MalachyDeHenre-2On November 25,2003, abortionist Malachy Dehenre performed an abortion on a patient at the Summit Medical Center abortion clinic in Birmingham, Alabama, who was approximately 17.4 weeks pregnant. The patient was discharged from the clinic 20 minutes after the abortion was complete. The State of Alabama, Board of Medical Examiners states that in less than 6 hours after being discharged from the clinic, the patient’s husband called to say she had developed abdominal pain and a low temperature. He was NOT told to seek medical care. The woman was later found by her husband on the floor, unresponsive and was transported to the hospital by ambulance. She was pronounced DEAD approximately 17-18 hours after being discharged by the abortion clinic. According to the autopsy report, the woman suffered a uterine perforation with massive hemorrhage. The Clarion Ledger reported that court papers identified the woman as Leigh Ann Stephens Alford of Blount County, Alabama. see a list of women killed from legal abortion here http://www.safeandlegal.com

According to the State of Alabama, Medical Board, on March 29, 2002, abortionist Malachy DeHenre performed an abortion on a patient referred to as “CW” at the Summit Medical Center abortion clinic in Birmingham, Alabama. During the procedure “CW” began to bleed excessively. The Birmingham Fire Rescue was summoned and upon arrival EMT’s found the patient unresponsive, not on oxygen, or a cardiac monitor, and bleeding heavily. She appeared to have lost a significant amount of blood and was not being monitored by clinic staff, nor was any emergency treatment being rendered by the abortionist or the staff. The EMT’s were instructed by the abortion clinic, to transport the woman out a steep stairway through the back door of the clinic, but they refused and took the woman safely out the front door. The woman was transported to the hospital and underwent a total hysterectomy. She also required 32 units of blood. She was discharged from the hospital on April 9, 2002. Since this event, DeHenre was arrested and convicted of manslaughter in the shooting death of his wife. and here and here

On June 8, 2000 a woman received an abortion at the New Women All Women abortion clinic in Jackson, Mississippi. She was approximately 15 weeks pregnant. According to a report from the State Medical Board, the patient was immediately discharged after the procedure. Shortly thereafter, she began to experience excessive bleeding. The report indicates that the abortion clinic was informed of the bleeding but made no effort to follow up with the patient. The patient was later transported to Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson where she underwent surgery to stop the bleeding. A total abdominal hysterectomy was performed in order to save her life. It was determined that the patient had marked hemorrhage secondary to uterine perforation which occurred at the time of the abortion procedure. The abortionist, Malachy Dehenre, who performed the procedure failed to recognize the perforation and had no after-hours call mechanism in place in order to deal with complications. Since this event, DeHenre was arrested and convicted in for manslaughter in the shooting death of his wife.

Ex-Laurel doc will spend 20 years behind bars

LAUREL — While most Americans will celebrate freedom this Independence Day, Jones County Assistant District Attorney J. Ronald Parrish’s celebration will include a lot more.

Parrish will celebrate the fact that a local physician who was found guilty of manslaughter in January 2008 for the shooting death of his wife failed in an attempt to win his freedom.

In a 5-4 vote Thursday, the Mississippi Supreme Court upheld the 20-year sentence of Dr. Malachy DeHenre. The physician, a Nigeria native, was found guilty of manslaughter during his second trial for the shooting death of his wife, Nayasha, at the couple’s Laurel residence on Jan. 23, 1997. DeHenre’s first trial ended in a mistrial, with an 11-1 vote by the jury for acquittal.

DeHenre SCOTUS upholds sentence

“I learned that at 1:30 p.m. today, the Mississippi Supreme Court, confirmed the conviction of Dr. Malachy DeHenre in the killing of his wife,” said Parrish. “No case I’ve handled since I’ve been here gives me as much gratification as this one.

“The man is a despicable nasty person,” added Parrish. “He not only killed his wife, that’s what he was convicted for, but I think people need to know about him. He also killed two other women during botched abortion. One was in Alabama and one in Jackson, Miss. And according to him, he performed 30,000 abortions on unborn children.”

According to a Dec. 15, 2006 LL-C article, DeHenre had his license to practice medicine in Alabama suspended for malpractice after an Alabama woman died as a result of an abortion DeHenre performed on her there in 2003.

