Nat'l Day of Action

Pro-aborts across Texas and other states are organizing to hold rallies in several places on July 15:

Nat Day of Actiion Texas

The event began with this FB page post

The nation stands at the edge of a historic reversal. Hard won gains of the women’s rights movement of the 1960s and 1970s are about to be turned back with devastating results for women across the country. Abortion, already a barely accessible right for most women, is now being made extinct as conservative politicians attempt to press their advantage in certain states in an opportunistic fashion.

But the problem we face is deeper. In Texas, the legislature has used every legal (and some illegal) trick in the book to make sure that the pro-choice majority is not heard. The current legislation under consideration represents some of the most draconian limits on abortion rights ever. And instead of allowing normal democratic procedures to resolve the issue, the legislature has relied on a rigged process to force the bill through. A few examples are worth mention: every procedural objection that was made to Wendy Davis’s historic filibuster; the refusal to hold state-wide hearings to allow affected communities to testify about the consequences of the legislation; the intentional misreporting of how many people testified in opposition to the legislation; the years of gerrymandering which make it nearly impossible for the legislature to reflect the real wishes of the population; the organizing of “special sessions” to push through legislation.

The current legislation is too important to allow these deficits in the democratic process to go unchallenged. The bills in Texas would close down the overwhelming majority of clinics which provide abortions and thereby eliminate all of the ancillary services those clinics also provide –STD testing, family planning, health care. That some of these clinics are also the only places where low-income, people of color, and LGBTQ individuals are able to get health services means that this legislation will disproportionately impact the most vulnerable members of society.

We believe that the legislative process is stacked against those of us who believe that abortion rights are a necessary part of a woman’s ability to control her own body and make decisions about her own health. As a result, it now becomes necessary to take action outside of the legislative process. We firmly believe that if we were to stand up and be counted, the prochoice forces in this country will outnumber the forces of reaction. It is in this vein that we call on all people who believe in a woman’s right to choose to stand up and be counted.

We propose that marches and rallies be organized in every city in Texas on July 15 to show just how deep the pro-choice sentiment actually runs. In Austin, we will be rallying at 8 pm at the Texas Capitol. But as these attacks against choice are not limited to Texas, we invite all those who stand for choice to join us in a national day of solidarity on July 15. We believe it is possible to win back our rights, but only if we take a stand in the way that people have been standing for their rights in Brazil, Egypt, and Greece: by understanding that popular protest has the ability to change what a narrow minority of people impose under the fiction of legality.

Socialized Medicine run Hospital under fire after Pregnant woman’s baby dies

Posted in Socialism with tags , , , , , , on May 23, 2013 by saynsumthn

TWO investigations have been launched into claims a pregnant woman’s baby died after she was repeatedly turned away from a central Queensland hospital.

Emma Green’s baby Waylan died on Monday, a week after she first went into labour, the baby’s grandmother Jane says.

Jane Green claims Rockhampton Hospital staff turned her daughter away at least three times over the past week, saying they were too busy to see her.

Staff allegedly confirmed baby Waylan had died in Ms Green’s womb on Monday, but her mother claims they wouldn’t admit her because there weren’t enough beds.

“They just told her to go away, no one even checked her, a nurse, doctor, nothing,” Jane Green told the Seven Network.

“They were told to go away because they (the hospital staff) were busy.

“This sort of shit in public hospitals needs to stop. Someone needs to fix it.”

Read “the Naked Communist” as pdf here

Below is a video series that a YouTube Blogger put together about the book: The Naked Communist.

Former KGB agent Explains Ideological Subversion and brain washing warns America “No place for future dissenters in America”.
Yuri Bezmenov is a former KGB agent and an expert on ideological subversion. He discusses the slow process of demoralization that transformed America from a conservative and mostly homogeneous country into a socially-marxist and egalitarian one.

Interview conducted by Edward Griffin in 1985.

