Planned Parenthood 911 call reveals Abortion patient “Foaming at the mouth” – 3 ambulance calls to same Obama supported clinic

Operation Rescue has obtained recordings and Computer Aided Dispatch Transcripts for four 911 calls placed from a single Planned Parenthood in Orange, California, three of which were made on the same day seeking emergency transport for patients suffering complications from an abortion and one employee experiencing from chest pain.

The records raise additional questions concerning patient safety of Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics across the nation. Operation Rescue has documented 22 medical emergencies occurring at abortion clinics nationwide since January 1, 2013. This includes five medical emergencies at a Planned Parenthood in Wilmington, Delaware, which later fired its abortionist and closed down for “cleaning” after public outcry erupted.

“There simply is no such thing as a ‘safe and legal’ abortion clinic,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue and Pro-Life Nation. “Women are injured or killed, and babies die as a matter of course in our nation’s abortion clinics and we have yet to find one that obeys the law on all points. Health and safety violations are rampant at abortion clinics, and Planned Parenthood is certainly no exception.”

PP OrangeCa2013The records show that on February 22, 2013, three calls to 911 for emergency help were placed from a Planned Parenthood surgical abortion clinic located at 700 S. Tustin St. in Orange, California.

The first of the three calls that day was placed at 7:28 am reporting that a 44-year old employee was suffering from angina and chest pain. Her color was turning pale. A nurse was present, but no doctor was on the scene. She was transported to the hospital at 8:09 am.

The second call was placed at 12:31 pm indicating that a 34-year old patient was suffering from seizures and convulsions. She had fallen out of a wheelchair and was “foaming through the mouth” according to the Planned Parenthood employee who placed the call. The ambulance was cancelled by abortionist John Paul McHugh, who told the emergency dispatcher that they would hold on to the patient and observe her condition.

PP CA ORANGE 2010

At 6:00 pm, a third call was placed from the same Planned Parenthood abortion clinic. By this time, the dispatcher readily recognized the address as belonging to Planned Parenthood.

The caller reported a medical emergency with another 34-year old patient, who possibly could have been the same patient who suffered the seizures earlier in the day. This time, the reported condition was hemorrhage and lacerations. The patient suffered an altered state of consciousness, according to poorly redacted CAD transcripts, was alert on and off, and was experiencing abnormal breathing. Her blood pressure was dropping and Planned Parenthood workers were starting to administer oxygen. Emergency workers transported her to the hospital emergency room at 6:24 pm.

“It appears that the abortionist on duty, John McHugh, was having a very bad day,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue and Pro-Life Nation. “From the descriptions on the record, this last patient was very close to bleeding out from some kind of laceration inflicted on her during her abortion.”

But that was far from the end of Planned Parenthood’s problems.

On March 9, 2013, at 3:34 pm, a Planned Parenthood employee placed a call to 911 seeking transport to University of California-Irvine hospital emergency room for a 26-year old second trimester abortion patient suffering from hemorrhage and lacerations. The patient was transported to the hospital at 3:59 pm.

Second trimester abortions are usually 2-3 day procedures and involves the dismemberment of the baby. Laceration and hemorrhage are common complications from this abortion process, which is done blindly by the abortionist and involves grasping and pulling motions that require force due to the advanced development of the baby.

Operation Rescue has documented four other medical emergencies at the Planned Parenthood in Orange. Those incidents took place on February 18, 2013, and September 16 and 29, 2009.

“Planned Parenthood needs to close this dangerous abortion mill down,” said Newman. “They pretend to care about women, but their actions — including a steady stream of ambulances rushing patients to the emergency room — speak louder than words.”

(H/T Jill Stanek and Lynn Mills)

Pro-life investigator Lynn Mills has just notified Jill Stanek of a new malpractice lawsuit filed against abortionist Jacob Kalo and Western Women’s Center abortion clinic on January 13.

From Stanek’s blog: In July 2011, Michigan abortionist Jacob Kalo told a mother in the process of getting an abortion that he had to stop, because a suction tube broke off inside her uterus and he couldn’t get it out.

He wrote her a prescription and told her to drive to the emergency room at Hutzel Hospital in Detroit rather than a hospital closer to his mill in West Bloomfield. The ER doctor couldn’t get the instrument out either, and the mother had to have it surgically removed. It turns out the tube was embedded in her uterine wall. She’s now suing for $25,000.

