Planned Parenthood supporter: abortion for “preserving white countries”

I stumbled upon a tweet that read:

I unfollow anyone who is against the right to an abortion. Get over #plannedparenthood “scandals” and focus on preserving white countries.

Planned Parenthood racism support white countries abortion

In another tweet he suggested that pro-life people who oppose abortion be “ethnically replaced.”

The tweets came from user Edgar Ulrich who supports Planned Parenthood.

He even retweeted one of their messages:

Capture

Edgar Ulrich’s support of Planned Parenthood is not surprising. The organization was founded in eugenics and focused on a desire to limit the population of non-whites.

Edgar’s tweet revealed his support of abortion for infanticide:

Capture2

This Edgar Ulrich Tweet below implies that abortion eliminates those whose IQ’s are not in par with “Whites.”

Capture3

Again, that idea came from supporters of Planned Parenthood.

In the 1970’s, Dr. William Shockley, a national committee member of Planned Parenthood and a featured speaker at at least one Planned Parenthood conference, agreed with Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger that Blacks should be sterilized because their rates of reproduction was disproportionate.

William Shockly 1974 race

He also suggested that Black IQ was inferior to Whites:

William Shockly IQ Black

In 1967 the eugenicist and Nobel Prize caused a national uproar when he stated that it was a waste of taxpayer money to create better schools and welfare programs for what he called “Ghetto Negroes.”

Shockley advocated licensing women to have children.

He said what he called “unskilled Negroes” are reproducing at a much higher rate than unskilled whites.

He advocated birth control and said the Census Bureau would decide how many people could have children.

The Planned Parenthood speaker advocated Eugenics in this article – The Montreal Gazette – Dec 13, 1967:

Shockly license

He claimed to have research showing that people of African descent are genetically inferior to whites in intelligence and simply not smart enough to take advantage of programs designed to help them.

William Shockley Certificates to be pregnant

To save tax money, he proposed that the U.S. government implement forced birth control to lower the reproduction of the inferior classes and then issue certificates to become pregnant that would be sold on the New York stock exchange.

Mr. Ulrich would love for pro-life people to “get over the Planned Parenthood scandals” but that will never happen. He, by his own tweets is adding fuel to the “scandal” that the abortion biz was founded in racist eugenics.

Abortion doctor surrenders medical license in California

It has just been revealed that an abortion doctor in California, who became abusive with two abortion patients in another state, surrendered his medical license late last year.

AGohariAccording to the document, from the Medical Board of California, two abortion patients went to the offices of Abolghassem Masud Gohari in Maryland for an abortion.

The document shows that a medical assistant at the clinic performed a sonogram on the first patient and then gave her a pill to induce an early medical abortion.

The patient was reluctant to take the pill because it was not given to her in the presence of a physician and sought treatment from another doctor.

The woman then contacted Gohari to receive a refund at which time he became extremely irate and yelled at her.

A second patient went to Gohari’s office for a surgical abortion. She was not given any counseling from Gohari nor his staff. According to the report when the patient became upset and began to cry, abortionist Gohari became belligerent, abusive and yelled at her.

Gohari’s Maryland medical license was placed on probation for a year in 2012.

In November of 2013, Gohari signed a stipulation order to surrender his California license.

Gohari also has a history of medical malpractice lawsuits, which the website AbortionDocs.Org documents here.

Planned Parenthood Fined for Health and Safety Violations – actions taken against more Abortion clinics

Ohio Right to Life has issued this release:

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Today, Ohio Right to Life obtained documentation of enforcement actions against three abortion facilities by the Ohio Department of Health. Among them is a $25,000 fine issued to Planned Parenthood of Bedford Heights due to severe violations of health and safety standards. Such violations include the facility’s failure to adhere to infection control policies, including exposed urine samples. Other health inspector discoveries include:

no experienced director of nursing on staff
improper storage of eight containers of human tissue
3-month overdue follow-up documentation for hospitalized abortion patient with perforated uterus
incomplete documentation for abortion patient who was hospitalized for bleeding
use of expired and undocumented chemicals and equipment used on surgical suction hoses

Further enforcement actions by the health department were taken against Northeast Ohio Women’s Center, which was denied a license to practice surgical abortions due to multiple health and safety violations, including failure to properly train staff, lack of a director of nursing, and expired medications and pregnancy tests.

