Three medics from a private clinic in the Moscow region may find themselves on criminal negligence trial. A female national of Uzbekistan died in the clinic during abortion surgery. The doctors took the dead body out of the clinic and dumped it in Losyny Ostrov (Moose Island) National Park in the Moscow region. The decomposing body was found in the park by local residents, RIA Novosti reports.

One of the doctors, Elena Oleinikova, an obstetrician, has been charged with criminal negligence. However, investigators believe that the woman’s two associates – Elena S. (44) and Marat K. (37) may avoid criminal persecution.

“The punishment on these charges stipulates a prison term of up to three years. If other employees of the clinic, who took the body of the patient out of the clinic, are targeted in the investigation as participators of the crime, they will face criminal charges too,” an official said.

“In this case prosecutors will have to prove that those two other people were aware of the fact that they were committing a crime taking the body of the patient, who died during surgery, out of the clinic,” an official said.

Elena Oleinikova, an obstetrician, performed interruption of pregnancy operation on the patient identified as Gulzat E., a national of Uzbekistan, on July 29. The surgery was performed during the woman’s 15th week of pregnancy. The patient died on operation desk during the surgery. To conceal the traces of the crime, Oleinikova, the administrator of the clinic, and another employee loaded the body into a vehicle and then simply dumped it in Losyny Ostrov National Park.

The patient’s sister went to the police claiming that the doctors denied her access to the clinic and refused to provide any information about the relative. Investigators checked the records of surveillance cameras in the clinic: the footage showed the medics loading the woman’s body into the vehicle and then driving away.
The body was found in the park on July 30 and subsequently identified. Russian news agencies also reported that Elena Oleinikova, 49, was an obstetrician with 16 years of experience.

California Clinic owner stuffs dead women into car trunk

In Orange County, California a jury convicted the owner of an abortion clinic Alicia Ruiz-Hanna of second-degree murder.

Angela Nieto Sanchez died January 19, 1993, after Hanna injected her with an unknown drug intended to abort her one-month-old unborn baby. Sanchez immediately suffered seizures and died as two of her children, Maria, 12, and Martin, 3, waited for their mother in another room.

The unsuspecting patient came to this legal abortion clinic expecting a “safe” procedure. Once Hanna realized that the abortion had taken a fatal turn, she told the children their mother had gone home without them and that their mom wanted them to drive themselves home. The woman’s daughter was suspicious since she knew her mom would never permit her to drive because she was 12 years old. The children called a relative, who came and picked them up.

The clinic’s receptionist, Irasema Mendoza , testified that as soon as Hanna started giving the abortion patient the anesthesia, the lady started to foam from the mouth and her body started to turn blue,

“I told her to call the paramedics,” said receptionist Irasema

“I took the phone to call the paramedics but Alicia grabbed it away from me and hung up. She told me not to call them because I was going to get her into problems. ”

Mendoza said Hanna told her that, “I shouldn’t tell the truth to the police. She told me to lie. She told me to say she (Sanchez)had not died there.”

When their mother still hadn’t returned home by 10 p.m., Maria Sanchez testified at the trial that she returned to the clinic along with her aunt and two friends.

Arriving in the parking lot, they saw Hanna and Mendoza “dragging something out of the clinic” towards her mother’s car, Maria testified. “I asked [Mendoza] where my mother was. She said she didn’t know. Then I went around the car and I saw my mother.”

A former co-worker testified that Hanna planned to dump the body in Tijuana, Mexico. In court, Hanna admitted to trying to hide the woman’s death.

As I stated in a previous BLOG, where I list other incidents of pro-choice violence, the recent murder of a pro-life activist has been just a blip on the radar screen of the news media. Even Fox News has drooped the story, failing to report the thousands of threats, assaults, attacks, and illegal activities by pro-choice and abortion activists. Below is some historical perspective on just how sleezy the abortion industry really is. A little effort by the news medias – INCLUDING FOX , Glenn Beck, and Bill O’Reilly- would blow the lid off the illegal activities going on under the guise of “Reproductive Rights”!

Here are a few more examples:
Unsuspecting Ghanaian abortion patient, Eunice Agabgaa entered Y&P Medical (abortion) Clinic in New York. Dr. Abram Zelikman allegedly left the clinic while Eunice was in recovery from an abortion Zelikman had performed. Unfortunately the abortion was so bad, it resulted in her death. A friend who was present at the clinic testified that she pleaded with the clinic staff to call paramedics once she noticed Eunice’s bloodied body and poor vital signs. her friend stated, ” I felt if I hadn’t been there they would have wrapped her dead body and thrown it in the garbage.“. The California Medical Board , investigated actions by abortion doc: Dr. Tati Okereke, A/K/A High Street Medical. In 1982, Dr. Okereke was accused of fondling a female patients breast “without medical justification”. He was also accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with her without her consent. This lovely abortion doctor was also accused of injecting patients with anesthetics , then engaging in sexual intercourse without the permission of the woman. ( Lovely defender of “reproductive rights, huh?). One woman testified to the medical board that she could not move any muscles during this ordeal, but just kept crying “What are you doing?” Another patient testified that after Okereke examined her vagina that he licked his finger. She said the doctor tried to pay her off to keep her quiet following the incident. Okereke’s Medical License was revoked in November of 1989. (SOURCE: California Medical Board case #11593)

