School officials force kids to drop their pants parents outraged!

After the school found feces (poop) on the school floor, two dozen elementary students were rounded up in the small town 90 miles southwest of Fort Worth and told to drop their pants.

Gustine Independent School District Superintendent Ken Baugh acknowledged that making kids drop their drawers goes too far. “That’s not appropriate, and we do not condone that. So you would take disciplinary action.”

“I was furious… I mean, I was furious,” said one parent. “If you can’t do your job or you don’t know what you’re doing, you need to be fired. You shouldn’t be here.”

Do you think Iowa Police Went too far in this raid of a family home?

Posted in Police Abuse, Police State with tags , , , , , on February 5, 2014 by saynsumthn

This is how the Washington Post describes it, “Watch this video, taken from a police raid in Des Moines, Iowa. Send it to some people. When critics (like me) warn about the dangers of police militarization, this is what we’re talking about. You’ll see the raid team, dressed in battle-dress uniforms, helmets and face-covering balaclava hoods take down the family’s door with a battering ram. You’ll see them storm the home with ballistics shields, guns at the ready. More troubling still, you’ll see not one but two officers attempt to prevent the family from having an independent record of the raid, one by destroying a surveillance camera, another by blocking another camera’s lens.”

Ankeny Police ‘Traumatize’ Family in Iowa

ANKENY, IOWA (WHOTV): New information regarding the story reported Monday night regarding a search warrant that was executed at a Des Moines home, looking for about $1000 worth of items purchased with a stolen credit card. Ankeny police spokeswoman Captain Makai Echer says officers consider several factors when deciding whether to send officers similar to a SWAT team to a house to serve a warrant, or simply knock on the door.

In this case, Echer says, officers looked at suspect’s criminal histories and whether there could be firearms in the home. Of the three suspects that were present in the home, one has a violent arrest record for two assaults about 13-years ago and a domestic assault.

Another suspect did have a permit to carry a weapon. Echer would not comment on whether that played a role in the decision. She would also not comment on whether it was appropriate for a police officer to rip a security camera from the front of the house after officers had already entered. http://whotv.com/2014/02/04/new-detai…

Outrage over Police Officer’s treatment of citizens in Toledo

Posted in Police State with tags , , , on September 19, 2013 by saynsumthn

Residents of Washington Township in Toledo, Ohio are furious at the cop who pulled a woman over for a routine license plate violation, forced her and her family to lay in the street, threatened them with his gun and roughed up her father-in-law.

The incident occurred on Sunday, when Cassandra Meyers was stopped near her home by a police officer identified only as Officer Hart. Her father-in-law, Aaron Tatkowski, witnessed Hart questioning Meyers, and approached. Tatkowski didn’t like the way Hart was talking to his daughter-in-law, according to Toledo News Now.

RUSH : CNN Pulls Story on Arousal Gap

On the 10/25/2012 Rush Limbaugh Show – Rush stated:

CNN had to pull a story that they had on their website after reader backlash. “Following a firestorm of negative feedback, CNN hastily deleted from its website late Wednesday virtually all mention of a study about the effect hormones have on women’s political preferences. ‘A post previously published in this space regarding a study about how hormones may influence voting choices has been removed,’ a message posted on the website at 8:15 p.m. read. ‘After further review it was determined that some elements of the story did not meet the editorial standards of CNN. We thank you for your comments and feedback.’ The study, authored by researchers at the University of Texas at San Antonio, used an ‘Internet survey of 275 women who were not taking hormonal contraception and had regular menstrual cycles’ to mine its data.”

That was the sample group, 275 women not taking hormonal contraception. For those of you in Rio Linda, what that means is they were not taking a pill. Condom didn’t matter. Taking a pill, [sic] regular menstrual cycles, 275. “The results showed that ovulating single women tend to support President Barack Obama because, in the words of lead researcher Kristina Durante, they feel ‘sexier.'” This is the arousal gap. Now, look, Dawn’s in there rolling her eyes. You’re probably getting mad at me. This is a female study conducted by female scientists, conceived by a female. It’s not some man sitting around, “Let’s go get 275 women who are ovulating and having menstrual cycles and they’re not taking a pill, let’s ask them about their political views.” It was a woman doing this.

According to NewsMax:

CNN on Wednesday night deleted its report on the study after reader outrage over the suggestion that women’s votes could be tied to hormones, drawing even more scrutiny to both the study and the network’s decision to write about it.

The study was conducted by Kristina Durante, an assistant professor of marketing at UTSA, whose research centers on how social and physiological factors can influence decision making.

