Protesters in Baltimore are clashing with police the same way protesters did in Ferguson after hearing about the death of a black man that had been in police custody.

According to the Baltimore Sun, Freddie Gray, 25, died on April 19 — a week after he was injured while being arrested by Baltimore police.

Video of the arrest surfaced, protests have broken out and an investigation into his death is under way.

The paper reported today that police issued a statement stating that they received information that members of “various gangs” — including the Black Guerrilla Family, the Bloods and the Crips — have “entered into a partnership” to harm police.

Law enforcement agencies should take appropriate precautions to ensure the safety of their officers,” police said.

Meanwhile, Black children die in huge numbers from abortion with barely a whisper.

In 2012, Diana Schaub a professor of political science at Loyola University Maryland wrote this:

In 1970, Baltimore City abortion rates for single white and black women stood at 7.43 and 10 respectively (the abortion rate is the number of abortions per 1,000 women ages 15-44), with the married women’s rates half that. By 2005, the Baltimore rate was 86.2. The National Abortion Rights Action League, which cites that figure, did not provide the African-American rate, but it would be substantially higher.

The state stopped collecting and publishing abortion data after 2005.

According to the Center for Disease Control which collects data from states, in 2005, the last year stats were collected in the state, 9198 abortions were performed in Maryland.

6019 or 65.4% were on Black babies.

The Guttmacher Institute, which does not break down abortions by race reported that in 2011, 125,400 of the 1,196,838 Maryland women of reproductive age became pregnant. 58% of these pregnancies resulted in live births and 27% in induced abortions.

Nationally, the most recent report from the CDC dated November 28, 2014 reveals that in 2011 almost 56% of all abortions reported for race were done on minority women.

These stats are prompting people on social media to ask if Black Lives Matter why don’t the people in Baltimore protest abortion and Planned Parenthood clinics as well?

To no one’s shock, Life News discovered that killing unborn babies in Baltimore is so important to some that abortion activists have been online exploiting the riots to get funding for abortion as shown in these tweets:

Baltimore abortion funding riots

That is a new low even for abortion advocates.

Even The Stanek Report, a daily pro-life news blog, thought the abortion fundraising tweets were obnoxious, headlining the story as “Activist worries Baltimore riots will get in way of “timely abortion access”

Activists Baltimore

Unfortunately – some tweets like the one below are racist and promote abortion as a solution to the riots.

Baltimore abortion racists

This idea comes straight from the eugenics movement which targeted those they call “unfit” claiming they would be prone towards crime if born.

Abortion as a solution to crime was also joked about by the Ferguson police according to a report published by Eric Holder’s DOJ. Read about that here.

The disproportionate rate of abortions on Black babies spurred outspoken comments during the Ferguson riots as well.

A Tweet by Black Sheriff David Clarke Jr during the Ferguson protests asked protesters why they are outraged when the police kill a Black man but not when the abortion clinics do?

David A Clark abortion tweet

“If only these faux protesters were asked by media about all the black on black killing or black babies aborted in US every year.“

Others on social media asked the same question during the Ferguson riots (read here.) (here.)

Shortly after, Black leaders began linking the shooting of Blacks by police to the deaths of babies in the womb from abortion:

All Lives Matter

While police fight to get the riots in Baltimore under control the hashtag Prayer for Baltimore, is trending on twitter:

Prayer for Baltimore

The answers to these complex problems are right in front of us – maybe we just need to look.

Watch Robert Valentine take a stand against the rioters:

Robert Valentine I am an American Baltimore

I love my country, I love my Charm City – and I’m an American. I’m not a black, white, red or grey, or nothing – I am an American!

AMEN!
