Tosh.0 Comedy Central has posted the most sickening reference to an unborn child heard yet “Demon Baby.”

Tosh2.0

Tosh.0 is a weekly series featuring razor sharp humor and biting commentary from comedian Daniel Tosh.

In the parody captured on video Tosh and his girlfriend arrive at Planned Parenthood. Tosh says she can change her decision if she wants to but it would be a really bad one. As they exit the car he says “Alright, let’s get that Demon Baby out of you.”

Tosh Couple

The sick humor is a mocking attempt at a faux commercial showing how Beats by Dre headphones can block out noise. The “noise” is apparently not the sound of his unborn child’s beating heart but the pro-lifers outside Planned Parenthood.

The depiction of the protesters who are supposed to represent anti-abortion demonstrators is also outrageous. But….that is another topic for another day.

Sadly, Tosh is not the first person to use the term Demon when referring to a child treated in the image of a loving God.

Recently a Black Bishop told a panel of religious people that if a woman is raped and becomes pregnant that God did not create that child, rather it is a product of a DEMON SEED.

mortonAccording to reports, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. spoke at the 2013 Pastors and Ministry Workers Conference in Nashville, Morton ridiculed the Republican Party’s stance on abortion, “A man rapes you on the street from a demon seed and you’ve got to have that baby from a demon seed, that’s not what God conceived. You’re hav’n your daddy’s baby. [mocking tone] “No we’ve got to have it because we don’t believe in abortion” We don’t believe in abortion but, my God, have some common sense.”

His comments were widely criticized by Christian pro-lifers across the nation.

Back to Tosh.0:

My readers might recall that I previously reported that Tosh’s sister-in-law is the CEO of a North Florida Planned Parenthood.

Jenna Tosh, is president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando, and pro-lifers have made headlines after picketing Tosh’shome and church.

Daniel Tosh once apologized for making a female audience member the subject of a rape joke at a recent stand-up show in Los Angeles. The apology came after an account of the incident was posted on Tumblr.

Tosh Rape

Apparently offending people is something Tosh is good at, I wonder if the unborn babies will receive an apology- I doubt it.

Black Pastor responds to Bishop who called children conceived in rape “Demon Seed”

At the 2013 Pastors and Ministry Workers Conference in Nashville, Morton ridiculed the Republican Party’s stance on abortion, “A man rapes you on the street from a demon seed and you’ve got to have that baby from a demon seed, that’s not what God conceived. This angered many Pastors, pro-life leaders, and born people conceived in rape.

In an editorial published by Black News Rev. Dr. Clenard H. Childress, Jr. responds, “Bishop Paul Morton is a little confused and doesn’t remember what dispensation he is in. During the time of Noah, it is written, fallen Angels – Demonic beings – had sexual relations with women on the earth and produced giants – hybrid, unredeemable, monstrous beings. Because of these individuals, God destroyed the earth through the flood and started again with those who accompanied Noah in the Ark, eight individuals in all. The scripture from that point suggests fallen angels and humans producing Demonic progeny had ended. The point is: only a Demon or Devil can produce a “Demon Seed” or an actual child of the Devil. Bishop Paul Morton is under the impression that common everyday male human beings, through deliberate acts of lust and/or sexual violence, can create a demonic being that would thence be unredeemable. Biology would teach us that only a demon can produce a “Demon Seed”. Human beings can only produce human beings. Genesis declares everything produces seed after its own kind. Though often susceptible to demonic influence, humans through natural intercourse either by consent, or rape, cannot in point of fact, produce a demonic being. Yes, I know that some of you school teachers out there are shaking your heads, but this is unquestionably true!”

Childress continues, “Far more critical than the Bishop’s derision, is his present position as a Senior Pastor and Bishop, which readily enables him to not only confuse far more individuals than himself, but also demean unstable, broken souls looking for solace. The Bishop is apparently unaware that many persons – the progeny of victims of rape and incest – are sitting quietly in our pews. Imagine those seeking refuge and peace-of-mind in the church, those who would come into our sanctuaries seeking sanctuary, and then hear a sermon preached from the pulpit telling them in no uncertain terms, they are the progeny of Lucifer

