Planned Parenthood: ‘We aim to be the largest kick-butt political organization’

In the public domain, Planned Parenthood masquerades as a healthcare organization; yet, the organization’s CEO, Cecile Richards, has no healthcare experience. In fact, Richards’ resume reads like a who’s who of the Democratic Party.

Planned Parenthood is an expert in forceful politics, bilking taxpayers out of half a billion dollars every year under the guise of healthcare. But in 2015 alone, Planned Parenthood committed over 328,000 abortions and has cornered nearly 35 percent of the abortion market in the U.S. A look at Planned Parenthood’s most recent annual report reveals excess revenue to the tune of $77.5 million dollars. Not a shabby revenue stream for an alleged “non-profit” organization that may be much more akin to a hungry political monster.

CEO Richards is quite the political organizer. A 2003 Brownsville Herald report revealed that she co-founded America Coming Together (ACT), a political action committee described by the paper as a “Democrat-leaning group.” ACT was headed by Ellen Malcolm, president of the radically pro-abortion group EMILY’s List, and funded largely by none other than Democrat multimillionaire (drumroll, please) George Soros.

Cecile Richards and George Soros

Richards was also the president of America Votes, another political organization which, according to its bio at Open Secrets, “coordinates the activities of more than 20 Democratic interest groups….” Before becoming CEO of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), Richards also served as deputy chief of staff for U.S. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).

Richards is not alone; many political insiders have landed lavish careers at Planned Parenthood.

According to the website, Open Secrets, 11 out of 16 Planned Parenthood lobbyists in 2016-2017 previously held government jobs. A public disclosure search for Congressional lobbyists in just 2017 alone reveals many are political insiders.

Planned Parenthood Lobbyists 2016 to 2017

Brad Mollet worked with Capital Counsel LLC and lobbied on behalf of PPFA. His online bio says he formerly worked with Congresswoman Betsy Markey (D-Colo.), Congressman Jim Matheson (D-Utah), Senator Tim Johnson’s staff (D-S.D.).

Shannon Finley worked with Capital Counsel LLC and lobbied on behalf of PPFA. According to her bio, Finley began her career in Washington as the Saxophone Club director for the Democratic National Committee, and served for eight years as consultant and political adviser to Senator Max Baucus (D-Mont.).

Jennifer Fogel-Bublick also worked with Capital Counsel LLC, and lobbied on behalf of PPFA. She was formerly an adviser for Senators Paul Sarbanes (D-Md.) and Chris Dodd (D-Conn.), according to her bio.

Ann M. Jablon also worked with Capitol Counsel LLC as a PPFA lobbyist and formerly served as the long-time chief of staff to Congressman Richard E. Neal (D-Mass.).

Naomi Aberly, Chair of the Planned Parenthood Federation Board of Directors

Planned Parenthood Board Chair Naomi Aberly

Planned Parenthood describes Aberly online as, “a political activist and civic volunteer” and states that she has been, “deeply involved in progressive politics, policymaking and fundraising at the state and federal levels for the past fifteen years.” She has also been, according to Planned Parenthood, “a substantial fundraiser for Senate, House and Gubernatorial campaigns nationwide since 2004.”

In fact, according to the Dallas Observer, Aberly, who is married to hedge fund manager Larry Lebowitz, raised over one million dollars for Barack Obama’s presidential campaign, even holding fundraisers for him in her home.

The media outlet writes, “In the lead-up to the 2008 election, she began serving as a bundler for Obama, one of the people who gather checks from their friends and acquaintances before handing them to the campaign in a large, neat package. She raised, according the New York Times, on the order of $400,000. That was then, before the Democrats became seriously [sic] outgunned by deep-pocketed Republican Super PACs, and this is now. According to the Times, Aberly has raised $1.14 million for Obama’s 2012 campaign, roughly three times what she pulled in in 2008.”

Aberly is also the Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and a member of the Democratic Victory Task Force of the DNC. In 2015, she was brought on board the DNC’s finance committee.