Also, DeHenre’s New Woman Medical Center, an abortion facility in Jackson, was closed in 2005. In December 2005, Hinds County Circuit Judge Winston Kidd required DeHenre to pay $500,000 in damages to a woman who was injured in a failed abortion. And in March 2005, the Mississippi state medical board suspended his medical license over botched abortions.

“On my way home one day, I stopped and picked up a newspaper,” said Parrish. “That’s something I usually don’t do, but it was different this day.

“There was (DeHenre’s) big smiling face and a story that said he was getting his medical license back. I wondered why this guy was running around here free, especially after the horrific way he killed his wife who I have heard nothing but praises about.

“The day I saw and read that article was a bad day for him,” added Parrish.

Parrish said he came back to work the next day and obtained the files for the case. He looked at all of his options and discovered that he could re-open the case. He searched the files night and day and as the old adage goes, the rest is history.

“There was enough evidence there to merit a new trial,” said Parrish. “He thought he had gotten away with this despicable crime, but I was determined not to let him get away with it.”

In his appeal, DeHenre said his 2008 trial should have been halted after a prospective juror called him an abortionist. He argued that a mistrial should have been declared during jury selection because of the abortionist remark.

According to court records, the unidentified prospective juror told the court “every man is entitled to a fair trial, but when DeHenre left here he became an abortionist.” The juror was dismissed from the courtroom.

Although DeHenre’s attorneys asked for a mistrial, Jones County Circuit Judge Billy Joe Landrum refused the request after getting an agreement from other jurors that they would not be biased against DeHenre because of the juror’s statement. Following the guilty verdict, DeHenre’s attorneys decided to appeal the conviction.

In its decision to reject DeHenre’s appeal, the Court stated that “a trial court may declare a mistrial for misconduct that substantially and irreparably prejudices a party’s case…in this case, a prospective juror referred to the defendant, Dr. Malachy DeHenre, as an abortionist. We must decide whether this isolated statement required a mistrial. We find it did not.

“Any harm caused by the statement was reparable, and the trial court took immediate action to cure any potential prejudice,” the Court concluded.

Although not all justices did not vote to uphold the conviction, Parrish said he is simply delighted that the majority ruled in his favor.

“I feel a whole lot better now knowing that he will remain behind bars, hopefully for the entire 20 years,” said Parrish. “But if he doesn’t stay behind bars the whole time, I have consolation in knowing that when he gets out he will be handcuffed and shipped back to Africa where he came from.

“This man was in the country illegally,” he said. “I’m just so proud of the five justices who stood up to the plate and did what was right.

“It’s a happy Fourth of July!” said Parrish.

Abortion doctor accused of killing wife

On December 15,2006, the Hattiesburg American reported in an article, (Doctor pleads not guilty to killing his wife ), that abortionist Malachy DeHenre was arrested after a new indictment accused him of shooting his wife, Dr. Nyasha DeHenre, in the head in their Laurel home in 1997. At his first trial in 1999, the jury voted 11-1 to acquit him, resulting in a hung jury.

According to a WDAM News 7 news report, (Doctor to face 2nd trial for wife’s slaying: 12-18-2006), DeHenre is also being charged with the rape of a then 21-year-old patient when he was practicing at the Family Health Care Center in 1992.

DeHenre has a long history of trouble in his performance of abortions and treatment of women. He performed abortions in Alabama before he lost his license to practice in that state, according to a Washington Post story , (Alabama Abortion Clinic to Stay Shut: 6-15-2006).

The Post reported that DeHenre formerly worked for the Summit abortion clinic in Alabama which, was closed in 2006 after state inspectors found them dispensing RU-486 without a doctor present. The article says that in December of 2004, the Medical Licensure Commission of Alabama indefinitely suspended the license of Malachy M. DeHenre. The commission ruled that DeHenre’s conduct in four cases from 2000 to 2003 was “immoral, unprofessional or dishonorable” and that he endangered his patients through “gross malpractice.”
In March of 2005, DeHenre’s license was indefinitely suspended by the Mississippi Medical Board. It had been temporarily suspended in 2004 after one of DeHenre’s Alabama abortion patients died. A 2004, Clarion Ledger report entitled, Abortion death cited in action against doctor Ala. suspends license of Jackson abortion practitioner, reveals that the Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners found that the patient was discharged from Summit Medical Center 20 minutes after having an abortion on Nov. 25, 2003. Less than six hours later, her husband contacted the medical center and reported that his wife had abdominal pain and a low temperature.

