Child porn, harassment, and rape: Is Planned Parenthood a haven for sex offenders?

Planned Parenthood’s political organizer president Cecile Richards recently expressed concern about accusations brought by women claiming to have been sexually harassed by men in power. While these accusations and admissions are greatly concerning, it seems Richards has overlooked her own back yard, so to speak. Plenty of Planned Parenthood employees have had their own share of troubles in this arena.

CALIFORNIA

Jorge Martin-Santana

According to Sacramento Superior Court records, Jorge Humberto Martin Santana was arrested in 2013 and charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery, under criminal code PC 243.4(E)(1), which reads in part:A California jury found a Planned Parenthood medical assistant guilty of misdemeanor sexual battery after inappropriately touching a patient during the course of his duties at Planned Parenthood.

Any person who touches an intimate part of another person, if the touching is against the will of the person touched, and is for the specific purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, or sexual abuse, is guilty of misdemeanor sexual battery…

In February of 2015, Martin-Santana pleaded “not guilty,” but on April 9, 2015, he was sentenced to 140 days in a sheriff’s work project and three years of probation.

Timothy Liveright Planned Parenthood abortionist accused of sexual harassment

In 2013, Planned Parenthood RN Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich, who worked at Planned Parenthood Delaware’s Dover and Wilmington clinics, told blogger Jill Stanek that abortionist Timothy Fouch Liveright had sexually harassed employees and patients.

“I have noted Dr. Liveright inappropriately look up and down patients as well as staff members in a sexual kind of way. He actually stands back with a grin and slowly directs his eyes up and down a patient’s body.”In 2013, Planned Parenthood RN Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich, who worked at Planned Parenthood Delaware’s Dover and Wilmington clinics, told blogger Jill Stanek that abortionist Timothy Fouch Liveright had sexually harassed employees and patients.

Jayne resigned from Planned Parenthood after her letters of complaint to management were ignored. The nurse also said she observed Liveright “acting condescending to African American patients by implying they were ignorant,” among other charges.

Liveright worked for several Planned Parenthood locations.

A Delaware Medical Licensure complaint filed against Liveright claims Planned Parenthood reprimanded him for “unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate” conduct, including “yelling, screaming, and cursing” in front of employees and patients and “sexual harassment of female employees.”

According to USA Today, Liveright played an abortionist in the 2010 Hollywood movie, “Blue Valentine“:

In 2013, media reported that Liveright surrendered his license to practice medicine in Delaware, but a November 2017 query reveals that Liveright’s Pennsylvania license is still active.

FLORIDA

In July 2008, the Miami Herald reported that Planned Parenthood’s national office cut ties with several Florida centers after accusations of “terrible mismanagement and possibly fraud,” including alleged sexual harassment against a former CEO:

Miami Herald Planned Parenthood cuts ties with 5 clinics, sexual harassment

The Herald stated:

The disaffiliation allowed the national organization to wash its hands of the local chapter once known as Planned Parenthood of South Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

The chapter is dealing with many problems, including harassment complaints and possible misuse of nearly $450,000 — slightly less than they received in public funding in 2005.

ILLINOIS

Several female patients claimed Illinois Planned Parenthood physician, Carl E. Burpo, “engaged in improper conduct during a gynecological examination” at Burpo’s office and at Planned Parenthood, where he worked part-time. He was eventually indicted on 21 counts of sexual misconduct.

One complaint alleged that Burpo fondled patients’ “breasts and in some cases made other sexual advances toward seven patients in 1990 and 1991 while examining them.”

A 1993 report states that Burpo was suspended from practicing at Planned Parenthood. A jury acquitted him in two of the cases but in February 1995, the Illinois Supreme Court reinstated eight of the criminal sexual assault charges.

His medical license was suspended in 1995.

MASSACHUSETTS

Roger Ian Hardy

Operation Rescue notes, “Why Hardy eventually left Planned Parenthood is unknown, but a Boston Globe article published on May 1, 2014, indicates that Hardy’s abhorrent sexual misconduct stretched back as far as 20 years. Hardy was working for Planned Parenthood during that time, in which Planned Parenthood abortion patients were likely exposed to molestation by Hardy as well.”

MINNESOTA

In 1987, the Minnesota Board of Medical Examiners revoked the license of Hideo D. Mori for alleged sexual improprieties involving 10 patients over 23 years in Grand Meadow. A report states that administrative law judge Allan W. Klein found Mori had “inappropriately massaged some of his patients, telling one of them… that he needed to stimulate her genital area to fit her properly for a diaphragm.”

Klein wrote that Mori claimed to have romantic feelings toward the patient, caressing her body and kissing her to make her sexually aroused, understanding “that it was not medically indicated.”

While Mori served as a volunteer physician for Planned Parenthood nearly 18 years, there are no indications that his patients there were victims in this case.

