High school teacher impregnates student then orders abortion pills to kill the unborn child

In June of this year (2014) a Michigan high school chemistry teacher, who impregnated a student and then purchased abortion pills for so she could abort the child, lost his appeal to overturn his sexual conduct conviction.

Jon Eric Jungkind was arrested in the fall of 2011, after the 17-year-old Cedar Springs victim told police she had sexual intercourse with the high school teacher on two separate occasions during the summer.

According to court documents, over the course of the summer of 2011, Jungkind and the teen became increasingly close, even spending time alone at Jungkind ’s home where he allowed her to consume alcohol, went to movies, restaurants and other events, and communicated extensively over the telephone, email and via private messaging on Facebook.

The girl told police that she was at Junghkind’s home in early August. They were in his computer room, looking at her senior photos that he took, when he embraced her. They soon went into his bedroom, she told police.

A few days later, they had sex after drinking around a small bonfire. She could not recall precisely when that happened, according to the report.

Shortly after their sexual encounter, the teen became concerned that she might be pregnant. When she told Jungkind, he purchased a pregnancy test which confirmed that she was, in fact, pregnant. The student testified that she then asked Jungkind to help her obtain an abortion and he purchased, from an out-of-country market, “Misoprostol,” a medication used to terminate pregnancy. She says she later took the abortion pills at her home where she aborted the baby.

According to documents, the teen revealed the situation to a friend, who later notified the school principal. Police were then called in to investigate.

A Michigan jury convicted Jungkind of one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was sentenced in December 2012 to 40 months to 15 years in prison.

A report, recently published by the pro-life group, Life Dynamics, details how pedophiles use abortion to conceal their crimes. Although this case may not fit the exact perimeters under which the group published their report, it does show that once again, abortion is the go-to solution for men who prey on minor girls, impregnate them, and then look for ways to conceal their crime.

Adrien Estrada

On December 12, 2005, San Antonio police arrested a 22-year-old youth pastor whose former pregnant girlfriend, a 17-year-old member of his youth group, was found stabbed to dead in her San Antonio home.

Adrian Estrada had been a youth pastor at a local church when he impregnated the teen, Stephanie Sanchez several times, even driving her for an abortion, according to testimony from his trial.

Estrada and Sanchez began having sex when Sanchez was sixteen years old and Estrada was twenty years old. Sanchez lived at home with her mother and siblings who approved of their relationship. Court documents report that Estrada impregnated Sanchez three times. According to court testimony, the teen first became pregnant by Estrada in 2004, but he drove her to the clinic to have the abortion procedure. In July of 2005, the teen found herself pregnant again by Estrada, but suffered a miscarriage.

The third time, Sanchez decided to have the baby, according to witnesses. At the time of the pregnancy, Estrada had already begun a sexual relationship with another underage girl in his youth group, who later testified that Estrada told her that he wished that he could kill Sanchez.

On the day of her murder, prosecutors say that Estrada went to Sanchez’s home at a time when he knew that she would be alone. Sanchez was thirteen weeks pregnant. Court records indicate that Estrada choked Sanchez and stabbed her eight times in the back and five times in the back of the head and neck before leaving the teen’s body on the kitchen floor knowing that her father and siblings would be home soon and find her.

The medical examiner testified that Sanchez’s cause of death was “multiple stab wounds and manual strangulation.”   Several of the stab wounds in Sanchez’s back fractured some ribs and penetrated a lung. The unborn child received no stab wounds during the attack. The medical examiner testified that a separate autopsy was performed on the unborn child and that there was nothing “wrong with that child that would cause death except the fact that the mother had—was dead.”

During its summation of the murder case, the State speculated that the killing was spurred by a disagreement over whether Sanchez would get an abortion for her third pregnancy. Prosecutors argued that Estrada “knowingly killed the baby” because “he already got rid of one baby” when he “took her down there for the abortion.” They speculated that the stab wounds that the victim suffered to her neck were “for mom,” and the second set were for “baby.”

Estrada was convicted of Capitol murder and was sentenced to death in 2007, because the murders included the teen and her unborn child. However, in 2010, The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals threw out the death sentence but upheld his conviction and in 2011, Estrada was given life in prison without parole.

This case is one of tragedy that sadly gets repeated all to often in the country. An adult man pursuers an underage teen, impregnates her, takes for an abortion to cover the sexual relationship or kills her when she refuses to submit to his demand to have an abortion.

