Doctor sees tiny living baby ‘swimming’ in amniotic sac after ectopic pregnancy

abortion, baby 8 weeks, pregnancy

In 1970, Fordham law professor Robert M. Byrn detailed his objections to abortion in a case published in the Notre Dame Law Review. Byrn, a criminal law specialist, gave explicit details of the abortion procedure in this article and also filed an unsuccessful challenge to New York’s state abortion law. Byrn wrote of the preborn baby, in part, saying, “The fetus at eight weeks has a pumping heart with fully deployed blood vessels and has all other internal organs. The face is completely formed, and the arms, legs, hands, feet, toes and fingers are partially formed. The fetus will react to tickling of the mouth or nose, and there is readable electrical activity coming from the brain.”

Byrn then shared some haunting statements from physician Paul E. Rockwell, M.D., Director of Anesthesiology at Leonard Hospital in Troy, New York, who said, “Photographs of the fetus around the eighth week present an unmistakable human baby with rather blunt features and extremities.  However, such pictures invariably have been taken after the death of the fetus following an abortion,” adding, “It is death which superimposes the bluntness of appearance.”

Rockwell went on to describe his experience seeing a child yet living after treating a woman for an ectopic pregnancy at two months:

Eleven years ago while giving an anesthetic for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy (at two months gestation) I was handed what I believe was the smallest living human being ever seen. The embryo sac was intact and transparent. Within the sac was a tiny (approx. 1 cm.) human male swimming extremely vigorously in the amniotic fluid, while attached to the wall by the umbilical cord. This tiny human was perfectly developed, with long, tapering fingers, feet and toes. It was almost transparent, as regards the skin, and the delicate arteries and veins were prominent to the ends of the fingers.

The baby was extremely alive and swam about the sac approximately one time per second, with a natural swimmer’s stroke. This tiny human did not look at all like the photos and drawings and models of “embryos” which I have seen, nor did it look like a few embryos I have been able to observe since then, obviously because this one was alive!

…When the sac was opened, the tiny human immediately lost its life and took on the appearance of what is accepted as the appearance of an embryo at this age.

It is my opinion that if the lawmakers and people realized that very vigorous life is present, it is possible that abortion would be found much more objectionable than euthanasia.

Rockwell went on to describe gruesome abortion procedures being used at that time, including the saline abortion (see Baby Choice) and hysterotomy abortion, as shown in this 1981 Hayes Publishing pro-life brochure (graphic image warning).

Live Action News has previously described gruesome experiments on living abortion survivors, dating back to the 1930s. University of Pittsburgh anatomist Davenport Hooker conducted research on children who survived surgical abortion by hysterotomy and, in 1952, he assembled his footage into a silent educational film called “Early Fetal Human Activity.” The film showed the muscle activity of six fetuses ranging from 8 1/2 to 14 weeks.” Video from that film can be viewed below (warning: Images may be disturbing to some)…

Byrn also quoted Dr. H. P. Dunn, of the Royal College of Surgeons and Royal College of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians regarding one of the abortion methods used:

“… to dilate the entrance to the womb, then insert a large forceps and drag out the baby and the afterbirth. This is not as easy as it sounds. The surgeon must work by touch alone. He gives a tug – a tiny arm comes away; then other fragments of the body. The head is always difficult; the skull gets crushed; the eyeballs protrude. All the time the bleeding is profuse. When the abortion has been completed,” writes Dr. Dunn.

“The problem of the disposal of the remains has to be faced by the nursing staff. Incineration is the favored method. So ends the life of another human being – thrown out with a mess of blood clots and dirty swabs, unwanted, unremembered.”

Byrn quoted Dunn on another abortion procedure:

“The woman has a general anesthetic, an abdominal incision, the womb is incised from top to bottom and the baby lifted out. It makes some weak movement of its arms and legs, and tries to breathe. Sometimes it manages a pathetic cry like a kitten; then after a few minutes it dies an asphyxial death and lies coldly in a stainless steel bowl.”

The third method is the most “scientific,” added Byrn, describing the horrific saline abortion method, which actually burns off the baby’s skin:

“A large needle,” Dr. Dunn tells us, “is inserted through the abdomen into the womb and a strong solution of salt or glucose is injected. The baby can be felt to make a few convulsive movements, and within a few minutes it dies. In about twenty-four hours labor starts and the already disintegrating baby is delivered.”