On December 29, 2004, 46 year-old Planned Parenthood volunteer, Jerry Steven Gonzales, was convicted of raping a 12-year-old boy, as well as unlawful sex with a minor and two counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving juveniles, for incidents with two 16-year-old boys. In addition, he was convicted of felonious assault for having sex with a 17-year-old boy and not telling the victim about his HIV status. The incidents occurred at Gonzales’ home in Ohio.

Planned Parenthood CEO arrested for indecent exposure

1. In 2012, Tony Ray Thornton (pictured right), the president and CEO of Planned Parenthood in Lubbock, was arrested for exposing his genitals to a 43-year-old male in a Texas park.

Soon after, Thornton apologized and resigned from Planned Parenthood.1. In 2012, Tony Ray Thornton (pictured right), the president and CEO of Planned Parenthood in Lubbock, was arrested for exposing his genitals to a 43-year-old male in a Texas park.

“I deeply regret creating a situation in my personal life that potentially creates a distraction from these goals, and I apologize to the people in the Lubbock community for the incident,” Thornton stated. “I will work with my attorney through the appropriate court process to correct any misinformation and take responsibility for errors.”

According to the county clerk, the charges in Thornton’s case #2012-469-378 were dismissed on February 28, 2013, in the “interest of justice.”

In 2010, Thornton helped Planned Parenthood purchase a closed facility — renamed Planned Parenthood Women’s Health Center, Inc. — after the owners retired.

2. In 2005, Planned Parenthood employee Aymara Castro said Planned Parenthood of Houston and Southeast Texas subjected her to “unlawful sexual harassment, and to disparate terms, conditions and privileges of employment because of her sex.” She won her claim, filed with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which found Planned Parenthood had “failed to take corrective action to stop the harassment and retaliated against her for engaging in protected activity.”

WASHINGTON STATE

1. In 2008, former abortionist for Planned Parenthood of Columbia-Willamette, George Elliott Kabacy, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Tacoma, WA, for possession of child pornography. Kabacy was not practicing at Planned Parenthood at the time of his December 2006 arrest. According to the US Attorney’s office:

Kabacy admitted in his plea agreement that he knowingly possessed more than 8,000 images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Kabacy also admits to possessing videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, both on his computer and on 36 compact disks. Some of the images depict children under the age of 12. Kabacy admitted that he communicated with other people over the Internet, expressing his interest in having sex with minors and exchanging more than 40 images of child pornography with these other people over the Internet.

Kabacy’s OregonWashington State and California medical licenses were later revoked.

2. Douglas Attig was accused by authorities of inappropriate, sexually oriented comments and contact with patients.

Douglas Attig worked at Planned Parenthood

The commission’s statement of charges alleges that Attig repeatedly spanked, kissed and hugged a patient, also sending her “copious amounts” of inappropriate and suggestive e-mail.

The complaint, filed in 2000, does not state where the incidents occurred. While there is no indication the assaults occurred at Planned Parenthood, news reports show that the organization admitted Attig occasionally committed abortions for them after he was targeted by an explosive device in 2001.The commission’s statement of charges alleges that Attig repeatedly spanked, kissed and hugged a patient, also sending her “copious amounts” of inappropriate and suggestive e-mail.

On July 13, 2001, the Board suspended Attig’s license but issued a stay allowing him to continue to practice on a probationary term.

Many additional troubling actions by Planned Parenthood have been documented, including a failure to report child sexual abuse. Reports also show that victims of sex trafficking are sometimes taken to Planned Parenthood centers for forced abortions by their pimps.

Arrested Michigan abortionist has long rap sheet

Pro-lifers in Michigan have uncovered a long rap sheet of offenses including charges of assault and domestic violence from an abortion doctor in Grand Rapids whose NAF abortion clinic describes him as having “professionalism, integrity, and superior skills.”

Thomas James Gordon abortion doctor

Thomas James Gordon performs abortions at the Heritage Clinic for Women abortion clinic in Grand Rapids, according to pro-life activist Leisa Speheger Snow. Snow who regularly sidewalk counsels outside the clinic notified pro-life investigator Lynn Mills that Gordon had not been seen at the clinic for several days. After receiving advise from Mills, Snow located the arrest information at the Kent County Sheriff website.

According to Kent County booking number 1600779, Gordon spent 4 days in jail after his arrest on January 13, 2016. Records indicate that Gordon was charged with “disorderly person/fighting jostling.”

A search on the Michigan Department of Corrections website, reveals that Gordon was also arrested in 2011. In that incident, Gordon’s offenses included domestic violence as well as “Weapons – Firearms – Possession Under the Influence.”

Records on file with Michigan’s Internet Criminal History Online website provided to Saynsumthn by local grand rapids pro-lifers shows that Gordon may have other arrests that date back to 1991. The document shows a Thomas James Gordon with same arrest record as located on the Michigan Department of Corrections website with a long rap sheet of criminal history.

