Planned Parenthood prez grilled on partial birth abortion where baby is delivered whole and brains are sucked out

In an exchange with South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy Tuesday, Planned Parenthood’s president was asked about partial birth abortion.

Trey Gowdy Cecile RIchards Partial Borth Abortion

The questioning was tied to a Congressional hearing determining whether Planned Parenthood should continue to receive the over $500 million dollars they receive each year from the tax payer. Planned Parenthood’s head, Cecile Richards answered questions relating to under cover videos recently released from the Center for Medical Progress which showed the abortion business engaged in the harvesting and selling of baby parts.

In the first video released by CMP, Planned Parenthood Federation of America Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, appears to admit to using the illegal partial-birth abortion procedure (PBA) to get higher-quality fetal body parts to sell.

In the partial birth abortion procedure, an almost fully developed unborn baby is delivered from it’s mother, feet first, with only the head remaining inside the birth canal. The abortionist then punctures the child in the back of the neck with a pair of sharp scissors. The abortion doctor then sucks out the baby’s brain tissue to collapse the skull and deliver a dead baby.

Deborah Nucatola Planned Parenthood body parts partial birth abortion

In that shocking admission, Nucatola tells CMP investigators that the “Federal [partial birth] abortion ban is a law, and laws are up to interpretation” describing how their doctors bring the unborn baby into a breech position sounding eerily similar to the technique used in a partial borth abortion. She later tells the under cover “buyers of fetal tissue” that she will “crush below” and “crush above” the desired organ of the unborn child saying, “I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”

In Tuesday’s Congressional hearings, Rep. Gowdy asked Richards if she could understand how some lawmakers would support a ban on Partial Birth Abortion.

I’m not trying to be argumentative,” Richards begins her reply, “But that was a political formulation not a medical formulation. But I certainly understand that it was passed and is the law of the land and Planned Parenthood certainly meets the requirements of that law,” she stated.

Rep. Gowdy them specified that he was not asking if Planned Parenthood followed the law but whether she could understand how some people opposed the gruesome procedure.

“I understand how people can disagree based on their religious beliefs, their background their own personal experiences. And, I also understand that people sometimes change over time and that’s the human condition
,” Richards said.

This statement by Richards appeared to agitate Rep. Gowdy who quickly pointed out that there have been numerous Planned Parenthood and abortion clinic staffers who have “changed over time” and left the abortion industry because of what they saw or were required to take part in.

Richards ended the questioning by stating, “I think fundamentally at Planned Parenthood we take the position that we trust women to make their decisions about their pregnancy. I’ve made my own decisions as well so I fell that I can kind of walk in their shoes.

A 1995 letter to Members of Congress, Planned Parenthood, Alan Guttmacher Institute and others stated that partial birth abortions were only performed about 500 times a year on the most extreme health cases. This figure was challenged by an abortion advocate, when Ron Fitzsimmons the director of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers (NCAP) admitted that there were thousands of these gruesome abortion procedures done annually on healthy fetuses.

Planned Parenthood baby harvesting CEO supports Hillary Clinton while GOP candidates denounce

In Wednesday’s CNN GOP debate the presidential hopefuls went after Hillary Clinton.

CNN GOP Debate Sept 2015

“Hillary is going to have to defend her track record of lying about Benghazi, of lying about her e-mails, about lying about her servers..if you want to stump a Democrat ask them to name an accomplishment of Mrs. Cinton’s.
” said Carly Fiorina, the only female competitor on the stage.

Another topic that came up was the subject of defunding Planned Parenthood, something Congress is set to hear this week.

As Governors, Chris Christi and Scott Walker reminded their supporters that they defunded Planned Parenthood and Ted Cruz called the abortion biz a “criminal enterprise.”

But Carly went for Hillary’s jugular regarding Planned Parenthood funding.