Even more tragic is the fact that this took place by a man who is supposed to represent Christ to the teens he influences at his church. Sadly, when people disregard the warnings of scripture to engage in premarital sex they will go to great lengths to cover their “sin” when it is about to be discovered. In this case, two unborn children and Stephanie Sanchez paid the price for a man who should have known better, who coveted his position in his church more valuable than how God would see him when he took matters into his own hands to snuff out their lives.

As a result of that case, in 1984, Ali Azima was convicted for the misdemeanor of culpable negligence andordered to spend 10 days in jail:

According to Legal.com, On December 1, 1977, Azima performed an abortion on Holli Schmidt.

The next day he inserted an IUD into Schmidt.

On June 11, 1979, Schmidt visited Azima’s clinic because she was nine days late on her menstrual period and was exhibiting all of the overt signs of pregnancy. Azima found that Schmidt was not pregnant, and he did not administer any treatment.

On February 23, 1981, Schmidt again visited Azima’s clinic because she was two weeks late on her menstrual period and was exhibiting the same pregnancy symptoms as she had on her June 1979 visit. Azima performed a two-minute urine pregnancy test, which according to the testimony of several experts, is from 85% to 99% accurate. The urine test result was negative. Azima then conducted a pelvic exam, which also showed that Schmidt was not pregnant. Because of the negative pregnancy test, the negative pelvic exam, and his knowledge of Schmidt’s past history of irregular menstrual periods, Azima told Schmidt she was not pregnant. Schmidt then requested that Azima insert an IUD in her. Azima explained to Schmidt the dangers and ramifications inherent in the insertion of the IUD, then inserted one within her.

Schmidt returned to Azima’s clinic again on March 5, 1981 and told him that she was still experiencing various symptoms of pregnancy. Azima performed another two-minute urine pregnancy test and pelvic exam. Both were negative. Azima scheduled another appointment for Schmidt a few weeks later. Schmidt failed to keep the appointment and, instead, went to another doctor on April 27, 1981. That physician, on the basis of a pelvic exam, determined that she was pregnant. A few days later, Schmidt underwent an abortion. She did not suffer any physical damage to her body as a result of the insertion of the IUD inside of her while she was pregnant.

Later, the state charged Azima with the misdemeanor of culpable negligence under section 784.05(1), Florida Statutes…The jury found Azima guilty as charged. The circuit court affirmed the conviction.

Florida Abortionist Harms Two Abortion Patients on Same Day, One Hospitalized
June 9, 2014 By Operation Rescue

Azima’s history of substandard abortion practices makes another case for greater oversight

By Cheryl Sullenger

Port Charlotte, FL — An ambulance as called to the Venice Women’s Health Center in Port Charlotte, Florida, last week to transport an abortion patient to the hospital for emergency care.

Azima-Ambulance-06032012

The patient, who was described as a Caucasian woman in her early 30′s, was removed from the abortion clinic completely covered with a blanket on June 3, 2014. Pro-life activists who witnessed the incident told Operation Rescue that one of the emergency medical technicians who responded to the abortion business’ call for emergency assistance indicated that the patient was going to be “okay.”

“Certainly there are degrees of ‘okay’ and this doesn’t negate the fact that the patient suffered from a serious complication that could not be handled at the clinic,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.

Pro-life sidewalk counselors also noted that another abortion patient was seen earlier in the day leaving the clinic in poor condition and unable to walk on her own. No clinic staff assisted as that woman was held up by a male companion who helped her into a car. She appeared to be in significant pain, and left the scene fully reclined in her seat.

The abortion business is owned and operated by abortionist Ali Azima, who has operated in the Ft. Myers/Port Charlotte area for over 30 years.

The Venice Women’s Health Center was involved in an incident in 2012, where Azima allegedly began a late-term abortion there even though the facility wasn’t licensed for those procedures. The patient was referred to Azima’s other clinic, the Southwestern Florida Women’s Clinic (SFWC) in Ft. Myers, where the abortion was completed. A citation was issued to the SFWC over the incident.

SFWC was also cited in 2012 for multiple health and safety violations. A deficiency report indicated that the autoclave was not being properly cleaned, which made it impossible to properly sterilize surgical instruments. Inspectors also found that first trimester surgical abortion practices fell below the standard of care for such procedures. A secondary inspection found that the facility was still not in compliance with autoclave sterilization protocols.

In 1985, Azima had his medical license suspended for one year and was placed on probation for three years after a Florida Medical Board inquiry found that Azima failed to take a medical history or properly examine an abortion patient, prior to an abortion, then failed to have a pathologists examine the remains to ensure that everything had been removed. Without examining her, Azima continued to insist during subsequent visits with the patient that she was not pregnant. The woman eventually suffered a ruptured ectopic pregnancy that caused her to undergo emergency surgery and hospitalization.