She was taken by ambulance to a Birmingham hospital, where she died. She sustained an unrecognized uterine perforation during the abortion, the board said. “Subsequent hemorrhagic shock led to her ultimate demise,” according to the board’s report to the licensure commission.

According to the Clarion Ledger, (Suspended doc: Didn’t like doing 35,000 abortions: 3-18-2005), after his suspension in Mississippi, DeHenre said that he did not like performing some 35,000 abortions, but did so because he needed the work. “I ask for your forgiveness,” Dehenre said. “I don’t want to be an outcast. I want to be among the medical community.” The Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure told the press that they received “more than one complaint, ” in the case.

After DeHenre’s 2006 arrest he was denied his bond request and will be held in the Jones County Adult Detention Facility in Ellisville until his trial, which will likely be held in the spring of 2007.

The only time the media reports threats against an anti-abortionist, is to play threats against Stupak

Something earth shattering is happening – the news media has decided to report about threats which happen to an anti-abortion person. I am shocked ! Oh, but wait, this anti-abortion person voted with the pro-abortion liberals on the health care debate. This is not some “Let’s report the truth” moment for the media – this is a way to slam conservatives. All violence is wrong and threats included, but – I have to ask, where was the media playing the tapes of the threats Stupak received from months BEFORE he flipped on health care- when he was acting pro-life? HUH? Why not play those as well? You and I both know the answer to that one, don’t we?

Vodpod videos no longer available.

more about "Stupak Gets Threats", posted with vodpod

Since the media is on a roll , Why not call for pro-choicers to disavow these acts of violence on their side? :

Pro-Life Office Inundated with Hateful Calls in Wake of Health Care Vote

WICHITA, Kan., March 25 /Christian Newswire/ — Telephones at Operation Rescue’s national headquarters were inundated with hateful messages in the wake of the weekend vote on health care in the House of Representatives. Operation Rescue has been outspoken in its opposition to the Obama health care takeover plan, especially provisions that would provide taxpayer funding for abortions.

The calls filled the mailboxes of several extensions and ranged from nonsensical messages, to sexually explicit “dirty phone calls,” to anti-Christian, hate-filled tirades. In weeks preceding the vote Operation Rescue staff members received death threats.

“Normally we don’t give the threats and hateful calls we receive much thought. But lately there has been much made about threats to Democrats that supported the health care takeover, and we thought that people needed to know that the hate calls are flowing both ways,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.

“This kind of harassment and intimidation will never deter us from our mission to save the lives of innocent babies and stop abortion in our nation,” said Newman. “However, we do take security precautions and are working with the FBI, which continues to investigate death threats against me and my staff.”

Brutal murder of pro-life activist exposes epidemic of pro-choice terrorism and violence

In September of 2009, a pro-life activist was gunned down on a public sidewalk by a violent pro-choicer who hated his message. James Pouillon was standing in front of a Michigan High School, where he had stood peacefully many times before, carrying a pro-life sign. The Shiawassee County Prosecutor’s office has charged pro-choicer, Harlan J. Drake, 33, of Owosso with two counts of first-degree, premeditated murder.

Pouillon’s sign depicted a picture of a baby and simply said “LIFE” and for this he was brutally killed.

BS ABORTION 1

babylife1

Police reported that Drake was ticked off at Pouillon’s pro-life message, so he hunted him down in a killing spree, drove up next to the man who had 2 leg braces and carried an oxygen tank, and opened fire. This is the pro-choice response to a non-violent protest, this is their way of bringing “peace” and “Common ground” to the abortion issue. This type of brutal murder , firing several bullets into the body of a loving father and a husband , is the violent pro-choice response to the simple pro-life message: “LIFE“.

Activist Killed

Perhaps the years of pro-choice rhetoric has finally caught up with them. The media is not without fault here as well. Even today as I read an AP story, rather than pointing back to the thousands of incidents of angry pro-choice violence against pro-lifers, unborn children, abortion patients, etc. they are using the death of this pro-life martyr, to once again bring up the shooting of an abortion doctor from Wichita. Never in the history of this issue, has the media ever repeated the litany of deaths of the women at the hands of abortion doctors.