Kalo was also sued (Here) after a women he aborted was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy. According to the lawsuit- she went back to the clinic several times and they “claimed” they sent the POC’s to the lab, had they really done this they would have known she was still pregnant – tubal pregnancies can be life threatening.

Baltimore Wilmington PP

Delaware Planned Parenthood of Baltimore in Wilmington has announced that abortion procedures are on hold and a local news station has announced that the tax funded clinic is under investigation by the state after two staffers say the clinic was not sterile and unsafe. The story broke last night. At least five Planned Parenthood patients have been rushed to the ER. In addition, one doctor and two nurses have “mysteriously left” as well, according to reports.

According to the Planned Parenthood website, surgical abortions will be referred to “another provider” but chemical abortions will still be provided:

Two former nurses from a Planned Parenthood in Baltimore who both quit spoke with a local news station about what they saw inside.

Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich, former employee said, “It was just unsafe. I couldn’t tell you how ridiculously unsafe it was.”

Werbrich alleges conditions inside the facility were unsanitary. “He didn’t wear gloves,” said Werbrich.

Who is HE?? We do not know for sure, but records indicate the medical director for Planned Parenthood is Eric Schaff:

In 1997, Dr. Schaff was trained by Planned Parenthood of New York City in surgical abortion. “I felt inadequate because I had to rely on other physicians for medication abortion complications. Since I learned these surgical skills, I feel empowered as a clinician because I can provide complete reproductive healthcare.”

Apparently- this Planned Parenthood cannot find experienced abortionists, they have to request medical students !!

Another former employee, Joyce Vasikonis told Action News, “They were using instruments on patients that were not sterile.” The former nurses claim that a rush to get patients in and out left operating tables soiled and unclean.

Werbrich said “It’s not washed down, it’s not even cleaned off. It has bloody drainage on it.”

“They could be at risk of getting hepatitis, even AIDS,” added Vasikonis. Both of these nurses said, they quit to protect their own medical licenses, stunned by what they called a meat-market style of assembly-line abortions.

Vasikonis said, “I felt I could be held liable if a patient was harmed.”

Planned Parenthood needs to close its doors, it’s needs to be cleaned up, the staff needs to be trained, said Werbrich.”

According to the news station, Since January 4th, five patients allegedly have been rushed from the facility to the emergency room, again placing the clinic in the spotlight.

Pro-lifers have documented several of those incidents:

Planned Parenthood Delaware2013In February of 2013, a woman was taken by stretcher out the back of Planned Parenthood in Wilmington to a local emergency medical center following a botched abortion. She was loaded into a St. Francis Hospital ambulance, according to Rae Stabosz of Newark, Delaware…It was the third such event witnessed by pro-lifers in a two-year period.

Operation Rescue has published newly obtained 911 recordings of two medical emergencies at Planned Parenthood in Wilmington, Delaware, which took place on February 8, and 16, 2013.

In both cases, patients were transported to a local hospital with abortion complications that could not be managed by abortionists and nurses who attended the women at the clinic.

The 911 recordings were obtained through Freedom of Information Act requests made by a participant in a local 40 Days for Life campaign with the assistance of Operation Rescue. While prayer vigil participants were present for the incident on the 16th, they were unaware that another medical emergency had taken place at that same Planned Parenthood abortion clinic just 8 days earlier until they received the open records files.

“The 911 recordings are important because they expose the inconvenient truth that abortion isn’t as safe as the abortion cartel would have you believe,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue and Pro-Life Nation. “Women are maimed and killed by shoddy abortionists on a regular basis, but it is covered up by the clinics, the abortion lobby, and the media. Public records tear way the curtains of secrecy that enables abortionists to abuse women. This helps us warn the public and hold abortionists accountable for their actions.”

Patient 1 –February 8, 2013

February 8, 2013, Planned Parenthood called 911 at 1:30 p.m. to ask for assistance for a patient that was unconscious and struggling to breathe. Despite the presence of two physicians and three nurses, her condition still required emergency assistance from paramedics.

The caller indicated that they were using an emergency non rebreather on the patient, which is a mask with a flat bag that used in emergency situations to provide oxygen to the patient.

However, the non rebreather seemed inadequate, because the caller told the dispatcher that they were “getting ready to bag” the patient. “Bagging” a patient is done with a hand-held device used to provide positive pressure ventilation to a patient who is not breathing or who is breathing inadequately. It is an emergency resuscitative measure.