In addition, it shows misdemeanor aggravated assault charges dating back to 1991. More recently, in 2015 charges against the Gordon listed on that state document include misdemeanor domestic violence, misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.

Read the document here.

Interestingly, the Heritage Clinic for Women, which is a member of the National Abortion Federation (NAF) described Gordon this way on their website:

Heritage clinic for women Gordon abortion

“Thomas J. Gordon, M.D., Gynecologist, is the current Medical Director and has served in this capacity since 1986. He possesses a strong sense of dedication, professionalism and integrity in combination with his medical knowledge and superior skills.”

Perhaps they will reconsider after this information becomes public.

Who are the real abortion extremists and why is the media biased ?

When an abortion activist was arrested for throwing a Molotov cocktail device at pro-lifers outside a Planned Parenthood, the media did not respond by labeling all pro-choice and reproductive rights activists as “extremists” or “domestic terrorists.”

Melanie_Marie_Toney

Earlier this year, Melanie Maria Toney admitted to throwing the Molotov cocktail at pro-life people praying outside an Austin Planned Parenthood. She was not a peeping tom recluse living in a trailer in the boonies. In fact, she was an active supporter of abortion rights even testifying against restrictive abortion laws in Texas.

Her actions were blamed on her alone and were not used as a politically charged media slander of all abortion rights supporters. There have been several acts of violence directed at pro-lifers including the use of guns yet the media conveniently fails to report them.

Robert Lewis Dear EefUYAAkYmH

However, when one lone gunman was arrested after a tragic shooting at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood in November, which left three people dead and several others injured, the media went crazy labeling pro-life activists as “extremists” claiming their “rhetoric” somehow led to the shooting. This very untrue and irresponsible conduct is obviously motivated, not by truth, but by the abortion bias of many in the main stream media.

To show how bias they are, one need only look at how the media handled only a “few” of the violent or illegal actions of those in the abortion movement.

In February of 2015, an Arizona court rejected an appeal by an abortionist who was convicted of sexually abusing several patients in his Phoenix abortion clinic.

Originally charges with 67 counts of sexual assault, abortionist Brian Finkel was sentenced in 2004 to nearly 35 years in prison and convicted of 22 counts sexual assault of his female abortion patients. Despite the fact that the convicted abortionist once did 20% of the state’s abortions, all abortion providers were never labeled rapists after Finkel’s convictions. (More on this violent case here)

In December of 2013, a California Planned Parenthood employee was arrested on a count of sexual battery, according to the Sacramento Police. Jorge Martin-Santana stood accused of inappropriately touched a patient while working as a medical assistant and the media was relatively silent.

Jorge Martin Santana Sexual Assault

Despite his arrest on these alleged charges, Planned Parenthood suffered no scorn from the MSM.

Kermit Gosnell arrested

Kermit Gosnell arrested

When Philadelphia abortion doctor, Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of first-degree murder for killing three babies born alive and viable during abortion procedures, and was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of a woman who died at his clinic during a procedure, the abortion industry referred to him as an anomaly and the media played along. In May of 2013, Gosnell was sentenced to life in prison leaving the abortion industry and all their supporters who turned a blind eye to the actions of Gosnell unscathed.

When police arrested Tony Ray Thornton, he was working as Planned Parenthood’s President and CEO of their Lubbock, Texas branch. In 2012, the 56 year-old Planned Parenthood CEO was arrested and accused of exposing his genitals in Mackenzie Park. Sgt. Jonathan Stewart, Lubbock Police Department spokesman, said he didn’t know whether children were in the area when Thornton was in the park or how many people were present. You can read the police report here.

But, no worries, because Planned Parenthood instantly distanced the organization from him and that was that. There was no call from the media to label all Planned Parenthood staffers perverts for the action of one employee.

In 2010, the doctor who performed an abortion on deceased patient Laura Hope Smith admitted that his actions led to her death while she was under his care. In addition to receiving a 6 month jail sentence for pleading guilty to the criminal charge of involuntary manslaughter, 67 year-old abortion doctor Rapin Osathanondh settled a civil suit and agreed to pay $2 million to Smith’s parents. Smith was 13 weeks pregnant when she went to see Osathanondh for an abortion in his Cape Cod office. She was pronounced dead later that day. Prosecutors charged Osathanondh with manslaughter, alleging that he failed to monitor her while she was under anesthesia, delayed calling emergency services when her heart stopped, and later lied to try to cover up his actions. To date, no other abortion doctor has been labeled an “extremist” for the actions of this abortion doctor. (read more here).

In a 5-4 ruling in 2010, the Mississippi Supreme Court upheld the 20-year sentence of a Laurel abortionist for the 1997 murder of his wife. Malachy Dehenre was found guilty of manslaughter in January of 2008 for the shooting death of his wife Nayasha Dehenre.

