Contradict Ann Romney’s PRO-LIFE position with that of Michelle Obama:
In a fundraising letter for her husband’s US Senate campaign in February 2004, Michelle Obama called partial birth abortion “a legitimate medical procedure.”
Chalk it up to Feminism to promote a degrading video of women appearing naked to bash Mitt Romney:
The Agenda Project Action Fund—behind those very popular Granny Off the Cliff and Romney Girl videos—is taking on Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan’s pro-life agenda with a little something it calls “My Country, My Choice.”
they appear to be naked holding signs that ask “If you do not trust me with my body why should I trust you with my country?” The only problem with their lame brained women-degrading argument, is that if pregnant – there are 2 distinct human BODIES there and both should be protected !
Here are some other NAKED BODIES that are being affected by abortion:
The words of Feminist Gloria Steinem would agree, that there are 2 people in the womb:
In the early days of Ms, a local pornographer stuck a huge picture of a naked woman on his building. This woman had Steinem’s face and Steinem’s hair and, from a few blocks away, looked as though she was surrounded by floating pink salamis. Up close, however, the passerby would soon realise his mistake. “Pin the cock on the feminist,” said the poster. Steinem had to look at it every morning as she arrived at work.
And now? When she looks in the mirror, what does she see? “Well, I’m shocked. Sometimes, you’re passing a store, and you see this person in the window, and you think: who is that? Oh, it’s me. But I’ve also realised that ageing is a bit like what being pregnant must be like, by which I mean that your body knows how to do something that you don’t know how to do – and it’s quite interesting. Your body loses what it needs to support someone else, and it keeps what it needs to support you. That’s very smart. Just watching the process is somehow fascinating.”
4 years ago there was 17 million evangelicals that didn’t vote, half weren’t registered and the other half never bothered to vote – how’s that working for you? we now have an unprecedented attack on life, marriage, Israel, and America.
The pro-life Susan B. Anthony list is applauding Mitt Romney on his pick of Paul Ryan for his vice president. Romney promised to nominate a pro-life candidate and he has. Romney has also pledged to end funding for Planned Parenthood.
“By selecting Congressman Ryan as his vice presidential running mate, Governor Romney demonstrates his commitment to protecting American women and unborn children,” said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of SBA List. “A longtime pro-life advocate and a strong fiscal conservative, Congressman Ryan has insisted that there can be no ‘truce’ when it comes to advancing the rights of the unborn and achieving fiscal responsibility. He has a pristine pro-life voting record and will be an asset to Governor Romney’s campaign.
“Pro-life voters are a key demographic and help secure victory in critical elections,” continued Dannenfelser. “The addition of a second strong pro-life leader to the ticket energizes the pro-life base – we are thrilled with this pick.”
Pro-lifers are hailing the pic. Ryan responded to a controversial “truce” that Mitch Daniels of Indiana had put forward saying social issues should be put on the back burner, and repudiated it. “You’re not going to have a truce. Judges are going to come up. Issues come up, they’re unavoidable, and I’m never going to not vote pro-life,” Ryan said.
Congressman Ryan has voted consistently for pro-life legislation, including limits on late-term abortion, regulations against transporting minors across state lines for abortion and for an end to taxpayer funding of abortion, thus earning a 100 percent voting record with the National Right to Life Committee. While in the U.S. House, Rep. Ryan has co-sponsored numerous pro-life bills including the D.C. Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, the Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act (CIANA), the Respect for Rights of Conscience Act, the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act, and the Protect Life Act.
“Now, after America has won the last century’s hard-fought struggles against unequal human rights in the forms of totalitarianism abroad and segregation at home, I cannot believe any official or citizen can still defend the notion that an unborn human being has no rights that an older person is bound to respect. I do know that we cannot go on forever feigning agnosticism about who is human,” he writes.
