Yesterday Judge Andrew Napolitano was on the Megyn file discussing a case before the Supreme Court regarding whether the government can force business owners to pay for contraception and abortion pills in the Affordable Care Act. At stake is a business owner’s constitutional right to religious freedom.

Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood are the two family businesses making arguments before the Supreme Court this week.

Judge Napolitano told Megyn Kelly that, “Contraception services means contraception euthanasia and abortion.”

He explained that the Obama administration is taking two religious corporations to court one Catholic, one fundamentalist Christian who each say they do not spend money on abortion pills at the very least.

“If the Supreme Court rules yes on this case it will be a significant gutting of the Affordable Care Act
,” he points out.

The Judge’s statement that “Contraception services means contraception euthanasia and abortion” has angered the pro-choice side. and twitter is filling up with comments:

proabort attack Judge

Salon author KATIE MCDONOUGH, wrote this, “As everybody knows, Napolitano is completely wrong…As for the euthanasia claim, it’s hard to imagine how Napolitano made that jump since end-of-life care has nothing to do with contraception.”

But- I DISAGREE with McDonough that contraception and euthanasia are not connected!

And the Judge probably has no idea how true what he said is.

A short look back at the roots of abortion and euthanasia and you will see they were rooted in the same thing EUGENICS.

Sanger-membAES

And who is the queen of Eugenics? Margaret Sanger, abortion giant Planned Parenthood’s Founder!

Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger is known as a pioneer for birth control. But she was also a member of the American Eugenics Society and admitted that she gave a speech to the Klu Klu Klan. In her autobiography, she bragged that she received a dozen invites from the Klan for further speeches.

But Eugenics, Birth Control, and Planned Parenthood are not Sanger’s only claim to fame.

By 1952, Margaret Sanger was open about her belief in Euthanasia. This 1952 letter from the Euthanasia Society of America clearly shows Margret Sanger on the American Advisory Board of the Euthanasia Society of America

In addition to Margaret Sanger who founded Planned Parenthood – the panel also shows other members of Sanger’s Boards and those associated with Planned Parenthood.

Henry Pfairchild

Like Henry P. Fairchild a past president of the American Eugenics Society, a VP of Planned Parenthood;Henry Fairchild Eugenics PP

One of Fairchild’s most famous contributions was the development of the Planned Parenthood of America Federation, called the Birth Control Federation of America until 1942. There he served on the Board of Directors in 1932 and later the Vice President from 1939-1948. He also gave a well-known speech, “Race Building in a Democracy”, to the Birth Control Federation of America (BCFA) and the National Committee on Planned Parenthood during their annual meeting in 1940.

Also listed is Harry Emerson Fosdick, who was a recipient of the Albert Lasker Awards Given by Planned Parenthood in 1953.

Henry H. Goddard is also listed and he was published in Margaret Sanger’s book, The Case for Birth Control.

Holmes ABCL

Also on the list is Samuel H Holmes. According to the film, Maafa21, in a 1929 speech, American eugenicist Samuel Holmes had proposed that mandatory birth control should be used as a tool to eliminate what he called the menace to the white race that had been created by increases in black population. His solution was to have a quota system in which the right to have a child would be controlled by the government and determined by race. At the time, Holmes was on the National Council of the American Birth Control League which would later become known as Planned Parenthood.

Frank L, Babbott is listed as a Vice President of this Euthanasia Society. Babbott was a founding member of the American Eugenics Society.

Frank H. Hankins – is listed on the Board of Director – more on his associations are listed later on.

ABCL May 1924

Clarence C . Little is also listed on the board of directors. Clarence Little was the president of the University of Michigan, a founding member of The American Eugenics Society, and a board member of the American Birth Control League which would later be known as Planned Parenthood. He was President of the International Fed of Birth Control League, Birth Control Federation President, on the Birth Control Review editorial board, A Birth Control Federation of America VP, and on the 1938 Citizen Committee for Planned Parenthood. Among other known Sanger associations.

Charles Francis Potter was founder of the Humanist Society and in 1924 Margaret Sanger wrote an “Introduction for Charles Francis Potter.” Potter was active in the Rhode Island Maternal Health Association, which he served as medical director, as well as Planned Parenthood. He was a member of the American, Rhode Island, and Providence medical societies. In 1967, Dr. Potter was awarded the Margaret Sanger Medal by Planned Parenthood for outstanding service to family planning, after he served 11 years as medical director of its clinic.