Demon Seed…?” When you discuss Louis Armstrong, the world renowned jazz trumpeter who was inducted into the Jazz Hall of Fame, and regarded by many as the most famous Jazz musician in the world, do you ever think of him as a demon seed? Yet he was the product of rape and incest. Let’s consider the Abolitionist, Preacher, autobiographer, bank president, and US Marshal by the name of Fredrick Douglass. Can we name another African-American who has made a greater contribution to this country in his time? “Demon Seed…?” Satan had nothing to do with Fredrick Douglass’ success, and he, too, was the product of rape. How about Michelangelo?…”

Childress says, “Bishop Paul Morton also has done far too much to further the Gospel, to be a mentor, and positive example to the church, as well as its clergy, to have it negated by an ill-conceived statement, so I would ask he rethink his words, recanting his statement, lest he ill advisedly demonize a segment of our society needing our understanding and loving affirmation… What ever happen to, “do unto others as your mother did unto you….”

Not a Demon – mother responds to Bishop who called rape conceived children “baby from a demon seed”

After Julia Schoch heard what this supposed “Man of God” had said, she wrote a beautiful tribute to her adopted daughter who was rape conceived.

JuliaSchochSMheadJulia is the director of Respond for Life and her daughter was conceived in rape. According to Julia, her daughter’s birthmother was only 13 years old. She said she was told by the abortion clinic staff that “no one will want a biracial rapist’s baby.” They refused to let her see the ultrasound picture and, although she was 20 weeks pregnant, told her that her baby wasn’t formed yet. They also told her that she was “too young” and would die if she tried to have the baby.

Julia describes the decision that her daughter’s birthmother went thru, “She gave in, believing that she would die trying to have a baby no one would even want. The doctor began a second-trimester abortion under only local anesthesia. They never explained fetal development, the procedure, risks, options, etc. She was in so much pain that the doctor stopped and rescheduled the abortion, telling her mom to bring more money for general anesthesia because “she is making my job too difficult.” She then got accurate information and took a stand for her unborn daughter. Her attempted abortion was not a cavalier decision; she was only offered an uneducated and coerced “choice.” She believed the shame wasn’t in aborting but that the shame would be in having a “rapist’s baby.” They made her feel like it was wrong and dangerous to even consider giving birth to a baby conceived in rape.”

I was in the room when my daughter was born; the birthmother’s older sister was her labor coach. It was an amazing experience. The birthmother’s own mother, who initially wanted the baby aborted, instantly fell in love with this little girl. I honestly think people were expecting the baby to have horns or to be a mini-rapist. Yet out comes this fat-cheeked, curly-haired little thing with the prettiest green eyes — everyone was crying tears of joy! I went straight to the young birthmother and just held her and cried. I said, “You did it! You did it! She is here!” She replied, “Thank you! You were right. She is worth it.”

Below is Julia’s response to Bishop Morton calling Rape Conceived Children “Demon Seeds”:

Not A Demon n

My Child is NOT a Demon ~ RFL Dir. Julia Schoch

For too long, the rape conceived and their mothers have been targets of hate speech. The assumption is that no woman who was REALLY raped would want to carry such a baby to term. That is a lie. Using derogatory language to the woman about her child often coerces her into making a decision that puts her at risk mentally, emotionally, and physically. She may consent to an abortion in order to prove that she was actually raped or out of fear that her child will be the object of continued prejudice after birth.

Consider the effect on rape conceived persons when the world calls the fetus in the womb a demon seed or the spawn of the devil that deserves death. What message does that send to those children and adults who were rape conceived, yet are now born? Talk about your self esteem issues!

Some of the frequent questions we heard from people concerning the adoption of our daughter(conceived in rape) were, “What are you going to tell her?”, “How are you going to tell her”, and “Are you going to tell her?” They told us it will be horrible thing to hear. Well, it is made infinitely more horrible to hear, when our culture and even many in the Church, look at these children as not worthy to live and as the spawn of Satan.

I was also asked, “Are you going to tell people? What will they think of her?” Oh please… I am bold in sharing ON PURPOSE because there is no shame in being rape conceived! She is an innocent human being. She images her Creator, the Author of Life. She isn’t a demon. She doesn’t have a 666 branded on her by the devil. She doesn’t have red eyes or horns under her curly hair. Funny how those who deny God suddenly believe the devil is real and he is out impregnating women through rape. How long will we continue to protect and defend hate speech against the rape conceived? When we tolerate it, we legitimize it.