Deaths such as Pamela Colson, who bled to death as she left a Pensacola abortion clinic, where she was a patient. The clinic botched her abortion so bad and then sent her on the way- to die on her car as she drove home. You have heard a lot about Pensacola and an abortionist murders, but the media says nothing about Colson’s abortion death ! Why? Because the media is Pro-abortion and they will go to large extents to hide the brutal truth of abortion from the public.

The media also continues to hide the fact that pro-life people are targeted daily for abuse, violence, and now murder. The media, rather than doing their homework and being “un-biased” on this issue- takes all their talking points from the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood – both organizations who make millions of dollars from abortion.

Rather than mention the death of Late-Term abortionist Tiller – they could detail the violent attack in New Jersey of pro-lifer George Krail who was run over by pro-choicers entering the South Jersey Women’s Center run by abortionist: George Danioff. The media could report that when pro-lifer George Krail was laying in pain on the sidewalk after the attack, and no one inside this “Medical Abortion Office” rendered him any assistance according to Krail’s Wife, Tina. It was pro-choicers who violently used their car to break George’s right leg in four places , four of George’s ribs and inflicted several other injuries to his ankle. Why doesn’t the media repeat this violent pro-choice story?

The media could also report the death of abortion patient, Laura Smith who died as a result of her abortion at the Women’s Health Center, in Hyannis, MA. where abortionist Rapin Osathanondh did the botched procedure. During the abortion, Laura’s heart, pulse and blood pressure were not monitored, and there was no oxygen source in the room. The media could report how abortionist Osathanondh, and an office worker who had no training in resuscitative measures, and were only ones with Laura after the abortion. They could report how after the abortion, Osathanondh called Smith’s name to wake her, and when he received no response, he failed to timely initiate a call to 911, according to Laura’s mom, Eileen. Smith was pronounced dead by the time she arrived at Cape Cod Hospital. Eileen reported that Osathanondh lied repeatedly to its staff about the incident, telling them he gave Smith oxygen when he didn’t, monitored her pulse when he didn’t, claimed he and his assistant were certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support when they weren’t, and said he hadn’t left the room from the time he began CPR until the ambulance arrived.

They could report how Carolina Gutierrez, bought the lie that abortion is a safe, legal procedure. It took her six weeks to die from an infection so bad after her abortion that she developed gangrene.

gutierd

Yes, these are the faces of PRO-CHOICE AMERICA ! And this is but a drop in the bucket. There are thousands of such stories ranging from brutal attacks of pro-choice boyfriends who kill their pro-life girlfriends because they refuse to have abortions, to pro-choice activists who attack pro-lifers, vandalize their property, and threaten them constantly, to abortion doctors who have sexually assaulted their abortion patients ( google: Dr. Brian Finkel or Dr. Nabil Ghali to name a few) to those who have cared so little for these women that they left the abortion mills in plastic bags, or died later from neglect.

My heart and prayers go out to the Pouillon family. He was a martyr and his message is worth listening to. I hope and pray that he did not die in vain and that the media will begin to report the truth regarding pro-choice violence I call upon the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood to renounce this type of violence and I ask them to reign in their rhetoric which led to this murder. I call for the President to release Federal Marshal to all pro-life facilities for protection and to take seriously the threats that pro-lifers get on a daily basis. I call for a nationwide investigation into the possibility that this murder may be part of a national conspiracy to murder pro-lifers.

Here is proof that the media is biased against pro-lifers especially in how they handle the killings:

Rachel Maddow calls shooting of Late Term abortionist George Tiller ” Domestic Terrorism”

Here she tries to state that this killing of a pro-life activist is an isolated incident and is not the general view of pro-choicers. She fails to list one other incident of pro-choice “TERRORISM” in this report. If you want a list of pro-choice terrorism which Maddow fails to list go here:
This website has been up for years and the media again and again fails to show the truth about PRO-CHOICE TERRORISM and PRO-CHOICE VIOLENCE !

Abortionist beats wife

In 1999, Abortionist Neville W. Duncan was placed on 18 months’ probation, sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $250 after pleading no contest to charges that he beat his wife. He was also arrested when police found crack cocaine in his pocket.

Duncan was arrested after allegedly punching his wife in his car, then pinning her to the ground and slapping her after she climbed out the window of the vehicle, according to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article, (Doctor sentenced to 30 days in jail -01-15-1999).

News reports indicated that Duncan served time for contempt of court, when he failed to provide the required child support he owed.