” You cannot change their mind – even if you expose them to authentic information”

“No place for future dissenters in America…In Future these people will be simply squashed – like roaches.”

“Exposure to true information does not matter anymore…Even if I take him by force and show him a concentration camp- he will refuse to believe it, until he is going to receive a kick in his fat bottom.”

The first phase is demoralization. It takes between 15 and 20 years to demoralize a nation. Why so long? Because this is the minimum number of years required to educate a generation of students in the target country, and to expose the opposing ideology. In other words, the Marxist-Leninist ideology is being injected into the malleable minds of at least 3 generations of young Americans, without resistance, without being cons-balanced by the basic values of America or American patriotism.

The main activity of the department was to compile huge amounts of information on individuals who were then being used to influence public opinion. Publishers, writers, journalists, actors, educators, professors of political science, MPs, businessmen … Most of these people were divided into two groups: those who supported the policy of the Soviet regime were promoted to positions of power. through the manipulation of public opinion and media. Those who refused the influence of communism in their country, their reputation was ruined. Or they were executed. Physically. Revolution forces.

Yuri Bezmenov: the useful idiots of socialism

Presented for the first subtitled in French, this interview, although dating from 1985, is a rare news. Yuri Bezmenov, ex-KGB agent spent in the West in the 1970 recounts in detail the techniques of destabilization and manipulation of public opinion.

This interview can understand why, in 2007, we still contend with a left lunar why so many teachers continue to undermine formatted generations of schoolchildren and students and why the fight against Marxist socialism, despite all the evidence its harmfulness, is always on the agenda.

Yuri Bezmenov shows how the socialist-communist bloc:
• knowingly implemented a comprehensive manipulation of public opinion and elites worldwide.
• conditioned schoolchildren and students to Western socialist ideals on at least three generations. This task was in his 85% of the activity of the KGB.
• systematically recruited all opinion leaders in the West for influence and destabilize the non-Communist world.
• conditioned and “de-moralized” (loss of value) of entire sections of society, become “useful idiots” of socialism.

In a lecture he remains traces on the Internet, Yuri Bezmenov – aka Thomas Schuman – gave further guidance on techniques designed to destabilize the western nations. Among these strategies of destabilization, he cites include:

• sabotage units of national, ethnic, racial, religious, linguistic
• ridicule of patriotism by degrading the level of a mental illness (psychotic)
• encouragement of the political turmoil in the world of work by politicizing the trade unions.

We have thus far both feet in and we have not changed the world: we’re still the heirs of the Cold War. It is now inside the tent of disease spread. And the “useful idiots” are also still active.

George Soros speaks about his “subversive actit…, posted with vodpod

Thu Oct 13, 2011 11:09am EDT
(Reuters) – Anti-Wall Street protesters say the rich are getting richer while average Americans suffer, but the group that started it all may have benefited indirectly from the largesse of one of the world’s richest men.

There has been much speculation over who is financing the disparate protest, which has spread to cities across America and lasted nearly four weeks. One name that keeps coming up is investor George Soros, who in September debuted in the top 10 list of wealthiest Americans. Conservative critics contend the movement is a Trojan horse for a secret Soros agenda.

Soros and the protesters deny any connection. But Reuters did find indirect financial links between Soros and Adbusters, an anti-capitalist group in Canada which started the protests with an inventive marketing campaign aimed at sparking an Arab Spring type uprising against Wall Street. Moreover, Soros and the protesters share some ideological ground.

“I can understand their sentiment,” Soros told reporters last week at the United Nations about the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations, which are expected to spur solidarity marches globally on Saturday.

Pressed further for his views on the movement and the protesters, Soros refused to be drawn in. But conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh summed up the speculation when he told his listeners last week, “George Soros money is behind this.”

Soros, 81, is No. 7 on the Forbes 400 list with a fortune of $22 billion, which has ballooned in recent years as he deftly responded to financial market turmoil. He has pledged to give away all his wealth, half of it while he earns it and the rest when he dies.

