Planned Parenthood “Heck Yes” to Ginsburg comes on heels of Gruber abortion comments

On the heels of a video by disgraced ObamaCare architect, Jonathan Gruber who said that abortion would save the taxpayers money because it would basically eliminate the poor, comes Planned Parenthood’s “Heck Yes” on another eugenics leader who said something similar.

No sooner did eugenics documentary and Planned Parenthood history film producer, Mark Crutcher release a statement comparing Jonathan Gruber’s comments on abortion to statements made by Supreme Court Justice and radical abortion advocate Ruth Bader Ginsburg – that – abortion giant Planned Parenthood gave her the “Heck Yes” award.

Planned Parenthood Ginsburg Heck Yes

There were times in 2014 when we just wanted to stand up and give a round of applause,” writes the eugenics founded Planned Parenthood organization,”When people spoke up for women’s health and rights so boldly, so bravely, so perfectly, we couldn’t help but cheer them on. As this year comes to a close, we took a look back with Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s Best and Worst of 2014, and asked you to vote for the top “Heck Yes!” moment of the year.

Drumroll please…
And the Winner Is:
Ruth Bader Ginsburg!

Planned Parenthood continues, “U.S Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg gave us our “Heck Yes!” Moment of the Year for her scathing dissent in the Court’s decision in favor of Hobby Lobby. In June, she wrote that the Court’s ruling — which lets some bosses deny their employees birth control coverage — is so startlingly broad that it can override the health care needs of employees and their dependents across the country.

“There were so many gripping lines from her 35-page dissent it’s hard to pick our favorite. In one of the most ominous, she warned that the precedent being set “would deny legions of women who do not hold their employers’ beliefs access to contraceptive coverage. The Court, I fear, has ventured into a minefield.”

Maafa21 logo

Life Dynamics president, Mark Crutcher writes on his blog, “In 2009, we released Maafa 21 – a 2 hour documentary in which we proved that the legalization of abortion had nothing to do with women’s rights, or choice, or reproductive freedom or any of the other sales pitches you hear from the abortion lobby. The truth is, abortion was legalized as an instrument of eugenics and racial genocide.

“Ironically, within a few months after we released Maafa21, the most radical abortion enthusiast on the U.S. Supreme Court issued a statement to the New York Times that confirmed exactly what we were saying. Ruth Bader Ginsburg stated, “Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”

“Here’s my question: when she said that abortion was legalized to deal with populations we don’t want to have too many of, do you get the feeling she was suggesting that there might be too many rich white people in the world? Or is it possible she might have had some other folks in mind?

And the answer is clear – YES she did. if you want to know who Ginsburg was referring to- watch the film Maafa21 – which is available to view in full on the website

Jonathan Gruber CSPAN Hearings Dec 9 2014

Ironically, just yesterday during a Congressional hearing with ObamaCare architect Jonathan Gruber, Kentucky Representative Thomas Massie exposed the very thing that Ginsburg stated in 2009 during his questioning of Gruber.

(Partial Transcript Below: )

MASSIE:I have a question for you have you. Have you had any ethics training at MIT or Harvard ?

GRUBER: I as a condition for receiving federal grants we have to take a human subjects

MASSIE: okay so this is a little bit philosophical what I’m gonna ask you now but you’re doctor of philosophy so to speak. Under what circumstances is it ethical to deceive someone for their own benefit?

GRUBER: Uh…I’m not aware circumstances in which I ..

MASSIE: Could you could you imagine maybe an adult could withhold information from children for their own benefit?

GRUBER: I guess

MASSIE: Now so if you understand that then you understand why my constituents are so offended by your proposition that it’s okay to deceive or obfuscate for somebody’s benefit compounding the insulted you delivered to them is the fact that they pay your salary . Do you did you understand fully why it was so insulting? You patronize them you were condescending.

MASSIE: And my colleagues on the Democrat side of the isle are upset with you simply because you committed candor- you said what you thought- you said what they were all thinking -when they wrote road Obamacare – that they knew what was best for my constituents. I submit to you my constituents are not your children. And they have the right to self-determination. So this gets me to another instance where you commit candor.

