BattleGroundTXBattle Ground Texas field director was caught in an under cover video claiming their job was to “Turn Texas Blue” – the only problem is that they are funded by the Feds to sign up and train ObamaCare Navigators.

Battleground Texas is leading the Texas Democrats’ campaign to install Wendy Davis in the governor’s mansion.

Jenn Brown is the Executive Director, where she manages the day to day operations and strategy of the organization.
Jenn most recently served as Field Director for Obama for America in the crucial state of Ohio, where she oversaw a team of over 600 field staff and 130 offices. Prior to helping President Obama carry Ohio, Jenn managed nine states during the 2010 mid-term election cycle as National Regional Director for Organizing for America – the grassroots organization born out of the 2008 campaign dedicated to supporting the President’s policy initiatives. She was previously Minnesota State Director and later a Regional Field Director for the Obama campaign in 2008.
A northern California native hailing from a small town, Jenn’s experience includes working on a number of local elections in her home state and with issue-based advocacy organizations such as the Center for Progressive Leadership and the United States Student Association. Jenn is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where she served as Student Government President.

Christina Gomez is the Digital Director, where she oversees all online communication, including managing, Facebook, Twitter, Design and online fundraising.
Born and raised in Austin, TX, Christina most recently served as Senior Digital Strategist for the Democratic National Committee during the 2012 presidential campaign. Prior to joining the DNC, she was the Executive Director for the largest and oldest Latino policy caucus in the United States and managed the communications agenda for a senior member of the Texas House of Representatives.
Christina attended Texas State University where she studied political communication and was on the editorial board of The University Star. In her free time, you can find her at a local spinning studio, running around Town Lake, or playing with her dog named Jill.

Felicity Pereyra is the Data Director, where she manages the voter file, reporting and analytics.
A native of Houston, TX, Felicity got her start as a Field Organizer with the Harris County Coordinated Campaign in 2008. Most recently she was the Deputy Data Director for Obama for America in Colorado, where she managed daily reporting and GOTV systems.
Felicity attended University of Houston and is very excited to be back in Texas and part of Battleground Texas. She recently attended the New Organizing Institute’s Advanced Data Camp, so if you have questions about Modeling, Python or GIS, Felicity is the person to ask.

Cliff Walker is the Political Director, where he oversees relationships with elected officials and coalition partners across the state.
A San Antonio native, Cliff began his political career working in Congressman Henry Cuellar’s local district office. Most recently, after working for Joe Farias and the Back to Basics PAC, Cliff was the Executive Director of the Texas HDCC, and worked closely with Democratic lawmakers and allies to recruit, field and fund, quality Democratic challengers during the 2012 campaign cycle.
Cliff attended Yale University and is proud to have spent his entire career working to elect Democrats in Texas.

Adrienne Bell is a Regional Field Director in Houston, where she works closely with volunteers to register, engage and turnout more voters.
A native of Houston, Adrienne is determined to be instrumental in turning Texas into a battleground state, and witness the election of Democrats, across Texas. She most recently served as the Community Outreach Director for Sylvia Garcia’s Texas Senate 6 campaign, in the 2013 special election.
A graduate of Houston Baptist University, Adrienne is currently pursuing her doctorate in education from Texas Southern University and is thrilled to be leading the field team in for Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Chambers, Jefferson, Galveston, and Montgomery counties.

Olivia Cosby is the Finance Associate, where she oversees planning fundraising events across the state of Texas.
Last year she returned to her hometown of Ft. Worth, TX to serve as the Deputy Finance Director for State Senator Wendy Davis’ re-election campaign. Prior to that she worked in Washington, DC where she was the Division Administrator at Meridian International Center which implements the US Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program.
Olivia is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where she majored in Mass Communication with a minor in Business Administration.

Grant Fuller is the Senior Email Strategist—he writes all those informative and entertaining emails you receive.
A native Austinite who could not be happier to be back in Texas, Grant was a Writer and Audio Producer at Obama for America headquarters in Chicago. Before entering digital politics, Grant was a freelance radio producer in Mexico City and worked at radio stations in Sierra Leone and Liberia.
Grant graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a degree in Communication and Spanish. When he’s not eating tacos or barbecue, he’s trying to counteract its effects by running or playing basketball.

