Radical abortion supporters are calling for a Ferguson type revolution against pro-lifers in an odd place, outside a rally organized by Black preachers in California.

The event was organized by Rev. Walter Hoye, a Black pro-life minister, and took place Friday in Oakland.

A page on Hoye’s website about the rally reads, “We walk because abortion in the Black community is a form of genocide, it is the Darfur of America. We walk because abortion in Black America is the civil rights issue of our day. We walk because abortion does violence, both physically and emotionally, to men and women, to their children, and to their families.”

The counter protest was initiated by the radical communist group, Stop Patriarchy.

On Thursday, a handful of pro-choicers from Stop Patriarchy were arrested attempting to block hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers marching in D.C. at the March for Life.

Then, on Friday, that not-so-classy abortion group disrupted a pro-life rally in Oakland, Ca., where Black preachers were speaking against Black Genocide from abortion.

Before the ruckus, pro-lifers were sharing from the podium about their reasons for standing against abortion.

Members of Stop Patriarchy were joined by another radical group, the Bay Area Revolution Club

They had threatened to disrupt protests in several cities, including Oakland. Their reasoning was to protest what they called the “Black Christian fascist” preachers calling abortion, Black Genocide.

From what I could tell from video, about a dozen or so, mainly white abortion protesters walked into the pro-life rally area carrying a banner which read, “Stop demonizing and shaming black women. Real genocide is police murder and mass incarceration! Abortion on demand and without apology! Oppose slavery in every form.”

As the radicals made their way into the area where the pro-life rally was held, they chanted, “Abortion on demand and without apology,” while pro-life leader, Rev. Clenard Childress told the crowd, “These are the ones who want to kill babies.”

With whistles blasting, bullhorns blaring, and in typical liberal “tolerant” fashion, the pro-choicers stood in front of the pro-life Black preachers in an attempt to censor their message while attendees yelled “Boo get out of here.”

Leaders Sunsara Taylor and revolutionary communist, Carl Dix continued their little charade, chanting, “Fetuses are not babies, abortion is not murder.”

Eventually, the police got between the groups allowing Stop Patriarchy and their followers to continue disrupting the pro-life rally.

Dix and Sunsara, who refuse to address the truth that women still die from legal abortion – stood arm in arm and chanted, “How is the lie that these people tell that Black women having an abortion is genocide is worse than the Klu Klux Klan. And that Black women today, should not be able to decide, when to become a mother. When to have a child. And when not to. Forced motherhood is female enslavement….

The problem is, that no one has ever compared the women who have abortions to the Klan. What they have said, and fully documented, is that the agenda behind abortion is racist. That abortion targets the Black community. And that Planned Parenthood, whose founder was an admitted Klan speaker places the majority of the centers in minority communities.

Stop Patriarchy is very ignorant to history, facts, and what the groups they protest stand for.

What was interesting is when Carl Dix, a black communist leader, took the megaphone. He told the crowd that the real black genocide comes from the police. He then called to protest, “these prisons where they’re warehousing Black and Latino people – where children grow up in the inner cities here on a trajectory to go to prison, even before they’re born. That’s what this society does to people. If you want to talk about genocide, talk about that.”

SAY WHAT MR.DIX? “even before they’re born?” EXACTLY!

After disrupting the pro-life rally, Stop Patriarchy’s leader, Sunsara Taylor’s gave this ridiculous speech, “I want to just observe, that today, we got in the faces of these Christian fascists and these reactionary fools and these preachers…We are out here not just to be a few people who go and disrupt an ugly Christian reactionary fool rally, we’re not just here to do a one time thing…”

Sunsara Taylor Stop Patriarchy

Sunsara then called for a Ferguson type revolution against pro-lifers.

2015 is the year we stand up and turn the tide on this war against women. It’s the year we spread this spirit of Ferguson that already’s gone on all across this country. We take that higher and further. Where we bring that together and say we’re going from fighters on one front to fighters on all fronts opposing slavery on every form. ”

“And those of us who understand this – we’re building this as part of building up this strength to make a real revolution…I’m talking about an actual revolution….It is time. It is long past time…where these dark ages mother f***ers do not parade around in the park but worse than that – state laws- close clinics…we have to stand up to make it so.”

She then vowed to confront the “March for Lie” as she called it in San Francisco, who will be marching for life Saturday.

Last month NAACP board member, Rev. Doctor William Barber 11 , received the Planned Parenthood Care. No Matter What Award from Planned Parenthood Action.

Rev. Barber told Planned Parenthood, “We want a country rooted in our deepest moral and constitutional values.”

Rev. Barber called pro-lifers “extremists” and laid out a list of “extremist agenda” that the conservatives supposedly want to deny to immigrants, the poor, gays and women.

Barber is an NAACP Board member and recently participated with Planned Pare4nthood in their “Moral Monday” protest.

Rev. Barber rants on about “building a movement” where the left can protest, pray, and even go to jail together. He then says, “We must build a movement that exposes how those against Planned Parenthood are also more often against voting rights, and civil rights and labor rights and the poor and the access to health care.