“The researchers found that during the fertile time of the month, when levels of the hormone estrogen are high, single women appeared more likely to vote for Obama and committed women appeared more likely to vote for Romney, by a margin of at least 20 percent,” CNN reported, based on Durante’s study. “This seems to be the driver behind the researchers’ overall observation that single women were inclined toward Obama and committed women leaned toward Romney.”

The study included 502 women, asking them questions about their voting preferences. The survey sample focused on women who menstruate regularly who are not taking hormonal contraception. The original study, titled “The Fluctuating Female Vote: Politics, Religion, and the Ovulatory Cycle,” is not linked on the list of Durante’s journal articles.

Research such as Durante’s survey can partially be blamed for women being held back from positions of power over their reaction to hormonal imbalances, said Susan Carroll, professor of women’s and gender studies and political science at Rutgers University.

“There is absolutely no reason to expect that women’s hormones affect how they vote any more than there is a reason to suggest that variations in testosterone levels are responsible for variations in the debate performances of Obama and Romney,” Carroll said.

Although the original post has been removed from the CNN website, and replaced with an apology both for its absence and for the editorial choice to publish it in the first place, the story was picked up by Indiana’s WTHI and other websites across the Internet.

America’s Newest Vaccination: get used to military tanks in your neighborhood

In 2008, In a barely noticed development, a US Army unit began training for domestic operations under the control of US Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command. An initial news report in the Army Times newspaper last month noted that in addition to emergency response the force “may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control.” The military has since claimed the force will not be used for civil unrest, but questions remain. Democracy Now ( Hardly a Conservative Organization) in 2008 spoke to Army Col. Michael Boatner , future operations division chief of USNORTHCOM, and Matthew Rothschild, editor of The Progressive magazine.

Just a reminder that the Government trained the US Military to respond to a Possible H1N1 Crisis on US Soil as well, why?

And recently on the Alex Jones show a US Military caller said they were planning for a “October Surprise” – read more here

I was sent this interesting Op-Ed by Bob Livingston about how we are being slowly desensitized to seeing the US military on our streets….the article has links to all his examples, I posted a few for authenticity, but you may want to read it on his blog:

America’s Newest Vaccination

August 13, 2012 by Bob Livingston

In medicine under the germ theory of disease, vaccinations are supposed to provide immunity by introducing the disease to the body in small doses, allowing the body to build up its “germ-fighting” abilities. Of course, this is not so, as I pointed out last week.

But that theory is now being employed on Americans in another way that has nothing to do with medicine and everything to do with control. Americans are being “vaccinated” into acceptance of martial law and military rule.

Military vehicles from the U.S. Army Reserve patrolling the streets of Sheboygan County in Wisconsin that began Aug. 5 and will continue through Aug. 17 are part of a “training exercise,” according to Captain William Geddes of the 200th Military Police Command at Fort Mead, Md. But those soldiers have already “trained” in the use of the M117 Armored Security Vehicles in Afghanistan. So the training is more to train the American public.

Geddes said the U.S. Army Reserve wanted to alert to the public — but apparently not those in local government — ahead of the training so they wouldn’t be alarmed when a pack of heavily armored military vehicles is driving around.

Remember, there is nothing to see here. Just move along.

This is just the latest in a series of ongoing violations of the Posse Comitatus Act, which is supposed to prevent the military from engaging in domestic law enforcement activities. Recent “vaccinations” include:

A joint drill between the U.S. Army and the Miami Police Department in May.
Troops from the Minnesota National Guard, which had been deployed to Iraq, walking the streets of Crookston, Minn., in May. One soldier told a resident it was training. When asked what the training was for, the grunt replied, “To be honest ma’am, I don’t know.”
Troops from the Bravo Company of the Minnesota National Guard’s Crookston Armory conducting “Urban Operations Training” with Humvees and 27 soldiers in February.
In Homestead, Fla., the Air Force military police patrolmen from Homestead Air Reserve Base are responding to crimes and detaining criminals for local police.
The National Guard assisting police with traffic control and providing “security” in Kingman, Ariz., in 2009.
The Tennessee National Guard and Arnold Air force Base Police assisting the Tennessee Highway Patrol and U.S. Department of Homeland Security with a traffic checkpoint in 2009.
The U.S. Army sending 22 military police and an officer from Fort Rucker to patrol the streets of Samson, Ala., following a shooting in 2009.
The U.S. Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center working with the California Highway Patrol to “reduce accidents and drinking and driving” in San Bernardino County, Calif., in 2008.
The U.S. military expects to have 20,000 uniformed troops inside the U.S. trained to respond to domestic threats, according to The Washington Post.
The battle-hardened 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team training in the United States to “help with civil unrest, crowd control or deal with potentially horrific scenarios” like a terrorist attack. These troops were to be the first of what would soon become a permanent operation, according to a 2008 report in the Army Times.
In 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, police and Louisiana National Guard troops unlawfully confiscated legal weapons and forced residents from their homes.