“We’re deeply concerned, though admittedly unsurprised, that multiple abortion facilities are jeopardizing the lives and health of women,” said Mike Gonidakis, president of Ohio Right to Life. “The real war on women is being waged everyday in these unsafe and unsanitary abortion mills. These reports shock the conscience and reaffirm our resolve to protect life from Ohio’s abortion industry.”

This week, ODH also issued an administrative order to close the last remaining abortion facility in Toledo. Capital Care Network of Toledo (CCN) was unable to secure a transfer agreement with any Toledo-area hospital which caused health officials to begin the closure process last year. CCN attempted to enter into a transfer agreement with an out-of-state hospital at the University of Michigan. Because the hospital is located 52 miles away from CCN, the Department of Health ruled that it does not meet health and safety standards.

“Without Capital Care Network, life in Toledo will be safer for women and children” said Gonidakis. “This week, our government assured all of us that women’s health and patient safety is priority number one. It is deeply troubling that some people are advocating for this illegal operation to remain open, putting women’s lives at risk.”

Today, Life Dynamics, Inc. a national pro-life organization in Denton, Texas is reporting that an abortion doctor in Indiana who has been criminally charged for failing to file a report of an abortion performed on a 13-year-old girl in the state in a timely fashion is also under investigation in another county, will now face a state medical board.

Criminal Charges Klopfer Jan 2014

According to a local report abortionist Ulrich Georg Klopfer has been requested to appear before the Indiana Medical Licensing Board and respond to comments he made about not reporting an abortion he performed on a 13-year-old girl.

Since those comments were made, Klopfer, who performs abortions at Friendship Family Planning, 3700 Broadway in Gary, is facing criminal charges filed in Lake County, complaints filed in Allen County, and an investigation in St. Joseph County.

“Three months or so ago, he made a public statement to the effect of he didn’t report — as he was supposed to — on an abortion on a 13-year-old girl,” said Sue Swayze, communications director for the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

As an abortion doctor, he is required to report such abortions, because of statutory rape laws in Indiana and Swayze said the board has asked him to come in and appear before them and answer some questions.

Klopfer’s medical license was up for renewal in October. The board renewed it with the stipulation it was “under review,” which allowed him to keep practicing, Swayze said.

The pro-life group, Operation Rescue reports that abortionist Ulrich Georg Klopfer gave the girl an abortion at his Gary, Indiana, abortion clinic in September, 2012, but did not file the report for nearly four months in violation of the law according to the probable cause affidavit.

Klopfer Complaint News Pic

The unreported abortion was brought to the attention of authorities by Lake County Right to Life in December of 2013.

Unreported abortions on minor girls have also been reported in a complaint filed by representatives of Indiana Right to Life and Allen County Right to Life.

The documents, filed by members of Allen County Right to Life, state that Klopfer performed an abortion on another 13-year-old in Allen County at the now closed Ft. Wayne Woman’s Health Organization at 2210 Inwood Drive, on February 7, 2013 and failed to report that abortion as required by state law as well.

The age of that patient surfaced as Allen County Right to Life Executive Director, Cathie Humbarger, reviewed publicly available terminated pregnancy reports. The pregnancy report, filed with the State Department of Health, appears to confirm the allegation. (Read Allen County RTL Report here)

The criminal charges in Lake County charges Klopfer for failing to timely file a public report about the abortion he performed on a 13 year old child at the Friendship Family Planning abortion Clinic in Gary, In. in September of 2012.

Klopfer Probable Cause Criminal

The affidavit states that the report wasn’t sent to the Indiana Department of Health until January of 2013.

MORE LEGAL SCRUTINY

The news has also led to Klopfer’s back up physician terminating his status with the abortionist. Indiana requires every abortion doctor in the state to have admitting privileges to a local hospital or an agreement with a doctor who does.

A local media outlet has stated that there is no record of Klopfer’s back up doctor at the local or state health departments, the professional licensing agency or anywhere else, prompting even more legal scrutiny. WSBT reports that St. Joseph County Prosecutor Mike Dvorak has asked the Special Victims Unit to investigate.