Paramedics and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene. The outcome of this patient’s medical emergency is unknown.

Patient 2 – February 16, 2013

A second medical emergency at Planned Parenthood in Wilmington, which was witnessed by pro-life activists, took place on February 16. Video was taken by Rae Stabosz during a 40 Days for Life prayer vigil that shows a woman on a gurney with a possible IV bag containing plasma or other blood products.

The partially-redacted 911 recording confirmed that the patient suffered heavy bleeding. The Planned Parenthood employee that placed the call opted for response by paramedics instead of a simple ambulance transfer, indicating that the patient needed emergency care.

She was rushed to St. Francis Hospital for emergency treatment.

These incidents comprise the third and fourth medical emergencies observed or documented by prayer vigil participants at Planned Parenthood in Wilmington over a two-year period.

“We wonder – how often does it happen when we are not there?” asked Stabosz.

PlannedParenthoodWilmingtonAmbulanceMarch 13 2013 In March of 2013 a woman told protesters her daughter was bleeding from an incomplete abortion which Planned Parenthood had performed on her days earlier was taken to the emergency room. Then, at approximately 1:00PM witnesses documented an ambulance arriving at the same Planned Parenthood, and removing another patient.

Proabort Attack March 2013Pro-Abort Woman Attacks

According to Operation Rescue, A 63-year old Catholic grandmother of 12 was violently attacked outside this Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Wilmington, Delaware, as she filmed the fourth abortion injury there in less than five weeks.

According to reports, Rae Stabosz had been praying outside the Planned Parenthood clinic when a woman and her mother came to the clinic. Rae learned that the woman was suffering complications to an abortion she received on March 8. Rae persuaded them to go to St. Francis hospital where it was discovered that aborted baby body parts, including a leg and foot, had been left behind by the abortionist. The woman required additional surgery and was referred to legal counsel.

Rae left Planned Parenthood to attend mass, and when she returned to the Planned Parenthood, she was shocked to see that yet another medical emergency was in progress. As she was filming the incident with her cell phone, a young woman came out of the Planned Parenthood clinic and violently attacked Rae, knocking her down and taking away her phone.

The attacker took Rae’s phone inside the clinic and gave it to a Planned Parenthood worker. Rae immediately ran into the clinic, retrieved her phone, then returned to the street where she continued to film the gurney with the injured patient, covered head to toe in blankets and sheets, being loaded into the ambulance.

The police soon arrived and Rae made a police report, but the attacker has fled the scene. At this writing, she remained at large.

Rae began to feel the effects of the attack, and another ambulance was summoned to transport her to the same hospital where the two Planned Parenthood patients were receiving treatment. Rae was treated and released with minor injuries.

Action News has learned during our investigation that one doctor and two more nurses at the clinic have mysteriously left.

Ambulance arrives at California Planned Parenthood AGAIN

. March 9 at approximately 3:30 p.m for the third time in 2013, pro-life activists have reported that an ambulance has responded to Planned Parenthood’s call for help and transported a patient to a local hospital. The troubled Planned Parenthood abortion clinic is located at 700 Tustin Dr. in Orange, California. Operation Rescue has documented at least two previous medical emergencies at this same facility, with the likelihood that there have actually been more.

“Three medical emergencies in less than three months indicates that whoever is doing abortion at this particular Planned Parenthood should not be practicing medicine,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue and Pro-Life Nation. “When we document an ambulance at an abortion clinic, that is just a glimpse through the keyhole at what is really going on. We know there are many more incidents like this that take place when there are no pro-life activists around, and that is a frightening prospect for women and their pre-born babies in the Orange area.”

So far this year there have been ambulances called to abortion clinics in Bakersfield, Orange, and Sacramento, California; Denver, Colorado; Wilmington, Delaware; Germantown, Maryland; St. Louis, Missouri; and Albuquerque, New Mexico. In addition to the three reported incidents in Orange, two abortion clinics have experienced multiple medical emergencies this year alone. Those clinics include Southwestern Women’s Options in Albuquerque and Planned Parenthood in Wilmington.

“Far too many women are walking into abortion clinics only to be wheeled out on a gurney,” said Newman. “The steady stream of ambulances running to and from our nation’s abortion clinics proves that abortion is not safe and that more needs to be done in the states to hold incompetent abortionists accountable for their negligence until the heinous practice of abortion can be completely ended.”

