After more than two years without providing abortions, Planned Parenthood in Flagstaff Arizona has announced they will be performing abortions at their offices located on Woodlands Village Blvd in Flagstaff.

Planned Parenthood stopped the abortions at clinics in Flagstaff, Yuma and Prescott Valley in 2011 after the Legislature specified that only licensed physicians – not a physician’s assistant — could provide the abortion pill services and had to meet face to face with patients 24 hours prior to dispensing the pills. A physician has only recently been found in Flagstaff who is available to meet with patients and administer the pills.

Life Dynamics, Inc., a national pro-life organization located in Denton is concerned over the decision after Life Dynamics caught another Planned Parenthood in the same city covering for the sexual abuse of children.

In an undercover investigation from 2002, Life Dynamics caught Planned Parenthood on Riordan Ranch Street in Flagstaff covering for the sexual abuse of children.

Mark Crutcher2013

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc. says that he finds the news troubling given this organization’s history of protecting pedophiles, “The question now is will the authorities in Arizona be watching this Planned Parenthood to prevent them from doing the same thing.”

In the previous investigation, Life Dynamics called over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across the nation. The caller portrayed a 13-year-old child impregnated by her 22-year-old adult male boyfriend. Her story to these clinics was that she wanted an abortion because she did not want her parents to discover their sexual relationship.

In 2002, Planned Parenthood on Riordan Ranch Street in Flagstaff, told Life Dynamics’ caller, that the pedophile could come in and pay for her pregnancy test.

Planned Parenthood also assured the caller that they would not have to tell anyone.

A partial transcript of the call is as follows:

CALLER: Hi. Yeah. I was wondering, do you guys do abortions there?

CLINIC: Yes. We do have clinics every once in awhile.

CALLER: Okay. Well, do you know — like I’m just worried because my friend — well I’ll be 14 next month.

CLINIC: Uh-huh.

CALLER: And my friend said that you guys would have to tell my parents. But my boyfriend’s 22. Could he — is he old enough to take care of it and you wouldn’t have to tell anybody?

CLINIC: Well, we don’t have to inform your parents, no.

She later asks:

CALLER: Okay. Well, would you have to tell anybody that I was getting a pregnancy test though?

CALLER: Oh. Well, my boyfriend and I were talking about all this, and he said that he would pay for everything.

CLINIC: Uh-huh.

CALLER: Would that be all right?

CLINIC: If he comes in and pays for it, yeah.

CALLER: Okay. It’s just, we were not wanting anyone to know all about us. Would he have to sign any papers if he was paying for it?

CALLER: Really?

CLINIC: Uh-uh.

It is alarming to note that, after previously establishing with Planned Parenthood that her boyfriend was 22, the caller asks, “Oh. Well, my boyfriend and I were talking about all this, and he said he would pay for everything…Would that be alright?”

That Planned Parenthood answers, “If he comes in and pays for it, yeah.”

Child Predator Planned Parenthood CP2

Crutcher says, “The abortion lobby is engaged in a pedophile protection racket and protecting pedophiles who rape underage girls. These abortion clinics receive money from the federal government. We are literally paying for the rape of our young daughters.”

According to Crutcher, “this is the largest criminal conspiracy in American history.”

Life Dynamics has contacted over 53,000 personal injury attorneys to educate them about the pedophile protection racket being covered up inside these clinics.

Crutcher and his team have also produced a powerful commercial to notify parents as well as the victims of child sexual abuse that they could be eligible to sue clinics who fail to report child sexual abuse.

Life Dynamics encourages the citizens of Flagstaff to contact their local authorities to be certain the actions of this Planned Parenthood are watched closely.

2002 Child Predator Investigation

IPPF Planned Parenthood affiliated group published articles that appeared to advocate for pedophilia

ProFamilia and IPPFAccording to TheLocal, Pro Familia published a number of articles in its magazine across the two decades justifying sexual relationships with minors, or dismissing it as harmless, the Tagesspiegel newspaper reported.

According to UPI, Pro Familia, founded in 1952, is Germany’s largest organization advocating for reproductive choice. It is an affilate of Planned Parenthood International.

The Gottingen group cited a 1987 article by Wolf Vogel, a psychologist who suggested society should examine the reason adults are sexually attracted to children without moral judgments. Rudiger Lautmann, a sociologist, complained 10 years later about a “crusade against pedophilia.”

Vogel in another article talked about how an adult and minor involved in a relationship had to hide it.

Pro Familia says it never advocated for changing the laws on pedophilia. It said the articles in its magazine reflected a debate going on at the time, The Local said.

Psychologist Wolf Vogel made the case in a 1987 issue of the Pro Familia magazine for thinking about the reasons why people have paedophilic urges without judging them.

In 1997, a similar article by sociologist Rüdiger Lautmann complained about the “crusade against paedophilia.”

Vogel wrote another article for the magazine entitled “the misery of a forbidden love” which, Tagesspiegel reported, bemoaned that a minor and adult in a relationship had to “hide their love from everyone”.

If a child were to tell their parents about “an exciting experience they had with an adult,” there was a risk that “the parents would run straight to the police,” Vogel said.

In articles written by sociologist Lautmann, the term “child abuse” was discussed. Calling it such suggests that “the small person is damaged” and this was not always the case, he said.

According to IPPF, a Planned Parenthood international organization, Pro Familia is the country’s leading sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) organization. It delivers a range of SRH services through 182 clinics, including counselling in fertility regulation, interpersonal relationships, sexuality and violence, sexuality and disability, and women’s health issues. In 2011, Pro Familia delivered 636,000 sexual and reproductive health services, plus 61,000 abortion-related services.

Pro Familia is active in sex education nationwide (particularly for young people and marginalized groups), and it trains SRH professionals.

Pro Familia is very active in advocacy, pressing to improve German SRHR law and initiating international petitions to address grave infringements of women’s rights in (for example) Afghanistan. Abortion is a sensitive, divisive, and recurrent SRHR issue in Germany, and Pro Familia has worked hard to lobby for a reasoned approach to, and understanding of, the need for freedom of choice.

The organization is also involved in international co-operation. It conducted a programme development workshop with the Member Associations of the Czech and Slovak Republics, and with other Eastern European groups on challenging prescriptive opposition to human rights related to sexual health and family planning.
