NOW and the White House

Within months of taking office, President Barack Obama created the White House Council on Women and Girls. According to the administration, the council was created, “with the explicit mandate to ensure that every agency, department, and office in our federal government with the policies they draft, the programs they create, and the legislation they support takes into account the needs and aspirations of American women and girls.”

Valerie Jarrett was named the Chair and the Executive Director is Christina Tchen.

In 2010, Tina Tchen became Michele Obama’s chief of staff replacing Susan Sher. According to Life News, Tchen previously served as the vice president of the National Organization for Women, a prominent pro-abortion organization.

But Tchen was not the only member of the pro-abortion National Organization for Women ( NOW) that has joined the Obama administration.

Latifa Lyles is the Director of the Women’s Bureau at the Department of Labor. Lyles previously served as Vice President for Membership of the National Organization for Women (NOW).

In a report published by the administration they brag that barring the defunding of abortion giant Planned Parenthood was one of the many ways they carried out their mandate to help women. Under the section, Protect Women’s Access to Reproductive Health Services, the report states, “Women typically use contraception for 30 years of their lives, and the average cost of contraception is $30 to $50 per month. Under the Affordable Care Act’s preventive services coverage provision, insurance companies are now required to cover contraception at no extra cost. In addition, President Obama has consistently supported and defended Title X family planning clinics, proposing funding increases for these clinics in each year of his Administration. For many women, a family planning clinic is their entry point into the health care system and is their primary source of care. This is especially true for low-income women, women who are uninsured, and for Hispanic and African American women. These services are highly cost-effective, saving $4 for every $1 spent. And in April 2011, President Obama refused to allow language barring Title X funding to Planned Parenthood to be included in the federal budget.”

We already know the cozy relationship Valerie Jarrett has to Planned Parenthood (see here)

In 2009, executive director of the council, Tina Tchen, who was also the director of the White House Office of Public Engagement, welcomed over 400 Planned Parenthood staff and supporters in the opening session of the Planned Parenthood 2009 Organizing and Policy Summit.

Planned Parenthood has no shame !!!

In this video of Planned Parenthood knocking on American homes to push ObamaCare ( Affordable Care Act a/k/a/ ACA) “organizer” Nina says, “The strong healthy person on day could get into an accident. You know, things happen. It should be the reason why a student has to drop out of school. It shouldn’t be the reason why a mother doesn’t get to be with her children.”

How does Planned Parenthood get away with things like this? They KILL CHILDREN for petes sake ! How much more can you separate a mother and child than that?

Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, founded by a racist Klan speaker, is urging minorities to get preventative care for Minority Health Month.

What Planned Parenthood’s real idea of Preventative Care means is abortion and birth control or as we we like to call it, Population Control and Eugenics.

Every THree Days AA killed Ab than Klan Maafa21

Abortion is the #1 killer of African Americans and Planned Parenthood is the largest provider of abortions in the United States. Anyone see a problem here?

Recent stats prove that far more blacks and Hispanics are aborted nationwide – hmmmm.

Ben Johnson LifeSite News Life Talk December 2013On the December 2013 show, the cast of Life Talk interviewed LifeSite News‘ US Bureau Chief, Ben Johnson who has done a vast amount of research on the Affordable Care Act a/k/a/ ObamaCare and access unregulated Navigators will have to your private information.

Johnson points out that abortion giant Planned Parenthood is one of the ObamaCare Navigators. He says that these navigators, who are not required to be back ground checked, can access your personal private information through a federal data hub.

Johnson asks what it would take to prohibit Planned Parenthood from accessing personal data on pro-life leaders pointing out that with ObamaCare, “If you like your privacy you can keep your privacy.”

Mark Crutcher Life Talk Dec 2013

Mark Crutcher, producer of Life Talk and president of Life Dynamics, calls ObamaCare a fraud and asks if having the IRS implement ObamaCare is a good idea.

Johnson answers Crutcher’s concerns by reminding the viewers that the IRS has become politicized, has recently targeted pro-life organizations and will now have access to additional personal data on all Americans.

Crutcher ends the interview by saying, “These are truly frightening times that we live in. This situation with ObamaCare, I don’t think that people truly realize how pervasive this thing is and what the potential risks are for this, for the whole country, not just for health care for everything.”