Board of Medicine Chair linked to Muskegon doctor

By Ken Kolker

MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) – More than 10 months after a complaint was filed against a Muskegon doctor alleging botched abortions, the chairman of the state Board of Medicine answered with this response: “No investigation needed.”

http://www.woodtv.com/dpp/news/target_8/muskegon-abortion-clinic-conflict-of-interest?ref=scroller&categoryId=10001&status=true

That closed out the complaint filed in 2009 against Dr. Robert L. Alexander, who continued to operate the Woman’s Medical Services clinic at 863 E. Apple Avenue until the City of Muskegon recently shut it down over alleged unsafe and unsanitary conditions.

But records obtained by Target 8 raise questions about that ruling and about how the state Board of Medicine — made up mostly of doctors — polices the state’s doctors.

robert Aelexander investigation feb 2013

Then- Board of Medicine Chairman Dr. George Shade Jr., who made the decision not to investigate, has a history with Alexander, Target 8 found.

Alexander lost his medical license in 1990 and spent time in federal prison for having sold illegal prescriptions at a Detroit weight loss clinic in the 1980s.

Shade played a key role in helping Alexander get back his license, working for a time as his supervisor, according to state records obtained through the Freedom of Information Act.

“He shouldn’t have been investigating my case if he was his (Alexander’s) mentor,” said Sheria McCloud of Muskegon, the patient in the complaint against Alexander. “It should have been somebody else investigating. Why would you investigate my case and you are his mentor?”

Dr. Michael Engel, the former Muskegon OB-GYN who filed the original complaint alleging botched abortions, said he was shocked to learn about the connection between Alexander and Shade.

Both Engel and McCloud said no one from the state contacted them about the complaint, which he filed in June 2009.

“It’s a travesty,” Engel said in a telephone interview. “The government protects him. That’s terrible. This guy knew him, talked to him.”

State Sen. Tonya Schuitmaker (R-Lawton) called Shade’s decision a “clear conflict of interest” that “should never have occurred.”

Schuitmaker served on the Board of Medicine before the incident and is now a member of the Senate Health Policy Committee. She said she planned to take Target 8’s findings to the committee chairman for a possible hearing.

However, Shade told Target 8 in a telephone interview that the “process was followed.”

Complaints against doctors are sent to the 19-member state Board of Medicine, which is made up of doctors and members of the public. The Board of Medicine determines whether complaints should be sent to the state Bureau of Licensing and Regulations (LARA) for investigation.

“We investigate all files,” Shade said. “It’s not one-sided.”

That review, Shade said, includes a statement from the patient. However, the patient told Target 8 that nobody contacted her. Records show no patient statement in the original complaint.

Dr. Engel’s complaint alleged Alexander botched an abortion he performed on Sheria McCloud in April 2009. A medical document provided to Target 8 by the patient shows she believed she was 10 weeks pregnant at the time.

“She informed me that Dr. Alexander did do an ultrasound and then, ‘stuck something up inside her and moved it around, removing something,'” Dr. Engel wrote in his complaint.

In his complaint, Engel wrote that he spoke to Alexander, who told him he did a “limited ultrasound,” that it was difficult to do the ultrasound, “due to the patient being obese.”

“He stated he saw a gestational sac and removed that,” Engel wrote.

“What he sucked out, who knows,” Engel told Target 8. “He could have punctured her placenta. This was an outrageous thing he did.”

“When I left, I thought that the process was done, because when I came home, I was bleeding,” McCloud told Target 8.

A month later, according to the complaint, McCloud felt pain and movement in her abdomen, sending her to the ER. An ultrasound found she was 30 weeks pregnant. She eventually gave birth to Jeremiah, a healthy boy who is now 3 years old.

Also in his complaint, Engel alleged that Alexander had perforated a second patient’s uterus during an abortion. It “rendered the patient unable to walk for a month due to the pain,” he wrote.

“She could have bled to death,” Engel told Target 8.

In Muskegon County court records, Target 8 found allegations of a third botched abortion: that Alexander performed an abortion on a woman who hours later delivered a stillborn baby missing the skull, brain and other body parts. However, this allegation was not part of the state complaint against Alexander.

Engel told Target 8 he treated about 10 of Alexander’s patients after abortions over about six years for either bleeding or infection.

Engel, now a doctor at a hospital in Elkhart, Ind., said his complaint was not about whether abortion is right or wrong, though he describes himself as pro-life.

“It’s wrong what he does to women,” he said. “I’m not talking the unborn. I’m talking about women.”