In 1997 you co-authored a paper entitled , “Abortion legalization and child living circumstances who was the marginal child?” On page twenty you conclude that abortion legalization appears to be associated with an improvement in the average living circumstances and birth outcomes among a birth cohort and on page 26 you state that your research indicates that the legalization of abortion saved the government fourteen billion dollars in welfare payments through 1994.

Is providing more access to abortion – is that a worthy social outcome to achieve cost savings for the government?

GRUBER: That is uh not what my paper was about. It was a philosophical paper it was about empirical facts…

MASSIE: tell us what you meant by this sentence by 1993 all cohorts under the age 18 were born under legalized abortion and we estimate steady state savings of 1.6 billion dollars per year from positive selection. What did you mean by positive selection? Because in this paper you’re talking about providing more access to abortions to a socio-economic strata of our constituents.

MASSIE: What did you mean by positive selection?

GRUBER: In that paper, we were studying the characteristics of children who were born before and after abortion was legalized. By comparing those characteristics you can infer the characteristics as a ….

MASSIE: So what’s you inferred I find chilling. What you inferred is that if we reduce the number of people of children born life would be better for the rest of us still living. Specifically, you seem to suggest that if we eliminate or reduce the number of poor people that are born this will make life better for all Americans. And this gets me to my final point, which is the Independent Payment Advisory Board, my constituents fear that this is in fact a method by which Obamacare will ration health care for the elderly and therefore implement cost savings for Medicare. So, my question to you is, is your philosophy on abortion, that it can save money and improve outcomes, have any implications in the realm with end of life care? You argue that abortions for poor (?) children raise the average living circumstances in your paper, for the rest of us and save the government money. So, Dr. Gruber, if there are fewer elderly people, particularly poor elderly people, wouldn’t that save a ton of money to? As an economist wouldn’t that would save money too and do you understand the dangerous implications of going down this path?

GRUBER: I have no philosophy of abortion. I have no philosophy of end of life care. My job’s an economist is to deliver the empirical facts ( ??) can make the necessary..

MASSIE: And what would your facts be on the elderly?

GRUBER: I don’t understand the question?

MASSIE: the end of Life Care? Do you advocate that the federal government should ration that?

GRUBER: no I …

MASSIE: as an economist would it save money?

GRUBER: I do not advocate the federal government’s should ration end of life care.

MASSIE: thank you, I yield back.

Crutcher summarized Gruber’s comments well, “Gruber tried bobbing and weaving around Congressman Massie’s questions but, in the end, it was clear his position was that legalized abortion has allowed our country to kill off the children of the poor and, thereby, provide a higher quality of life for those who are still living. In one of his previous writings he had described the victims of abortion as “marginal children” and referred to the process of eliminating them as “positive selection.” During his testimony he refused to define exactly what “positive selection” means, but you’d have to actually be as stupid as Gruber thinks you are not to understand what he was saying.

“So let’s recap. Now we have not one, but two, radical, high-profile, godless abortion supporters, confirming what we documented in Maafa 21. First, Ruth Bader Ginsburg admits that eugenics was the driving force behind the legalization of abortion, and then Jonathan Gruber admits that it’s working exactly as it was intended. And make no mistake, everyone at the top of the abortion lobby food chain has also known that this was the agenda since day one. They know that this issue is about political power, money, race and eugenics, but unlike Ginsburg and Gruber, they don’t go out in the public and talk about it.”

We are going to show America what it looks like when women climb onto a table for an abortion and end up on an autopsy table a few hours later.” ~ Life Dynamics President, Mark Crutcher.

Life Dynamics, Inc. a national pro-life organization in Denton, Texas has published the autopsy images of a woman who died from a legal abortion.

The images are posted on the website Safe and Legal (

The website details the story of 18 year-old Marla Cardamone and her unborn child, both victims of legal abortion.

As the website explains, a medical counselor told the 18 year-old pregnant woman that the prescription medication she had been taking would cause her baby to be born with severe birth defects.

This counselor then began to push Marla to have an abortion. When she refused, the pressure was increased until it became more than she could resist.
At that point, an abortionist was brought in to kill her baby.