It is time to stop DEMONIZING the rape conceived.

*What is “Hate Speech“? In law, hate speech is any speech, gesture or conduct, writing, or display which is forbidden because it may incite violence or prejudicial action against a protected individual or group. Hate speech consists of verbal and nonverbal expression that is used to demean, oppress, or promote violence against someone on the basis of their membership in a social or ethnic group. In many cases, hate speech is created by people who are part of a majority population. Their messages typically are directed toward people who are part of a minority population. The targets of hate speech are chosen just because they belong to that particular group of people. The messages of hate also are designed to degrade or otherwise harm these targets for the same reason. More on hate speech

Bishop says child conceived thru rape not created by God but a “baby from a demon seed”

Recently a Black Bishop left the Democrat Party because of their views on may issues he had troubles with. However, this supposed Man-Of-God told a panel of religious people that if a woman is raped and becomes pregnant that God did not create that child, rather it is a product of a DEMON SEED.

mortonAccording to reports, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. has announced he is abandoning the Democrat Party. For years, African Americans have voted overwhelmingly for any and everybody on the Democratic ticket. However, due to the recent “direction” of Democratic leadership, Bishop Paul S. Morton is taking a stand. “For the first time in my life I’m coming out as an independent!” he states.

“I have been a Democrat since I started voting in America, but this party is getting farther and farther away from what Kingdom people believe. For too long, Democrats have taken our vote for granted but kingdom people have rights too, and don’t want to be taken for granted. We will not just except anything.”

At the 2013 Pastors and Ministry Workers Conference in Nashville, Morton ridiculed the Republican Party’s stance on abortion, “A man rapes you on the street from a demon seed and you’ve got to have that baby from a demon seed, that’s not what God conceived. You’re hav’n your daddy’s baby. [mocking tone] “No we’ve got to have it because we don’t believe in abortion” We don’t believe in abortion but, my God, have some common sense.”

He tells Worship360, “These Republicans are also antagonistic toward women who find themselves in emotionally devastating situations as a result of rape. I don’t believe a woman should be forced to bring a child into the world if she has been raped by her father, or suffered the violent molestation of her body by a complete stranger. There are even times when a woman must decide to terminate because bearing a child would put her life in danger.

By no means am I supporting abortion! I’m definitely “pro-life” but there are certain situations that require careful examination and adjudication. You can’t “blanketly” decide! That’s going too far and it’s not the Kingdom way (God’s way).

At the same time, Democrats have become too liberal. Nothing is sin anymore! If nothing is sin anymore, “WHY” would we need Jesus?
We still acknowledge that it is Jesus who forgives us when we repent of our sins.

America has become arrogant! We ignore God’s Word, and we reject biblical morality. I can’t support what God condemns! God does not condone sexual sin. God does not agree with same sex marriage, adultery, fornication or polygamy.

While I understand that people have the right to make these choices; and while I agree that it is NOT my job to force anyone to stop anything, I do fully embrace my assignment to preach the Kingdom message!
Rape-postcard-1

Morton’s views on whether babies conceived in Rape deserve life would differ from rape conceived survivors like Juda Myers and Rebecca Kiessling among most pro-life people.

You can read stories of rape conception stories here.

When you support abortions for rape and incest what you are really saying is that children should die for the crimes of their fathers. I hope Bishop Morton will see what he is fully advocating and change his views to protect all children no matter what their father’s have done.

As stated very well by Life Dynamics president Mark Crutcher, “There is no such position as “pro-life with exceptions.” It is impossible to accurately label someone pro-life who approves killing certain groups of children such as those conceived in rape or incest. It is as illogical as someone in 1860 saying, ” I am an abolitionist but I believe slavery should be legal in some circumstances.” The only legitimate pro-life position is that an unborn child is morally equivalent to and has the same rights as a born child. When someone says they are pro-life but that abortion should be allowed in some circumstances, the question is whether they would support killing a five-year old in those same circumstances. The bottom line is that when someone says they are “pro-life with exceptions” what they are saying is that they support the “choice” to kill some babies (conceived in rape, handicapped, etc.) but oppose the “choice” to kill other babies. In other words, the only honest way to define that position is “pro-choice with exceptions.”

Black Bishop abandoning Democrat Party still supports aborting children for crime of their fathers