In March of 1993, Abortion doctor Nareshkumar Patel of Shawnee, Oklahoma was accused of Forcible Oral Sodomy and sexual battery by a patient he was treating after hours in his clinic. Patel was also the focus of a controversy in 1992 when several aborted fetuses from his clinic were found partially burned in an open field owned by Patel. Officials could not cite any law that prohibited the burning of aborted fetuses in that manner and those charges were dropped. The Mississippi Board of Medical Licensure revoked the license of abortionist, Milan D. Chepko in 1991. Dr. Chepko, who performed abortions at the New Women Medical Center in Jackson, MS was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury (Case # J89-00064 W) involving interstate transportation of a VHS cassette showing minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The tape contained scenes with children as young as four years old in sexual conduct with adult males and females. One incident allegedly involved children and adults engaged in sodomy. In 1990 the Florida Medical Board passed a disciplinary action against male abortion clinic nurse Barry A. Hill. Hill was employed at the Today’s Woman Medical Center of Coral Gables, FL , a South Florida abortion clinic chain owned by abortionist: Dr. Vladimar Rosenthal. On October 26, 1989 Florida’s Department of Health and Human Services inspector Diane Robie discovered two envelopes in the abortion clinic containing pictures of several women undressed with their legs apart. According to State Medical Board reports the perineal area was the focal point of the photographer. Hill, the abortion clinic’s anesthetists claimed ownership of the photographs. Former employees of the abortion clinic spoke to the Miami Herald where they stated they saw Hill fondling the breasts of several female patients while they were under anesthesia. The former abortion clinic employees told news reporters that they were fired by clinic owner Rosenthal after he heard them complaining to a National Abortion Federation Representative (the clinic was a member) of the conditions at the clinic and Mr. Hills activities. The Miami Herald in August of 1990 reported that abortion doctor Pravin Thakker was convicted of performing abortions on his former lovers without their consent. Thakker was also investigated by the Indiana Medical board for lewd and immoral conduct toward female patients under his care. On June 11,1991 a jury found Thakker guilty of two counts of battery, two counts of illegal abortion and two counts of criminal recklessness. The Minnesota Board of Medical Examiners suspended the license of abortionist: Dr. Hideo D. Mori, a past 18 year volunteer at Planned Parenthood in Austin Minnesota. Dr. Mori was found to have engaged in sexual misconduct with several of his female patients. The charges against Mori included, massaging the clitoris and vagina of a patient during pelvic exams, kissing the face neck and breasts of patients during exams and embracing a patient. Mori allegedly told one of his patients that she should have sex with her husband in front of him so he could observe and determine why the patient was not climaxing. In 1983 abortion doc Nabil Ghali’s medical license in Kentucky was revoked following his conviction on four counts of unlawful sexual transaction with a minor. (A fourteen year old female neighbor) The victims younger sister also testified she has seen Ghali improperly touching a five year old child. In 1989 while Ghali was operating an abortion clinic in Florida and performing abortions in several other South Florida clinics, the state’s medical board began revocation procedures of his license due to falsification of his license application. Ghali was caught in Florida performing abortions in South Dade County. When Ghali later lost his license in Florida he moved to Ohio and continued to perform abortions. The State of Ohio after learning of Ghali’s history began revocation procedures. In February 1993 the Ohio Medical Board won an appeal upholding Ghali’s license revocation. In addition to Ghali’s sexual conduct he was involved in the death of at least one woman from an abortion procedure in Florida. Abortion Doctor Ronald Tauber had his Florida medical license suspended following the abortion related death of Gloria Small. In 1985 after moving to Michigan, Tauber’s license to practice osteopathic medicine in that state was revoked following his conviction of First Degree criminal sexual assault, and second degree criminal sexual conduct. Details of the case revealed that abortionist Tauber was convicted after the state proved he had forcibly transported a six year old girl in his car against her will. Tauber admitted exposing himself to the girl and placing her hand on his penis. He also lifted the child’s undergarment to expose her vulva. Tauber released the girl when she began to cry. Tauber was also cited for masturbating in his car outside a high school where young girls were exiting.. Tauber was released from prison on January 3, 1990 and his parole ended on August 15, 1991. Tauber was later licensed to practice by the state of New York in August of 1992. In April of 1992, Abortionist Larry Thompson’s Nevada medical license was revoked. The Board of Medical Examiners of Nevada determined that while performing an abortion at The Women’s Place in North Las Vegas, Dr. Thompson lacerated the uterus of his patient. The board said Thompson failed to monitor the woman’s condition adequately, and the abortion clinic did not have adequate medical equipment. As a result of the laceration and inadequate care that followed the abortion patient died. Abortionist Thompson also failed to recognize the cause of the patients death, according to the state’s disciplinary action. (SOURCE: Nevada Board of Medical Examiners case # 8289.)