Malachy DeHenre arrested for murder

Malachy DeHenre arrested for murder

According to the case, shortly after midnight on January 23, 1997, 911 operators dispatched Jones County deputies and paramedics to the home of Dr. Nyasha DeHenre (Nyasha). Nyasha’s ex-husband, Malachy, was standing outside when law enforcement officials and medical personnel arrived. He directed them into the home, where they found Nyasha lying on the couch with a book lying across her stomach, her feet propped up, and a bullet wound to her head. Nyasha died several days later.

Despite DeHenre’s cold and calculating actions, there was no call to label all abortion doctors extremist wife killers after his arrest and subsequent sentencing and appeal. Instead, Jones County Assistant District Attorney, J. Ronald Parrish called the abortionist, not the abortion movement a, “ despicable nasty person,” adding that he also killed abortion patients.

“He not only killed his wife, that what he was convicted for, but I think people need to know about him. He also killed, two other women during abortions. One in Alabama and one in Jackson, Mississippi, and according to him he preformed 30,000 abortions on unborn children,” he said.

But, wait there’s more…

In 2008, a former employee and abortionist for Planned Parenthood of the Columbia-Willamette in Oregon by the name of Dr. GEORGE ELLIOTT KABACY, M.D., was sentenced to 6 1/2 years in prison for possession of child pornography. Dr. George Elliott Kabacy was actively practicing as an OBGYN in Washington State at the time of his arrest in December 2006. At the sentencing, Assistant U.S. Attorney Vince Lombardi said Kabacy “traded pictures of children being subjected to rape and degradation.”

Kabacy DOJ

Kabacy admitted in his plea agreement that he knowingly possessed more than 8,000 images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Although this pedophile was not practicing at the Planned Parenthood at the time of his arrest, the media did not label the entire organization in a negative way after his despicable illegal activities became public.

On December 11, 2001, the Oklahoman detailed the murder trial of abortionist John Baxter Hamilton. Hamilton performed abortions at the Oklahoma Clinic for Women in Oklahoma City, OK.

John Baxter Hamilton arrested for murdering his wife

Hamilton was found guilty in the Valentine’s Day killing of his wife, Susan Hamilton. Her nude body was found lying in blood in the master bathroom of the Hamilton’s Quail Creek home, her skull fractured and face disfigured. She had been choked with a necktie and beaten to death.

Although the media will tout the murder of abortion doctors, few seem to mention the murder conviction of this abortion doctor. They see this case as unrelated to the abortion movement and will never label them all as extremists or terrorists because of it. (More info on this brutal murder here.)

Activist Killed

“I just drove and stopped, and I shot. He was still moving so I shot him one more time. I aimed under the ribcage going up toward the heart.”

Those are the words of convicted murderer Harlan Drake. Who did he shoot? Not a Planned Parenthood worker or an abortion doctor. No, Drake believed in abortion. His victim was a pro-life activist by the name of James Pouillon, who was holding a pro-life sign outside a school in Michigan when the pro-choice shooter aimed and fired his weapon, killing him instantly on September 11, 2009.

BS ABORTION 1

A witness testified in court that she saw Drake fire multiple shots at Pouillon who attempted to protect himself with his sign and used it to support himself before the shooter drove closer and fired again, she said. “The shots rang out again and he fell to the side and onto his front,” she said.

There were “bullet holes everywhere” in Pouillon’s body, she testified. “He was shot all the way around his body,” she said.

pouillon-cnn abortion prolife shooting

Authorities said that the “anti-abortion literature” which Pouillon passed out motivated Drake to shoot the pro-life man. The killer, Harlan Drake told police that the night before the shootings he intended to kill Pouillon if he saw him at the school the next day holding his pro-life sign.

I just drove and stopped, and I shot,” Drake said during an interview recorded by police the day of the shootings. “He was still moving so I shot him one more time. I aimed under the ribcage going up toward the heart.”

I figured if he was there, I’d make sure he wasn’t there (again)…”

The same day Drake fatally wounded James Pouillon in cold blood, he also murdered another man. At the time of his death, pro-life leaders called for authorities to treat Pouillon’s case the same way they treat acts of violence at abortion clinics.

A response by Planned Parenthood East Central Michigan president Lori Lamerand after Pouillon’s murder was published by a local media outlet, “If this is related to his pro-life views, we find that tragic and do not endorse such actions in any way, shape or form,” said Lamerand. Her attempt to denounce the killing was fully accepted by the media and there was no repeated frenzy to label the “rhetoric” of Planned Parenthood against “anti-abortion activists” as having a role in Pouillon’s tragic death.

Despite the murder of this pro-life activist, to date, no other abortion activists have been labeled “extremists” after this attack occurred.