ABORTION INDUSTRY NEGLECTS TO REPORT SUSPICIONS OF STATUTORY RAPE

Life Dynamics Inc., a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas, points out that although we do not know the circumstances of these young girl’s pregnancies, mandatory reporting statutes which require healthcare workers to report reasonable suspicions of child sexual abuse to the authorities are being ignored inside American abortion, Planned Parenthood and family planning centers.

Life Dynamics has documented the failure of abortion clinics to report statutory rape in an undercover investigation where we called over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across the nation.

According to Mark Crutcher, founder of Life Dynamics, “The results of this survey were appalling. Even though many of these clinics openly acknowledged to our caller that this situation was illegal and they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal activity.”

Crutcher continues, “When we began to investigate we found it was even worse than we thought it was. Initially we thought perhaps the abortion clinics were only reporting half of the incidents, but instead we found that they were reporting hardly any of them.”

To combat this problem, Life Dynamics recently unveiled a national outreach by contacting over 53,000 personal injury attorneys to educate them about the pedophile protection racket being covered up inside these clinics.

Doc who worked for several Planned Parenthood clinics to face state medical board

UPDATE: A doctor who performed abortions at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Wilmington has agreed to pay a $1,500 fine and receive a letter of reprimand to resolve a complaint by Delaware officials accusing him of negligence and incompetence.

The state Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline on Tuesday accepted a consent agreement between state officials and Dr. Timothy Liveright. See more below:

Timothy Liveright Screen_Shot_2013-06-03_at_12.23.36_PM-240x171The Delaware state Board of Medical Licensure & Discipline will consider the case of former Planned Parenthood doctor Timothy Liveright during a closed session at 2 p.m. today in Dover.

Liveright performed thousands of abortions at Planned Parenthood clinics around the nation ( see a list below) , including Wilmington’s site at Seventh and Shipley streets.

But several medical emergencies at the clinic early last year prompted three former clinic employees – two nurses and a manager – to go public with complaints about conditions at the clinic, saying patients’ lives were put at risk by unsanitary practices and other deficiencies. The nurses said complaints they made in 2012 were ignored or dismissed.

Previously, state officials had reached a consent agreement in the complaint.

The complaint filed in May of 2013 said Dr. Timothy Liveright represented a “clear and immediate danger to the public.” It accused him of engaging in multiple acts of incompetence and negligence in performing abortions on five patients in February and March of this year.

The state’s complaint cited Liveright for numerous problems including: unprofessional conduct such as yelling at patients and sexual harassment of female employees. Additional charges included over-sedating patients, performing unnecessary suction procedures, failing to properly assess patients, failure to properly administer oxygen, causing at least one perforation during surgery, failing to properly supervise resident physicians during procedures and failing to act with due competence and diligence to avoid unnecessary complications, resulting in patients requiring emergency hospital treatment.

In April, Liveright sent a letter to the Division of Professional Regulation, saying he had “retired from practicing medicine in Delaware and [had] no intentions of ever seeking practice there in the future,” according to the complaint.

But in a May interview with The News Journal after the complaint was filed, Liveright called the allegations a “scandalous” effort to make him a scapegoat for the failings of others at the clinic.

A review by the state Division of Public Health found 14 kinds of violations at the clinic, including inadequate documentation of narcotics, supplies that had exceeded expiration dates, lax practices to ensure sterility, unlabeled bottles of fluid and overdue or uncertain maintenance records. The clinic suspended its surgical abortion services for several weeks as problems were addressed.

Liveright signed the consent agreement with the state just before a scheduled hearing in November. Terms were not disclosed, but must be approved by the board. If it approves the terms, details of the agreement will be made public. If it doesn’t, a new hearing will be scheduled.

In the January 2014 consent agreement, Liveright admitted only that he failed to adequately document procedures and results in charts for three patients.

He also acknowledged that he had been reprimanded by Planned Parenthood in March 2012 for “unprofessional, disrespectful and inappropriate” conduct. According to the consent agreement, Liveright agreed to participate in sexual harassment training to resolve those issues.

The agreement says Liveright sent a letter to state officials last year saying he was retired from medical practice in Delaware and enclosing his license.

