Abortion staff failed to report three pregnancies on two children resulting in additional assaults

Two children were raped several times resulting in several pregnancies that ended in abortion. Each time the young victims were sent back into the hands of their abuser because the clinic or clinics where they were taken by their mother failed to report the possibility of abuse.

The story begins in 2008, when a 16-year-old teen gave birth and her boyfriend’s parents realized that the baby did not look like their son, but rather like an adult male acquaintance of the teen’s mother.

A DNA test proved the boyfriend was not the baby’s father, and that’s when the girl admitted that 44 year-old Ricky Jackson was the father. At that point, the boy’s parents reported the information to Ashland Police.

(The girl) had confided in their son that Jackson had raped her when she was 11 years old and that he was very jealous of their son’s relationship with” the girl, Middlesex Assistant District Attorney Katharine Folger said in a court document.

Police arrested Jackson on March 23 of that same year.

The victim also had a sister and the girls, fearful for their safety after Jackson was released from jail, later admitted to police that Jackson had been raping both of them for years.

According to their statements, the sexual abuse began in October of 2002, after Jackson and their mother became involved.

The girls told police that after their mother would go to sleep, Jackson would go to their room and rape them.

According to their testimony, Jackson impregnated the older sister twice when she was 13 and 14 years old, and impregnated the younger girl when she was 12.

The girls’ mother took them to have abortions each time she learned they were pregnant.

According to prosecutors, the mother of the raped children did not know they had been impregnated by Jackson.

The girls told police they never reported the sexual assaults because Jackson had threatened to kill them if they did.

In August of 2008, Jackson was charged with two counts of child rape, violating a restraining order, intimidation of a witness, and one count of rape and indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14.

Life Dynamics, a Denton, Texas organization which has been exposing how child rapists use abortion to cover their crimes, summarized this case in a report they titled, The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse.

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics makes it clear that the failure of abortion facilities to report suspected child abuse is causing children to be repeatedly raped, sometimes for years after their abortions, “In almost every case of adult men having sex with minor girls, the perpetrators are aware that the relationship is illegal and could land them in prison,” Crutcher says, “They also know that one of the most likely ways for them to get caught is for their victims to become pregnant. When that happens, their back up plan is inevitably going to involve abortion. As a result, there is no place within the medical community where underage victims of sexual abuse are more likely to be found than at abortion clinics. The question is: how are these girls dealt with when they show up at those clinics?”

Crutcher continues, “It is important to understand that mandatory reporters are neither obligated nor authorized to investigate these incidents. Whatever conclusions they might reach about the legality or illegality of a child’s sexual activity has no bearing on their obligations as mandatory reporters. If they are presented with evidence of sexual activity by a patient who, by reason of her age, cannot legally consent to sexual activity, their only duty is to report to the authorities. The responsibility for determining whether a criminal act has or has not occurred belongs only to the state.”

According to a summary of the case published by Life Dynamics,”three pregnancies resulted from these assaults and, in each case, their mother took them for abortions. Since there were multiple abortions and the sexual activity continued after each one, it is certain that none of the abortion clinics involved made a report. The rapes did not end until the parents of a boy who knew the girls learned of the situation and called police.”

Life Dynamics has published 60 examples of cases where child sexual abuse was covered up with an abortion and the clinics where the victims were taken failed to report the possibility of abuse.

In a press released issued at the time the group published their report, Crutcher states, “ it is almost universally accepted that sexual predators who target children almost never stop on their own. Instead, they continue until they are stopped by someone else. In reading the cases you will see incident after incident in which girls continued to be raped and sexually abused – sometimes for years – after the abortion clinic where they were taken ignored the state’s mandatory reporting law. But once the situation was eventually revealed to the authorities, the perpetrator was arrested and the abuse ended immediately. This illustrates why compliance with these laws is such an indispensable tool for dealing with our national epidemic of older males sexually exploiting underage girls.”

Teen aborts child of pedophile

Life Dynamics, Inc., a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas has been documenting the use of abortion by adult men to cover for child sexual abuse.

This week, a 29-year-old Florida man was arrested after he allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with a teenage girl. According to reports, the teen was impregnated by the pedophile and subsequently had an abortion.

Dustin Jay Harpel was arrested Tuesday, April 1, 2014. He faces charges of sexual assault by someone 24 years or older on a victim 16 or 17 years old, possession of obscene material depicting child sexual conduct and child cruelty.

Although the abortion occurred in January of this year, the sexual relationship did not come to police attention until March 25th when an officer made contact with a Boynton Beach father who said his 16-year-old child had been receiving nude photos of a man on her cell phone.

Police say the victim originally told Harpel that she was 19-years-old when the two met in May but later told Harpel her real age of 16.

The teen told police that she and Harpel had engaged in sexual activity approximately 20 times over the next few months.