Abortion owner joked about fetus bonfire

A recently leaked tape recorded at a National Abortion Federation event captures one abortion owner joking about the need to burn the fetuses her clinic aborted in a field, something that another doctor actually did.

The comments came from Renee Chelian, owner of the Michigan abortion clinic chain, Northland Family Planning who also told her NAF audience that if it weren’t for the “PR nightmare” she thought it would be a “great idea” to burn the remains of aborted babies for energy. Sadly, using aborted children for energy is not a new idea. In 2014, CBS reported that an electricity generated in Oregon may have included aborted babies. And, a 2014 UK Telegraph report found that the remains of more than 15,000 babies were incinerated as ‘clinical waste’ by hospitals in Britain with some used in ‘waste to energy’ plants.

Earlier in the conversation, the abortion owner joked about wanting to take aborted babies from her clinic into a field and burn them. The trouble is, that idea has previously been carried out by another abortion doctor also making headlines this month.

Renee Chelian

In her speech, Chelian told the NAF audience the following:

“Um…Nobody wants to talk about dead bodies. Um, and nobody but me. I’m just saying. There was a point when Stericycle fired us that I had 5 months worth of fetal tissue in my freezers. We were renting freezers to put them in,” she says about her frustration over where to take her clinic’s aborted preborn babies for disposal.

Chelian continued, “It was all I thought about, was fetal tissue. Like, I was so consumed with fetal tissue, I was ready to drive to upper Michigan and have a bonfire. And I was just trying to figure out, you know, how I wouldn’t get stopped. Or, you know, how far into the woods would I have to go to have this fire that nobody was going to see me…I mean it was the worst, I dreamed about how to dispose of fetal tissue. And the garbage disposal was an option…”

fetuses-in-field Patel

Ironically, although Chelian joked about dumping fetuses somewhere in the woods and burning them, an Oklahoma abortion doctor once admitted doing that precise thing for the exact same reasons that Chelian outlined in her speech. In 1992, Dr. Nareshkumar Patel was investigated for burning a large amount of aborted children in a field near Shawnee.

From the Oklahoman:

“Patel has been the center of controversy repeatedly since getting his medical license in Oklahoma in May 1984. In the most notorious incident, he burned 55 aborted fetuses in 1992 in a field east of Shawnee. He was investigated over the incident but never charged.”

Patel-Arrested-Dec-2014--300x231

Well…not so fast.

A 1992 Toledo Blade article on Patel read this way, “Dr.Nareshkumar Patel, an obstetrician-gynecologist told authorities he burned the fetuses because he was having trouble finding someone to handle their disposal.” Did you hear that Renee Chelian? Patel has already disposed of aborted children in the sick way you suggested and guess what, he was never prosecuted for doing so. You just can’t make this stuff up!

Toledo Blade Patel burned fetuses field

In fact, the only reason charges were not brought against Patel at that time was because there were no laws on the books to prohibit the heinous act. “There’s no criminal law that can be applied,” District Attorney Miles Zimmerman said at the time.

Now, almost 23 years later, Patel has found himself in trouble again. This month, Patel was sentenced to several days in jail for performing abortions on women who were not pregnant. Patel, whose sordid history also includes accusations of sexual abuse, was ordered to serve 18 days at a correctional facility after he pleaded guilty to the charges.

Patel also agreed to pay a $20,000 fine and never practice medicine again nor own any interests in any more abortion facilities.

An Oklahoma abortion doctor placed under arrest last year for selling abortions to non-pregnant women has been bound over to face trial.

According to News9:

There is new information surrounding a metro abortion doctor accused of giving women abortion inducing drugs, even though they weren’t pregnant.

Tuesday, Dr. Naresh Patel waived his right to a preliminary hearing, which means he’s now bound over for trial.

The State Attorney General added a charge against Patel – Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.

Court papers allege one victim, who was never pregnant, died of cervical cancer, just four months after Patel performed an abortion procedure on her.

Several other women have since come forward with similar stories.

In early December, Patel was arrested after an undercover sting revealed that he was offering to perform abortions on women who were not pregnant.

Patel-Arrested-Dec-2014--300x231

News reports indicate that undercover agents set up appointments with 62-year-old Nareshkumar Patel where they say he administered ultrasounds and pregnancy tests and then told them they were pregnant, when they weren’t.

Affidavit Patel

A copy of the probable cause affidavit against Patel has revealed what the sting uncovered.

According to the document, in June, a medical licensure investigator called Patel’s Oklahoma City abortion clinic, Outpatient Services for Women to schedule an abortion and was told it would cost $620.00. She then went to the clinic and gave them the cash for the abortion. Prior to her visit to the abortion clinic, she confirmed she was not pregnant. The investigator says that abortionist Patel gave her an ultrasound and told her she was “very, very pregnant,” giving her five RU486 abortion pills with instructions on how to take them. After her visit with Patel, she immediately left his clinic and went to another physician to confirm she was not pregnant. The entire interaction was caught on video and audio recordings.