“The resolution reflects the improper medical practices of the respondent that were substantiated during the ongoing investigation and it was reached with his agreement to no longer practice medicine in Delaware,” said Joe Rogalsky, a spokesman for Attorney General Beau Biden.

TIMOTHY FOUCH LIVERIGHT previously showed a licensed to practice only in Pennsylvania, where he said he has worked at Planned Parenthood in West Chester, Chester, PA and clinics in Philadelphia. He is not currently practicing medicine there, he said.

He once worked for Planned Parenthood in Trenton, N.J., Liveright said, but he let his license expire in 2011. Agency officials in those states would not comment on Liveright. And Third Age has him listed as Planned Parenthood of the Mercer Area.

And the state of California has him listed there as license. Actually according to Healthgrades, Liveright is working at Planned Parenthood, San Jose if you match the addresses at both websites.

In Florida his license has been voided.

By his own account, Timothy Liveright has performed about 50,000 abortions across the country over nearly three-plus decades, most recently for Planned Parenthood of Delaware.

He even played an abortion doctor in a 2010 movie starring Hollywood heavyweights Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams.

Liveright, 68, found himself under scrutiny in Delaware as nurses criticized his practices and behavior during a packed state Senate hearing, and state officials formally accused him of incompetence and misconduct that put patients in danger.

He now lives on a farm near Allentown, Pa., and for the past few years Liveright flew his single-engine plane to Delaware about once a week to work at clinics in Wilmington and Dover. He’d perform as many as 30 abortions a day, he said, making about $60 per procedure and from $5,000 to $10,000 a month, depending on demand.

Liveright’s work in Delaware came to an abrupt end in April after the state began a second round of investigations in less than a year into complaints that his practices were sloppy and his behavior strange.

Liveright said he often worked for nonprofits and before becoming an abortionist had treated the homeless and patients with AIDS, explaining that he was an advocate of “social medicine.”

When he came to Delaware in late 2002, he worked for Planned Parenthood. He said the experience was rewarding but he let his license lapse in 2005 while he worked for their clinics in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. “I love the organization,” he said.

He returned to Delaware in 2009 after renewing his license, and usually flew every Friday to New Castle County Airport for a day of work at the Wilmington clinic.

It was during this period that he made a brief appearance in the movie, “Blue Valentine,” playing an abortionist. In his one scene, Liveright begins giving the character played by Michelle Williams an abortion, but she decides she doesn’t want to go through with it and leaves the treatment room.

During his second stint in Delaware, Liveright said, Planned Parenthood was beset by “a rather tumultuous administrative set of headaches.”

The Wilmington clinic’s practices also left much to be desired, he said. “I’ve been around, and this place was definitely less well-organized than other places I’ve been,” he said. “A lot of it was management was not at the top of their game.”

Liveright also questioned the judgment of state regulators who investigated allegations by former clinic nurses Joyce Vasikonis and Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich about him and the clinic. They cleared him late last year of any wrongdoing but now consider him a danger, an action he labeled “double jeopardy.”

BACKSTORY:

The Delaware Attorney General’s Office filed the complaint against former Planned Parenthood abortion doctor Timothy F. Liveright, citing him for unprofessional, incompetent and negligent conduct during his practice at the Wilmington clinic and calling him a “clear and immediate danger to the public.”

Contacted by phone Thursday evening, Liveright, 68, said such charges were “scandalous” for the state to make.

Liveright, who last month voluntarily surrendered his license to practice medicine in Delaware, performed abortions at the Planned Parenthood clinic on Shipley Street. He called the complaint “double jeopardy,” noting that similar complaints were investigated and dismissed last fall.

“It’s pure bullshit,” he said. “They’re jumping on whatever they can jump on. I don’t know what their agenda is, but I don’t think I’m a danger to the public.”

Clinic PP DE

According to the complaint, Liveright was reprimanded by Planned Parenthood of Delaware for “unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate” conduct that included “yelling, screaming, and cursing” in front of employees and patients and sexual harassment of female employees.

At the time, Collins said the board has several sanctions available, including license revocation, a fine, suspension, probation and reprimand.