Shade insisted the complaint was filed by a patient, not by a doctor, hough records show otherwise.

In his one-page response to the complaint, Shade wrote: “Appropriate evaluation of the patient was performed. She was outside the legal limit for voluntary termination of pregnancy and was informed of such by the licensee (Alexander). Patient was refunded her payment. No breach of standard of care, no fraud, no unethical practice.”

But the doctor who filed the complaint and the patient said they don’t understand how Shade reached that conclusion.

Court records show Alexander told an attorney he couldn’t find McCloud’s medical records in September 2009, several months after the complaint was filed.

McCloud said she kept all her records from Alexander’s clinic, but nobody asked for them.

Engel said he expected the state to investigate his complaint, “which would entail talking to him (Alexander), going to his place of business, talking to me, talking to the patient, doing basic due diligence, which they didn’t do.”

The state responded to his complaint 10 months later in May 2010, Engel said, when it wrote that a “member” of the Board of Medicine, Dr. Shade, had determined there was “insufficient basis to authorize investigation of your allegation.”

The patient said the doctor never gave her a refund. She said she didn’t know the complaint had been dismissed until Target 8 told her.

“To this day, I thought the case was still open,” McCloud said. “Nobody ever sent me no letter or nothing.”

“That’s what she says,” said Shade, insisting the state notified the patient. “I know the process. I was on the Board of Medicine for eight years.”

A spokeswoman for the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), which oversees health professionals, said her agency was not aware of any potential conflict of interest. LARA investigates complaints against doctors only if authorized by the Board of Medicine.

“We have no way of knowing if there was a conflict of interest, or if there was any relationship between the two,” spokeswoman Jeannie Vogel said.

Sherri Johnson, manager of the Allegation Section of the Health Investigation Division, said she had “no knowledge” of a possible conflict of interest.

It was Johnson who signed the letter saying that the state wouldn’t investigate the complaint based on Shade’s findings. She said the state cannot override the Board of Medicine.

Shade’s association with Alexander dates back at least 16 years.

The state revoked Alexander’s license in 1990 after he was convicted in federal court for writing prescriptions for controlled substances, including Valium and Preludin, to patients he never saw. The patients included undercover FBI agents.

A few years later, after his release from federal prison, Alexander was trying to get his license back. Shade wrote a letter on Alexander’s behalf. Alexander used it as “Exhibit A-1” in a hearing before the licensing board.

Before getting his “unlimited” license, Alexander worked in a “training program” under Dr. Shade’s supervision at Detroit Riverview Hospital, records show.

Shade told Target 8 he helped Alexander at the request of the Michigan State Medical Society, “which thought he was treated unjustly. They wanted to correct what they thought was a major injustice done to him.”

“I was in the field of obstetrics and gynecology,” he said. “They brought the file to me. They wanted to see if I could help him get re-acclimated.”

Shade is a long-time OB-GYN who served as senior vice president and chief quality officer at Detroit Medical Center and taught at Wayne State University School of Medicine. In October, he was named chief medical officer at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital.

He told Target 8 he hasn’t “kept in touch with Dr. Alexander” and didn’t know that the City of Muskegon had shut down his clinic.

When pushed about the potential conflict of interest, Shade responded: “It’s a very detailed process to investigate, and that process was followed. This conversation is over.”

As for Alexander, he has told Target 8 he had no plans to re-open the Muskegon clinic and was not working.

Planned Parenthood Delaware2013Sunday, a woman was taken by stretcher out the back of Planned Parenthood in Wilmington to a local emergency medical center following a botched abortion. She was loaded into a St. Francis Hospital ambulance, according to Rae Stabosz of Newark, Delaware…It was the third such event witnessed by pro-lifers in a two-year period.

Mary Maschmeier, the director of Defenders of the Unborn, emailed LifeNews photos of the botched abortion patient and commented on what happened.

“A short time later on this Saturday Jan. 19, 2013, an ambulance arrived at the abortion mill to transport a Hispanic women to an area hospital at 11:00 a.m. She was followed by the baby’s father. He was unwilling to talk to us,” she explained. “Since Nov. the day after Thanksgiving three women have been taken to an area hospital. This is safe and legal procedure? How many more women will be harmed at this mill before the authorities take action? As you see in the pictures the woman was covered up.”