While he was at it, he also killed Marla.

What you will see is a picture of what this young woman looked like on the day she went for her “safe and legal” abortion.
(Click for Autopsy Images of Marla)

SafeandLegalabortion Marla Cardamone

Marla died before her son was taken out of her body. His grandmother named him Christopher Michael and requested that he be buried with his mother. She was informed that his body had already been thrown out as “medical waste.”

This is the actual coroner’s photo of him still inside her womb.

According to Life Dynamics President, Mark Crutcher, “The pro-life movement has never had images to illustrate the unimaginable brutality and ugliness of women being killed in America’s “Safe and Legal” abortion clinics. But those days are over. We are going to show America what it looks like when women climb onto a table in one of these places and end up on an autopsy table a few hours later.”

Deborah Cardamone on Life Talk

When Marla was killed having an abortion, her mother, Deborah, vowed that she would never let her daughter be forgotten. She approached Crutcher and asked him to help her show the public the risks women face when they submit to abortions.

Deborah said that when Marla died the funeral director asked if they should close the casket. Deborah responded that she wanted the casket open so people could see what abortion did to her daughter. This response is similar to what Emmett Till’s mom did after her 16 year-old black son was brutally killed because of his color. She refused to hide what was done to her son and had an open casket funeral.

Deborah’s reasons for releasing her daughter’s autopsy photos are detailed in a special Life Talk interview available here:

Crutcher says that producing the website was very difficult, “I don’t want anyone to think that this was comfortable for us. But there comes a point when we have to decide, are we going to stop this, or are we going to just talk about it? We need to hold this in front of the American people and we need to make the abortion industry explain this.

Remember Tonya WOmen Deserve Better

In addition to Marla, also details the tragic death of Tonya Reaves who died following her legal abortion at Planned Parenthood.

When 24-year-old Tonya Reaves climbed onto a table at a Planned Parenthood facility in Chicago for a “safe and legal” abortion she never knew she would be closing her eyes for the final time. What is now known is that the Planned Parenthood abortionist ripped a hole in Ms. Reaves’ uterus and she began to hemorrhage. It is also known that the Planned Parenthood staff let Tonya lie there for over five hours before they sought emergency care for her. Of course, by then it was too late. She had lost approximately 30 percent of her body’s total blood volume, before she died. Her family is now suing Planned Parenthood.

The website also contains a list of hundreds of women killed by legal abortion.

Mark Crutcher2013

Crutcher concludes, “In recent years, the number of people who call themselves pro-life has grown dramatically and a significant factor in this has been the use of graphic photos of aborted babies. Those images have transformed the argument that abortion is the brutal execution of a living human being from a philosophy into an observable fact. And today, even abortion advocates rarely bother to deny the humanity of the unborn. Instead, they continue to hammer away that abortion has to be legal so it will be safe. Meanwhile, those of us in the pro-life movement point out that women are often severely injured or killed in these “safe and legal” abortions. The problem is that we’ve never had images to illustrate the unimaginable brutality and ugliness of these deaths. When people hear about women dying from abortion the image that comes to their minds is of scripted funerals with soft music playing in the background and the deceased lying peacefully “asleep” in a polished coffin. Because of that sanitized image of death, the public has no idea what it actually looks like when a young woman walks into an abortion clinic and ends up lying on an autopsy table. For the last 40 years, that reality has hidden one of the pro-choice community’s dirtiest little secrets. But now, due to the courage of just one grieving mom, that has changed. These are powerful new weapons unlike anything the pro-life movement has ever had before. For the first time in our history, we’re going to make it clear to Planned Parenthood and the rest of the abortion industry that the days are over when they can kill the Marla Cardamones of this world and then sweep their dead bodies under the rug.”

Planned Parenthood ex-employee compares the abortion giant to Kermit Gosnell

Former Planned Parenthood of Delaware employee , Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich, worked as a registered nurse at Planned Parenthood in 2012. She calls them “startling similarities between Planned Parenthood and Gosnell.