Specifically, the complaint cited Liveright for:

• Oversedating patients

• Performing unnecessary suction procedures

• Failing to properly assess a patient’s airway, lungs and heart prior to administering sedation

• Failing to properly assess patients

• Failing to properly administer oxygen

• Failing to adequately document procedures and results of procedures in patient charts

• Failing to consider alternative treatments

• Causing at least one perforation during surgery

• Failing to properly supervise resident physicians during procedures

• Failing to act with due competence and diligence to avoid unnecessary complications, resulting in patients requiring emergency hospital treatment

The state started the investigation earlier this year when several emergencies arose after abortions Liveright performed at the Wilmington clinic. A small cadre of anti-abortion protesters witnessed the arrival of ambulances and raised questions. Two former Planned Parenthood nurses then came forward with complaints they had filed in 2012 against the doctor and clinic.

Liveright left the staff of Planned Parenthood in late March. In April, he sent a letter to the Division of Professional Regulation, saying he had “retired from practicing medicine in Delaware and [had] no intentions of ever seeking practice there in the future,” according to the complaint.

Liveright has performed abortions in several states across the country, but several of those medical licenses are no longer in effect. He still is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. When asked if he was practicing there, Liveright said, “None of your business.”

PP Baltimore Jane Mitchel WDelaware Planned Parenthood staffer RN Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich, , who worked at Planned Parenthood Delaware’s Dover and Wilmington clinics for 3-1/2 months in 2012, spoke to Jill Stanek and revealed many troubling aspects of the abortion clinic she walked out of.

Jane claims she sent documentation and letters of complaint about the abortion clinic to Planned Parenthood who ignored them.

Other incidents, excerpted from a letter Jane wrote to her bosses (with slight grammatical editing):

“During a procedure that another doctor was performing, Dr. Liveright entered the room to see how things were proceeding. The doctors had a conversation regarding the faulty equipment in front of the patient…. After the doctors finished their conversation, Dr. Liveright struck the patient’s right lateral thigh with force with his opened hand, stating ‘BREATHE!’ The patient, shocked and puzzled, looked at me as if to say, ‘What is he doing?’ I suggested that Dr. Liveright must have some sort of unusual technique to help distract patients from the discomfort of the procedure. The patient looked at me, rolled her eyes, held my hand tight, and tried to relax and concentrate on her breathing. That is when Dr. Liveright peeks around the curtain (as he had not exited the room) and plays peek-a-boo with the patient. The patient then rolls her eyes and shakes her head stating, ‘He’s not right.’ The entire time this is happening, the other doctor is continuing to dilate the patient! I then stated, ‘Goodbye Dr. Liveright,’ as I pulled the curtain around his head….”

“Sexual harassment: I have noted Dr. Liveright inappropriately look up and down patients as well as staff members in a sexual kind of way. He actually stands back with a grin and slowly directs his eyes up and down a patient’s body.”

Jayne said management told her Liveright had previously been disciplined for sexual harassment against a staff member.

Jayne’s letter also described Liveright as a racist in a bizarre incident with an African-American patient:

Dr. Liveright enters the room… and states… ‘Did you know that the Belgians took over Africa and did really bad things?’…. He continues to carry this conversation on with himself while he roughly dilates and then belittles the patient…. (by the way, a patient that is crying and holding on to my hand tight, as I try to distract her from him)…. He states, ‘The United States does the same thing. Did you know that?’ The patient, with tears falling down her cheeks, shakes her head, indicating, ‘No,’ which Dr. Liveright replies, ‘I didn’t think you’d know anything about that. Yup, the United States is a big bully.’”

Jane is one of two former employees of Planned Parenthood Delaware – both registered nurses – have publicly called for investigations into the operation’s practices.

What I believe should happen is that Planned Parenthood should no longer be self-regulated,” said Joyce Vasikonis, a Dover nurse who also worked at the Wilmington site. Vasikonis was interim surgical services manager when she resigned last August.

Vasikonis describes herself as “radically pro-abortion,” but said she could not continue to work under the conditions she saw.

According to the Washington Post, the two nurses testified at a state Senate hearing about problems at the facility.