St. Louis, DECEMBER 2012
Operation Rescue is reporting that

StlPP-12262012For the third time since Thanksgiving, a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in St. Louis, Missouri, has transported a woman to the hospital for emergency care, making it one of the most dangerous abortion clinics in the nation.

On December 26, at approximately 9:30 a.m., an ambulance was photographed by local activists loading a Planned Parenthood patient into an ambulance. The ambulance was accompanied by two police cruisers.

St. Louis November 21, 2012

According to Operation Rescue, A St. Louis Planned Parenthood patient was rushed to a nearby hospital after suffering serious abortion complications the day before Thanksgiving. Paramedics arrived at the abortion clinic at approximately 2:45 p.m. on November 21, 2012, and removed the patient from the building with her face covered with a cloth.

This is the eighteenth medical emergency that Operation Rescue has documented at Planned Parenthood abortion clinics nationwide since January, 2011, including another botched abortion at this same St. Louis Planned Parenthood on February 12, 2011. ( More here)

H/T – Operation Rescue:

Indianapolis, IN – An ambulance was called to transport a woman in the middle of a second-trimester abortion to the hospital from a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Indianapolis, Indiana, on November 2, 2012, after the abortionist refused to continue the procedure. The emergency was classified a Priority E, which reserved for the most severe cases.

Operation Rescue has obtained the 911 recording and Computer Aided Dispatch transcript of the incident where a female caller is heard evading the dispatcher’s questions about the condition of the woman, who was in her fourteenth week of pregnancy. The dispatcher was forced to ask the Planned Parenthood employee four times what was wrong with the patient.

Dispatcher: Dispatcher: Ma’am, can you be specific? What’s the problem with the patient? Is the patient conscious?
Planned Parenthood Caller: Yes.
Dispatcher: Is the patient breathing okay?
Planned Parenthood Caller: Yes, she’s fine.
Dispatcher: Okay, then what does she need the ambulance for?

An ambulance was called to a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Denver, Colorado, on October 26, 2012, and transported a hemorrhaging woman to a local hospital, according to a 911 Computer Aided Dispatch Transcript released to Operation Rescue by local pro-life activists.

In Denver, the heavily redacted CAD Transcript indicates that a woman was transported from Planned Parenthood using Code 2, which denotes a serious, but not immediately life-threatening condition. The transcript used medical codes that indicated the woman suffered a severe hemorrhage related to an ectopic pregnancy. (View Document)

Operation Rescue recently reported on a law suit filed against Planned Parenthood in Birmingham, Alabama, where a woman suffered from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy after an unwarranted abortion. Operation Rescue filed a formal complaint against the abortionist responsible in that case.

Operation Rescue released a video on October 19, 2012, with photos and 911 recordings documenting 14 such medical emergencies at Planned Parenthood clinics over the past 22 months. Since then, in addition to the Colorado incident, one other medical emergency has surfaced, this time at a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Hempstead, New York, which took place in March, 2012. BOSTON MASS: 2011

A lawsuit filed on September 5, 2012, shows evidence that Planned Parenthood of Boston botched an abortion on a patient that caused her to be transported to a local hospital three hours later. This is the third known medical emergency at Planned Parenthood of Boston since January of last year.

According to the lawsuit, Melissa Cullen received a suction abortion at Planned Parenthood. Three hours after her release from the abortion clinic, Cullen blacked out from an “extreme loss of blood” and fell, hitting her face. She suffered a concussion, a sprained neck, two broken teeth, and a gash on her chin. She also claims to now suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

After fainting, Cullen was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital where she was told by physicians that “the abortion had been done wrong” according to court documents, which were hand-written by the plaintiff. Cullen is seeking $100,000 in damages.

In separate incidents, pro-life activists documented ambulances transporting women from this same Planned Parenthood abortion clinic on January 7, 2011, and July 7, 2012.

HOUSTON TX :

This incident comes on the heels of another one at a Planned Parenthood in Houston.

Pro-lifers in Houston post audio of a 911 call made by Planned Parenthood in August. On the emergency call, Planned Parenthood tells 911 they have a patient who is hemorrhaging and that there is a “crash cart” on scene.

Pro-life activists documented the incident with photos and video. (See above)

CHICAGO IL

And in July of 2012, A women bled to death after an abortion at a Chicago Planned Parenthood

The family of a Chicago woman who died after an abortion at Planned Parenthood says it wants answers about her death.