Jayne PPDE

Dr. Gosnell was notorious in the Philadelphia/ Wilmington area – he ran a filthy clinic and was convicted of murder after performing late term abortions where babies were born alive and killed. I was not aware of such horrifying happenings at Planned Parenthood of Delaware The similarity between the case of Kermit Gosnell and Planned Parenthood of Delaware is that they both operated extremely hazardous abortion clinics, and that their respective states refused to close them despite the repeated warnings. I believe that Planned Parenthood should be fined and closed until all dangers are addressed.”

More on Kermit Gosnell here

Three pro-choice former employees of Planned Parenthood of Delaware become whistle-blowers against the organization. This event is a legislative hearing in Wilmington organized by State Senator Gregory Lavelle (R), and State Representative Gerald Brady (D).

Melody Meanor was a manager of family planning in Wilmington. Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich worked as a part time nurse. Joyce worked as a nurse but temporarily acted as a manager of surgical abortions.

Here is what the YouTube description says:

Dr. Carole Meyers, currently an auditor for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, audited the local affiliate, Planned Parenthood of Delaware, in 2008. During her audit, she told Joyce that discovered that Dr. Eric Schaff, the then-Medical Director, was performing illegal after hours abortion at night after the support staff had already left.

Dr. Meyers told the Planned Parenthood of Delaware Board of Directors to fire Dr. Schaff because of the danger a patient might be killed during these late night abortions. However, she never notified the Board of Medicine or the police about the illegal behavior of Dr. Schaff. This is a violation of the statutory reporting obligations of Dr. Meyers.

Dr. Meyers ultimately was hired in 2011 as the Medical Director of Planned Parenthood of Delaware, taking the job of Dr. Schaff, who she had helped get fired in 2008. During this time, Dr. Meyers simultaneously served as the Medical Director of Planned Parenthood of Delaware and as an auditor for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America. While Dr. Meyers was the Medical Director, Dr. Timothy Liveright served as the physicians in charge of performing abortions. Dr. Meyers was in charge of supervising Dr. Liveright.

Timothy Liveright Screen_Shot_2013-06-03_at_12.23.36_PM-240x171

Dr. Liveright had his license suspended in 2013 by Attorney General Beau Biden (D) for being “a clear and immediate danger to the Delaware public” because of numerous abuses of patients (hitting patients, doing abortions in less than eight minutes, lying patients on operating tables still wet from the blood of previous patients, playing peek-a-boo with patients, etc). While he was abusing patients, Dr. Meyers was supposed to supervise him and protect patients. However, most of her time was spent auditing other Planned Parenthood affiliates in an alleged attempt to ensure patient safety at those other Planned Parenthoods. Meanwhile, Dr. Liveright was “a clear and immediate danger to the public” in the clinic Dr. Meyers was supposed to manage.

All of the problems described in the video occurred under the watch of Dr. Carole Meyers. However, the state has thus far refused to suspend her license. She remains an auditor for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

Planned Parenthood manager: staff poorly trained putting patients in “unnecessary danger”, mgrs had serious deficiencies

Posted in Planned Parenthood, Planned Parenthood abortionist, Planned Parenthood Ambulance, Planned Parenthood Employee, Planned Parenthood Employee Testifies against them, Planned Parenthood inspected, Planned Parenthood Investigated, Planned Parenthood poor care with tags , , , , , , , on July 30, 2013 by saynsumthn

MONDAY 7/30/2013: Former Planned Parenthood manager Melody Meanor and two nurses said they will testify today at a legislative hearing in Wilmington that Planned Parenthood failed to inform as many as 200 women that they tested positive for gonorrhea and chlamydia, and failed to notify 87 women of results of their colposcopies.

Joyce Vasikonis and Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich are the former clinic nurses who earlier testified about unsafe and unsanitary conditions at Planned Parenthood’s Shipley Street clinic.

The three former employees also will discuss how Planned Parenthood placed patients in “grave danger” by relying on employees who had little or no medical credentials and “rushed through abortions at a speed that made patient safety unsustainable,” according to a news release announcing the hearing.