Carly on Planned Parenthood CNN Debate

With a great deal of emotion and conviction, Fiorina suggested that Hillary watch the Center for Medical Progress videos which exposed Planned Parenthood for their bloody baby parts harvesting operation:

As regards Planned Parenthood. Anyone who has watched this video tape…”

“I dare Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, to watch these tapes. Watch a fully formed fetus on the table, it’s heart beating, it’s legs kicking, while someone says we have to keep it alive to harvest it’s brain. This is about the character of our nation. And if we will not stand up and force President Obama to veto this bill shame on us.”

I have documented the long held pro-abortion position of Hillary Rodham Clinton who once praised the racist founder of Planned Parenthood.

Interestingly enough, there is one supporter of Hillary Clinton associated with the Planned Parenthood videos.

Her name is Cate Dyer and she is the founder of Stem Express, whose “specimens” have been implanted into animals and is one of the fetal procurement companies used by Planned Parenthood.

Cate Dyer STem Express Fetal Liver Planned Parenthood

A conversation between Stem Express CEO Cate Dyer and the undercover CMP buyer revealed that the woman who harvests baby parts for Planned Parenthood is a HUGE Hillary Clinton supporter.

In their meeting with the procurement CEO, CMP under cover buyers suggested they supported the Democrat presidential hopeful, telling Dyer and her associates they want to give Hillary more money suggesting that harvesting baby parts would do that.

From the transcript:

CMP Buyer: I would like to be able to add a lot to Hillary Clinton’s purse.
Stem Express Cate Dyer: Me too!
CMP Buyer: Really?
Stem Express Cate Dyer: I mean, ask these guys. The minute she announced her candidacy—I have a signed picture from Hillary, because my sister works in Congress. So it’s on my— I like brought it into work the next day and propped it right on my desk. So, yeah.
CMP Buyer: So, wouldn’t you—
Stem Express Cate Dyer: I’m a huge Hillary fan.

Cate Dyer intact cases fetal Planned Parenthood Stem Express

Let’s not forget that it was former Blood and Tissue Procurement Technician for StemExpress Holly O’Donnell who told CMP that she was asked to cut through the face of a live baby in order to harvest the child’s brains for Stem Express.

Later in their conversation the aborted baby parts procurement CEO stated her love for Hillary again.

From the transcript:

Stem Express Cate Dyer: Yeah, I’m a huge Hillary fan.

Then the StemExpress founder rejoices that Hillary Clinton is into stem cell research:
Cate Fyer of Stem Express fetal body parts

CMP Buyer: So I can save my money? I don’t need to—
Stem Express Cate Dyer: Well, I’m sure she’s [Hillary’s] gonna need a lot of it…
CMP Buyer: Really.
Stem Express Cate Dyer: Yeah, kind of shocking, her background is an attorney, and she works with health care reform. And so she’s very socially liberal and super into stem cell research and everything, but as far as health care’s concerned, she lines up really well with the conservative group.

Cate Dyer is correct, Hillary once promised to lift the ban on stem cell research.

In 2014, the San-Diego Union reported that Hillary Clinton was advocating for Biotech companies of which StemExpress is one, especially those in California:

California (undertook) a very important task in creating a funding stream for stem cell research,” Clinton said. “Other states have followed suit, when it looked as though the federal government would not be doing that. States have a role to play, but we need a national framework.”

PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION

The conversation then went to the now illegal partial birth abortion procedure.

The Center for Medical Progress has suggested that some of the ways Planned Parenthood has been able to get “intact fetuses” may be from using the prohibited partial birth abortion procedure, which Hillary defended.

Hillary CLinton Partial Birth Abortion debate 2003

In the conversation between Stem Express CEO Cate Dyer and CMP investigators they suggest that Hillary should overturn the gruesome procedure:

CMP Buyer: So, that’s why, going full circle, fund Hillary.
Stem Express Cate Dyer: Yeah, that’s true. [laughter] If she can get in—
CMP Buyer: That signature, that autograph, she can put it on the bill to repeal the federal—
Stem Express Cate Dyer: Right! I know.
CMP Buyer: And while we’re at it, repeal the partial-birth, born-alive, whatever— get rid of that.
Stem Express Cate Dyer: Yea, what do you think?
Kevin: I could see it going both way, and I can see her face making both arguments too.
CMP Buyer: You don’t think she’s reliable?
Kevin: No, I’m wondering if she’ll bring in the political courage to do it.
Stem Express Cate Dyer: Yeah. […] She’s a Clinton. [winks]
CMP Buyer: If anyone could do it-
Kevin: There’s a lot of people who could do it. It’s will they step up to the microphone?
CMP Buyer: Will they get a backbone. We could procure that for them.