FR Frank Pavone Life Talk Dec 2013

Fr. Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life, drew the conclusion that ObamaCare, like the abortion industry, works under cover of darkness, “Just like the abortion industry itself, it works under cover of darkness. They want to hide, distort, lie, cover-up, deceive, withhold, secrecy, darkness. And this is what the Obama administration has made this out to be,” he added.

Got Insurance? ObamaCare brosurance ad campaign devalues women while feminists remain silent

Posted in Bro-Choice, Obama and Planned Parenthood, ObamaCare, Planned Parenthood and ObamaCare with tags , , , , , , , , , , , on November 13, 2013 by saynsumthn

Got Insurance? The same left-wing groups behind last week’s “brosurance” ads ignited a social-media firestorm with new ads designed to boost Colorado’s weak health-care enrollment by encouraging young women to hook up.

Keg stands, birth control, and Ryan Gosling.

That’s how a pair of Colorado non-profits are trying to promote Obamacare.

The “Got Insurance?” campaign, which was launched by the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative and Progress Now, has three targets: young adults, women, and minority groups. And to encourage those groups to sign up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, they are creating ads they hope will go “viral” on social media.

One ad that blew up on Twitter, entitled “Let’s Get Physical,” shows a young woman giving a thumbs-up while standing next to a man with his arm around her waist. The caption: “OMG, he’s hot! Let’s hope he’s as easy to get as this birth control.”

The pair are identified as “Susie and Nate/Hot to Trot.”

“My health insurance covers the pill, which means all I have to worry about is getting him between the covers. I got insurance. Now you can too,” the spot says.

Many of those commenting on social media said they were appalled by the campaign, accusing its creators of demeaning women and celebrating casual sex in order to prop up the Affordable Care Act.

“The ‘you’re a whore’ ad for Obamacare. Wow,” said conservative talk-show host Dana Loesch in a Tweet.

So far, the ads are working at getting attention — even as the reaction has been mostly negative among commentators. The latest ads released Tuesday are aimed at young women, including a couple that feature actor Ryan Gosling:

Amy Runyon-Harms, director of ProgressNow Colorado, told the Denver Post that the point of the ads is to “raise awareness, and that’s what we’re doing.” Amy Runyon-Harms was formerly Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains’ (PPRM), Director of Political Outreach. Interesting that she would promote such a demeaning ad, isn’t it?

The spots were quickly dubbed “hosurance,” a play on the “brosurance” ads that appeared last week showing young men partying around a beer keg.

Actor Ryan Gosling also appears to demean women as expressed in this Planned Parenthood post where he states, “Hey girl, I’ll check out your breasts…”

Planned Parenthood Ryan Gosling

Gosling also starred in the film Blue Valentine. In the movie, Williams’ character goes in for an abortion, but changes her mind while on the operating table:

The abortionist in the film Blue Valentine, is none other than former Planned Parenthood abortionist Timothy Liveright, whose license was recently suspended in Delaware. The state’s attorney general has accused Liveright for “unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate” conduct that included “yelling, screaming, and cursing” in front of employees and patients and sexual harassment of female employees. The state also charged Liveright with incompetence and negligence related to abortions he performed on five patients from Feb. 12 to March 13 of this year. Liveright worked for several Planned Parenthood clinics none of whom spoke against him until the above allegations surfaced.

The Blaze pointed out that Planned Parenthood Votes Colorado, a group that “promotes pro-choice & pro-family planning policies,” actually thought the ad was a parody created by opponents of Obamacare:

Foolish of Planned Parenthood to assume that when all footprints point back to their supporters, huh?

Progress Now supports abortion and works with Planned Parenthood. Watch this vid !

In May of 2013, The Board of Directors and staff of ProgressNow Colorado, the state’s largest progressive online advocacy organization, announced that Amy Runyon-Harms became the organization’s next Executive Director. Amy came to ProgressNow Colorado from Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM), where she most recently served as Director of Political Outreach.

Cristina Uribe currently serves on the board of ProgressNow and is a past board member of EMILY’s List and Planned Parenthood Mar-Monte.

logothe Colorado Consumer Health Initiative also lists Planned Parenthood as a Health Care Provider as well as NARAL Pro-choice America.
