David Daleiden Planned Parenthood Center for Medical Progress

The Houston Chronicle has reported that rather than indicting a Houston Planned Parenthood for illegally selling aborted baby parts, a grand jury instead indicted Center for Medical Progress undercover journalists behind the allegations.

The Harris County grand jury indicted David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt on charges of tampering with a governmental record, after they allegedly created a fake I.D. in their undercover sting. The charge is a second-degree felony with a possible sentence of up to 20 years in prison. It also charged Daleiden, with the same misdemeanor he had alleged – the purchase or sale of human organs, presumably because he had offered to buy in an attempt to provoke Planned Parenthood employees into saying they would sell.

The decision has shocked many prompting the public to ask how Planned Parenthood could be cleared and the undercover journalists, who did what other journalists have done, are being indicted.

If you believe the unborn child in the womb is human, then all you need do is look to other times in history when life was cheapened and those who protected it were called criminals.

And, since the issue here is FAKE DOCUMENTS – we can see that in times past other “criminals” resorted to using fake papers to save lives – below is a small snippet:

Nazi fake docs jews

According to the United States Holocaust Museum:

For Jews to pass as “Aryans,” it was essential to have false identity papers, which were often gained through contacts with the anti-Nazi resistance. Using forged or acquired papers, such as a birth or baptismal certificate, Jews sometimes could obtain legitimate documents under an assumed name from the authorities. These ruses posed great risks to the bearer since the Germans and collaborating police forces closely examined identity documents in their frequent searches for Jews, resistance members, and individuals evading conscript labor.

EXAMPLES:

Adolfo Kaminsky started forging documents after escaping deportation to a Nazi death camp. The Frenchman went on to become one of the world’s best forgers, creating documents that saved the lives of Jews, spies and freedom fighters. But even his daughter knew nothing about the real man behind the fake documents…Kaminsky was a forger and counterfeiter for purely humanitarian reasons. During World War II, he produced amazingly authentic-looking blank passports that saved many Jews from certain death. Later, he provided left-wing underground organizations with stacks of fake identifications papers. His family was kept completely in the dark about these activities. It was ordinary German people who fought to help persecuted Jews during the war. Out of Christian charity, friendship, love, or because they did not agree with the politics of the National Socialists. They provided food and supplies, forged documents and hiding places. They saved Jews from deportation trains or even from concentration camps. Such as the caretaker who helped to alleviate the suffering of an elderly man in a Jewish retirement home. The married couple from Frankfurt who hid a young man in their attic who had fled from the Majdanek concentration camp. The priest who acted as an escape agent. The police officer who tampered with registration papers so that it was possible for a number of Jews to survive in the city of Frankfurt. (Source)

Thanks to the bravery of a Catholic family, a Jewish teenager in Poland obtained false identification papers during World War II. Posting as a Catholic, she worked several years in a posh hotel in Germany – surrounded by Nazi officers. Sabina Schwartz Zimering was 16 when she and her family were rounded up by Nazis in 1939 and forced into a ghetto in her hometown in Poland. Worse was coming, and the family knew it. “We’ve got to do something,” the girl pleaded with her mother after three years in the ghetto. “I’m 19. I don’t want to die.” Her mother – once dignified; by then starving, scared and depressed – said nothing could be done. “What will happen to others will happen to us,” she said flatly. But later she suggested that her daughter turn to a Catholic friend for help. Maybe Danka Justnya would give Sabina her identification papers, then pretend she had lost them and ask authorities for a replacement passport. It was a daring move for Sabina’s family, and it put the Catholic family in tremendous jeopardy. Yet the Catholic friends came through for them. They provided false identities – not only for her sister and mother. (Not for the little brother, though. It would be useless. The Nazis routinely checked males for circumcisions. Rarely was a European non-Jew circumcised in that time.) Before the war, Sabina’s family was photographed on a street of their town in Poland. Her father, Bernard Schwartz, and mother, Teofila, were with their two daughters, Helka, left, and Sabina, right. Their little brother had not been born. Hours before the Gestapo rushed into town to round up the Jews and send them to their deaths, Sabina and her sister escaped. For two years, they posed as Polish Catholics in Germany. The workers were “hired” to help the Nazis construct a wall along the Atlantic coast of Europe, but the men never laid a brick or even showed up at the work site. Dutch architect Jaap Penraat, who gave the men the bogus jobs, also gave them their lives. It was 1942, and Jews faced death in concentration camps if they remained in the Nazi-occupied Netherlands. So Penraat forged work permits and traveling papers, disguised young Jewish men as workers, then escorted them by train to France. From there the French Underground took them to safe houses in Gibraltar or Portugal and on to Britain. By the time World War II ended, Penraat had made that dangerous journey 20 times and saved 406 Jews from death. Decades later, he was honored by the Dutch government and in 1997 by Yad Vashem, the Holocaust museum in Israel. Penraat died June 25 of esophageal cancer at his home in Catskill, N.Y. He was 88. In his 2006 book, “Among the Righteous,” Robert Satloff, director of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, uncovered stories of Arabs who saved Jews during the Holocaust, and included a chapter on the Grand Mosque. Dalil Boubakeur, the current rector, confirmed to him that some Jews — up to 100 perhaps — were given Muslim identity papers by the mosque, without specifying a number. Mr. Boubakeur said individual Muslims brought Jews they knew to the mosque for help, and the chief imam, not Benghabrit, was the man responsible. Gino Bartali was part of a secret Italian resistance movement which helped hide the country’s Jews during the Nazi invasion of 1943. Using the handlebars on his bike to hide counterfeit identity papers, Bartali would ride to Jews in hiding and deliver their exit visas which allowed them to escape transportation to the death camps — he is credited with saving the lives of 800 people…It was not just the rescued who were grateful to Bartali, those who were involved in creating the counterfeit papers in Assisi also took courage from the cyclist’s fearlessness. Worked in the counterfeiting business, Trento Brizi explained how Bartali’s influence gave him courage at a time where the Nazis began to get suspicious. In the book, Road to Valor, Brizi said: “The idea of taking part in an organization that could boast of a champion like Gino Bartali among its ranks, filled me with such pride that my fear took a back seat.” According to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust museum in Jerusalem, 7,680 out of 44,500 Italian Jews were killed by the Nazis…While Bartali rarely spoke of his actions before he passed away in 2000, his son, Andrea, attended the ceremony and met survivors, who had been helped by his father’s actions. (SOURCE: Gino Bartali: The man who helped save Italy’s Jews By James Masters, CNN )