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s defense of gruesome late term abortion procedure: Partial Birth Abortion

I have documented the long held pro-abortion position of Hillary Rodham Clinton who once praised the racist founder of Planned Parenthood.

Now we have another reason to despise her as she once defended the gruesome partial birth abortion procedure.

2016 Democrat presidential hopeful, Hillary Rodham Clinton is so extreme on abortion that she once defended the horrific partial birth abortion procedure.

Hillary Partial Birth abortion2

In 2003, a law to ban Partial Birth Abortion came before the US Senate, and then Senator Hillary Clinton defended the gruesome late term procedure opposed by a majority of American people.

The March 12, 2003 exchange between Senators Rick Santorum and Hillary Clinton was captured by CSPAN.

Rock Santorum Partial Birth ABortion

In the procedure, an almost fully developed unborn baby is delivered from it’s mother, feet first, with only the head remaining inside the birth canal. The abortionist then punctures the child in the back of the neck with a pair of sharp scissors. The abortion doctor then sucks out the baby’s brain tissue to collapse the skull and deliver a dead baby.

PBA

A shocking description of partial birth abortion was captured by Life Dynamics after the pro-life group obtained tapes from a 1992 National Abortion Federation (NAF) conference describing the procedure.

In a 2003 Life Talk show, president Mark Crutcher played horrific audio of abortionist Martin Haskell describing the procedure to NAF members while showing it to the group on screen.

You can listen to a portion of that audio below and you can order the full audio called Fire and Ice from Life Dynamics.

This is how the abortionist described killing an unborn child:

The surgeon introduces a large grasping forcep, such as Bierer or Hern, through the vaginal and cervical canals into the corpus of the uterus. He moves the tip of the instrument carefully towards the fetal lower extremities. When the instrument appears on the sonogram screen, the surgeon is able to open and close the jaws firmly to reliably grasp the lower extremity.

The surgeon then applies firm traction causing eversion of the fetus and pulls the extremity into the vagina. By observing the movement of the lower extremity and the eversion of the fetus on the ultrasound screen, the surgeon is assured that hos instrument has not inadvertently grasped a maternal structure.

    PBA Martin Haskell

The surgeon then uses his fingers to deliver the opposite lower extremity, then the torso, the shoulders and the upper extremities. The skull lodges in the internal os.The fetus oriented dorsum or spine up.

    Life Dynamics PBA

At this point, the surgeon, the right-handed surgeon slides the fingers of the left hand along the back of the fetus and hooks the shoulders of the fetus with the index and ring fingers. Next he slides the tip of the middle finger along the spine towards the skull while applying traction to the shoulders and the lower extremities. The middle finger lifts and pushes the cervix out of the way. While maintaining this tension, the surgeon then takes a pair of blunt Metzenbaum scissors in the right hand. he carefully advances the tip curve down along the spine and under the middle finger until he feels it contact the base of the skull, under the tip of the middle finger. Reassessing the proper placement of the closed scissors tip, and safe elevation of the cervix, the surgeon the forces the scissors into the base of the skull. He spreads the scissors to enlarge the opening. The surgeon then introduces a suction catheter into this hole and evacuates the skull contents. With the catheter still in place, he applies traction to the fetus, removing it completely from the patient.

Hillary Partial Birth abortion

During the 2003 debate Hillary Clinton suggested that outlawing the horrific procedure was a “slippery slop.”

Asked by Senator Santorum, “What is your definition of extreme Mrs. Clinton?

Clinton replied, “What I do think is extreme is making a decision in this body to outlaw a medical procedure that may or may not be required.”

