not isolated.

Man takes child to Houston abortion clinic to hide rape

Douglas A Ring

In May of 2010, Douglas Wayne Ring was arrested after sexually abusing a female relative for years after he took the teen for an abortion.

Authorities say the attacks began when the girl was 8 years old and continued until she was 20. According to reports, the victim became pregnant three times starting when she was 16.

The first time she testified that she after she discovered that she was pregnant Ring took her to a clinic in Houston where she had an abortion.

Life Dynamics, an organization located in Denton, Texas reviewed hundreds of criminal cases where adult men were raping their young victims, sometimes for years.

In July of 2014, the group’s findings were released in a report they entitled, “The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse” and published on the website ChildPredators.com

Life Dynamics points out that Ring’s abuse continued for many years after the abortion, making it clear that the abortion facility did not file a report.

Despite the fact that the child was taken before medical personnel at a Houston abortion clinic, aborted, and returned into the hands of her sexual rapist, with no report filed, she continued to be assaulted and became pregnant two more times by Ring.

In 2005, the victim finally reported the abuse to authorities.

A Brazoria County grand jury indicted Ring on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, sexual assault of a child and sexual assault. In 2010, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

How is it that abortion workers, in a state that requires mandatory reporting by health care workers, were not investigated or charged in their failure to report these crimes?

The Abortion News the Texas Media is Censoring

A Texas abortion law which has closed several abortion clinics in the state is once again in the news after the Supreme Court intervened to block its implementation.

In an unsigned order, the justices suspended an Oct. 2 ruling by a panel of the New Orleans-based U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals that Texas could require abortion clinics to meet the same safety standards as other ambulatory surgical centers in the state.

While the appeal process continues the media is in an all out frenzy to interview abortion clinic workers for a response. What the news media is intentionally censoring however is that a dark and unreported underbelly of the abortion industry is emerging after a Texas pro-life organization released a report which documents how the abortion industry is used to cover child rape.

The news media is so consumed with an abortion agenda that they have put on blinders and refuse to report the abuses that abortion clinics and specifically clinics in Texas are involved in.

After publishing an undercover investigation of 800 recorded phone calls to abortion and Planned Parenthood facilities nationwide including Texas, showing how these for profit clinics cover for pedophiles, Life Dynamics has published on their website ChildPredators.com a summary of criminal cases which proves the abortion industry is continuing in their lack of concern or care child rape victims.

In July of 2014, the group’s findings were released in a report they entitled, “The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse” and published on the website ChildPredators.com

Although the report shows that child rape victims are being taken for abortions in clinics nationwide to cover the crime, this blog post will focus on cases from Texas.

To date, there has been virtual silence by the main stream media regarding this report.

A 52 year-old Texas police officer took his child victim to an abortion clinic in Houston for an abortion after he impregnated the teen.

James Bernard Isenhower was a Danbury, Texas, police officer when he began the sexual relationship with the 14-year-old daughter of a woman he was dating.

According to Life Dynamics, when the victim became pregnant, Isenhower took her to a Houston area abortion clinic.

James Bernard Isenhower 2

Documents show that the victim’s mother accompanied them and, afterward, was forced by Isenhower to destroy the documentation from the abortion clinic so that there would be no paper trail.

At trial, the mother testified that she was afraid not to comply with his demands because she was not a legal resident of the United States.

The Texas group which produced the report says that Isenhower continued to assault the little girl for several years after the abortion, proving that no report was filed by the abortion clinic.

The victim herself finally came forward and told authorities what was occurring.

With zero help from this abortion clinic, Isenhower was eventually convicted on child sexual assault charges in both Colorado and Texas. He is currently serving a 20-year sentence in the state penitentiary in Huntsville, Texas.

The child victim has suffered for years as a result of the abortion clinics’ flagrant disregard of mandatory reporting statutes, yet no one at the clinic faces scrutiny or charges.

But- this is not the only Texas case Life Dynamics found.

How is it that abortion workers, in a state that requires mandatory reporting by health care workers, were not investigated or charged in their failure to report these crimes?

In all the hoopla over a new law in Texas that can regulate abortion clinics, I would like to ask why no one in the media has wondered- if these abortion clinics which covered rape are still in operation?