Outpatient Services for women Patel

On October 13th, a female Oklahoma City Police Detective confirmed by a licensed physician that she was not pregnant. Then, three days later, the detective along with agents from the state’s Attorney General’s Office, went to Patel’s clinic for an abortion she had previously scheduled, wearing a recording device. She also paid Patel $620.00 for RU486 abortion pills and was given a receipt for her purchase. She was then taken to an exam room where Patel told her she was pregnant. The police detective, who used her own name for the appointment, was allegedly given an ultrasound and a urine test which Patel said came up positive for a pregnancy. Patel then gave her RU486 abortion pills with instructions. Immediately following her visit to the abortion clinic, the detective went to a medical facility which confirmed she was not pregnant.

On October 21st, a female Oklahoma Attorney General Agent scheduled an appointment for an abortion at Patel’s clinic which she recorded. That same day, the agent confirmed with a medical professional that she was not pregnant. The abortion appointment was scheduled for the following day. On October 22nd, the AG representative and other agents went to Patel’s Outpatient Services for Women abortion clinic and under the alias Elizabeth Fitzpatrick paid the receptionist $620.00 for the abortion procedure. The agent was not given a pregnancy test but was taken to an exam room where abortionist Patel asked her for the date of her last menstrual period. According to the agent, Patel performed an ultrasound and told her she was “early in her pregnancy.” He then gave the female agent five RU486 abortion pills with instructions on how to use them. As with the other investigators, the AG agent immediately went to a medical center for a second pregnancy test which turned up negative.

Auctioning women’s safety: pro-choice artwork includes handcuffs sent by pro-life group

A strange art piece put out by abortion advocates attempts to mock the provable fact that the industry is full of seedy characters who often break the law.

Not to long ago, a pro-life group based in Chicago, Illinois sent handcuffs to abortion clinics across the nation.

The message the pro-life group was trying to convey was that illegal activities are going on inside abortion clinics and abortionists like Kermit Gosnell and the recent arrest of Oklahoma abortionist Nareshkumar Patel are not anomalies and could result in more clinic workers being arrested.

Eric Scheidler 8_351621778640770907_n

Pro-Life Action League’s executive director, Eric Scheidler, who sent the visual reminders, said that the package contained a pair of plastic handcuffs along with a handwritten note reading, “Could you be next?

“Abortionists have been charged with crimes ranging from tax fraud and dealing drugs to rape and even murder,” Scheidler noted on his website.

CaptureNow, a local pro-abortion artist has placed the handcuffs in a piece of “art” up for bid to support child killing.

According to Pamela JoAnn Willis’ facebook page she obtained the handcuffs Scheidler sent to a Huntsville abortion clinic owner :

PLAL Dont tread on me prolife prochoice abortion 648882190466017_n

She placed the “art” up for bid at $525.00 which she says will end July 4th (Independence Day). I guess the implication here is that the only way women are “independent” is if they can murder their babies.

pam-Willis wattersjpg-4c731fca2e8ca68f

Pamela JoAnn Willis is also known as Pamela Willis Watters is the co-director of Alabama Reproductive Rights Advocates.

According to The Guardian, for whom she wrote an abortion op-ed piece, her family roots have been in Alabama since it was a Cherokee Nation.

Waters sells her artwork here.

Willis also escorts women outside abortion clinics and bragged that she helped get a 71 year-old grandmother arrested.

The pro-life sidewalk counselor, Joyce Fecteau was found not guilty of harassment when she sprayed “holy water” in the direction of two pro-abortion rights supporters.

________________________________________________________

The abortion artist wrote this about the piece on her Facebook page:

100% of the funds will go to ARRA (Alabama Reproductive Rights Advocates)
I have donated the copyright to ARRA, as well, so there will be prints and other items available after July 4.
    So..the story behind this painting….
In Feb 2015 a group of anti-abortion zealots
(Pro-Life Action League) thought it was very clever to send every women’s clinic in the country a nasty note, photos and a pair of handcuffs, after a dispicable [sic] doctor was arrested in Oklahoma. I asked the Huntsville clinic owner if I could have the handcuffs for an art project that would benefit women. I will be sending a photo of the painting to the antis that sent them out.

Alabama Reproductive Rights Advocates had this to say:

Initially, we raised over $1,000 for the little “handcuff stunt”. So, PLAL is now indirectly funding abortion for women who need assistance through their dumb intimidation tactic(s). Not to be outdone, Ms. Willis finally completed her art piece using the pair of handcuffs that were sent to the clinic in Huntsville, Alabama. The title of this absolutely beautiful work of art is called “Don’t Tread on Me” and all proceeds from the sale of this painting will go directly to ARRA to help Alabama women.

While Willis and her cronies are having fun with Scheidler’s cuffs they are completely ignoring the danger women face from abortion, they are in essence auctioning women’s safety.

Case in point, when the Huntsville abortion clinic which Waters or Willis or whatever Pamela goes by was forced to close due to their inability to meet health and safety standards, all the abortion advocate said was that a new facility would be opening soon. Really? She just kept defending the low standard and dangerous center.

Pamela Willis Watters

And how about Willis’ or Watters’ silence when one of the abortion doctors who worked at the Huntsville abortion clinic was indicted.

5362712a3311c.image

Dr. Yashica Robinson-White was recently indicted by a federal grand jury for health care fraud totaling over $60,000 and for introducing misbranded drugs into interstate commerce.

According to media reports, the six-count indictment, which was filed in U.S. District Court, charged Robinson-White with committing health care fraud through the Alabama Women’s Wellness Center, her OB-GYN practice that provided birth control services to patients in east Alabama.

The indictment alleges that between November 2010 and April 2012, Robinson-White intentionally defrauded Alabama Medicaid by fraudulently billing the organization $60,300 for misbranded birth control devices known as intrauterine devices that came through a provider in Great Neck, N.Y. The indictment listed at least five Medicaid patients that had allegedly been administered the misbranded IUDs, which had not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration and were cheaper than legal IUDs.

But- forget the handcuffs, perhaps Willis or Watters could paint a picture of the unsterile conditions at the abortion clinic she has defended. She could then auction it to the highest bidder.

AL WOmens Center Statement of Deficiencies

LifeSite news reported that the abortion facility did not clean exam tables between abortions, dispensed expired medication, and failed to comply with state informed consent laws.

During an unscheduled inspection of the Alabama Women’s Center for Reproductive Alternatives on January 9, an official witnessed the staff not cleaning the “bottom portion” of the “procedure tables.”

According to their “Statement of Deficiencies,” an employee at the business verified that “patient exam tables were not cleaned between patients.” Blood pressure cuffs received similar treatment.

This blog reported that, state officials raised several red flags during an unannounced inspection of Alabama Women’s Center for Reproductive Alternatives, in Huntsville. According to a “Statement of Deficiencies” available on the agency’s website, the clinic at 612 Madison St. did not properly sterilize blood pressure cuffs and exam tables between patients, had an incorrect time stamp on its ultrasound machine and may have dispensed outdated Lidocaine, a local anesthetic, as well as Clonidine, a drug used to treat high blood pressure. A review of 20 patient records also found one instance where the clinic did not document whether a patient chose to view an ultrasound prior to having an abortion. Nurses from the state health department’s Bureau of Health Provider Standards completed the inspection Jan. 9. ( News Story Here )

While Ms. Willis and her abortion loving fans are busy raising funds- pro-lifers are exposing the seedy abortion industry.

Here are just a few examples;

FLORIDA ABORTION DOC SLAPS PATIENT AND IS ARRESTED:

whitney_booking_warrant_09-22-2010-240x300

In the fall of 2013, the State of Florida Board of Medicine issued a “slap on the wrist” to an abortion doctor who was arrested after he slapped one of his abortion patients. Yes, you read that correctly. This defender of “women’s rights” slapped a female abortion patient.

The incident occurred in 2010, when a woman identified only as “Amanda” went to the Orlando Woman’s Center abortion clinic to have her unborn child killed. Once she was on the table, abortionist Randall Whitney tried several times to find a vein in her arm to give her a shot of Valium. And even though he was not able to put the needle into a vein, he injected the drug anyway. The result was a severe burning sensation in the woman’s arm and she started to scream. At the same time, her arm began to turn blue; she got up off the table and told Whitney she wanted to leave. He told her to shut up because she was frightening his other customers. Then, as she tried to leave, he slapped her in the face.

A transcript of the police report reads:

I, officer Hughley was sitting inside the office when I heard a OWC [Orlando Woman’s Center] patient run out of one of the rooms screaming advising the doctor has slapped her. I followed the patient outside and she advised in a sworn written statement: she went into the exam room to get an abortion procedure and the doctor was trying to find a vein to give some Valium. She Amanda ______ advised the doctor had poked her three times trying to get the needle in the vein. She told him the needle was not in the vein and it started to burn. Amanda advised she started screaming. The doctor took the needle out and told her to shut up because she was scaring other patients. Amanda advised she got up and told the doctor she wanted to leave, so she stood up and the doctor slapped her on the left side of the face. Amanda advised that’s when she left. She also advised she did not give the doctor permission to slap her and wishes to press charges. Due to the needle or medicine Amanda’s fingers began to turn blue, so OFD (Orlando Fire Department) was notified. When I (officer Hughley) went back inside the building, the doctor (Dr. Whitney) was sitting in the front office and he advised he did slap Amanda because she was being very uncooperative and he was trying to calm her down. Assistant Sonia Merced was inside the room with Dr. Whitney, but refuse to say what happened, nor did she want to write a statement. Dr Whitney refused to write a statement also. Amanda’s face was red on the left side of the face. Whitney was arrested and transported to central booking for aggravated battery.

rwhitney_arrest_citation

Eventually, the police were called and Whitney was arrested and charged with aggravated battery. But in 2012, authorities reduced the charge from a felony to a misdemeanor and a few weeks ago, he was reprimanded and given what amounts to a slap on the wrist.