Abortionist guilty of murdering wife

December 11, 2001, The Oklahoman detailed the murder trial of abortionist John Baxter Hamilton. Hamilton performed abortions at the Oklahoma Clinic for Women in Oklahoma City, OK.

Hamilton was found guilty in the Valentine’s Day killing of his wife, Susan Hamilton, 55. Her nude body was found lying in blood in the master bathroom of the Hamiltons’ Quail Creek home, her skull fractured and face disfigured. She had been choked with a necktie and beaten to death.

News Reports of the case indicated that Hamilton’s wife had suspected the abortionist of having an affair with a topless dancer who may have been a patient of the doctor’s. His wife was considering leaving him and talking of divorce two days before the murder.

Authorities noted that after Hamilton murdered his wife he then called 911 to report the death. Authorities found the woman dead on the couple’s master bedroom floor.

He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in the murder of his wife and was ordered to pay $11,104 for the cost of his incarceration. Following his murder conviction, Oklahoma and Tennessee revoked his medical license and on September 19, 2003, Hamilton voluntarily surrendered his Georgia license.

He was unable to attend so he sent this video which would be viewed by all gathered there. It is a little over two minutes long, and it is recent. He did not deserve to be gunned down.

The confrontation happened in Neuquen, Argentina, on Aug 17, 2008.

Commentary by VICTIM in above attack-Patte Smith:

Dr Nelson Kraucak was charged with battery after knocking down & kicking me & trying to steal my camera at James Scott Pendergraft’s notorious Orlando Women’s Center abortion clinic.

When I was attacked by an angry aborting father named Dr Nelson Kraucak at Orlando Women’s Center abortion clinic on August 29, 2007, there was no one other than the sidewalk missionaries to capture the assault on video. Thankfully, we had noticed Dr K’s menacing behavior & had taken our camera out & turned it on in hopes of avoiding violence. However, it didn’t stop the doctor, who flew into a rage and came after me. Kraucak knocked me to the ground & kicked me repeatedly as a terrified Mary Jo screamed for help.

I was shocked when I read the police report at the state attorney’s office. It was written by Orlando Police Officer Charles Mays, the OPD security on duty at Orlando Women’s Center at the time of the attack. Although the perpetrator, Dr Kraucak, was still inside the clinic with his aborting wife . Dr Kraucak was not even QUESTIONED by OPD officer Charles Mays! Could this be because a ‘conflict of interest’ prevented the Orlando police officer, whose sworn duty is to protect, from wanting to do anything to interfere with the ‘business’ of the late-term labor & delivery abortion that was just getting started? (22 week abortions are $2500, 23 week abortions are $2700, 24 week abortions are $2900. One of the illegal late-term abortions that Pendergraft committed at Orlando Women’s Center cost the 7 month pregnant mother a whopping $12,000!

The state attorney’s office filed battery charges against Dr. Nelson Kraucak on December 21, 2007. The Orange County clerk’s office will take the charges that have been filed, clock them in & assign the arraignment date. Dr K will be served a subpoena & he will be demanded to appear at the arraignment. If Dr K or his attorney “fails to appear,” then a warrant will be issued for his arrest. The new case number for the battery charges against Dr Nelson Kraucak is: 2007-MM-148789

Our hope is that Dr K will be served with the subpoena soon. A tape of my frantic 911 call is available at Orlando Police Department.

On the day of the attack, Wallace, who daily protests in front of City Hall, held two text-only signs. The signs said, “Abortion kills more black Americans in four days than the Klan killed in 150 years,” and the other, “Life begins at conception and ends at Planned Parenthood.

Radical pro-choicers, Denise Redsteer and Laura Chapman were the two women who attacked the elderly Wallace who was viciously knocked to the ground as he attempted to protect his signs from one of the women. The other woman then joined in the struggle.

Wallace was treated for minor injuries after the incident by medics called to the scene. Police arrested and charged both women with misdemeanor counts of disturbing the peace and criminal damage.

In November of 2009, Denise Redsteer, 48, accepted a “deferred prosecution” in Flagstaff Municipal Court, said City Prosecutor Lisa Stankovich.

Deferred prosecution does not admit guilt, and if Redsteer successfully completes the terms of her probation, the charges against her will be dismissed.

Stankovich said that Redsteer has also agreed to pay a $150 prosecution fee and not commit any criminal offenses during the probationary period.