“Abortion is a brutal and violent procedure, which is fundamentally repugnant to the philosophy of medical practice,” Byrn stated.

Byrn later called the infamous Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion nationwide “the worst tradition of a tragic judicial aberration that periodically wounds American jurisprudence and, in the process, irreparably harms untold numbers of human beings.”

“Three generations of Americans have witnessed decisions by the United States Supreme Court which explicitly degrade fellow human beings to something less in law than “persons in the whole sense,” he said. “Are not three generations of error enough?”

Abortion strategy to fund abortion and bio-waste facilities, pass legislation

EXPOSED: Abortion groups’ plan to ‘increase supply and demand’ for abortion

A 92-page report on the Tara Health Foundation website should be reviewed by pro-life advocates across the nation, as it details upcoming strategy from abortion supporters, which includes the push for “home use” abortions. Live Action News has previously covered how the philanthropic Foundation is behind funding RU-486 pills on college campuses in California and behind propping up the abortion chain Whole Woman’s Health while it battled safety regulations in Texas.

The “US Reproductive Health Investment Case” report from October of 2017 was put together by the “Reproductive Health Investors Alliance… to determine the most effective opportunities to improve access to reproductive health services… using both philanthropy and impact investments.” The report’s stated goal? “To increase the supply of and demand for… contraceptive and abortion services.”

The report includes statistics and analysis from “ANSIRH, the Guttmacher Institute, Ibis Reproductive Health, and the Kaiser Family Foundation.”

It should be noted that these agencies have abortion connections:

“Experts” who contributed to the report include:

The executive summary begins by pointing out the target:

… specific demographic groups (18-19 year olds, Black [WOC] and Hispanic women, and low-income women) that lag behind the national average in their rates of contraceptive use, the efficacy of contraceptives used and timing of abortion.

Live Action News has documented time and again that minority groups, which have a disproportionately high rate of abortion, are the target of the population control movement.

Image: TARA Reproductive Health Investors Alliance targeting women of color

The report identifies “40 example investment opportunities,” matched to “five challenge-specific investment strategies”:

a) research and development,
b) legislation & litigation,
c) pricing & reimbursement,
d) service provision, and
e) care-seeking by underserved populations

As Live Action News has documented, the report states that, “~50% of abortions are repeat abortions (460K abortions/year)” and it defines “woman” as those “in need of high quality contraceptive and abortion services” though the report “acknowledge[s] that this is a vast simplification.” The report also adds, “The term ‘woman’ does not describe the identity of all persons who can get pregnant; conversely, not all those who identify as a woman can get pregnant.”

Image: TARA Reproductive Health Investors Alliance legislative strategies

TARA Reproductive Health Investors Alliance legislative strategies

Pro-abortion legislative and litigation strategies suggested in the report include:

  • REMS removal strategy (This is the risk management system that governs the abortion pill RU486)
  • TRAP laws removal advocacy
  • Gestational bans removal advocacy
  • Criminality of self-induced abortion removal advocacy
  • Organizing led by women of color
  • Reproductive health or democracy reform PAC donations
  • Reproductive justice PAC donations

Strategies that benefit abortion facilities include:

  • Investment in a biowaste facility that will collect from the facilities
  • Upstream investment to secure supply of firms able to build the facilities
  • Guarantees that enable the facilities to take out market rate loans
  • Readily available real estate or rental agreements for the facilities
  • Facilitate and train NPs, CNMs, PAs to commit abortions
  • Provide funding or loans for independent providers to join a telemedicine network
  • Innovations in telemedicine, mobile services, or at-home services that improve access
  • Provide free pregnancy diagnosis in abortion facilities to combat pregnancy resource centers

Statistics from report unintentionally point to pro-life advances:

  • Since 2010, 338 state abortion restrictions have been adopted.
  • 90% of all U.S. counties lack an abortion provider.
  • 162 abortion providers closed down between 2011-2016. Only 21 abortion facilities opened during the same period.
  • An estimated 16 abortion facilities close each year due to financial challenges.
  • As of 2008, 97% of nonmetropolitan counties lacked an abortion provider.
  • There are an estimated 2,300 to 3,500 CPCs in the U.S. while there are only 1,800 abortion facilities.
  • Pregnancy resource centers outnumber these facilities 2:1.
  • Cost and difficulty getting malpractice insurance for independent providers is one of the biggest financial challenges for already resource strapped abortion facilities.
  • Viewing an ultrasound may contribute to a small proportion of women with medium or low decision certainty deciding to continue the pregnancy.
  • More than a third of Planned Parenthood’s budget comes from Medicaid, putting Planned Parenthood at risk if Medicaid funding is blocked.