I am sure there are many more of these kind of stories, but you get my point.

According to historian Martin Gilbert, approximately 800, 000 Jews escaped or found refuge during the Holocaust, less than one seventh the number of Jews murdered. However, for those who did survive, documents played a key role. Not surprisingly, many survivors have kept their old passports, letters and forged certificates as a testament to the means by which they eluded Hitler’s Final Solution.

Abortion clinic failed to report child’s abuse now parents indicted

Life Dynamics Logo Today, March 12, 2014, Life Dynamics, Inc., located in Denton, Texas, is reporting another case of abortion allegedly being used to cover sexual child abuse.

Michael Joe Adkins Couple

This morning, a West Virginia grand jury added charges of incest, first-degree sexual assault and obstruction to the case of girl whose father and stepmother failed to inform her doctor of an abortion forced upon the child.

The couple, Michael Joe and Amanda Rea Adkins, were arrested Friday nearly two years after West Virginia State Police investigators said they lied to doctors about the pregnancy of and subsequent abortion for their 12-year-old daughter.

According to reports, the girl, who is Michael Adkins’ biological daughter and Amanda Adkins’ stepdaughter, became pregnant in November 2010, when she was 11 years old. It was late February when Child Protective Services learned of the girl’s pregnancy, and she was removed from the Adkins’ home.

On March 1, 2011, police say that Amanda Adkins took the girl to Charleston, where doctors performed an abortion. Police were made aware of the investigation into the pregnancy on March 4, 2011, and she and other authorities involved in the investigation believed the girl was still pregnant.

On March 16, 2011, Amanda Adkins took the girl to her regular doctor, saying she was experiencing symptoms of a miscarriage.

During that doctor’s visit Adkins allegedly neglected to tell the doctor about the abortion, and the doctor performed a D&C.

Police say that both Michael and Amanda Adkins lied to doctors, CPS workers, police and other authorities about the abortion, claiming it was a miscarriage for almost eight months.

Today, Michael Joe and Amanda Rea Adkins provided no comment while in court. The indictment charges both with child neglect creating risk of injury and conspiracy. It individually charges Michael Adkins with first-degree sexual assault, incest and sexual abuse by a parent or guardian. Amanda Adkins faces an additional count of obstruction and intimidation of a witness.

State officials note that the abortionist did not report the abortion, despite the extremely young age of the patient and high likelihood of abuse. According to WSAZ, up until the abortion, all the health care professionals involved in this case were in touch with investigators. That included a therapist and a physician who confirmed the pregnancy. But the abortion clinic in Charleston performed the procedure but didn’t notify authorities.

Her step mom snuck her off and got an abortion and neglected to tell anybody.” says Corporal Moore with the WV State Police Crimes Against Children’s Unit. “She made statements telling everyone it was a miscarriage. The Adkins’ made threats against their daughter, telling her not to tell.”