Hodari Forced Abortion Suit Alleges Woman’s Mouth Covered to Muffle Her Screams
* Written by Operation Rescue * Posted November 18, 2009 at 6:06 am

Flint, MI – A recently filed lawsuit against troubled abortionist Abraham Alberto Hodari alleging a horrific forced abortion may explain his recent efforts to sell off his abortion clinics.

On June 17, 2009, Caitlin Bruce filed a suit against Hodari and his assistant, “Victor”, over an incident that took place at Hodari’s Flint, Michigan, abortion clinic in April, 2008. In that suit, Ms. Bruce alleges that she went to Hodari’s clinic seeking an abortion, but before the procedure began, she changed her mind and decided against it. She notified Hodari that she no longer wanted the abortion.

However, Hodari and his assistant, Victor, forcibly restrained Ms. Bruce, holding her down. Ms. Bruce screamed “Stop, stop, I don’t want this,” but her mouth was covered to muffle her pleas while Hodari forced the abortion upon her.

Included in the suit are six counts against Hodari, including lack of informed consent/medical malpractice, battery, fraud, misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and ethnic/gender intimidation.

Michigan has a statute that forbids intimidation based on gender or ethnicity. Ms. Bruce believes that Hodari forced the abortion on her because she is Black. Statistics show that the abortion industry disproportionately targets Black women.

For Proof that Blacks are a target – get the film :Maafa21 (Clip Here)

This man should be in jail,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “To avoid having to pay for his crimes, it looks like Hodari is trying to liquidate his assets, take the money, and run.”

This is not the first incident of forced abortion for which Hodari has been accused. In February, former Hodari patient Jennifer McCoy came forward and told Operation Rescue of her 1988 abortion at age 16. McCoy never intended to get an abortion and was lured to Hodari’s clinic under the false pretenses that she would be receiving her first obstetrical examination. Instead, Hodari forced an abortion on her. He then returned her 40-year old high school teacher who had fathered the baby in a relationship that qualified as statutory rape. McCoy attempted unsuccessfully to have Hodari criminally charged. (Read full story.)

Over a twenty year period, we can only imagine how many times Hodari has done this to women. If we know of two, you can bet there were more that we don’t know about,” said Newman. “It is one depraved man that could do that to women.”

Hodari was placed on probation in February for illegally dumping medical records. In March, he was fined a mere $10,000 for his part in the death of Regina Johnson. Hodari has been involved in at least three additional abortion deaths.

“Over the years, Michigan authorities have continually covered for Hodari’s criminal actions. They bear some responsibility for the abuse suffered by women because they know Hodari is a menace, but have done nothing to stop him,” said Newman.

Pregnant Pro-Lifer Attacked By Abortion Worker Outside KC Abortion Clinic
• Written by Operation Rescue
• Posted November 20, 2009 at 8:48 am

Kansas City, KS – An abortion clinic employee attacked a pregnant pro-life volunteer outside the Central Family Medicine abortion clinic in Kansas City, Kansas, while she was engaged in peaceful, First Amendment activity.

On November 14, 2009, an unidentified abortion clinic employee came out of the Central Family Medicine abortion clinic and began to taunt the pro-lifers. Her verbal abuse escalated into violence as she rammed her shoulder into sidewalk counselor Jennifer McCoy, who is noticeably six months pregnant. A photograph taken by protest leader Mark Gietzen of the Kansas Coalition for Life shows McCoy recoiling and bracing for the hard impact that occurred a split second later.

Police were summoned, but the abortion worker attempted to flee the scene before they could arrive. McCoy followed the woman to keep her from evading the police. After realizing that she could not get away, the worker returned to the abortion clinic where she hid behind locked doors.

Police attempted to enter the clinic to arrest the woman for battery, but they were denied access by another worker who demanded that the police get a search warrant, then lied to them saying that the woman was not there.
McCoy has since been in contact with police, who are pursuing the case. There remains the possibility that the second abortion worker could face criminal charges for impeding a police investigation.

“This is yet another example of abortion workers engaging in violent or criminal acts, then acting as if the laws don’t apply to them,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “We look forward to this woman’s impending arrest and conviction with the hope it will serve as a lesson that abortionists and their collaborators are not above the law.”