Nathalie Kalombo is the Special Projects Manager, where she assists the field team in planning, organizing and implementation of new programs.
Raised in Houston, TX (Go Rockets & Texans!), Nathalie most recently served as state Senior Field Assistant with Obama for America in Florida. She previously worked on the Bill White Senate and subsequent Gubernatorial Campaign.
Nathalie attended The University of Texas at Austin (Hook’em!), where she earned a BS in Corporate & Political communication and a BA in Government and a minor in Spanish.

Megan Klein is the Regional Field Director for Central Texas, where she recruits and trains volunteers to register, engage and turnout voters.
Born and raised in Austin, Megan organizes her hometown to help support Democrats in Texas. Most recently, Megan was the Regional Field Director for Obama for America in Austin, Texas. Before becoming an organizer, Megan was a teacher and spent a year teaching English in Taiwan.
A graduate of the Univeristy of Texas at Austin (Hook’em!), Megan is thrilled to be organizing in the place she cares about the most, Texas.

Zeppa Kreager is the Deputy Operations Director and Assistant to the Executive Director, where she manages the day to day operations of the organization.
From Hastings, Nebraska, Zeppa most recently served as the Crowd Coordinator for the Presidential Inuagural Committee and a Field Organizer for Obama for America in Ohio. In Ohio, Zeppa was a rural organizer, where she managed multiple counties for the organization.
Zeppa is a graduate of Hood College in Maryland, where she studied Political Science and Religion.

Daniel Lucio is the Deputy Field Director for South Texas, where he oversees all our volunteer organizing.
Born and raised in Harlingen, TX, Daniel has spent the last few years organizing in Corpus Christi. Daniel is a community organizer at heart and has worked on many campaigns to better the environment in Texas.
Daniel attended the University of Texas, Brownsville for his BA and earned his MPA at Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

Priscila Martina is the Organizer overseeing Congressional District 28, which includes Laredo, Floresville, Zapata, Rio Grande City.
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Priscila has spent the last 13 years living in Michigan. She attended University of Michigan-Ann Arbor where she was involved with the DREAM Act movement on campus and outside of campus working with undocumented students across the state and the country to pass the DREAM Act.
After graduating college, she worked with an immigrant rights organization in Detroit, Michigan called Alliance for Immigrants Rights working to organize undocumented workers against a company that had stolen their wages as well as made them work in horrible conditions. After organizing many rallies, phone calls, and press events against the company, the company decided to settle with over 3,000. Soon after, she joined Organizing for America in Toledo, Ohio organizing the Eastside of Toledo that led 3 different staging locations that mobilized volunteers to knock over 10,000 doors during the Get Out The Vote Weekend to get the President reelected.

Francis Nugent is the Deputy Field Director for Houston, Austin and Dallas, where he oversees all our volunteer organizing.
Growing up in Houston, TX, Francis developed an interest in politics helping his Mom work at the polls on election days. After graduating from law school in Houston, Francis moved out to Colorado work on President Obama’s re-election effort in 2012.
Francis attended the University of California, Santa Cruz and earned his law degree from University of Houston. Francis is excited to be back in his native state working to expand and mobilize the Texas electorate for Democrats up and down the ticket.

Ramsey Reid is the Deputy Political Director where he manages relationships with elected officials and coalition partners in Houston and Dallas.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ramsey most recently was with the White House Council on Environmental Quality. Prior to joining the White House, Ramsey worked for Obama for America in his hometown.
Ramsey attended Tulane University and earned his law degree from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). After working for a real estate development firm, Ramsey is thrilled to be organizing Democrats instead of negotiating over the viscosity of concrete or lease termination clauses.

Oscar Silva is the Regional Field Director for Region 23, which spans Texas Congressional District 23, going from El Paso to San Antonio and all along the US-Mexico border.
Originally from El Paso, Oscar led the Latino vote efforts in North Carolina for Obama for America. Latino organizing and special groups empowerment – students, women, and faith – are at the core of Oscar’s focus.
Oscar attended Baylor University (Sic ‘Em Bears!) where he earned degrees in Public Administration, Economics and International Business. When not caught in the field or in a Democratic office, Oscar is often outdoors camping with his dogs – Bruno and Valentino – or eating something delicious with family and friends.