President of the Euthanasia Society was Mrs. F Robertson Jones who was also on Margaret Sanger’s ABCL board.

We would later discover that RL Dickinson was President of the Euthanasia Society and Senior VP of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

Euthanasia groups have morphed under many names over the years and Planned Parenthood members remain involved in their promotion of the death ideology:

In 2012 PETER GOODWIN, MD ended his life in accordance with Oregon’s Measure 16 “Death with Dignity Act,” the landmark legislation that he helped craft and champion into law in 1997. Aside from publicly advocating for Measure 16, he served as chairman of the Oregon Death with Dignity Committee. He was also a member of the Planned Parenthood of Columbia/Willamette board.

In 1964, Evelyn Ames co-founded the Planned Parenthood Association of Nashville. She served as the organization’s southeastern representative for nine southern states, and on the executive committee of the national board of directors of Planned Parenthood-World Population. She was also a founder and member of the board of the Nashville chapter of Concern for Dying, an advocacy group for the right to die. Ames Davis died in 1993.

Esther Instebo delivered donations and filled fundraiser tables for Planned Parenthood and Washington politicians. Instebo pulled her friends into Democratic Party politics. Instebo worked with the euthanasia organization Compassion and Choices to qualify for help in dying under the state’s Death with Dignity law. Knowing that she had that option “greatly improved the quality of the last six months of her life because she knew she wouldn’t have to put up with what she was afraid of.”

According to researcher, Rita Dillar, when Compassion and Choices, formerly The Hemlock Society, convened its June 2012 conference, former Planned Parenthood insider Theresa Connor was a featured speaker. She was public policy director for Planned Parenthood in Washington state for 15 years and instituted the research and strategy behind the 2001 Erickson v. Bartell case “that required employers’ insurance plans to cover prescription birth control under anti-discrimination laws.

Margaret Sanger Planned Parenthood Hero

It is interesting how Margaret Sanger, founded in Eugenics, the American Eugenics Society, and members of the Planned Parenthood all helped establish euthanasia and so-called mercy-killing ideologies in America.

But…where did it begin?

In 1938, just a few years prior to the American Birth Control League (ABCL) changing its name to Planned Parenthood, which today is the largest abortion provider in the nation, a group of American Eugenics Society Members and members of Margaret Sanger’s American Birth Control League (ABCL) formed the National Society for the Legalization of Euthanasia.

Heading this pro-euthanasia panel was a man by the name of Charles F. Potter who, in 1938 was also on the ABCL Committee for Planned Parenthood according to a February 1938, New York Times story.

Also on this board was Sidney Goldstein who sat on the American Birth Control League’s National Council and later was on Planned Parenthood’s Board of Directors.

Old PP

Another member was Frank H. Hankins who was a managing editor for Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger’s newsletter called the Birth Control Review. Hankins was also an American Eugenics Society member.

Another more famous name who was sat on the advisory board of this panel was Julian Huxley, who was a recipient of a Planned Parenthood award.

Mrs. F. Robertson Jones was also on this panel, she was an ABCL President, wrote for Sanger’s Birth Control Review, and was an honorary board member of Planned Parenthood-World Population and a Board of Director of Planned Parenthood.

ABCL Citizen’s Committee for Planned Parenthood member, Dr. Foster Kennedy, was also on the panel.

American Eugenics Society Member, Clarence Cook Little was the President of Margaret Sanger’s American Birth Control League (ABCL), at the same time he was on this pro-euthanasia panel.

Clarence Little was the president of the University of Michigan, a founding member of The American Eugenics Society, and a board member of the American Birth Control League which would later be known as Planned Parenthood. (Watch Maafa21)

Leon Whitney Acclaims Hitler

American Eugenics Society founder and friend to Margaret Sanger, Leon Whitney, also sat on this panel. Whitney advocated forced sterilization, was published in Sanger’s Birth Control Review, and openly praised Adolf Hitler for his Nazi effort.

It appears that the purveyors of death have taken their fanaticism all the way from conception to end of life and no one is outside their bloody grips. Margaret Sanger’s eugenics ideology not only penetrates the womb thru Planned Parenthood and abortion but it reaches into hospitals and private residences with its euthanasia death grip on the elderly, infirmed, and weak for premature death. When you think about it, it all makes sense, after all- wasn’t that the agenda of Eugenics to start with?

Birth Control is tied to euthanasia thru eugenics.