“He was a very small part of it,” nurse Joyce Vasikonis said Thursday about Liveright. “The biggest issue for me was sterility. The staff didn’t know how to maintain sterility from beginning to end.”

Vasikonis, who worked at the clinic from October 2011 to August 2012, said Liveright often failed to wear sterile gloves during abortions, but that she never saw any problems with the actual physical procedures themselves.

She also said she never saw Liveright yelling or cursing, but that she did witness an incident of sexual harassment. That incident involved Liveright teasing a young female intern about a cellphone photograph of a pierced penis that he and another male employee were looking at.

Liveright said the two nurses had legitimate concerns — not about him, but about Planned Parenthood.

“Planned Parenthood is partly to blame for all of this,” he said. “They’ve allowed this circus to continue. It’s partly because they never listened to these women to begin with.”

Liveright promised to clear his name but said he bears no ill will toward the agency.

“Women are taken care of. Abortions are done,” he said. “A couple of complications, but by and large no problem. People can complain about nit-picky stuff and the nurses were on a rampage because no one would listen within the organization.”

Despite the unwelcome allegations and the fact that he thinks Planned Parenthood has “blackballed me,” Liveright said he would consider working for them again.

Former Planned Parenthood prez Alan Guttmacher population control plan: limit births to two children

guttmachr As late as 1970, former Planned Parenthood president Alan Guttmacher called the idea of a limitation of families to only 2 children in America “desirable.”

Guttmacher endorses Force Full Article

The statement was made to a Sarasota paper while he was speaking under the sponsorship of Planned Parenthood of Sarasota County, Inc.

Alan Guttmacher, who was the residing president of Planned Parenthood World-Population at the time, sat down with Sarasota Herald Tribune reporter, Lee McCall for an interview.

Guttmacher told McCall that Planned Parenthood was an “excellent organization.”

McCall reports that Guttmacher pointed out that even though there have been discussions of limiting families to 2.2 children for what we would consider a forced population control system, Guttmacher said it was inadvisable for Planned Parenthood because it would essentially cause a public relations backlash among Americans and especially minorities who see this language as genocide and eugenics. Planned Parenthood was knee deep in Eugenics and Guttmacher knew the sensitivity of how the minority black community felt about population control which we have documented before (here).

Planned Parenthood president, Alan Guttmacher told the paper, “It would be difficult. In the first place it would probably split the organization. Also we would have trouble with minority groups accepting this. So even though the plan may be desirable and would make us a stronger nation, a less polluted nation, I feel it would be strategically unwise at this time.”

Guttmacher endorses force

Guttmacher goes on to endorse a plan that he says would work, ABORTION, “If we could get the abortion law liberalized, most of the 750,000 unwanted pregnancies would not lead to babies…”he stated.

Guttmacher also said this, “We look forward to the time when out clinics can be closed, when the government can fund enough money to serve the poor and research new birth control methods.”

Guttmacher VP AES article
The same year, Planned Parenthood president Alan Guttmacher, who was a former vice-president of the American Eugenics Society, told Boston Magazine that the United Nations should be the organization the United States used to carry out population control programs worldwide.

GuttmacherColorfulUNForce
Guttmacher explained his reasoning, “ If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage.

Earlier in 1966, Guttmacher compared the world population with the threat of nuclear war and told the Washington Post that governments may have to act officially to limit families “It may be taken out of the voluntary category“, Guttmacher said.

That created a huge backlash which set off accusations again by minority communities that Planned Parenthood was wanting to limit families especially black ones.

In an attempt to squelch that – Guttmacher denied that he wanted family limitation- and the media published the lies hook, line and sinker.

Guttmacher denies wanting to limit families

In 1971, Guttmacher again railed on about the importance of government limiting the size of families and said the government had been “niggardly” in their attempts to combat over-population. By then the backlash against force had begun so, Guttmacher began to advocate for “Volunteerism” as a PR way to get his population control measures received.

In a 1969 article in Medical World News Reports, Guttmacher sees the possibility that coercion will be used to control population, “Each country will have to decide its own form of coercion,” writes Guttmacher, “and determine when and how it should be employed. At present the available means are compulsory sterilization and compulsory abortion. Perhaps some day a way of enforcing compulsory birth control will be feasible. ”

Sanger Farms and Open Spaces

Guttmacher was following in the steps of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger who in 1932, called for the U.S. government to set aside farms and what she called “open spaces” where certain groups of people would be segregated from the rest of society. She proposed that, among others, the illiterate, the unemployed and the poor should be forcibly kept in these areas until they developed “better moral conduct.” ~ The documentary film Maafa21.