The report proves the length abortion supporters intend to go to in order to guarantee the “right” to end the lives of tiny humans persons in the womb. And it clearly shows the impact that pro-life legislation, pro-life activism, and pro-life pregnancy centers are having on the abortion industry.

Medical waste company fined for disposal of out-of-state aborted babies

An Indiana news station has discovered that aborted babies are being shipped from out of state to an Indianapolis medical waste facility in violation of a state permit.

Medassure fetal aborted babies

Rafael Sanchez, a reporter with Indiana ABC affiliate RTV-6 said that the Indianapolis medical waste company MedAssure will be fined by the state after receiving aborted babies from an out-of-state Planned Parenthood clinic.

The information stemmed from a report filed by the Attorney General of Missouri on the Planned Parenthood abortion facility in St Louis. The report details 317 abortion performed by Planned Parenthood in June of 2015, many raging from 13 – 20 weeks gestation. The report also showed that Reproductive Health Services of Planned Parenthood of St Louis Region paid Pathology Services in Brentwood, Mo. over $4000.00 for the disposal of medical waste. The company has since been the focus of protests by pro-life activists.

Planned Parenthoof Paid Pathology

According to the document, the AG’s report also revealed that the Indianapolis MedAssure was receiving Planned Parenthood’s aborted babies.

Sanchez explains:

Documents point to Pathology Services Incorporated of Missouri and MedAssure of Indianapolis.

    Medassure fetal aborted babies 2

“Under their 2012 state permit, MedAssure can handle and treat medical waste and transport the waste to a final disposal facility. It can’t handle or process fetal remains.

A spokesperson for Indiana Department of Environmental Management told LifeSiteNews that they have levied a fine of $9,000 against MedAssure for violating its contract with the state.

“The company was not permitted to receive this waste, was specifically asked to not receive this waste” in the contract, explained the spokesperson, who also said that MedAssure has been “incredibly cooperative with us and agreed to resolve” the issues “quickly,” LifeSite News reported.

MedAssure’s Executive Vice President, Joseph Delloiacovo released the following statement to RTV-6, stating that MedAssure:

Is fully aware of its permit conditions and fetal remains cannot be processed at our facility. Our policy prohibits taking such waste.

It should also be understood that the generator is responsible for segregating waste items before packaging the waste for pick-up by MedAssure according to federal and states law and other provisions under contract.

The controversy over where abortion clinics can ship medical waste has been an issue for years following the discovery of medical waste companies like SteriCycle discarding of fetal remains. The issue was raised at a recent National Abortion Federation Conference where undercover journalists from the Center for Medical Progress recorded a Michigan abortion clinic owner joking that she wanted to take aborted babies from her clinic into a field and burn them because she lacked places to dispose of them. In addition, Renee Chelian, owner of the Michigan abortion facility chain, Northland Family Planning, suggested to her audience that the disposal problem belongs to the women who pay her to abort their babies.

As Live Action News previously reported, Chelian, who worked with Stericycle, said she was overwhelmed with the remains of baby parts stockpiling in her facility freezers. For five months, Chelian described how aborted babies were packed in freezers, and she had to find a way to discard of them. No company seemed willing —at first— to help her staff dispose of the remains. She told the members at the 2014 National Abortion Federation conference that her clinics could perhaps buy a plot in Detroit for incinerators and if all else failed, the garbage disposal was also an option:

Nobody wants to talk about dead bodies. Um, and nobody but me. I’m just saying. There was a point when Stericycle fired us that I had 5 months worth of fetal tissue in my freezers. We were renting freezers to put them in.

It was all I thought about, was fetal tissue. Like, I was so consumed with fetal tissue, I was ready to drive to upper Michigan and have a bonfire. And I was just trying to figure out, you know, how I wouldn’t get stopped. Or, you know, how far into the woods would I have to go to have this fire that nobody was going to see me… I mean it was the worst, I dreamed about how to dispose of fetal tissue. And the garbage disposal was an option…”

After the Missouri investigation of Planned Parenthood revealed their association with the Brentwood Pathological company, St Louis Today reported that Mike Hoey, Missouri Catholic Conference executive director, sent a letter to Pathology Services Inc. saying its “lab workers are part of the assembly line of the abortion industry.”