According to Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, who has documented the use of abortion to cover for child sexual predators, “Abortion is a safety net for sexually predatory and sexually irresponsible males.”

In 2002, Life Dynamics conducted an undercover investigation in which Life Dynamics called over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across the nation. The results of this survey were appalling. Even though many of these clinics openly acknowledged to the caller that this situation was illegal and they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal activity. (Listen to actual audio taped conversations here)

“When we began to investigate we found it was even worse than we thought it was. Initially we thought perhaps the abortion clinics were only reporting half of the incidents, but instead we found that they were reporting hardly any of them,” Life Dynamics president Mark Crutcher said.

Life Dynamics, Inc. in conjunction with several personal injury attorneys around the country has begun a campaign to educate the public about the pedophile protection racket covered up inside abortion clinics.

The response to the campaign has been tremendous. In fact, many of the attorneys Life Dynamics contacted see the value in pursuing litigation against those who violate mandatory reporting laws.

Woman facing jail for giving abortion pill to pregnant teenager: Baby died hours later shortly after birth

An Elkton-area woman who illegally gave a pregnant 16-year-old an abortion pill is facing five years in prison after accepting a plea deal.
The victim suddenly experienced acute pain after taking the pill, putting her in the hospital, prosecutors said. Several hours later, her baby died after the teen gave birth there, prosecutors added.

Sandra Craine, 62, of the 2000 block of Oldfield Point Road, was later indicted on two charges that related only to the adverse effect her actions had on the victim – not on the teen’s baby.

Craine pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment on Dec. 16 in Cecil County Circuit Court as part of a plea agreement negotiated by Assistant State’s Attorney Kevin B. Urick and her Elkton-based defense lawyer, John Downs.

In exchange for Craine’s guilty plea, prosecutors dropped a second-degree child abuse charge, which also related to the victim.
Craine’s sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 13. She remains free on a $5,000 bond.

A Cecil County grand jury handed up the two-count indictment against Craine in August – about two months after she mail-ordered a packet of abortion pills, RU-486, off an overseas website and gave them to the victim, prosecutors reported.

At the time, according to Urick, the teen was “20 weeks and five days” into her pregnancy.

Doctors who treated the pregnant teen at Union Hospital in Elkton told investigators and prosecutors that RU-486 must be taken during the first 10 weeks of pregnancy only, according to Urick.

Craine failed to follow other instructions relating to the abortion pills she gave the victim, according to prosecutors.

“The packaging stated that a prescription was needed to obtain the medication and that it should be taken only under a doctor’s supervision,” Urick said, noting that neither instruction was followed.

A pregnant woman wanting a pharmaceutically induced abortion takes specified doses of RU-486 over a series of days and under a physician’s care.

“The pills arrive in the mail and (Craine) gives the packet to (the victim). She takes her first pill on the morning of June 30 and two hours later, the pregnant (victim) is in Union Hospital with pain. Her baby was born alive a short time later, but died shortly thereafter,” Urick said.

Doctors who treated the victim contacted police and Det. Angel Valle of the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office, in turn, conducted the investigation that led to the indictment.

Abortion doctor accused of Medicaid fraud
ATLANTA — 12/19/2011
A metro-area abortion doctor and his office manager are under arrest, accused of taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in fraudulent Medicaid payments.

A spokesperson for Georgia’s Attorney General says Dr. Tyrone Malloy and office manager CathyAnn Warner took more than $380,000 in payments for ultrasounds that were never done, and elective abortions that were prohibited from use of Medicaid funds. The Attorney General’s spokesman says that is only allowed when the mother’s life is in danger, or in cases of rape or incest.

Malloy owns and operates the Old National Gynecology office in College Park, but received the Medicaid payments at his DeKalb County office on Rainbow Drive. A tip from Georgia’s Department of Community Health, which oversees the Medicaid program, launched the investigation.

Channel 2 investigative reporter Jodie Fleischer knocked on the abortion clinic’s locked doors on Monday. No one answered, but the camera captured people peering through the office blinds several times. About an hour later, a string of cars, presumed to be driven by employees, abruptly left, stopping briefly to lock the gate behind them.

A DeKalb County grand jury indicted Malloy and Warner for two counts each of Medicaid Fraud. The charges carry up to ten years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Malloy was arrested and bonded out of jail last week. Deputies picked up Warner late Monday afternoon.

The clinic’s website says its physicians are well versed in the changing laws of abortion medicine. They also provide a discount for Medicaid patients.

By phone, a receptionist at Dr. Malloy’s DeKalb office told Fleischer to leave a message; that he was in with a patient. He did not return the call. The office manager, when reached by phone, hung up on Fleischer.