Sanger called for parents to have a QUOTE: LICENSE TO BREED controlled by people who believed in her eugenic philosophy. She wanted all would be parents to go before her eugenic boards to request a “PERMIT TO BREED“. So much for Choice , huh?

Sanger also called for those who were poor and what she considered to be “morons and immoral‘ , to be shipped to colonies where they would live in “Farms and Open Spaces” dedicated to brainwashing these so-called “inferior types” into having what Sanger called, “Better moral conduct”.

Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger once wrote that no one should have the right to bear a child and no permit for children shall give a couple the right the have more than one birth, requiring parents to obtain a “license to breed.”

In her “A License for Mothers to Have Babies” with the subtitle, “A code to stop the overproduction of children.” Sanger writes:

A marriage license shall in itself give husband and wife only the right to a common household and not the right to parenthood.

Article 4. No woman shall have the legal right to bear a child, and no man shall have the right to become a father, without a permit for parenthood.

Article 5. Permits for parenthood shall be issued upon application by city, county, or State authorities to married couples , providing the parents are financially able to support the expected child, have the qualifications needed for proper rearing of the child, have no transmissible diseases, and on the woman’s part, no medical indication that maternity is likely to result in death or permanent injury to health.

Article 6. No permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth.

This strange idea was opposed opposed by many.

Maafa21 details the use of force for population control.

The idea of Forced Population Control not a new concept as I detail here.

In another example from 1969, a professor at the University of California, Dr. Garrett Hardin, called it insanity to rely on voluntarism to control population. Hardin was a member of the American Eugenics Society and an outspoken advocate of government enforced birth control saying that citizens should be willing to give up their right to breed for the betterment of society. In 1980, he was given Planned Parenthood’s highest national award.

shockley In 1967 when eugenicist and Nobel Prize winner, Dr. William Shockley, caused a national uproar when he stated that it was a waste of taxpayer money to create better schools and welfare programs for what he called “Ghetto Negroes.” He claimed to have research showing that people of African descent are genetically inferior to whites in intelligence and simply not smart enough to take advantage of programs designed to help them.

To save tax money, he proposed that the U.S. government implement forced birth control to lower the reproduction of the inferior classes and then issue certificates to become pregnant that would be sold on the New York stock exchange. Shockley was a national committee member of Planned Parenthood and a featured speaker at at least one Planned Parenthood conference.

Donald Minkler was the president of the American Association of Planned Parenthood Physicians and a member of the Board of Directors of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Like many of those in the eugenics movement, he understood that their plans would not always be voluntarily adopted and that the use of governmental coercion, or even force, might one day be necessary.

In 1972, Minkler made this astonishing statement, “We hope that the restraint of population growth can come about through voluntary means: but, if it does not, involuntary methods will be used.”

Back to Alan Guttmacher

Most people have no idea that the organization he started the Guttmacher Institute is the official research arm of Planned Parenthood and quoted nationally.

Carhart leroycarhartORThe Maryland Board of Physicians has decided not to take action against late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart for the death of Jennifer Morbelli, a 29-year old woman who suffered fatal complications from a very late 33-week abortion.

“We are horrified at the decision of the Maryland Board of Physicians to let Carhart get away scot-free with Morbelli’s death,” said Troy Newman, president of Operation Rescue. “The Board has failed in their duty to protect women from Carhart’s dangerous abortion practices that have take the lives of two women, including that of Christin Gilbert in 2005. All the Board has done is ensure that Carhart will kill again.”

Carhart has been hailed a hero by the abortion lobby and pro-choice community.

A complaint was filed by Operation Rescue after it received detailed information about the patient death on February 7, 2013. That complaint prompted the Board’s 8-month review. The Board notified Carhart of their decision to close the case without action in a letter dated October 10, 2013, according to the Washington Post.