“By agreeing, in advance, to take the human remains of these children aborted while in utero, you are facilitating this taking of innocent human life,” Hoey wrote. “Knowing this, your only moral recourse is to say “NO, we will no longer cooperate, we will no longer help kill unborn babies.”

Marc Tuttle, spokesperson for Right to Life of Indianapolis noted that the investigation by RTV-6 is shedding light on fetal disposal in Indiana just as the state legislature is considering new legislation that would require humane disposal of all babies killed through abortion.

House Bill 1337 passed the Indiana House last week and was recommended to the Senate where it is currently under consideration.

Abortion owner joked about fetus bonfire

A recently leaked tape recorded at a National Abortion Federation event captures one abortion owner joking about the need to burn the fetuses her clinic aborted in a field, something that another doctor actually did.

The comments came from Renee Chelian, owner of the Michigan abortion clinic chain, Northland Family Planning who also told her NAF audience that if it weren’t for the “PR nightmare” she thought it would be a “great idea” to burn the remains of aborted babies for energy. Sadly, using aborted children for energy is not a new idea. In 2014, CBS reported that an electricity generated in Oregon may have included aborted babies. And, a 2014 UK Telegraph report found that the remains of more than 15,000 babies were incinerated as ‘clinical waste’ by hospitals in Britain with some used in ‘waste to energy’ plants.

Earlier in the conversation, the abortion owner joked about wanting to take aborted babies from her clinic into a field and burn them. The trouble is, that idea has previously been carried out by another abortion doctor also making headlines this month.

Renee Chelian

In her speech, Chelian told the NAF audience the following:

“Um…Nobody wants to talk about dead bodies. Um, and nobody but me. I’m just saying. There was a point when Stericycle fired us that I had 5 months worth of fetal tissue in my freezers. We were renting freezers to put them in,” she says about her frustration over where to take her clinic’s aborted preborn babies for disposal.

Chelian continued, “It was all I thought about, was fetal tissue. Like, I was so consumed with fetal tissue, I was ready to drive to upper Michigan and have a bonfire. And I was just trying to figure out, you know, how I wouldn’t get stopped. Or, you know, how far into the woods would I have to go to have this fire that nobody was going to see me…I mean it was the worst, I dreamed about how to dispose of fetal tissue. And the garbage disposal was an option…”

fetuses-in-field Patel

Ironically, although Chelian joked about dumping fetuses somewhere in the woods and burning them, an Oklahoma abortion doctor once admitted doing that precise thing for the exact same reasons that Chelian outlined in her speech. In 1992, Dr. Nareshkumar Patel was investigated for burning a large amount of aborted children in a field near Shawnee.

From the Oklahoman:

“Patel has been the center of controversy repeatedly since getting his medical license in Oklahoma in May 1984. In the most notorious incident, he burned 55 aborted fetuses in 1992 in a field east of Shawnee. He was investigated over the incident but never charged.”

Patel-Arrested-Dec-2014--300x231

Well…not so fast.

A 1992 Toledo Blade article on Patel read this way, “Dr.Nareshkumar Patel, an obstetrician-gynecologist told authorities he burned the fetuses because he was having trouble finding someone to handle their disposal.” Did you hear that Renee Chelian? Patel has already disposed of aborted children in the sick way you suggested and guess what, he was never prosecuted for doing so. You just can’t make this stuff up!

Toledo Blade Patel burned fetuses field

In fact, the only reason charges were not brought against Patel at that time was because there were no laws on the books to prohibit the heinous act. “There’s no criminal law that can be applied,” District Attorney Miles Zimmerman said at the time.

Now, almost 23 years later, Patel has found himself in trouble again. This month, Patel was sentenced to several days in jail for performing abortions on women who were not pregnant. Patel, whose sordid history also includes accusations of sexual abuse, was ordered to serve 18 days at a correctional facility after he pleaded guilty to the charges.

Patel also agreed to pay a $20,000 fine and never practice medicine again nor own any interests in any more abortion facilities.

Unearthed audio has Senator telling abortion owner not to perjure herself regarding accusations of fetal harvesting

Posted in Aborted Babies, Aborted Baby Trash, Abortion Clinics, Abortionist, Abortionist dumps fetuses, Center for Medical Progress with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on November 2, 2015 by saynsumthn

A leaked tape recorded by the Center for Medical Progress shows a Michigan abortion owner admitting that she once talked to “researchers” during her quest to find ways to dispose of the bodies of the babies her clinic aborted. Renee Chelian who operates the abortion clinic chain, Northland Family Planning Center, which performs abortions up to 24 weeks has previously denied under oath that her facility is involved in the harvesting of aborted babies.