Police say one of the sexual encounters resulted in the teen becoming pregnant and that she had an abortion in January of 2014.

In a 2002 child predator investigation, Life Dynamics called over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across the nation. The caller posed as a 13 year old child impregnated by a 22 year old adult man. The results of this survey were appalling. Even though many of these clinics openly acknowledged to the caller that this situation was illegal and they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal activity.

Life Dynamics president Mark Crutcher explains what they found, “When we began to investigate we found it was even worse than we thought it was. Initially we thought perhaps the abortion clinics were only reporting half of the incidents, but instead we found that they were reporting hardly any of them.”

Life Dynamics, Inc. in conjunction with several personal injury attorneys around the country has begun a campaign to educate the public about the pedophile protection racket covered up inside abortion clinics.

The response to the campaign has been tremendous. In fact, many of the attorneys Life Dynamics contacted see the value in pursuing litigation against those who violate mandatory reporting laws.

Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry exposed for ‘Pedophile Protection Racket’

After more than 12-years of research, a national pro-life organization located in Denton, Texas, has documented that mandatory reporting statutes which require healthcare workers to report reasonable suspicions of child sexual abuse to the authorities are being ignored inside American abortion, Planned Parenthood and family planning centers.

According to Mark Crutcher, founder of Life Dynamics , “The abortion lobby is engaged in a pedophile protection racket and protecting pedophiles who rape underage girls. These abortion clinics receive money from the federal government. We are literally paying for the rape of our young daughters.”

Below is a report from Paul Strand at CBN:

DENTON, Texas — For decades, the fight against abortion has focused on protests, prayer, and elections. Now the strategy is to go after the lifeline of the abortion industry — its money and its workers. And the new strategy is getting results.

Mark Crutcher2013

“Since 1992, two-thirds of the abortion clinics in America have shut down permanently,” Mark Crutcher, founder and president of Life Dynamics Inc., said.

Crutcher and his organization, headquartered in Denton, Texas, have been fighting hard against the abortion industry for the past three decades. In 1992, there were more than 2,100 clinics open. Today, there are fewer than 650.

It was a recent Life Dynamics video in which three former workers describe the horrors at a Houston abortion clinic performing late-term abortions that helped inspire the Texas legislature and Texas Gov. Rick Perry to pass tough, new regulations on clinics in July.

Another tactic of the group is to present information about hundreds of women who’ve died from botched abortions in recent years.

The fact that the procedure sometimes leads to the death of the mother surprises many people who’ve assumed since abortion is legal, it must be safe.

One grieving mother actually pushed Crutcher and Life Dynamics to spread photos of her deceased daughter, a victim of a botched abortion.

Warning: these are graphic, autopsy photos:

“This is what it looks like when a girl walks in to exercise her so-called constitutional right to have an abortion and climbs up on an abortionist’s table, and two hours later is on a coroner’s table,” Crutcher pointed out about the photos.

Crippling the Abortion Industry

Life Dynamics’ latest strategy could cost the industry billions of dollars, possibly crippling it. It involves shining a light on a rarely reported crime: many females seeking abortions are underage girls made pregnant by grown men.

“Sixty to 80 percent of them were impregnated by adult men. So it’s statutory rape and sexual abuse and aggravated sexual abuse of minors,” Crutcher explained.

By law, abortion clinics must report such crimes when an underage victim comes to them. But Life Dynamics’ undercover investigations found otherwise.

Many clinics “are openly flaunting their state mandatory laws,” Crutcher said. “They’re not reporting these situations. They’re protecting the predators.”

On the website, Life Dynamics posted transcripts and voice recordings from a sting it launched against abortion clinics.

In them, a young woman posing as a pregnant teen is advised by clinic after clinic how to protect the man who impregnated her from the law.

In one such recording, the young woman asks a worker at a New Jersey clinic, “Would you have to tell anybody?” The worker replies, “Here? No. We don’t tell anybody anything.”

A Colorado clinic worker advises the same young woman after hearing she’s 13 and her boyfriend 22.

“What you need to do is you need to call completely anonymously and talk to someone on our appointment line. And don’t tell us anything about your partner,” the worker advises.

Suing Abortion Clinics

Crutcher’s group has reached out to more than 53,000 personal injury lawyers in this country to let them know there’s money to be made by suing abortion clinics over their failure to report sexual crimes involving adult males and minor females.

“You’re talking about thousands of new victims every day,” Crutcher said. “So you’re looking at something that could easily be $25 or $30 billion before it’s all over.”

Life Dynamics is offering lawyers and law firms a free television ad to help them reach these underage victims.

In part it says, “If you are one of these children or the parents of one of these children, your legal rights might have been violated.”

It then recommends calling a number that each lawyer or law firm can have superimposed on the free ad.

Since beginning this campaign to go after the abortion industry, Crutcher said lawyers have been ringing his phone off the hook.