According to an autopsy report, Morbelli died from Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation “due to or as a consequence of Amniotic Fluid Embolism following Medical Termination of Pregnancy,” making it clear that the abortion was the event that led to her death. But it was Carhart’s elusive behavior after the abortion that was most troublesome.

Carhart no where Jennifer Morbelli

After Morbelli’s abortion, while still appearing “weak and pale” according to witnesses, Carhart released her to return to her hotel. He then left town. As Morbelli’s condition worsened, in the ensuing hours, Carhart could not be reached by family members or later by hospital emergency room staff. Operation Rescue alleged in their complaint that Carhart’s conduct amounted to patient abandonment, which delayed emergency care that may have saved her life.

Live Action Carhert never patient hospital
In a March 2013 undercover sting, Leroy Carhart told an undercover operative from Live Action that, “I’ve never had to send anybody to the hospital with my patients.”
and that having an abortion was , “Its like meat in the crockpot”

In his first direct comments since Jennifer’s death, Carhart said , “I totally believe that we did everything as correctly as possible. It’s a horrendous thing for the family, and it’s hard for me. I think about it every day.”

Jennifer Morbelli, was a 29 year old kindergarten teacher from New Rochelle, New York and a patient of LeRoy Carhart’s at the same medical abortion clinic.

Ms. Morbelli was 8 months pregnant when she sought a 3rd trimester late-term abortion from Leroy Carhart on February 3, 2013 at Germantown Reproductive Health Services located in Germantown, Maryland. There were serious complications from this procedure, and Ms. Morbelli succumbed to her injuries just 4 days later.

Christin Gilbert

In January 2005, Christin Gilbert was killed from an abortion performed by Leroy Carhart in Wichita, Kansas. Ms. Gilbert, who had Down syndrome, was only 19 years old and her pregnancy had been the result of a sexual assault. She was 28 weeks pregnant when her parents sought a 3rd trimester abortion on her behalf from Carhart. See (justiceforchristin.com)

In both cases, Leroy Carhart could not be located to treat either patient when they went into distress from severe complications after their abortion procedures.

In July of 2013 – an ambulance was again called to Carhart’s abortion clinic.

The woman had been in contact with pro-life activists prior to her abortion, but continued on with the 2-day procedure. During her second day of the procedure, her husband slept in the care with their three young children while she was inside the abortion clinic.

Video of the incident taken by a local pro-life activist shows that Carhart got into the ambulance and went with the patient to the hospital even though he has no hospital privileges anywhere, and hasn’t since 1987.

The woman appeared to be conscious enough to pull a sheet over her head as she was wheeled to an awaiting ambulance. The extent of her injuries are unknown at this time.

In August of 2009, Four former employees of late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart have come forward to tell of unsafe and illegal practices at LeRoy Carhart’s Bellevue, Nebraska, abortion clinic.

Members of Operation Rescue and Rescue the Heartland were contacted directly by three of the women. A fourth woman is working directly with a pro-life attorney to tell her knowledge of illegal and unsafe conditions at Carhart’s clinic.

The women have made allegations that unlicensed staff illegally performed medical duties that they were not trained for or legally qualified to do, such as starting IVs, dispensing medication, and even assisting with surgeries. There were also allegations of general unclean conditions, including dried blood on surgical instruments. In addition, the women told of missing narcotics, illicit drug use by employees, and illegal post-viability abortions.

The women worked for Carhart at various times, yet they all made similar, if not identical allegations when interviewed.

One former employee told of incidents where Carhart falsified the gestational age of viable babies in order to circumvent the law. This account matches information uncovered by Operation Rescue during an undercover investigation at the now-closed Women’s Health Care Services in Wichita, Kansas, where Carhart once worked. The worker caught falsifying gestational ages in Kansas now works for Carhart at his Bellevue, Nebraska, abortion clinic. (Read full report.)

The women also chose to contact the Omaha World-Herald to blow the whistle on Carhart. An article detailing their allegations ran this morning. (Read the news story.)

The women have given sworn statements about illegal and unsafe activity at Carhart’s abortion clinic, which will be turned over to the Attorney General’s office and the Nebraska Department of Health, which is investigating Carhart. The women have agreed to cooperate with the investigation.