Renee Chelian (Image link here)

In a secretly recorded speech given by Chelian before a Michigan National Abortion Federation member session Chelian jokes about how difficult it has been to expose of fetal tissue, laughingly suggesting to her audience that the disposal problem belongs to the women who pay her to abort their babies. (note, Chelian’s conversation begins at the end of one video and the beginning of another video.)

(Video 1 begin ) “We were really tempted to give the fetus back,” Chelian is heard saying in the audio.

(Video 2 begin at very beginning) “We can do that. Um, we thought, we’ll give it to everybody in a gift bag – they can take it home, figure out what to do with it. It’s their pregnancy and why is this our problem?”

Below is video of what the abortion owner told the NAF audience next:

At approximately 3:49 into the video above you can hear Chelian say, I talked to the researchers and they said we want your tissue, we don’t want all of your tissue.”

She later states (9:27 ) , “What ever you’re doing now there’s not a research company that will take all of our fetal tissue because they don’t want it all. And…you know this is an issue we are going to have to grapple with.”

Additional comments in the video are transcribed here:

(Begin 2:05)

“So in coalition, we started working with hospitals who didn’t want to be seen with us. We met them in like Denny’s restaurant, there’s not even many of those left…We talked about you know what are you guys going to do. They were terrified of a public relations nightmare. That hospital actually had big freezers with breasts and kneecaps and gallbladders and abortions or miscarriages. Um and they put all their jars together, at some point. and they go to Stericycle unless the hospital happens to have their incinerator which is rarer and rarer. The guy from Stericycle was quick to point that out to me.

“Um…Nobody wants to talk about dead bodies. Um, and nobody but me. I’m just saying. There was a point when Stericycle fired us that I had 5 months worth of fetal tissue in my freezers. We were renting freezers to put them in. It was all I thought about, was fetal tissue. Like, I was so consumed with fetal tissue, I was ready to drive to upper Michigan and have a bonfire. And I was just trying to figure out, you know, how I wouldn’t get stopped. Or, you know, how far into the woods would I have to go to have this fire that nobody was going to see me…I mean it was the worst, I dreamed about how to dispose of fetal tissue. And the garbage disposal was an option…”

“There was a point where I actually hired someone from another clinic to come in and take 20 bottles and put it my garbage disposal. And I had to fess up to my staff that I did the thing I’ve been criticizing what all these other clinics are doing but I didn’t know what else to do. I was so desperate, that the antis found a way to close us.”

Renee Chelian Thumb

However, in recorded testimony provided by pro-life activist Lynn Mills, Chelian once called a Michigan Senator a liar after he insinuated her clinic might be involved in fetal tissue harvesting. Chelian appeared before the State Senate Committee in 2012 to oppose any abortion restrictions in the state. Michigan Senator Rick Jones then grilled the clinic owner over whether there was a lab that would harvest fetal parts at her abortion clinic. He said he was contacted by a witness who told him the abortion clinic had attempted to convince her to give an “anatomical donation.”

Have you ever suggested to patients or anybody in your office, your clinics suggest to patients that they could have a late-term abortion and then make an anatomical donation of part of the aborted baby?” Senator Jones asked Chelian.

Chelian then pauses before she finally responds by saying, “No.”

Senator Jones then reminds Chelian she could perjure herself if she is not being truthful, stating, I’d ask you not to perjure yourself. There are witnesses.”

Chelian continues to deny the charges brought up by Senator Jones several more times.

At the time of her testimony, MLive.com reported the exchange this way:

Jones and Renee Chelian of Northland Family Planning Centers in southeast Michigan got into a testy exchange. Jones asked if the clinic had ever suggested to patients that they could have a “late-term abortion” and then make an “anatomical donation.” Jones asked if the clinic allowed a lab to “harvest parts.” Chelian said “no” in both cases and called Jones a “liar.”

Let’s recap – Chilean says this in CMP’s undercover sting:

I talked to the researchers and they said we want your tissue, we don’t want all of your tissue.”

And denied being involved in fetal research before the Senate panel in 2012.

This would not be the first time an abortion worker has denied that they took part in fetal harvesting in the past,” says Mills.