Rick Santorum Partial Birth Abortion

“Is the Senator aware of Ron Fitzsimmons who runs the association of abortion clinics who has said that when the argument was made by many of the people…like yourself who came forward to say this procedure was medically necessary…That Ron Fitzsommons said he lied through his teeth when he gave that argument?” Santorum asked Hillary.

Santorum was referring to a statement made by Ron Fitzsimmons, head of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers (NCAP) in 1997 where admitted that the majority of the estimated 3000 to 5000 partial birth abortions performed annually were on healthy babies.

Fitzsimmons told Nightline, “The majority of these procedures are performed in the late second trimester on healthy women and healthy fetuses. That’s — the law allows that. Women come in at that point unfortunately, for whatever reason, seeking abortion services. We estimate that approximately 3,000 to 5,000 are performed in the United States on an annual basis.”

Ron Fitzsommons Lie partial birth abortion

In an article in American Medical News, Fitzsimmons recalled the night in November 1995, when he appeared on “Nightline” on ABC where he told the news outlet that I “lied through my teeth” when he said the procedure was used rarely and only on women whose lives were in danger or whose fetuses were damaged.

It made me physically ill,” Fitzsimmons said in an interview.

“I told my wife the next day, ‘I can’t do this again.’ ”

Santorum pointed out to Hillary Clinton that in just one state, out of the 182 partial birth abortions reported in one year in the state of Kansas, none were done for medical reasons.

They were all classified as quote mental health,” Santorum said.

Regarding the possibility that some babies would have fetal abnormalities, Santorum asked Hillary, “It still is a child, is it not?

“Do we consider a child who may not live long or may have an abnormality to be less of a child? Is this less of a human being because it’s not perfect?” he asked.

That we need these kinds of infanticide to weed out those that are not going to survive?” he said.

Clinton did not answer the question but rather asked if the legislation being proposed would make an exception for babies with health issues.

I value every single life and every single person. But if you can explain to me how the United States government through the criminal law process will be making these decisions without infringing on fundamental rights, without imposing onerous burdens on women and their families, I would be more than happy to listen,” Hillary Clinton told Santorum.

The Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 was eventually passed despite Hillary Clinton’s objections and it was signed into law by the President George W. Bush on Nov 5, 2003.

In 2007, Dr. Joel C. Hunter, senior pastor of Northland Church (www.northlandchurch.net), served as a panelist during a live CNN discussion with leading Democratic presidential contenders Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, and Barack Obama at the Sojourners Presidential Forum on Faith, Values, and Poverty.

Rev. Hunter asked then Senator Clinton, ‘Could you see yourself, with millions of voters in a pro-life camp, creating a common ground, with the goal ultimately in mind of reducing the decisions for abortion to zero?’

At the time Hillary was touting her husband Bill Clinton’s old rhetoric that “abortion should be safe, legal, and rare.”

However, Bill Clinton was the most radically pro-abortion president at the time he served his two terms in office.

Listen to his speech here.

In fact one of his first acts as President was to lift several bans on abortion through executive order on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, which legalized abortion on demand in the United States.

Bill Clinton vetoed pro-life measures like a ban on the horrific partial birth abortion procedure which allows an abortionist to partially deliver the unborn child before stabbing the baby in the neck and sucking out their brains:

Hillary CLinton Abortion

Lest you think Bill’s abortion promotion was not approved by Hillary, think again. Carl Bernstein writes in A Woman in Charge, “On the 4th day of the Clinton presidency, Jan. 23, the 20th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, Bill Clinton signed a series of executive orders undoing the draconian policies of the Reagan-Bush era relating to abortion, contraception, and family planning.

Hillary had pushed unequivocally for the orders, but Bill’s pollster argued that she was dead wrong on the timing of such a hot-button issue; by acting on abortion policy as one of the administration’s first pieces of business, the president and, worse, Hillary, would be perceived as governing from the left. But Hillary regarded the prohibitions in question as a powerful symbol of Reagan-era policies, and an opportunity to declare boldly that the Clinton era had begun.