UPDATED Nov. 30, 2009

This is a rough unedited video from security cameras. Pro-lifer, Esther Boozer, 75, was violently pushed by a pro-choice client of the FPA abortion center (the assault happens about 4 minutes into this video). Tim Palmquist was talking to the woman, and Esther noticed her lunge at Tim several times. Esther silently, prayerfully approached Tim with her hands behind her back, and the woman pushed Esther down. Esther fell into the street just as the client’s ride was arriving. Esther’s head was just behind the rear tire. When pro-lifers called the police the client fled the scene. According to pro-lifers, Bakersfield police officers tried to make them out to be the bad guys through a series of lies.

Planned Parenthood CEO arresed for Shop Lifting, made over 100 Grand

2008

ABC News: http://www.abc6.com/news/rhodeisland/19085769.html

ABC 6 News Reporter Robert Goulston has the story of a local CEO caught shoplifting at the Warwick Mall. Planned Parenthood of Rhode Island President and CEO Miriam Inocencio was caught by police stealing a shirt from Macy’s several weeks ago. Now reaction from those that know and work with Inocencio.

Hummel splits from ABC6; Planned Parenthood CEO resigns

Susan Yolen, a spokeswoman for Planned Parenthood of Connecticut, which was poised this week to assume administrative control of Planned Parenthood of Rhode Island (PPRI), attributed the change to the difficulty of a small organization operating in a changing health-care market.

Yet it’s fair to suspect there’s more to the resignation of Miriam Inocencio, who had been CEO of PPRI for more than 10 years, in part since it reportedly came after an internal split among members of the local reproductive-rights’ organization’s board of directors.

At press time, Inocencio had not returned a phone message left at her Warwick home. And for her part, Yolen offered few specifics about how Planned Parenthood’s Connecti-cut organization became involved in the Rhode Island operation.

Yolen says Inocencio’s departure was unrelated to her having faced, as reported by Channel 6 in May, a shoplifting charge.

Asked about the financial condition of PPRI, Yolen said, “I really can’t say.” She nonetheless vowed that the delivery of services at the organization’s Providence location will not be impacted in the short-term, and that PPRI will remain viable.

Warwick Police arrested the 59-year old in the spring after they say she stole an $89 Liz Claiborne blouse. The case was pleaded out in court and Inocencio reimbursed the store as part of the agreement.

Inocencio says she gave her voluntary resignation a couple of weeks ago, and that she is proud of what she accomplished during her 13 years as the director of the non-profit organization.

Nearly 10 years after a 1998 mistrial, a jury has finally found abortionist Malachy DeHenre guilty in the 1997 slaying of his wife.

Dr. Malachy DeHenre was charged with killing his wife, Dr. Myasha DeHenre, with a single pistol shot to the head in their home. The Jones County Circuit Court jury, composed of six men and six women, deliberated 45 minutes before finding him guilty of manslaughter.

10 years ago DeHenre almost escaped conviction for the charge, when the jury in his 1998 trial voted 11-1 for acquittal, resulting in a mistrial. Had it not been for the one juror convinced of the abortionist’s guilt, DeHenre would have escaped trial again under the aegis of double jeopardy.

Nationally known forensics pathologist Dr. Michael Baden was called in by the prosecution to testify that Myasha DeHenre’s death was no accident, but a homicide. He said the evidence told him that DeHenre fired the pistol from more than 24 inches away from the head of his wife, whom he said must have been lying down on the loveseat, ruling out the possibility that the shot was self-inflicted.

According to Dora Morgan, a dispatcher with the Jones County Sheriff’s Office, who took the 911 calls from the DeHenre home, said she heard Dr. Malachy DeHenre laughing uncontrollably in the background as she spoke with his daughter, Myasha – named after her mother – who said that her father had “gone mad” and shot her mother.

Dr. Myasha DeHenre died at a Hattiesburg hospital several days after her shooting.

Abortionist Malachy DeHenre had his license to practice medicine in Mississippi, Alabama, and New York suspended after being convicted of “gross malpractice” and “repeated malpractice” on abortion patients beginning in 2003. Three women on whom he performed abortions required complete hysterectomies to control severe hemorrhaging, and another woman Leigh Ann Stephens Alford, died as a result of a perforated uterus after an abortion he committed on her.

DeHenre also faced charges earlier this year of raping a then-21 year old patient in March 1992, however a Jones County jury acquitted him in October.

DeHenre’s sentencing in the killing of his wife is scheduled for March 13.