TUESDAY 7-30-2013

Concerns toward Planned Parenthood voiced at hearing: The Planned Parenthood of Delaware’s Wilmington clinic came under scrutiny early this year when several abortion protesters noticed an unusual number of ambulances called to the Shipley Street site. Former workers spoke at a hearing Tuesday. 7/30/13

A former manager at Planned Parenthood of Delaware’s Wilmington clinic spoke publicly for the first time today about problems she experienced at the troubled clinic, joining two former clinic nurses who complained to state officials last year.

Melody Meanor, who managed the clinic’s health center for three months in 2012, called for justice for women who were treated there by personnel whom she says were poorly trained, working in disorganized conditions and routinely skipping important elements of patient care.

She urged women treated there to seek outside medical attention to see if they had conditions that went unreported by clinicians at Planned Parenthood of Delaware, putting patients in “unnecessary danger.”

Meanor said entry-level health center assistants were poorly trained. She said two managers had serious management deficiencies. Untrained assistants were assigned duties they were not prepared to perform, Meanor said.

Meanor said she had done such training in Wyoming, where the clinic she worked in excelled in organization and operations.

She said during her brief tenure, she found scattered patient files and expired protocols. She saw no evidence of data collection, she said, and said the clinic was violating grant guidelines – borrowing against grants to cover payroll expenses.

No documents were offered to substantiate Meanor’s claims.

Clinic PP DE

Meanor repeated the nurses’ concerns that hundreds of women were never told that they tested positive for sexually transmitted diseases and others did not receive medication necessary to protect future pregnancies. She said she was directed to falsify records and alleged that a manager destroyed some records.

She rejected published statements by Planned Parenthood of Delaware CEO Ruth Lytle-Barnaby that the clinic’s operations had become a political issue and that two former nurses – Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich and Joyce Vasikonis – were doing the bidding of anti-abortion groups.

All three women say they are pro-choice and raising concerns only for the sake of patients and patient care.

“But I had to do some soul-searching,” Vasikonis said. “Some of these things brought me to my knees…. As a nurse, I had to do something about it.”

She said she is now a client of the Colorado-based Alliance Defending Freedom, that describes itself as a conservative Christian organization, advocating “religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family.” Her attorney there, Michael Norton, has filed a complaint with the Delaware Board of Medical Licensure and Regulation, she said.

The clinic came under scrutiny early this year when several abortion protesters noticed an unusual number of ambulances called to the Shipley Street site. Five women required emergency care after procedures.

PP DE 564507_501479036585800_403720624_n

Mitchell-Werbrich and Vasikonis reported their concerns to the state in 2012, but state officials then said they could not substantiate the claims. The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited the clinic for several violations, though, and this year the clinic’s primary physician, Dr. Timothy Liveright, surrendered his license to practice medicine in Delaware after regulators pursued claims against him, calling him a “clear and immediate danger to the public” because of unprofessional, incompetent and negligent conduct. Liveright has denied the claims.

Mitchell-Werbrich and Vasikonis say “unsafe and unsanitary” clinic practices put women in “grave danger.”

Meanor said the clinic was cited and given “conditional” certification by the Planned Parenthood Federation, which knew of concerns related to unsafe, unsanitary conditions.

As a trained social worker, Meanor said she spent time with patients, explaining the seriousness of abortion and trying to ensure they understood the procedure, wanted to have it done, and were not being pressured by someone else.

“Many of these women are poor or minority women who had turned to Planned Parenthood of Delaware in their moment of need,” Meanor said.

Joyce Vasikonis

In an interview with Delaware Online, Planned Parenthood former employee, Joyce Vasikonis says that Planned Parenthood is arrogant and “they seem to believe that whatever they do no body can do anything about it.” She went on to say that there was no area in the Wilmington or the Dover Planned Parenthood office that ran like it was supposed to.

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden’s office also filed a complaint against Dr. Timothy Liveright, a doctor who performed abortions at the Wilmington clinic. The state accused Liveright of unprofessional, incompetent and negligent conduct and argued that he presents “a clear and immediate danger to the public.”
Liveright, who has surrendered his license to practice medicine in Delaware, has denied the state’s claims and said he was a “scapegoat” for the clinic.