Whitney is still performing abortions in Florida on unsuspecting women.

ABORTIONIST ARRESTED FOR ILLEGALLY BILLING MEDICAID

In 2012, Decatur, Ga. abortion doctor Andre Damian Williams was arrested on a charge that he illegally billed the government’s Medicaid program to perform elective abortion services.

Andre D Williams

The indictment against Dr. Williams, owner of DeKalb Gynecology Associates and Legacy Obstetrics, claims he charged the government for abortion-related services including ultrasounds, evaluations, pregnancy tests and urinalysis from January 2009 through September 2011. Authorities allege that Williams accepted a total of $205,003.00 in Medicaid funds for services not rendered and for services associated with the performance of elective abortions. ABORTION DOC ABDUCTS AND SEXUAL ASSAULTS CHILD

Ronald_Tauber

Florida abortion doctor Ronald Tauber went to prison for abducting and sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl. He got her in his car by asking for directions. He made her touch him. He touched her. There was penetration.

I’m literally just wasting away here. It’s terrible. It’s really terrible,” said the 38-year-old osteopath who opened Orlando’s first birthing center and abortion clinic in 1978.

According to news reports, Tauber was arrested for another incident involving a 12 year old girl. It happened five weeks after the first case when Tauber was out on bail. Tauber was in his car again and stopped a girl who was riding a bicycle. He asked directions. Then he asked if she wanted to make ”a buck or two,” the girl told police. Tauber grabbed her. She broke free and ran. She described him and his car.

Tauber was charged with indecent exposure, attempted kidnapping and first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The charges later were reduced to indecent exposure and dismissed.

Tauber was also involved in the abortion manslaughter death of 34 year old Gloria Small, who bled to death after her uterus was perforated. An autopsy showed that Small died of blood loss. Tauber had perforated her uterus during the abortion at his clinic. He stopped the bleeding by packing the cavity with gauze. He monitored Small’s condition and kept her overnight. The next day he pulled out the gauze. Blood poured out. An ambulance was called and Small was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center. She died three hours later after an emergency hysterectomy. After Small died in March 1978, the state Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners suspended Tauber’s license for two years.

Tauber opened Florida’s first abortion clinic in 1978. In testimony for the sexual assault, the abortion doctor admitted to fantasizing about hundreds of girls.

ABORTIONIST HAD CHILD PORN TAPES:

Milan D Chepko

The Mississippi Board of Medical Licensure revoked the license of abortionist, Milan D. Chepko in 1991. Chepko, who performed abortions at the New Women Medical Center in Jackson, MS. was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury involving interstate transportation of a VHS cassette showing minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The tape contained scenes with children as young as four years old in sexual conduct with adult males and females. One incident allegedly involved children and adults engaged in sodomy.

Former Planned Parenthood doc convicted POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

In April of 2008, GEORGE ELLIOTT KABACY, M.D., 69, of Lacey, Washington, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Tacoma to 78 months (6.5 years) in prison, ten years of supervised release, and a $10,000 fine for Possession of Child Pornography. KABACY, a gynecologist in Olympia, who had practiced at Planned Parenthood in the 1990’s, was placed under arrest in December 2006. KABACY will be required to register as a sex offender when he is released from prison, according to a Department of Justice press release.

KABACY pleaded guilty in November 2007, admitting in his plea agreement that he knowingly possessed more than 8,000 images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. KABACY first came to the attention of the FBI after the arrest of an Atlanta, Georgia man who indicated he had communicated with KABACY. In fact the man alleged that KABACY had sent him a computer in exchange for the man’s promise that he would send KABACY pornographic pictures of his grandchildren. The Atlanta man claimed he had never sent those pictures.

Patel Arrested 2014 w300-c804bc4d13bc66b614312060e1ae07c1

A copy of the probable cause affidavit against Patel has revealed what the sting uncovered.

According to the document, in June of last year, a medical licensure investigator called Patel’s Oklahoma City abortion clinic, Outpatient Services for Women to schedule an abortion and was told it would cost $620.00.

As a result of the undercover stings, in early December, Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt charged Dr. Naresh G. Patel with three counts of obtaining money under false pretense after improperly prescribing abortion-inducing drugs to patients he said were pregnant, but were not.

Patel was later placed under arrest and is currently not practicing medicine , pending an investigation by the state’s medical board.

A court date is pending but has not been set in the abortion doctor’s fraud case.