Like the protesters, Soros is no fan of the 2008 bank bailouts and subsequent government purchase of the toxic sub-prime mortgage assets they amassed in the property bubble.

The protesters say the Wall Street bank bailouts in 2008 left banks enjoying huge profits while average Americans suffered under high unemployment and job insecurity with little help from Washington. They contend that the richest 1 percent of Americans have amassed vast fortunes while being taxed at a lower rate than most people.

BANKING LIFE SUPPORT

Soros in 2009 wrote in an editorial that the purchase of toxic bank assets would, “provide artificial life support for the banks at considerable expense to the taxpayer.”

He urged the Obama administration to take bolder action, either by recapitalizing or nationalizing the banks and forcing them to lend at attractive rates. His advice went unheeded.

The Hungarian-American was an early supporter of the 2008 election campaign of Barack Obama, who will seek a second term as president in the November, 2012, election. He has long backed liberal causes – the Open Society Institute, the foreign policy think tank Council on Foreign Relations and Human Rights Watch.

According to disclosure documents from 2007-2009, Soros’ Open Society gave grants of $3.5 million to the Tides Center, a San Francisco-based group that acts almost like a clearing house for other donors, directing their contributions to liberal non-profit groups. Among others the Tides Center has partnered with are the Ford Foundation and the Gates Foundation.

Disclosure documents also show Tides, which declined comment, gave Adbusters grants of $185,000 from 2001-2010, including nearly $26,000 between 2007-2009.

Aides to Soros say any connection is tenuous and that Soros has never heard of Adbusters. Soros himself declined comment.

The Vancouver-based group, which publishes a magazine and runs such campaigns as “Digital Detox Week” and “Buy Nothing Day,” says it wants to “change the way corporations wield power” and its goal is “to topple existing power structures.”

SLOW START

Adbusters, whose magazine has a circulation of 120,000 and which is known for its spoofs of popular advertisements, came up with the Occupy Wall Street idea after Arab Spring protests toppled governments in Egypt, Libya and Tunisia, said Kalle Lasn, 69, Adbusters co-founder.

“It came out of these brainstorming sessions we have at Adbusters,” Lasn told Reuters, adding they began promoting it online on July 13. “We were inspired by what happened in Tunisia and Egypt and we had this feeling that America was ripe for a Tahrir moment.”

“We felt there was a real rage building up in America, and we thought that we would like to create a spark which would give expression for this rage.”

Lasn said Adbusters is 95 percent funded by subscribers paying for the magazine. “George Soros’s ideas are quite good, many of them. I wish he would give Adbusters some money, we sorely need it,” he said. “He’s never given us a penny.”

Other support for Occupy Wall Street has come from online funding website Kickstarter, where more than $75,000 has been pledged, deliveries of food and from cash dropped in a bucket at the park. Liberal film maker Michael Moore has also pledged to donate money.

The protests began in earnest on September 17, triggered by an Adbusters campaign featuring a provocative poster showing a ballerina dancing atop the famous bronze bull in New York’s financial district as a crowd of protesters wearing gas masks approach behind her.

Dressed in anarchist black, the battle-ready mob is shrouded in a fog suggestive of tear gas or fires burning. Some are wearing gas masks, others wielding sticks. The poster’s message seems to be a heady combination of sexuality, violence, excitement and adventure.

Former carpenter Robert Daros, 23, saw that poster in a cafe in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Having lost his work as a carpenter after Florida’s speculative construction boom collapsed in a heap of sub-prime mortgage foreclosures, he quit his job as a bartender and traveled to New York City with just a sleeping bag and the hope of joining the protest movement.

Daros was one of the first people to arrive on Wall Street for the so-called occupation on September 17, when protesters marched and tried to camp on Wall Street only to be driven off by police to Zuccotti Park – two acres of concrete without a blade of grass near the rising One World Trade Center.