“Once again, we have a woman who walked into a troubled abortion business only to be carried out on a gurney,” said Newman. “Azima and his troubles are all-too-typical of abortion providers in America today and is a case in point for tighter oversight and regulation of the abortion cartel. Instead, abortionists like Azima resist laws to protect women because they know their shoddy abortion operations are incapable of meeting acceptable medical standards and practices.”

Operation Rescue has used official abortion statistics in several states to document the fact that when abortion clinics like Azima’s close, the number of abortions is reduced.

“We urge Florida to enact regulations such as those passed last year in Texas,” said Newman. “If we can pass rules that will save lives now and spare women from suffering live-threatening injuries, it is our moral duty to do so.”

Operation Rescue continues to investigate the June 3 incident.

Meet Abortionist Tyrone Malloy

A DeKalb County abortion provider has been convicted of Medicaid fraud and will be serving years in prison.

Following a guilty verdict by a jury earlier this week, DeKalb Superior Court Judge C. J. Becker sentenced abortionist Tyrone Cecil Malloy, M.D., to four years in prison and six years probation on two counts of Medicaid Fraud, Friday March 21, 2014,

Malloy was the owner of Old National Gynecology abortion clinic which performed first-trimester abortions. According to authorities, for several years, Malloy engaged in a scheme to defraud Georgia Medicaid by billing for office visits associated with abortions and for ultrasound procedures which were never performed. In total, he fraudulently billed Georgia Medicaid for over $386,000.

In a press release, the Attorney General, explained that Federal funds may not be used to pay for abortions and services associated with abortions, except in circumstances under which the pregnancy is a result of rape or incest or circumstances under which continuation of the pregnancy would endanger the life of the mother. The Georgia Medicaid program is supported by state and federal tax dollars.

The judge will hold a restitution hearing at a later date to determine the exact amount of restitution Malloy will be ordered to pay the Georgia Department of Community Health.

On March 21, 2008, 23 year old Sherika Mayo, went to Summit Medical Associates in Atlanta, Georgia for the elective abortion of her 25 week unborn child. After the abortion, while in the recovery room, the woman went into cardiac arrest and was transferred to Atlanta Medical Center where she underwent a hysterectomy and bowel repair. Medical records indicate that vigorous blood product replacement was undertaken, but the women coded in the I.C.U. where she died. The Georgia State Medical Board reviewed the case and determined that the abortionist, Tyrone Malloy, “failed to conform to minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing medical practice.” His license was reprimanded and while he was ordered to pay a $10,000.00 fine, he was allowed to continue practicing and performing abortions.

A Search for Malloy uncovers his resume reveals he is linked to other abortion clinics:

Shiawassee County man convicted of first-degree murder

more about "Harlan Drake will spend life behind b…", posted with vodpod

he man accused of shooting and killing two men last September has been found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder.

It took the Shiawassee County jury about three-and-a-half hours to agree on the verdicts.

Harlan Drake was also convicted of one felony firearm count and a count of carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent.

Drake shot and killed businessman Mike Fuoss and anti-abortion protester James Pouillon on the morning of Sep. 11, 2009.

Prosecutor Randy Colbry says the charges fit the crimes. “We were convinced it was first-degree premeditated murder, and that was the verdict.”

Drake’s lawyer says his client accepts the verdicts. “Mr. Drake’s reaction, the word that comes to my mind is he’s accepted the verdict with equanimity. He does not appear to have a quarrel with the verdict. I don’t think he had throughout these proceedings. Whatever the jury decided, he was prepared to accept,” said Robert Ashley, ” and from his reaction, I think you all saw it, he has accepted it.”

The courtroom was absolutely silent as the verdicts were read. Drake sat, smiling and nodding, as he had through most of the trial.

We have two children, 17 and 20, and It’s been hard on them going through all this again. But yet it’s brought us a little closure, I guess, knowing exactly what happened,” said Fuoss’ ex-wife, Sandy Fuoss, “and now we can try to get over this part and move on.”

James Pouillon’s daughter Mary Jo said she’s happy the verdict came today. “I’ve been trusting in the Lord that His will would be done with all this, and I was really hoping that it would come to a verdict today.”

It came six months to the day her father was shot and killed outside Owosso High School.

Pouillon sat through most of the trial, leaving in tears one day after listening to testimony of Drake asking to see his mother while he was in jail. “It just really struck me that he stole that from me.”

Drake will be sentenced April 21 to a mandatory life sentence.