We may never know the answer to that question because the media is complicit in promoting abortion no matter who it hurts, be it unborn children, women, or child rape victims.

Sex Trafficking Survivors: Some Abortions Performed by Docs who were also Clients

Posted in Abortion and Sex Trafficking, child abuse, child predator, human trafficking, Life Dynamics, Planned Parenthood and Sex Trafficking with tags , , , , , , , , , , , on October 13, 2014 by saynsumthn

A new report on Sex Trafficking has revealed that many women who are victims of Human Trafficking have also had several abortions at Planned Parenthood and abortion facilities.

The authors interviewed several survivors of sex trafficking who stated that many of their pregnancies were forcibly aborted at abortion clinics and some of the doctors may have been clients of their pimps.

Anals of Health law

In the report entitled, Health Consequences of Sex Trafficking, published by the Annals of Health Law, it reads, “the prevalence of forced abortions is an especially disturbing trend in sex trafficking…The survivors in this study reported that they often did not freely choose the abortions they had while being trafficked.”

One survivor stated, “I was under serious pressure from my pimps to abort the babies.”

Health Conseq Of Sex Traff Forces Ab

The report notes that survivors had “significant contact with clinical treatment facilities, most notable Planned Parenthood.”

Health Conseq Of Sex Traff PP

Survivors also stated that they received birth control and other medical services from providers who knew they were being controlled by a pimp.

Birth Control Sex Trafficking

Perhaps the most disturbing fact is that even though abortion is supposed to be about choice many of these survivors were given forced abortions at majority Planned Parenthood and abortion clinics where the doctors may have been sex trafficking clients.

Roughly two-thirds of survivors who specified a location for their abortions, identified a clinic as the site of their abortion.

NAF

Mark Crutcher, president of the national pro-life group, Life Dynamics says that abortion clinics covering for forced abortions is nothing new, “Over the years, we have acquired tape recordings of National Abortion Federation (NAF) conventions in which discussions about women being forced to have abortions were held. The prevailing attitude expressed in these sessions may best be described as one of “convenient indifference.” Attendees will acknowledge the problem’s existence and talk about it in disapproving tones, while making it clear that they feel no obligation to let it influence the way they deal with these women. Their philosophical position seems to be that, even if a woman chooses to have an abortion she doesn’t want because of threats from others, it remains within the “pro-choice” purview since she was still the one who ultimately made the decision. In fact, on the NAF tapes mentioned above, some abortion clinic employees can be heard paraphrasing this very argument and using it to justify their habit of looking the other way. It is a truly bizarre rationalization analogous to saying that women who submit to sexual relations at the point of a gun are not really being raped since, technically, they are consenting.”

Docs clients of sex trafficking

Another concerning fact is that survivors identified some of these abortion doctors as clients:

According to the report one survivor described her situation, “I got pregnant six times and had six abortions during this time. Several of them were from a doctor who was a client– he did them back door- I came in the back door after hours and paid them off the books. This kept my name off any records…At least one of my abortions was from Planned Parenthood because they didn’t ask any questions.”

Depro Planned Parenthood sex trafficking

This news is disturbing. Are abortion and Planned Parenthood doctors who are seeing minor girls for abortions also clients of sex traffickers? Planned Parenthood gets half a billion federal dollars in tax monies and this is something which should seriously be investigated.

PP 2012 2013 Annual Report

Covering for Child Sexual Abuse:

We know that many victims of sex trafficking are minor children so the fact that survivors are reporting that their abortion doctors may also be clients is something we cannot take lightly.

In fact, Life Dynamics, has been exposing how child rapists use abortion to cover their crimes.

They have recently posted summaries of 60 criminal cases where hiding of sexual abuse occurred. The report they titled, The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse is very damming of the abortion and Planned Parenthood industry.

Child Predator Cases Screen

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics makes it clear that the failure of abortion facilities to report suspected child abuse is causing children to be repeatedly raped, sometimes for years after their abortions, “In almost every case of adult men having sex with minor girls, the perpetrators are aware that the relationship is illegal and could land them in prison,” Crutcher says, “They also know that one of the most likely ways for them to get caught is for their victims to become pregnant. When that happens, their back up plan is inevitably going to involve abortion. As a result, there is no place within the medical community where underage victims of sexual abuse are more likely to be found than at abortion clinics. The question is: how are these girls dealt with when they show up at those clinics?”

Crutcher continues, “It is important to understand that mandatory reporters are neither obligated nor authorized to investigate these incidents. Whatever conclusions they might reach about the legality or illegality of a child’s sexual activity has no bearing on their obligations as mandatory reporters. If they are presented with evidence of sexual activity by a patient who, by reason of her age, cannot legally consent to sexual activity, their only duty is to report to the authorities. The responsibility for determining whether a criminal act has or has not occurred belongs only to the state.”

Child Pred Logo

In a press released issued at the time the group published their report, Crutcher states, “ it is almost universally accepted that sexual predators who target children almost never stop on their own. Instead, they continue until they are stopped by someone else. In reading the cases you will see incident after incident in which girls continued to be raped and sexually abused – sometimes for years – after the abortion clinic where they were taken ignored the state’s mandatory reporting law. But once the situation was eventually revealed to the authorities, the perpetrator was arrested and the abuse ended immediately. This illustrates why compliance with these laws is such an indispensable tool for dealing with our national epidemic of older males sexually exploiting underage girls.”

Abortion staff failed to report three pregnancies on two children resulting in additional assaults

Posted in child predator, Life Dynamics with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , on October 8, 2014 by saynsumthn

Two children were raped several times resulting in several pregnancies that ended in abortion. Each time the young victims were sent back into the hands of their abuser because the clinic or clinics where they were taken by their mother failed to report the possibility of abuse.

The story begins in 2008, when a 16-year-old teen gave birth and her boyfriend’s parents realized that the baby did not look like their son, but rather like an adult male acquaintance of the teen’s mother.

A DNA test proved the boyfriend was not the baby’s father, and that’s when the girl admitted that 44 year-old Ricky Jackson was the father. At that point, the boy’s parents reported the information to Ashland Police.

(The girl) had confided in their son that Jackson had raped her when she was 11 years old and that he was very jealous of their son’s relationship with” the girl, Middlesex Assistant District Attorney Katharine Folger said in a court document.

Police arrested Jackson on March 23 of that same year.

The victim also had a sister and the girls, fearful for their safety after Jackson was released from jail, later admitted to police that Jackson had been raping both of them for years.

According to their statements, the sexual abuse began in October of 2002, after Jackson and their mother became involved.

The girls told police that after their mother would go to sleep, Jackson would go to their room and rape them.

According to their testimony, Jackson impregnated the older sister twice when she was 13 and 14 years old, and impregnated the younger girl when she was 12.

The girls’ mother took them to have abortions each time she learned they were pregnant.

According to prosecutors, the mother of the raped children did not know they had been impregnated by Jackson.

The girls told police they never reported the sexual assaults because Jackson had threatened to kill them if they did.

In August of 2008, Jackson was charged with two counts of child rape, violating a restraining order, intimidation of a witness, and one count of rape and indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14.

According to a summary of the case published by Life Dynamics,”three pregnancies resulted from these assaults and, in each case, their mother took them for abortions. Since there were multiple abortions and the sexual activity continued after each one, it is certain that none of the abortion clinics involved made a report. The rapes did not end until the parents of a boy who knew the girls learned of the situation and called police.”

Life Dynamics has published 60 examples of cases where child sexual abuse was covered up with an abortion and the clinics where the victims were taken failed to report the possibility of abuse.

Reverse restrictions on voting rights to save abortion and Planned Parenthood says Texas abortionist

According to a Texas abortion doctor, they need to reverse restrictions on voting rights, because the state has defunded Planned Parenthood and passed safety regulations on abortion clinics.

WWH Abortion clinic beaumont

Dr. Sherwood C. Lynn, who performs abortions at the Whole Women’s Health abortion clinic chain in Texas told Cosmopolitan that, “We’re one of the states who declined Medicaid expansion and defunded Planned Parenthood. If more clinics shut down in September, there are only going to be six clinics left in Texas. In order to change this, we’re going to have to get the Democratic electorate out to vote. We’re going to have to reverse restrictions on voting rights. Lawmakers are catering to a group of crazies. There is no regard for science or for women.”