“When I was a carpenter, I lost my job because the financier of my project was arrested for corporate fraud,” said Daros, who was wearing a red arm band to show he was helping out in the medic section of the Occupy Wall Street camp.

Since its obscure beginnings, the campaign has drawn global media attention in places as far-flung as Iran and China. The Times of London, however, was not alone when it called the protests “Passionate but Pointless.”

Adbusters’ co-founder Lasn dismisses that, reeling off specific demands: a tax on the richest 1 percent, a tax on currency trades and a tax on all financial transactions.

“Down the road, there will be crystal clear demands coming out of this movement,” he said. “But this first phase of the movement is messy and leaderless and demandless.”

“I think it was perfect the way it happened.

HISTORY ON THIS PROTEST:

Did the “Day of Rage” movement originate from Bill Ayer’s violent Weather Underground?

( H/T –Arlen Williams )

A movement is suddenly springing up from nowhere (ah-huh) to take on the free enterprise, “capitalist” system. In America, they are especially targeting Wall Street, a place still somewhat constitutionally sovereign to the U.S.A. and not thoroughly controlled yet by authoritarian global collectivism.

Think the protests in Greece and the UK were violent? Wait for the ones now being organized for the United States. On September 17, a group of angry leftwing socialists are planning a “Day of Rage, to occupy Wall Street.

Calling “Corruption Tyranny” they are organizing in almost every state.

One Blogger writing to warn others about the protests writes, “REVOLUTION 2.0 is screaming up in your rear view mirror! Sept 17 is only a few weeks away. Who is ready? Got Food? Got Ammo? Got secondary power sources?”

They claim ” non Violence” but their URL Code says “occupy-the-state-and-federal-capitols-on-the-usdayofrage”

Using social media like Facebook and Twitter, the “Day of Rage” is getting quite a response. Facebooker: Bear Shash wrote this on the Day of Rage USA Facebook Page, “A PROTEST should be organized this summer. When RIOT POLICE try to stop us, we need to hit them hard with COCKTAIL BOMBS. organize, organize, organize, WHEN and WHERE?”

Stephen Creagh Uys, writes, “I believe that we need a day when all consumers withdraw their money from banks and refuse to pay their bills. The weapon used by the fascists is finance and so it should be turned against them.”

Then…there is the OCtober 2011 where they state that Protest being planned: The October2011 Movement protests corporatism and militarism because they prevent solutions to our current crises which would create a more peaceful, just, and sustainable world from being implemented. Instead concentrated corporate interests rule our elections and political process so that wealth continues to be funneled to the top 1%…US Day of Rage is organizing with OccupyWallStreet to create a tent city in the financial district of New York beginning on September 17. October2011 and OccupyWallStreet have endorsed each others’ actions.

Who is feeding this idea???????

According to , Arlen Williams :
The term “Day(s) of Rage” is the product of Chicago’s Weathermen, led by Obama workmate Bill Ayers and cohabitants. This Day of Rage speaks of non-violence, yet plays up the violent terrorism of the current rioting proceeding in Great Britain. It is eschewed by a disclaimer put up since this article first posted, but it is featured, pronounced, highlighted, and utilized on the Europeanrevolution.net site. It’s kind of like “good cop, bad cop,” only played by the robbers.

The “Obama Timeline Author” at that blog added, ” The term “Day(s) of Rage” come from the October 8-11, 1969 anti-war demonstrations in Chicago organized by the Weathermen and Students for a Democratic Society. Participants included Tom “Mr. Jane Fonda” Hayden, William Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, and Mike Klonsky.”

That history is praised on YouTube:

But they called themselves: LIBERALS as well as COMMUNISTS and SOCIALISTS, and would “Replace Capitalism with Socialism”:

SOUND FAMILIAR? HITTING THE CAPITOL???? “We chose to oppose violence by breaking stuff” Bill Ayers ! They went on a BOMBING CAMPAIGN !!