However, while Chelian has admitted that her clinics have problems disposing of all the “fetal tissue” i.e. remains of human preborn children, and that she has talked to researchers, she has denied that her abortion chain has had any involvement in fetal tissue harvesting. While we have no way to know whether all or some of Chilean’s admissions are true or not, we do know that these undercover videos recorded by the Center for Medical Progress are exposing the attitude and in some cases horrific actions of the abortion industry.

Listen to the Audio from the 2012 exchange between Chelian and Senator Jones and read a portion of their exchange transcribed below:

Chelian: Well, first of all, I find you rather insulting.
Jones: Isn’t it true that you have a private lab to show up at your clinic to harvest parts?
Chelian: No! And sir, you are a liar!
Jones: No, I’m simply relating what witnesses have brought in.
Chelian: Well, you know, that is part of the problem with this bill is once again.
You have never taken the time to find out the facts because you are 100% wrong. I hope you are embarrassed and you’ll take that back to whoever gave you that information.
Jones: Well, I understand that you do routine gynecological tests for people 39 years old and younger but if they’re older than that, you won’t provide them; yet you will provide abortions.
Chelian: We provide routine gynecological care for the healthy younger population because we’re not specialists in menopause. And we don’t pretend to be specialists in something we’re not. Many doctors offices are specialists in menopausal care and generally after 39, it’s pre-menopausal and then going into postmenopausal care. That doesn’t have anything to do with the good gynecology care that we offer.
Jones: So you deny having LabCore and other groups come to your clinics to collect parts?
Chelian: We use LabCore when we want and any other lab when we suspect an ectopic pregnancy or a molar pregnancy. I’m not sure since you’re not a medical person that you know what that is and I would be happy to tell you if you would like to know. But those are medical problems that pathologists need to look at abortion tissue for. That is not what you suggested. That is in the continuum of good medical care.
Jones: Well, isn’t it true that they come when the babies are 14 to 24 weeks
Chelian: It is true that they come when we call them.
Jones: On Thursdays and Saturdays.
Chelian: You know, actually we do abortions more days than that. So you don’t have that right, either. They come…
Jones: Just the late-term ones.
Chelian: No, and actually we don’t really suspect an ectopic pregnancy in a late-term abortion. You really suspect an ectopic pregnancy when someone is early. Usually under 8 or 9 weeks and the patient, you, the patient, the amount of tissue that you obtain may be inconsistent with what you believe is the correct number of weeks and then we do a tissue float. Then we send it out to a lab and depending on what we find from the tissue float and beta which also goes out to a lab, you know it’s a blood test to measure hcg level. We can advise the patient to seek immediate care in a hospital. Or with her private doctor for the possible ectopic pregnancy or the discovery of a molar pregnancy, which is a pre-cancerous condition in which she needs to be followed up
with a doctor for about a year. Those are reasons that we use pathology labs – not as you …
Jones: Thank you for your testimony, Renee. I spoke yesterday with a witness who…
Chelian: Well, did you speak ? Did you call me…
Jones: spoke with your clinic and your clinic suggested that …
Chelian: Did you call me? Did you call..
Jones: a late term abortion they should make a …
Chelian: Sir, I suggest
Jones: an anatomical donation.
Chelian: You’re lying. Because…
Jones: No, I’m not. I spoke with …
Chelian: Well then your witness is lying. And if you would have picked up the phone and called me or the person who runs any one of my offices, and actually asked a question, honestly, instead of relying on some right to life flunky, with an agenda, who would lie to you because actually you should feel quite foolish right now. That is a lie. You were given false information and you’re accusing me of something, of doing something, based on your inability to get accurate information. I’m insulted
Jones: Renee, thank you for your testimony.

Renee Chelian Partial Birth Abortion 2

Renee CHelian Partial Birth Abortion

Chelian is a former head of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers. She was once called to task after her NCAP group’s executive director admitted that he intentionally misled the media about the numbers of partial birth abortions performed on healthy women. Ron Fitzsimmons, a spokesperson for NCAPS later said that he “lied through my teeth” when he stated that the late term abortion procedure was rarely performed only on women whose lives were in danger or in the case of the health of the preborn child. “It made me physically ill,” Fitzsimmons said.

‘The abortion-rights folks know it, the anti-abortion folks know it, and so, probably, does everyone else,” he said in an article in the Medical News, an American Medical Association publication.