Exactly what does this abortionist mean by reverse restrictions on voting rights anyway? Is this the extreme that these people will take us if we do not allow them to kill unborn children?

TX Aug 2013 Oct 2014

Abortion clinics in the state have closed at a rapid pace over the past year since the passage of HB2, a law that requires clinics to become ambulatory surgical centers and doctors who perform abortions to have hospital admitting privileges close by. The abortion industry says they cannot afford to make the changes required for the safety of the women they serve, so instead they have chosen to close.

Whole Womens Health along with other abortion providers in the state have filed a lawsuit to challenge the law. It is expected to be heard before the Supreme Court. While they await the high court’s decision to take the case, the Fifth Circuit has just decided that the law can be enforced.

The Fifth Circuit’s ruling on October 2 immediately allowed the state’s requirement that every facility offering abortion meet the same building requirements as hospital-style surgery centers to go into effect immediately.

A previous challenge to the law regarding the requirement that abortion doctors have admitting privileges has been upheld upheld by a panel of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and now the plaintiffs await a decision on whether the full appeals court will rehear the case.

So. the abortion industry is in an all out panic claiming that women will die because they cannot access abortions. Several counties in the state are now completely abortion clinic free and the industry has laid the fault at the feet of pro-lifers.

Sept 2014 Houston PP 6395_4199836955484851323_o

But, as blogger Jill Stanek has pointed out, the largest chain of abortion clinics in the country is not building new mega centers in the areas that the industry claims is in the most need for abortion services – they are building them in major metropolitan communities, such as Houston which just recently called an ambulance to transport a patient from their abortion center.

In Texas, where there is now a dearth of abortion clinics thanks to pro-life legislation, Planned Parenthood is building two new clinics in Dallas and San Antonio – where two of the state’s last three independent clinics already exist (if and when the law takes full effect). The other five that are anticipated to remain standing all belong to Planned Parenthood,” Stanek writes on her blog.

In addition to the ambulatory requirements, abortionists say that they have a difficult time getting hospital privileges.

When HB2 passed requiring hospital admitting privileges by abortion workers, pro-lifers were ecstatic. They knew that hospitals were leery of accepting abortion doctors on staff.

In response, Life Dynamics Inc., a national pro-life organization located in Denton Texas, contacted members of the Texas medical community to warn them that the abortion lobby would try to recruit doctors who work at abortion clinics to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics explains, “What we did is created a post card called Hired Killers. This postcard is designed to discourage doctors from getting involved in abortion. We sent one of these to every doctor’s office in Texas. What we are trying to do is keep the waters stirred because what the abortion industry wants is to recruit these guys and tell them, you can just slide in and you don’t have to raise a big ruckus about it. We’re making sure that these doctors understand, there will be a ruckus and this is just the first shot of the ruckus that’s coming.

LDI Texas Mailer Front

The second thing we did was send a letter to every hospital administrator in Texas,” Crutcher explains,”It’s designed to discourage them from granting privileges and be on the lookout for new doctors filing for hospital privileges who are not telling them they are working in an abortion clinic. Before you let them in, you better ask them if they are working in abortion because you don’t want to drag this hospital into the abortion controversy.”

Hospital Letter Texas

The campaign appears to be working as expressed again by abortion doctor Sherwood Lynn.
WWH

“Gaining admitting privileges has been difficult for me. First, you have to call the hospital and ask for an application. Then they send it to you, and you fill it out and send back. It seems simple enough, but if the address of the practice on the application is of an abortion provider or clinic, they won’t send you the package of materials required. You just can’t apply. I have one application pending in Austin, and I’ve been denied applications in McAllen and Beaumont. Whole Woman’s Health followed up to find out why, but we only got a letter from McAllen without any explanation. [There was no response from Beaumont.] There is no one in the Valley who has privileges who provides abortion care. The hospitals in McAllen are not necessarily Catholic institutions, but the board members are. I do have privileges at one of the hospitals in San Antonio, however, which is how I can continue to provide services at the Whole Woman’s Health [abortion clinic] surgical ambulatory center,”~ Abortionist Sherwood C. Lynn told Cosmo.