“The milestone anniversary of Roe v. Wade, in Hillary’s view, was the perfect opportunity to move the new presidency on course unambiguously in terms of women’s rights, signal the religious right that its decade of dominance in regard to personal questions was over.”
_________________________________________________________

In Fact, when Hillary Clinton was pushing for nationalized healthcare back when Bill was president, she proposed funding abortions in her healthcare plan:

Hillary Clinton Abortion Health Care

Paul Kengor, wrote about it in his 2007 book: God and Hillary Clinton,”Mrs. Clinton, during her efforts to revolutionize the health care industry, said 1993 that under her plan, abortion services “would be widely available.” This prompted anxieties over the prospect of taxpayer-funded abortions, sparking the Coates Amendment, which sought to strip abortion funding from the plan.

“The first lady allowed for a “conscience exemption” in which doctors and hospitals would not be forced to perform abortions. Pro-lifers were relieved; still, they could not fathom that their tax dollars might be used to find what they saw as the deliberate destruction of innocent human life.

“Mrs. Clinton’s words also ignited fears among moderate and conservative Christians over the availability of the abortion pill, RU-486, under her health care plan. One of her husband’s first acts in office was to push the pill to market through an expedited FDA approval process that was criticized by pro-lifers as allegedly too quick for the safety of the women who would take the pill.”

In the 2007 event shown in the video below, Hillary Clinton was being politically savvy – plain and simple- since she supported all her husband’s actions and as Senator dug in her support for abortion as well.

Hilary Clinton continues to push a radical pro-abortion agenda of abortion on demand for any reason at all nine months of pregnancy.

It’s [abortion] a moral issue and should not be in any way diminished as a moral issue no matter which side you are on,” Clinton said.

Really?

Do not be deceived by the Clinton spin machine !!

Here is the transcript:

Dr. Joel C. Hunter: Hi, Senator Clinton.

Abortion continues to be one of the most hurtful and divisive facts of our nation. I come from the part of the faith community that is very strongly pro-life. I know you’re pro-choice, but you have indicated that you would like to reduce the number of abortions.

Could you see yourself, with millions of voters in a pro-life camp, creating a common ground, with the goal ultimately in mind of reducing the decisions for abortion to zero?

CLINTON: Yes. Yes.

And that is what I have tried to both talk about and reach out about over the last many years, going back, really, at least 15 years, in talking about abortion being safe, legal, and rare. And, by rare, I mean rare.

And it’s been a challenge, because the pro-life and the pro- choice communities have not really been willing to find much common ground. And I think that is a great failing on all of our parts, because, for me…

(APPLAUSE)

CLINTON: … there are many opportunities to assist young people to make responsible decisions.

There is a tremendous educational and public outreach that could be done through churches, through schools, through so much else. But I think it has to be done with an understanding of reaching people where they are today.

We have so many young people who are tremendously influenced by the media culture and by the celebrity culture, and who have a very difficult time trying to sort out the right decisions to make.

And I personally believe that the adult society has failed those people. I mean, I think that we have failed them in our churches, our schools, our government. And I certainly think the, you know, free market has failed. We have all failed.

We have left too many children to sort of fend for themselves morally. And, so, I think there is a great opportunity. But it would require sort of a — a leaving at the sides the suspicion and the baggage that comes with people who have very strong, heartfelt feelings.

You know, when I first started thinking about this very difficult issue — because it is. It’s a moral issue. And it should not be in any way diminished as a moral issue, no matter which side you’re on, because I have seen cases where I honestly believed that the — the moral choice was very complicated and not so straightforward as to what a young woman, her family, her physician, her pastor should do.

And what concerns me is that there’s been a — a real reluctance for anyone to make a move toward the other side, for fear of being labeled as turning one’s back on the moral dimensions of the issue from either direction.

So, I would invite you, and I would be willing to work with you, to see whether there couldn’t be some common ground that one could find.

Hillary CLinton Cnngrats NARAL 2

Think about this, Hillary Clinton once told the abortion lobby group NARAL, that abortion was a fundamental American value, “ I want to congratulate NARAL for calling choice what it is, a fundamental American value, and Freedom.” ~ Hillary Clinton on the 26th anniversary of Roe. V. Wade which legalized abortion on demand.
