This week, Texas Gubernatorial Democratic candidate revealed that she had two abortions prior to her decision to run for office, for what she calls “medical reasons.”
One was an ectopic pregnancy and the other was because the “fetus” allegedly had brain damage, Davis writes, “I could feel her little body tremble violently, as if someone were applying an electric shock to her, and I knew then what we needed to do. She was suffering. … In our doctor’s office, with tears flowing down both our faces, Jeff and I looked at our baby daughter’s beating heart on the sonogram screen for the last time. And we watched as our doctor quieted it. It was over. She was gone. Our much loved baby was gone.”
Davis wants the people of Texas to think that it is loving to kill her own child in the womb in her attempt to “say goodbye” and avoid the responsibility of a disabled child.
Doctors told her the baby would be deaf, blind and in a permanent vegetative state if she survived delivery, she writes in her newly released book, Forgetting to be Afraid.
Wendy Davis’ claim to fame was standing in opposition to a pro-life law that would make abortions after 20 weeks illegal in the state of Texas. Davis rallied her supporters, mainly the number one abortion provider in the nation, Planned Parenthood to her side in her effort to challenge a pro-life candidate for Governor. In addition to Planned Parenthood, Davis has earned the support of NARAL, which lobbies for abortion on demand.
Davis’ support from abortion giant Planned Parenthood has become even more cemented since her recent abortion confession.
In fact, Planned Parenthood’s president Cecile Richards took little time in posting her support for Davis yet again, on her Facebook page after the confession:
Planned Parenthood, which has been caught not only covering rape, but returning victims of child rape back to their rapists without reporting the crime to police, knows that what Wendy Davis really supports is abortion on demand, something that will continue to line their abortion coffers.
Perhaps that is the reason that the largest chain of abortion clinics in the nation is a huge financial supporter to the Wendy Davis Campaign:
