Planned Parenthood should be defunded. Despite all its scandals over the years, the pro-abortion mainstream media has largely kept the evidence of this from taxpayers. Perhaps it’s because the media approves of Planned Parenthood’s agenda, and the agenda of the politicians who defend the organization.

The media manipulates the American public by refusing to tell the truth about Planned Parenthood’s abuses, a fact Live Action News previously documented. Instead, the media repeats Planned Parenthood’s PR-approved talking points while failing to report important investigations exposing Planned Parenthood’s lies and deceptions.

Here are some facts about Planned Parenthood that mainstream media has failed to report:

Fact #1: Planned Parenthood is a private corporation whose political action committee contributes heavily to the same politicians sending them millions of dollars each year — over half a billion annually. PP is a master manipulator and marketer politically and this drives the dollars politicians send them. Planned Parenthood’s CEO, Cecile Richards, was not hired for her health care “experience” but for her political savvy, as Live Action News’ Rebecca Downs has explained:

Planned Parenthood may claim to be a health organization, but Richards herself has no health experience — her background is in politics, a background which even the Planned Parenthood website emphasizes. In addition to running Planned Parenthood, she also runs Planned Parenthood Action Fund, which is — you guessed it — a political organization. After Richards spoke before Congress in September 2015, the Oversight Committee expressed concerns that there was an overlap in where Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer money was going. Are Planned Parenthood and Planned Parenthood Action Fund really so different?

Fact #2: Planned Parenthood masquerades as a health care provider. This scheme to reinvent themselves was developed years ago, as Live Action News has detailed here, to mask the fact that they are the largest chain of abortion facilities in the United States.

Fact #3: There are thousands of federally qualified health centers which provide far superior health care to Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood has lost more than half a million patients (600,000) since 2011. Yet, taxpayer-funded health centers, as identified by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), increased patients by over 2 million by 2015, providing care to 24,295,946.

Fact #4: Planned Parenthood services are on the decline despite major increases in government funding. Except, of course, when it comes to abortion, where Planned Parenthood garners nearly 35 percent of the market share.

  • MAMMOGRAMS: Planned Parenthood performed zero, because Planned Parenthood facilities do not have mammogram machines. Yet, in 2015, federal health centers performed mammograms on over 521,000 patient,  an increase from 470,000 in 2014.
  • BREAST EXAMS dropped 12 percent in 2015 at Planned Parenthood, and between 2004 and 2015, breast exams at Planned Parenthood declined by more than 65 percent.
  • PAP TESTS: Planned Parenthood’s 2015 report reveals that Pap tests declined 75 percent from 2004. Yet, in 2015, federal health centers administered over 1.8 million Pap tests to patients — an increase from 1.7 million in 2014.
  • CANCER SCREENINGS declined at Planned Parenthood from last year’s figures, and, between 2004 and 2015, cancer screenings there plummeted 69 percent.
  • PRENATAL CARE: Planned Parenthood is deceptive about providing prenatal care, which was nearly cut in half in 2015. Since 2010, prenatal care at Planned Parenthood has decreased nearly 70 percent. Yet, in 2015, federal health centers cared for a total of 552,000 prenatal patients — an increase from 528,000 prenatal patients in 2014.

Fact #5: Planned Parenthood claims defunding their organization will hurt poor women yet Planned Parenthood’s own officials rake in hefty six digit salaries, getting regular raises. An analysis of CEO compensation at Planned Parenthood by STOPP revealed that the top 68 people at Planned Parenthood take home $18.1 million combined.

Fact #6: Planned Parenthood has been netting a profit for many years, exceeding its expenses — not just by a few dollars, but by tens of millions of dollars (yearly surpluses range from $12.2 million in 2001 to a high of $155.5 million in 2010).

Fact #7: Women can die after receiving Planned Parenthood’s “services.” Cree Erwin-Sheppard recently died after her abortion at a Michigan Planned Parenthood. Tonya Reaves was left bleeding inside Planned Parenthood’s Chicago facility for hours. She died later at a hospital.

Abortion deaths and injuries at Planned Parenthood (image by Operation Rescue)

Fact #8: Emergencies at Planned Parenthood are on the rise. The pro-life watchdog group Operation Rescue (OR) has documented that a number of Planned Parenthood centers have had to call for emergency transports of patients. OR reports that “since January 1, 2016, Operation Rescue has documented 40 such incidents at Planned Parenthood abortion centers alone.”

Fact #9: Undercover footage from the Center for Medical Progress caught Planned Parenthood haggling over prices for aborted baby parts. Planned Parenthood’s CEO admitted they still participate in fetal harvesting, saying at the time, “Planned Parenthood is proud of its limited role in supporting fetal tissue research.”

The House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives‘ final report into the fetal parts industry found several disturbing issues with Planned Parenthood. Live Action News contributor Susan Michelle-Hanson reviewed the 471-page report and noted that Planned Parenthood “committed systematic violations of the HIPAA Privacy Rule from about 2010 to 2015, and that “violations occurred when the abortion clinics disclosed patients’ individually identifiable health information to StemExpress to facilitate the [tissue procurement business]’s efforts to procure human fetal tissue for resale.”

Fact #10: Planned Parenthood has violated the trust of patients by violating patient privacy, as stated above. In addition, an analysis by Live Action News found many other instances of privacy leaks by the government funded abortion business.

Fact #11: Planned Parenthood has been cited for overbilling abuses and has been accused of Medicaid fraud.

2017 report, conducted by the Charlotte Lozier Institute and Alliance Defending Freedom, looked at publicly available audits and discovered several egregious examples of fraud and abuse associated with Planned Parenthood.

Among other abuses, the study found:

  • Planned Parenthood affiliates have been identified as the source of at least $12.8 million in waste, abuse, and potentially fraudulent overbilling and penalties.
  • One audit uncovered $5.2 million in overbilling by two California Planned Parenthood affiliates; the average overbilled amount per audited year in a single audit was $94,409.
  • Three federal audits specifically identify Planned Parenthood – and only Planned Parenthood– as the problem in state family planning program overbilling.

Fact #12: Planned Parenthood has been caught failing to report child sexual abuse (a violation that alone should result in the organization losing millions of taxpayer dollars granted to it under the federal Title X Family Planning Program). Reports also found that victims of sex trafficking are sometimes taken to Planned Parenthood centers for forced abortions by their pimps.

So, when it comes to health care for women, Planned Parenthood is far from the worthy organization it claims to be. The bottom line is that American taxpayer should not be obligated or forced to hand millions of dollars to an abortion corporation with fraud and serious abuses on their record.

How Planned Parenthood uses taxpayer dollars and Title X for abortion

Tax dollars are being sent to locations that house Planned Parenthood abortion facilities under the federal family planning program known as Title X. Under the guise of simply providing health care, Planned Parenthood uses Title X funds — citizens’ tax dollars — to fund staff and facilities where abortions are also committed. Doing clinical breast exams, Pap smears, and STD testing in the same building where abortions take place enable Planned Parenthood to maximize its use of government funding to also cover its abortion expenses, thus forcing taxpayers to fund the abortion chain’s violent and ill-supported activities.

A 2011 report published in the pro-abortion journal “Contraception” noted that:

  • Title X helps to support staff salaries, not just for clinicians but for front-desk staff, educators and finance and administrative staff.
  • Title X provides for individual patient education as well as community-level outreach and public education about family planning and women’s health issues.
  • Title X also helps to support the infrastructure necessary to keep the doors open — subsidizing rent, utilities and infrastructure needs like health information technology.

A document published by the Congressional Research Service (CRS) reveals that recipients of Title X dollars can, in fact be abortion facilities, despite the claim that the abortions are “separate”:

In 2015, the Guttmacher Institute surveyed a nationally representative sample of publicly funded family planning clinics. Respondents included 535 clinics that received Title X funds. Based on that survey, an estimated 10% of clinics that received any Title X funding reported offering abortions separately from their Title X project.

In 2004, following appropriations conference report directions, HHS surveyed its Title X grantees on whether their clinic sites also provided abortions with nonfederal funds. Grantees were informed that responses were voluntary and “without consequence, or threat of consequence, to non-responsiveness.” The survey did not request any identifying information. HHS mailed surveys to 86 grantees and received 46 responses. Of these, 9 indicated that at least one of their clinic sites (17 clinic sites in all) also provided abortions with nonfederal funds…

In fact, Title X requirements clearly show that abortion facilities can be recipients of Title X funds, under the requirements:

Certain kinds of shared facilities are permissible, so long as it is possible to distinguish between the Title X supported activities and non-Title X abortion-related activities:

(a) A common waiting room is permissible, as long as the costs properly pro-rated;

An analysis of the June 2017 Title X Family Planning Directory of Grantees reveals that government dollars are being sent to Planned Parenthood administration offices and affiliate headquarters, some of which are located ironically at the same addresses as abortion facilities.

The list of grantees under Title X shows that eleven Planned Parenthood affiliates receive direct funding:

1). Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, Inc., identified in the directory as located at 345 Whitney Ave., New Haven, CT 06511. A closer look at that location shows both an abortion facility and the Connecticut Administrative Office, which also advertises abortions online.

6). Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota’s administrative headquarters, which advertises abortions online is shown in the directory at the same location — 671 Vandalia St., St. Paul, MN 55114 — as a facility which commits abortions.

7). Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio’s administrative headquarters is listed in the directory at 206 E. State St., Columbus, OH 43215. The same address advertises online that it also stands ready to commit abortions.

8). Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Inc., listed in the directory at 302 Jackson St. N, Milwaukee, WI 53202, contains an abortion facility which advertises abortion as the only “service” they provide. And, the Administrative Offices and Headquarters also located at that address advertises abortions on its website.

9). Planned Parenthood South Atlantic Headquarters — 100 South Boylan Ave., Raleigh, NC 27603 — contains a facility that advertises both abortion referrals and the affiliate’s headquarters, which also advertises that it offers abortions.

10). Planned Parenthood of the Columbia/Willamette is listed in the directory at 3727 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. NE, Portland, OR 97221. This address is also the location of an abortion facility as well as the affiliate’s headquarters, which advertises abortions.

Title X dollars originally sent to the states or to other grantees — instead of directly to Planned Parenthood affiliates — are funding additional Planned Parenthood locations that commit abortions. Live Action’s Abortion Corporation investigative series documents this reality further. Live Action investigators called several Planned Parenthood facilities that perform abortions and also receive Title X funds through state programs.

A sample of those calls is summarized below:

  • The Corning, NY, Planned Parenthood (listed as a Title X-funded facility in the state’s 2016 directory) told Live Action’s investigator that the only option they offer pregnant women is abortion: “We tell you you’re pregnant, and then we offer at Planned Parenthood to do the abortions.”
  • The Brooklyn Park, MN, center made it clear to Live Action’s investigator that it offers only “pregnancy tests and then abortion care,” despite being listed in the state’s directory of Title X-funded centers.
  • The Title X-funded Planned Parenthood facility in St. Paul, MN, states on their website that it has “trained staff to discuss your options with you if you are pregnant.” But when a Live Action investigator asked what kind of services are offered there for pregnant women “who want to continue with the pregnancy,” the Planned Parenthood staffer responded that, for those women, “we don’t offer services.”
  • Planned Parenthood’s Eugene-Springfield, OR, center told a Live Action investigator, “We do abortions here…” This Planned Parenthood facility is also a Title X-funded center, according to a 2017 state directory published online.

Sending tax dollars to abortion facilities like Planned Parenthood — and thus funding abortion through the back door — has many Americans demanding that Congress step in to defund Planned Parenthood. But, there are additional concerns with Planned Parenthood receiving these funds. As Live Action News has reported, Planned Parenthood’s ongoing history in failing to report suspected child abuse should be reason enough to pull Title X funds immediately. A detailed explanation can be found here.

Every year, Planned Parenthood receives over half a billion dollars in government funding. Each day that tax dollars continue to flow to the abortion corporation, Planned Parenthood receives $1.5 million of our hard-earned money and violently ends the lives of 900 precious preborn children. As state and federal lawmakers consider funding Planned Parenthood, they should keep in mind that programs like Title X allow tax dollars to directly assist in keeping Planned Parenthood’s abortion facilities open and staffed.

It’s time to stop helping Planned Parenthood commit abortions with our own money.

Congressman to HHS Secretary on Planned Parenthood funding: unconscionable what are we going to do about this?

Posted in HHS, Planned Parenthood HHS, Title X with tags , , , , , , , , , , on July 28, 2015 by saynsumthn

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) secretary, Sylvia Mathews Burwell, was recently grilled by lawmakers on her department’s funding of millions of federal dollars to Planned Parenthood following videos exposing their baby parts operation.

HHS Secretary Burwell

In the hearing on “Reviewing the Policies and Priorities of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services” conducted this week on ObamaCare, the HHS secretary denied that she could do anything to defund the abortion business.

Planned Parenthood has come under fire after three videos were released by the Center for Medical Progress showing the callous way the abortion giant haggles over prices of baby body parts from children they abort, possibly using an illegal procedure, once defended by Hillary Clinton, called Partial Birth Abortion.

You can watch the videos on this blog here, here, and here.

In the Congressional hearing, Secretary Burwell was specifically questioned by two Congressmen who said that they are receiving numerous calls concerned about this issue.

A transcript of the exchange is below:

Congressman Steve Russell: “Given that HHS Provides significant TitleX funding to Planned Parenthood, do you believe personally that the harvesting of infant body parts to be moral.”

Russell Planned Parenthood Title X Planned Parenthood

Burwell: “So, as I said, this is an issue that has, an important issue that has strong passions and strong beliefs abut the important of the research and other beliefs. And what I think is important is that our HHS funding is focused on the issues of preventative care for women. Things like mammograms and cancer prevention screenings. With regard to our relationship there. With regard to the other issues the Attorney General I think right now is under review to make determinations as to what is the appropriate next step.”

She is then grilled again by U.S. Rep. Rick Allen.

Rep Rick Allen HHS Burwell Planned Parenthood 2

U.S. Rep. Rick Allen: “What I want to zero in on is this Planned Parenthood thing. And, I would like some commitment from you here today, on when your department will conduct an investigation on this very very serious matter. Not only is it unconscionable but they’re breaking the law. And it’s a big issue with the people of this country. I mean it’s what I hear about every day. What are we going to do about this? Can you tell me when we’re going to do something about that? ”

Burwell HHS Planned Parenthood

Burwell “With regard to the Planned Parenthood issue, um as I said this is an important issue one that there is passion and emotion and belief on many sides of the issue and I want to respect that. With regard to our funding, I think you know, we do not fund abortions at the Federal Government – except- that the Hyde exception has been in place for many years.

“Our funding for Planned Parenthood is in another issue. With regard to the issue you raised, which is a question of whether it’s a legal issue and there are laws, and they’re are statutes that guide the use of fetal tissue that are in place and should be enforced.

“With regard to investigating or looking into those issues, I said because it is a statutory/legal issue the Department of Justice and the Attorney General has said she has taken those issues under review and will determine what the appropriate next step is.”

U.S. Rep. Rick Allen: “And that would include your investigation, I mean it should be like all hands on deck on this thing?”

BurwellWith regard to the question of a legal matter and I defer to our colleagues at the Justice Department, we will support them in anything they need or want from us and we always do that, but with regard to making those decisions, the question of an investigation of a legal matter…”

U.S. Rep. Rick Allen: Interrupted: “So you don’t have personnel that can look into this?”

“With regard to what we do have at the Department of HHS is this is not an issue in terms of us funding this specific issue. When we do have issues…”

Burwell “You deal with Medicare fraud…”

He is then stopped because his time for questions had expired.

OAH HHS Planned Parenthood

Life Dynamics has documented that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has recently granted $18.75 million in federal money to Planned Parenthood from the Office of Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) under HHS.

Read that here.

In addition to those federal dollars, Life Dynamics has also reported that an additional 5.6 million dollars in federal money was allocated to various Planned Parenthood affiliates under a teen prevention program run by HHS.

Read that here.

Child Pred Logo

Burwell claims that the HHS fudning is for the prevention of pregnancy, but Life Dynamics president Mark Crutcher has told OneNewsNow that Planned Parenthood is not interested in reducing the number of teen pregnancies rather they only want to reduce the number of teens that actually have their babies.

What you have to understand is that Planned Parenthood’s interest is not in reducing the number of teenage girls that get pregnant,” Crutcher alleges.

It’s in reducing the number of teenage girls that have babies, and those are two totally different things which they often try to sell as the same thing.”

Crutcher and his team recently documented again how Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry cover child rape.

The latest report, entitled, “The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse” gives horrific criminal case summaries of pedophiles who used abortion to cover their crimes. When sexual rapists take their young victims to an abortion facility or Planned Parenthood center they know that the chances they will be reported to authorities are slim.

The report also shows how the failure of abortion and Planned Parenthood clinics to comply with mandatory reporting laws is harming these minors who are often returned into the arms of their abusers after the abortion.

Planned Parenthood, TitleX, eugenics, racism and Richard Nixon

Posted in Bush, Bush Family, Planned Parenthood Republicans, Richard Nixon, Title X with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on June 16, 2015 by saynsumthn

Planned Parenthood recently sent out a tweet that reads, “#TitleX, the nation’s 46-year old family planning program was created by Republican Pres. Nixon. It’s not controversial, it’s common sense.

PP Tweets Title X Richard Nixon

They appear to be upset because House GOP lawmakers have prioritized the elimination of all Title X funding, i.e. tax funded “family planning,” because they believe that limiting births saves the US taxpayer millions of dollars.

PP TitleX Saves Taxpayers

But, this blog post is not about the specifics of Title X or if it saves taxpayers with it’s eugenics ideas. It is about the things Planned Parenthood’s hero for family planning, Richard Nixon, believed in.

Just what was Nixon’s views on abortion and family planning?

Nixon was enthusiastic about a federal family planning initiative for low-income women that he declared it a “national goal” in 1969 before signing Title X into law.

It is my view that no American woman should be denied access to family planning assistance because of her economic condition. I believe, therefore that we should establish as a national goal the provision of adequate family planning services within the next five years to all those who want them but cannot afford them. This we have the capacity to do.
~
President Richard Nixon, 1969

george-h-w-bushGeorge Bush Senior created the National Center for Population and Family Planning in the Department of Health Education and Welfare also know as HEW. “Population Control and Family Planning is to important to giggle about now“, said Bush Sr. in 1969. Bush Sr’s interest in family planning started with his activity with Planned Parenthood in Houston.

Bush once stated:

“We need to make population and
    family planning household words.
We need to take sensationalism out
of this topic so that it can no longer
be used by militants who have no
    real knowledge of the voluntary
nature of the program but, rather
are using it as a political
    steppingstone. If family planning is
anything, it is a public health matte
    r

.”
~ Congressman George H.W. Bush, 1969

Planned Parenthood fundraising letter of January 8, 1947, lists George H Bush’s father, Prescott S. Bush as treasurer of Margaret Sanger’s first national fundraising drive. In 1950, during Prescott’s first race for the U.S. Senate, the syndicated columnist Drew Pearson accused Bush of being a member of Planned Parenthood. Bush lost and accused Pearson of spreading the lie that cost him elected office. This fund-raising letter proved Pearson right.

PrescottBushSanger

Like his father, Prescott, George H. W. Bush became a vocal advocate for Planned Parenthood’s agenda while he served as a U. S. Congressman from Texas. He wrote a constituent in 1970: “I introduced legislation earlier this year which would provide federal funds for research in family planning devices and increased services to people who need them but cannot afford them. We must help our young people become aware of the fact that families can be planned and that there are benefits economically and socially to be derived from small families.” (George Bush to Mrs. Jim Hunter, Jr., Oct. 23, 1970 [Virginia B. Whitehill Papers, DeGolyer Library, Southern Methodist University].)

Nixon stressed that under “no circumstances” would birth control activities be allowed to “infringe upon the religious or personal wishes and freedom of any individual.

Nixon Birth COntrol Religious Title X Nixon Birth COntrol Religious Title X Guttmacher

Yet today, Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and specifically the “birth control” mandate put in place by President Obama with the support of Planned Parenthood we are witnessing just that religious infringement.

Nixon then recommended a “Commission on Population Growth and the American Future“.

The bill authorizing this new initiative had been passed with overwhelming support from Congressional Democrats and was chaired by John Rockefeller. The Executive Director of the project was to be Dr. Charles F. Westoff who was also a member of both the American Eugenics Society and Planned Parenthood’s National Advisory Council.

According to the documentary film Maafa21, Nixon would label birth control a national priority and sign legislation to make it available as a service of the U.S. government.

Then in March of 1972, the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future which Nixon had created three years earlier began calling for the nationwide legalization of abortion.

This Commission and move was headed by John D. Rockefeller and applauded by former Planned Parenthood vice president Fredrick Jaffe.

In 1968, Jaffe founded the PPFA Center for Family Planning Program Development, which later became the Guttmacher Institute, Planned Parenthood’s research arm. Alan F. Guttmacher, for whom the institute is named, was the president of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and a leader in the International Planned Parenthood Federation in the 1960s and early 1970s. At the time this memo was created, there was talk of poisoning water supplies with birth control chemicals without the consent or knowledge of consumers – to the point that upon resistance, “involuntary control must be imposed.” ( Read Jaffe’s Memo advocating this here)

It was also led by Charles Westoff a member of Planned Parenthood World Population’s board as well as a member of the American Eugenics Society.

Jesse Jackson

In 1971, during public hearings of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future, the Rev.Jesse Jackson warned that, “Birth Control as a National policy will simply marshal sophisticated methods to remove ( and control when not remove) the weak, the poor – quite likely the black and other minorities whose relative increase in population threatens the white caste in this nation. Contraceptives, will become a form of drug warfare against the helpless in this nation. Those who we could not get rid of in the rice paddies of Viet-Nam we now propose to exterminate, if necessary, eliminate if possible, in the OB wards and gynecology clinics of our urban hospitals. The direct extension of the old “man-in-the-house” rule against public aid recipients can be detected in the drive for birth control…” ( Source: Statements at public hearings of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future as quoted in: Genocide? NIXON’S RACIST ABORTION STATEMENTS:

Previously released Nixon tapes show Nixon wanted abortion for Racist reasons ( From the documentary on Black Genocide: Maafa21.

Although the quality of the recordings are poor, Nixon and an aide held a conversation recorded on January 23, 1973, discussing that day’s Supreme Court’s decisions in Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton.

Nixon: “You know what we are talking about – Population Control?”

Unidentified Staff: “Sure

Nixon: “We’re talking really – and what John Rockefeller really realizes – look, the people in what we call the “our class” control their populations. Sometimes they’ll have a family of six, or seven, or eight, or nine, but it’s an exception.”

Unidentified Staff: Sure

Nixon: “People who don’t control their families are people in- the people who shouldn’t have kids.”

The aide interrupts, “or for rape,” to which Nixon quickly responds, “or rape.”

Blacks Recognized the racism of family planning and abortion early on and it threatened Republican Richard Nixon:

Even though Black reporter, Samuel Yette was also one of the first and very distinguished Black journalists to work for Newsweek, after he published his book, The Choice” which exposed high level attempts of Black Genocide through birth control , abortion, and additional means , he was fired by Newsweek. Yette claims his superiors told him that the “Nixon Whitehouse” wanted him out of Washington.

Vodpod videos no longer available.

more about "Samuel Yette:My Book, “The Choice”", posted with vodpod

In One chapter on Birth Control

Yette exposes President Nixon’s White House Conference on Food and Nutrition of December 2-4, 1969. In Mr. Yette’s words it, “was worse than a farce.” President Nixon opened the conference with 3 recommendations designed to reduce the number of hungry people! He suggested no measures for the relief of hunger in America.

1. He wanted everyone to have a guaranteed minimum income of $1,600 a year. (This is less than welfare was paying at that time.)
2. A supposed expansion of the food stamp program that would be tied into and compliment the welfare reform package in #1. (His plan would have actually reduced the amount of food stamps. Less money + less food =more hunger.)
3. Provide family planning services to at minimum 5 million women in low-income families.

This last proposal was part of a plan formulated by Dr. Charles Lowe of the National Institute of Health. The plan recommended Congress pass a law that:

1. Made birth control information and devices available to any and all girls over the age of 13 with or without parental consent.
2. Allowed mandatory abortions for unmarried girls within the 1st three months of pregnancy.
3. Mandatory sterilization for any unmarried girl giving birth out of wedlock for the 2nd time.

In that book, Yette describes how civil rights activist, Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer was at that Conference on hunger. When she heard about the birth control proposals she grabbed about a dozen young black men, walked into the room, and demanded to be heard. She spoke about ten minutes on the evil results of this plan and the conference dropped it from consideration.

THE COVER BLOWN:

According to Samuel Yette, Black Civil Right Advocate Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamerhad a passion for her people and her interest and understanding of how powerful the political process was in America led her and others to create the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party to challenge the Credential Committee in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 1964 to be seated rather than the regular Democrats who they exclaimed were “illegally elected” based on discriminatory practices against blacks statewide. “We Will Not Accept The Compromise”, stated Mrs. Hamer.

Below are exerts of an eye opening incident Ms. Hamer experienced in the realm of Black Genocide written by journalist Samuel Yette :

Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer was Tough Fighter The Afro American – Apr 2, 1977 By Samuel Yette

” It is still a society in which an injured man must show his ability to pay before getting hospital services, but his daughter or wife can be aborted or fed birth control pills, at public expense…For these and other reasons the recent death of Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer …was noted here and across the nation not only with personal sadness, but also with stern political reflection.

When the charades of Richard Nixon included a White House Conference on hunger in 1969, Mrs. Hamer was among the hundreds of authentic grass-roots persons brought here to confir with the highly paid experts.

But the conference (whose name was changed from a conference on hunger to a conference on “Food and Nutrition”) was in reality, one great fraud against the poor.

Instead of seeking ways to feed the hungry, the back stage plan was to get the poor unwittingly to endorse a plan to eliminate from the society those who were hungry.

For example, a panel of medical experts pretended to be studying was to insure proper nourishment for babies and pregnant women. Instead it adopted-in the name of the poor at the conference- a resolution providing for:

– Birth Control devices for young girls, free, and with or without parental approval;

– Required abortions of unmarried girls discovered during the first three months of pregnancy; and

– Forced sterilization of any such girl giving birth out of wedlock a second time.

Only one black person-a nurse-was a member of that panel.

Yette continues, In my reportorial role, I found Mrs. Hamer for a reaction to the newly passed resolution.

She responded with shock and outrage at the deception, “I didn’t come to talk about birth control, ” she protested, ” I came here to get some food to feed poor, hungry people, Where are they carrying on that kind of talk?”

Hearing the location of the panel, she gamely pulled herself up on a cane, and made her way to the panel’s meeting room. Along the way she beckoned several black men, who followed seriously intent on doing her will.

She went straight to the front of the room and demanded to be heard.

With the power and conviction of personal tragedy, she told how she, herself, had once been sterilized under the guise of an unrelated surgical procedure. She told how such tools as their resolution in the hands of racist medical personnel would mean tragedy for the black and poor.

Finally, with several large black men at her side, Mrs. Hamer demanded that the resolution be reconsidered. It was, and voted down. But she could not stand and watch forever.

Though she saw the deception and illuminated the society’s most immoral contradictions , she, like the hope and moral vigor of he 1960’s ran out…

The author of the tribute above, Mr. Samuel Yette also suffered persecution for exposing the sinister plot to exterminate blacks with population control methods.

Samuel Yette’s stand is documented in a powerful documentary called Maafa21. this film is carrying on the message Mr. Yette began- that there are Elite efforts to exterminate the Black race in America. Below is the trailer for Maafa21, order the full 2.5 hour DVD here.

After watching Maafa21 and learning just how racist Planned Parenthood is you will see why they would say that what Richard Nixon stood for is NOT controversial.