As Ryan Bomberger, founder of the Radiance Foundation points out, “Margaret Sanger, made it abundantly clear what birth control was all about. Steeped in eugenic racism, her own definition of birth control’s main aim was (according to Chapter 18 of her self-penned Women And The New Race) “nothing more or less than the facilitation of the process of weeding out the unfit, of preventing the birth of defectives or of those who will become defective.” Her misrepresented Birth Control Movement wasn’t about women’s rights; it was about ridding the world of human life that she deemed unworthy to exist.” ~ Ryan Bomberger.

Former Planned Parenthood prez Alan Guttmacher population control plan: limit births to two children

guttmachr As late as 1970, former Planned Parenthood president Alan Guttmacher called the idea of a limitation of families to only 2 children in America “desirable.”

Guttmacher endorses Force Full Article

The statement was made to a Sarasota paper while he was speaking under the sponsorship of Planned Parenthood of Sarasota County, Inc.

Alan Guttmacher, who was the residing president of Planned Parenthood World-Population at the time, sat down with Sarasota Herald Tribune reporter, Lee McCall for an interview.

Guttmacher told McCall that Planned Parenthood was an “excellent organization.”

McCall reports that Guttmacher pointed out that even though there have been discussions of limiting families to 2.2 children for what we would consider a forced population control system, Guttmacher said it was inadvisable for Planned Parenthood because it would essentially cause a public relations backlash among Americans and especially minorities who see this language as genocide and eugenics. Planned Parenthood was knee deep in Eugenics and Guttmacher knew the sensitivity of how the minority black community felt about population control which we have documented before (here).

Planned Parenthood president, Alan Guttmacher told the paper, “It would be difficult. In the first place it would probably split the organization. Also we would have trouble with minority groups accepting this. So even though the plan may be desirable and would make us a stronger nation, a less polluted nation, I feel it would be strategically unwise at this time.”

Guttmacher endorses force

Guttmacher goes on to endorse a plan that he says would work, ABORTION, “If we could get the abortion law liberalized, most of the 750,000 unwanted pregnancies would not lead to babies…”he stated.

Guttmacher also said this, “We look forward to the time when out clinics can be closed, when the government can fund enough money to serve the poor and research new birth control methods.”

Guttmacher VP AES article
The same year, Planned Parenthood president Alan Guttmacher, who was a former vice-president of the American Eugenics Society, told Boston Magazine that the United Nations should be the organization the United States used to carry out population control programs worldwide.

GuttmacherColorfulUNForce
Guttmacher explained his reasoning, “ If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage.

Earlier in 1966, Guttmacher compared the world population with the threat of nuclear war and told the Washington Post that governments may have to act officially to limit families “It may be taken out of the voluntary category“, Guttmacher said.

That created a huge backlash which set off accusations again by minority communities that Planned Parenthood was wanting to limit families especially black ones.

In an attempt to squelch that – Guttmacher denied that he wanted family limitation- and the media published the lies hook, line and sinker.

Guttmacher denies wanting to limit families

In 1971, Guttmacher again railed on about the importance of government limiting the size of families and said the government had been “niggardly” in their attempts to combat over-population. By then the backlash against force had begun so, Guttmacher began to advocate for “Volunteerism” as a PR way to get his population control measures received.

In a 1969 article in Medical World News Reports, Guttmacher sees the possibility that coercion will be used to control population, “Each country will have to decide its own form of coercion,” writes Guttmacher, “and determine when and how it should be employed. At present the available means are compulsory sterilization and compulsory abortion. Perhaps some day a way of enforcing compulsory birth control will be feasible. ”

Sanger Farms and Open Spaces

Guttmacher was following in the steps of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger who in 1932, called for the U.S. government to set aside farms and what she called “open spaces” where certain groups of people would be segregated from the rest of society. She proposed that, among others, the illiterate, the unemployed and the poor should be forcibly kept in these areas until they developed “better moral conduct.” ~ The documentary film Maafa21.

Sanger called for parents to have a QUOTE: LICENSE TO BREED controlled by people who believed in her eugenic philosophy. She wanted all would be parents to go before her eugenic boards to request a “PERMIT TO BREED“. So much for Choice , huh?

Sanger also called for those who were poor and what she considered to be “morons and immoral‘ , to be shipped to colonies where they would live in “Farms and Open Spaces” dedicated to brainwashing these so-called “inferior types” into having what Sanger called, “Better moral conduct”.

Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger once wrote that no one should have the right to bear a child and no permit for children shall give a couple the right the have more than one birth, requiring parents to obtain a “license to breed.”

In her “A License for Mothers to Have Babies” with the subtitle, “A code to stop the overproduction of children.” Sanger writes:

A marriage license shall in itself give husband and wife only the right to a common household and not the right to parenthood.

Article 4. No woman shall have the legal right to bear a child, and no man shall have the right to become a father, without a permit for parenthood.

Article 5. Permits for parenthood shall be issued upon application by city, county, or State authorities to married couples , providing the parents are financially able to support the expected child, have the qualifications needed for proper rearing of the child, have no transmissible diseases, and on the woman’s part, no medical indication that maternity is likely to result in death or permanent injury to health.

Article 6. No permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth.

This strange idea was opposed opposed by many.

License to Breed Sanger Bizarre Ideas

Maafa21 details the use of force for population control.

The idea of Forced Population Control not a new concept as I detail here.

Hardin AES

In another example from 1969, a professor at the University of California, Dr. Garrett Hardin, called it insanity to rely on voluntarism to control population. Hardin was a member of the American Eugenics Society and an outspoken advocate of government enforced birth control saying that citizens should be willing to give up their right to breed for the betterment of society. In 1980, he was given Planned Parenthood’s highest national award.

shockley In 1967 when eugenicist and Nobel Prize winner, Dr. William Shockley, caused a national uproar when he stated that it was a waste of taxpayer money to create better schools and welfare programs for what he called “Ghetto Negroes.” He claimed to have research showing that people of African descent are genetically inferior to whites in intelligence and simply not smart enough to take advantage of programs designed to help them.

To save tax money, he proposed that the U.S. government implement forced birth control to lower the reproduction of the inferior classes and then issue certificates to become pregnant that would be sold on the New York stock exchange. Shockley was a national committee member of Planned Parenthood and a featured speaker at at least one Planned Parenthood conference.
William Shockley Certificates to be pregnant

Donald Minkler was the president of the American Association of Planned Parenthood Physicians and a member of the Board of Directors of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Like many of those in the eugenics movement, he understood that their plans would not always be voluntarily adopted and that the use of governmental coercion, or even force, might one day be necessary.
Minkler Quote Article

In 1972, Minkler made this astonishing statement, “We hope that the restraint of population growth can come about through voluntary means: but, if it does not, involuntary methods will be used.”

Back to Alan Guttmacher

Most people have no idea that the organization he started the Guttmacher Institute is the official research arm of Planned Parenthood and quoted nationally.

Sub title ” Having it all w/o having children”

From the article, “Even so, women who choose not to become mothers are finding new paths of acceptance. As their ranks rise, so do positive attitudes about leading a life in which having it all doesn’t mean having a baby.”

This mirrors what racist founder of Planned Parenthood , Margaret Sanger said often. Sanger was a member of the racist American Eugenics Society.

Transcript:
Mrs. Margaret (Sanger) Slee, President of America’s Planned Parenthood Federation, maintains that European Women should stop having babies for the next ten years:

John Parsons – Don’t you think such a theory, such a radical theory is anti-social?

Margaret Sanger: On the contrary, it seems to me that it is more practical and Humane.

John Parsons What about the women who want babies now and in 10 years won’t be able to have babies? Impractical don’t you think?

Margaret Sanger: O John you do ask hard questions, I should think that instead of being impractical, it is really very practical and intelligent and humane.

John Parsons But Mrs. Slee in this country having babies is the only thing left which is both unrationed and untaxed, do you think we really ought to stop?

Margaret Sanger: Well I suppose a subject like that is really so personal that it is entirely up to the parents to decide, but from my view I believe there should be no more babies ( Film cuts off here – why???)

And this part was left off????
in starving countries for the next ten years….

This photograph shows a theatre marquee during the late 1920’s. The show is “No More Children with Dr. Lee Krauss”. Krauss and daughter Elaine explained the subject of birth control to the audience. The photograph forms part of the collection of Margaret Sanger’s papers. The film was also the subject of an article in the Margaret Sangers Papers Project newsletter. The article refers to some correspondence between Sanger and Dr. L. Lee Krauss, who was involved with the film. That correspondence is at the Library of Congress. Margaret Sanger had very little to do with the film except that she was invited to speak to audiences before showings.