In2012:

Their frequency is increasing.

Similarly, local police departments are becoming increasingly militarized and the Department of Homeland Security is purchasing more and more military-grade weapons, ammunition and hardware.

On Jan. 1, President Barack Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act, which legalized the indefinite detention of Americans and suspended habeas corpus. And although Federal Judge Katherine Forrest issued a preliminary injunction in May that prevented the Obama Administration from exercising the indefinite detention authority, that injunction has been appealed by the Obama Administration — a fact ignored by the mainstream media.

The USA PATRIOT Act, passed in the aftermath of the false flag 9/11 attacks, (see also Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth) essentially stripped Americans of their 4th and much of their 1nd Amendment rights. While it was proposed by George W. Bush and the Republican-controlled Congress, it was approved by both Republicans and Democrats. It has since been reauthorized three times — again by both Republicans and Democrats.

Americans can now be assassinated by the President on a whim. Unemployment has been above 8 percent for 42 months. Gas prices are rising again. Food prices worldwide are rising and food shortages are a real possibility, thanks to excessive heat and drought conditions across the United States.

Welfare is the only thing staving off mass riots and the complete breakdown of law and order. There are now more than 100 million Americans — or almost a third of the U.S. population — receiving some sort of Federal welfare. More than 54 million Americans are on Medicaid, and more than 45 million Americans are on food stamps.

Social Security recipients who have defaulted on student loans are having their Social Security checks docked. Their retirement and pension funds are stagnant at best. The Federal Reserve has kept interest rates at near zero for more than four years. This is a war on and destruction of American savers and retirees. Once these retirees begin seeing cuts to their Social Security checks and trying to buy more expensive food, gas and medicine with less money, something will have to give.

Clearly, the stage is being set for the imposition of martial law. The government is using false flag mass shootings to grease the skids for gun confiscation, the threat of homegrown terror attacks to overturn Posse Comitatus once and for all and false flag FBI-orchestrated terror threats to keep the fear factor high.

The Founding Fathers feared a standing army as much as they feared anything that could take away liberties. That’s the main purpose behind the 2nd Amendment.

The collapse — or what I call the Great Reset — is coming. The elites are preparing for it by stocking up on weapons and inoculating Americans into acceptance of military rule.

FBI wants backdoor wiretapping access to internet and your facebook accounts

Posted in Big Brother, FBI, Police State, Privacy with tags , , , , , , , , , , , on May 21, 2012 by saynsumthn

As technologies have advanced, they have dramatically changed the way that we live and interact. We, as consumers, have become accustomed to the convenience, capabilities, and even the entertainment that they provide. But, should these same advantages be applied to other areas such as law enforcement?

This topic has recently come up for debate after the FBI indicated that it is contemplating legislation that would require Internet firms to build backdoors into their services for government surveillance. The bureau is hoping to amend the 1994 Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) in order to require companies such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Facebook to comply with federal wiretapping orders if the need arises.

CALEA, in its current form, applies to telecommunications companies. It was amended in 2004 to also include broadband networks, but if the FBI’s effort works, it could also force Web companies to alter their code to ensure surveillance capabilities.

“Basically, the FBI wants to amend CALEA to keep up with the changes in technology that have taken place over the last 18 years since CALEA became law,” Michael Donahue, partner at Marashlian & Donahue, LLC, tells WebProNews.

In the past, the FBI has worked to develop independent solutions for these types of companies, explained Donahue. However, due to budget cuts, the funding for them no longer exists.

These recent developments are part of the bureau’s mission to resolve, what it calls, its “Going Dark” problem. According to information released by the FBI, “Going Dark” refers to “law enforcement’s limited capability to comprehensively and lawfully collect data and information, conduct electronic surveillance and analyze the raw data due to the rapid evolution of telecommunications and data collection technology and services.”

Research shows that the “Going Dark” problem dates back several years. Under this initiative, Donahue told us that the FBI is trying to achieve the following actions:
•To commit the FCC to regulate technical standards for solutions
•To require the FCC to approve a standard in order for it to be considered a safe harbor
•To eliminate or modify the current exemption in CALEA for private networks (i.e., Universities, Colleges, etc.)
•To eliminate or modify the current exemption for information services
•To provide stronger enforcement of existing requirements that providers that enable encryption are also able to decrypt the information for law enforcement
•To require providers to certify their CALEA compliance annually