Ryan_Scott_Bomberger_2 Ryan Bomberger of the Radiance Foundation responds, “Barber received the “Care. No Matter What.” Award from Planned Parenthood. Scare, no matter what. That’s Barber’s tactic. Bizarrely, in one public speech (start at 3:25) he details a strange historical timeline of egregious civil rights violations suggesting that the oppressors were Republicans, never once mentioning the known source of the violence, lynching and dehumanization—the Democrat Party. Today, that same party celebrates the violence and dehumanization of abortion by protecting it at all costs and forcing every taxpayer to fund it (via Medicaid and Obamacare). The Negro Project 2.0 is in full effect tin 2014. Barber is one of many prominent black public figures Planned Parenthood DOWN-THE-DRAIN-socialrelies on for double-speak, empty religiosity, and celebrity.

Rev. Barber goes on to say, “We must build a movement that deals with race, class, and attacks on women together not as separate issues.

What Barber fails to mention is the overt racism of Planned Parenthood as documented in the powerful film Maafa21. This film details how Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger gave Klan speeches and loaded her PP board with racists members of the American Eugenics Society. But- hey- why pay attention to facts when you have an agenda at stake?

Unfortunately-the very Rev. Barber ignores the “Social Injustice” of black genocide, the targeting of blacks for abortion, and the very genocide of black children in the womb which former NAACP members spoke out about.

Meet Margaret Sanger KlanParenthood

Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger, was a member in good standing with the racist American Eugenics Society. Sanger had board members who were known for their racist writing and Sanger published many of those in her publications.

If Barber is so concerned for the poor- why doesn’t he ask Planned Parenthood why they have not disavowed their founder. After all, Sanger called for those who were poor and what she considered to be “morons and immoral‘ , to be shipped to colonies where they would live in “Farms and Open Spaces” dedicated to brainwashing these so-called “inferior types” into having what Sanger called, “Better moral conduct”.

If Barber is that concerned about Racism, why does he lock arms with Planned Parenthood whose top award is called the Margaret Sanger Award, despite the fact that Sanger was an admitted Klan speaker.

This is what Sanger wrote in her autobiography, “I accepted an invitation to talk to the women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan…I saw through the door dim figures parading with banners and illuminated crosses…I was escorted to the platform, was introduced, and began to speak…In the end, through simple illustrations I believed I had accomplished my purpose. A dozen invitations to speak to similar groups were proffered.” (Margaret Sanger: An Autobiography, P.366 Read it here http://library.lifedynamics.com//Autobiography/Chapter%2029.pdf)

Black pro-life preacher wins free speech case after he was arrested for preaching at an abortion clinic

Posted in Abortion, free speech, Walter Hoye with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , on July 29, 2011 by saynsumthn

Back Ground

In 2008, pro-life Pastor Walter Hoye was found guilty of violating “The Bubble Law,” a city law that provides an 8-foot buffer zone between pro-life protesters and women entering the abortion clinics. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to stay 100 yards away from the clinic where he was arrested for the next three years.

Hoye was arrested on May 13, 2008, in front of the Family Planning Specialists clinic in Oakland, Calif.

He was carrying a sign that read, “Jesus loves you and your baby. Let us help,” and asking, “Can I talk to you for a minute about abortion alternatives?”

Pastor Walter Hoye, was the first person charged and found guilty of the city’s two-year-old law and was ordered to pay $1,130 in fines and remain on probation for three years after either serving his 30 days in county jail.

SAN FRANCISCO, July 29, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ — Late yesterday the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued its opinion in Hoye v. Oakland, the case in which Pastor Walter Hoye challenged Oakland’s “bubble zone” ordinance as an unconstitutional infringement of free speech. In the 3-0 opinion authored by Circuit Judge Marsha S. Berzon, the court stated, “We agree with Hoye that there are grave constitutional problems with the manner in which the City has understood and enforced its Ordinance.”

The court reversed the district court’s determination that the ordinance is valid as the city applies it, because the City discriminates in enforcing the ordinance against Hoye but not other speakers. The City only prosecutes persons for “approaching” women within the “bubble zone” if they are trying to persuade the woman not to have the abortion. Clinic “escorts” and others “facilitating” the women entering the clinic can approach and give the women whatever message they want — often urging women to ignore Pastor Hoye. While Pastor Hoye has scrupulously followed the law, he has suffered arrest, prosecution and imprisonment due to the City’s determination to shut out his message. On the other hand, clinic escorts routinely break the law as written, yet have never faced prosecution.

Based on these facts, the court concluded, “Oakland’s enforcement policy is a constitutionally invalid, content-based regulation of speech.”

While the opinion also stated “we do not find any relevant differences between the Ordinance’s purpose and text and those of the Colorado statute that the Supreme Court held to be constitutional in Hill,” the Court noted that the reasoning of the Hill decision “has been criticized by scholars of various stripes.”

Pastor Hoye stands on the public sidewalk outside Oakland abortion clinics to offer hope to women. His sign reads, “Jesus loves you and your baby. Let us help.” One of the problems Hoye has faced in reaching women stems from the activities of clinic “escorts.” These clinic volunteers will surround Hoye, block his sign with blank posters, and drown out his voice, making it impossible for Hoye to reach his intended audience. The Ninth Circuit noted that the Supreme Court in Hill had not considered this scenario in upholding the Colorado statute. If, on further hearing, Pastor Hoye can show that the ordinance leaves him without ample alternatives for reaching his audience, this would be grounds for striking down the law, the Court said.

“This part of the decision points to a possible narrowing of the Supreme Court’s awful decision in Hill,” said LLDF Legal Director Katie Short. “In evaluating a constitutional challenge to a bubble law like this, courts will not turn a blind eye to the challenges facing pro-lifers in communicating their message, including when those challenges come from the bad behavior of clinic escorts.”