Tonya Reaves, 24, died late Friday July 20th night from a hemorrhage, with a cervical dilation and evacuation, as well as an intrauterine pregnancy as contributing causes, according to the medical examiner’s office. She died after she’d had an abortion at Planned Parenthood at 18 S. Michigan Av, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Life Dynamics president, Mark Crutcher, is calling on Cook County Illinois State’s Attorney, Anita Alvarez, to immediately launch an investigation into the death of Tonya Reaves. He says the investigation is necessary to determine if criminal charges are warranted under the state’s “depraved indifference murder” statutes.

What is now known is that the Planned Parenthood abortionist ripped a hole in Ms. Reaves’ uterus and she began to hemorrhage. It is also known that the Planned Parenthood staff let her lie there for over five hours before they called an ambulance.

Maurice Stevenson’s wife died of a blood infection in 2002 after undergoing an abortion at Planned Parenthood.

The Chicago Tribune asked Planned Parenthood about the death of Stevenson’s wife and they told the Tribune they could not confirm whether they had reported the 2002 death of Stevenson’s wife, only that it had reported the 2008 death of another patient.

ST LOUIS MO

ST. LOUIS MO:

In Feb of 2011, Emergency responders removed a patient from a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in St. Louis, Missouri, on Saturday morning and rushed her to the emergency room at Barnes-Jewish-Christian Hospital.

A witness, pro-life sidewalk counselor Marty Bennet, took over a dozen photos of the dramatic incident as the woman was wheeled out the clinic and into an awaiting ambulance. Photos showed that the woman’s head was covered and that there was no IV bag or any other sign of ongoing emergency care. There was no evidence that any Planned Parenthood staff member accompanied her to the hospital.

Bennet left a note offering assistance on the vehicle that accompanied the ambulance to the hospital. Later, the husband of the botched abortion victim contacted him to thank him for his concerns. He indicated that his wife is in stable condition.

“From June 2009 until April 2010, nine ambulances have been at Planned Parenthood and each time a client was transported to Barnes Hospital,” said Bennet in a written statement. “Is this safe medical care?”

ORANGE COUNTY CA

Sept of 2009: Local pro-life advocates in southern California say that a Planned Parenthood abortion business there may have injured women on two separate occasions in botched abortions. They have photographed ambulances taking women from the abortion facility twice in the last month.

On September 16, 2009, pro-life observed and photographed an ambulance responding to a medical emergency at a Planned Parenthood abortion center at 700 Tustin Dr. in Orange, California. Ten days later, a different group of pro-life supporters observed and photographed another emergency transport by ambulance from the same abortion facility.

St Louis MO

Nichole Williams, age 22 and the mother of three, went to Reproductive Health Services in St. Louis for a first-trimester abortion on April 25, 1997. Reproductive Health is run by Planned Parenthood of St. Louis, and the abortion was performed by Dr. Robert Crist, who is their medical director. Before the abortion was completed, Dr. Crist noticed that Nichole was having breathing difficulties. He finished the procedure and instructed staff to call for an ambulance. She was taken to Barnes-Jewish Hospital where she would die later that day. Nichole was the third woman to die after having an abortion by Dr. Crist. AURORA ILL

In April of 2011 – pro-lifers witnessed an ambulance at a Planned Parenthood in Aurora, Ill. The account was documented as follows, “The EMTs leaped out of the ambulance and ran into the side door of the facility—a door I’d never seen used in the nearly four years I’ve been protesting and praying outside this clinic. Shortly afterward, one, two and finally three Aurora police cars sped into the lot and set up a sort of perimeter around the ambulance. A few minutes later, the EMTs came back out with a gurney and, as is their habit, Planned Parenthood’s employees’ first priority was to hold up a sheet over their victim so nobody could see what they had done to her. It never ceases to amaze me how keeping their dirty little secrets secret takes first priority over everything else, even getting this poor girl into the ambulance quicker.”

OLD TOWN, ILL

In March of 2011 a pro-lifer at a 40 Days for Life vigil snapped a few pictures of the ambulance just outside the door of a Planned Parenthood in Old Town, ILL The pro-lifer stated:
I took a picture of the fire truck and police SUV flanking the corner, and I took a picture of the ambulance with the front door in view. I put my phone away when they brought the poor woman out. … She was sitting in one of those collapsible wheelchairs ambulances carry. She had a towel over her lower body but was not fully covered (the sides of her legs were visible; she was not wearing pants), and her sitting position made me worry she might have still been mid-procedure.