Aberly was also caught up in the Wikileaks scandal, reports one media outlet, that “In an April 25 email, one staffer sent Naomi Aberly, a vice chairwoman of the DNC’s national finance committee and major Democratic fundraiser, a list of donors to contact “who have maxed the past few years but have yet to max this year.”

Kevin Griffis, Vice President for Communications

Kevin Griffis, Planned Parenthood VP of Communications (Image: LinkedIn)

In April of 2017, PPFA hired former Obama administration staffer, Kevin Griffis. According to the PPFA announcement, “Griffis previously served as the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under President Obama…. Prior to joining HHS, Griffis worked as communications director for U.S. Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), and as communications director and senior advisor for Booker’s successful 2013 special election…. Before joining President Obama’s campaign, Griffis served as communications director for a 2006 U.S. Senate race in Arizona and for the state coordinated campaign during Tim Kaine’s successful 2005 gubernatorial bid in Virginia.”

Dana Singiser, Vice President for Public Policy and Government Relations

Dana Singiser, Vice President for Public Policy and Government Relations

Singiser was added to PPFA’s team while working in the White House as Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs to the Obama Administration in 2011. According to Planned Parenthood’s announcement, prior to working for the Obama administration, “Singiser held leadership positions on Barack Obama’s presidential campaign, as well as then-Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential campaign, where she focused on women’s outreach…. [S]he was Staff Director for the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee…. Earlier in her career, Singiser worked for President Bill Clinton, both in the White House and the Department of Commerce. Additionally, she worked on both President Clinton’s presidential campaigns and Howard Dean’s campaign for president.”

One Political Agenda for Planned Parenthood: Advancing Abortion

Despite all the rhetoric, Planned Parenthood has one political agenda: to advance abortion. On one hand, the organization claims abortion is a tiny percentage of what it does (a false claim Live Action has debunked), while politically, it fights every reasonable effort to regulate the procedure, fights to fund abortion with tax dollars, and fights again limiting late-term abortions, sex selection abortions, and abortions on minor children.

Even left-leaning NBC’s Chuck Todd understands just how politically driven Planned Parenthood is. In a 2015 interview with Cecile Richards on Meet the Press (following Congressional testimony over Planned Parenthood’s gruesome baby body parts scandal), Richards called the abortionist caught on undercover video by the Center for Medical Progress haggling over aborted body parts “an excellent doctor.” Todd rightly observed that Richards “came from the world of politics.”

“It is notable you’re not a women’s health specialist and you replaced someone who was head of Planned Parenthood who basically came from the world of heath care,” Todd noted. “In 2008, you were quoted as saying — when you wanted to ramp up Planned Parenthood’s political activities, you said — quote, ‘The largest kick butt political organization’ is what you were going to… going to grow.”

The New York Times also quoted Richards as saying at the time, “We aim to be the largest kick-butt political organization.”

Jennifer Baumgardner reported in The Nation an earlier version of that same vow. In June 2006, she quotes Richards as saying, “We have the potential to swing the vote… and that’s a lot of power. The question is, what are we going to do with it? And the answer is, we’re going to use it. We’re going to marry our current reality as the largest reproductive healthcare provider in this country with our opportunity to be the largest kickass advocacy organization in the country…. ”

And Planned Parenthood is keeping that vow.

Millions Dedicated to Electing Pro-Abortion Democrats

According to a report published by the Daily Signal in November 2016, “From the 2012 election cycle through the 2016 cycle so far, the political action entities, employees, and families of employees of Planned Parenthood and its affiliates devoted $33.9 million to outside spending mostly related to electing Democrats, according to data compiled by the OpenSecrets project of the Center for Responsive Politics.”

The report added, “In the 2016 cycle, Planned Parenthood’s affiliated organizations, political and advocacy arms, employees, and their family members gave $5.5 million to Democrats, but nothing to Republicans. They spent $10.4 million against Republicans, according to the most current data, compared with less than $7,000 against Democrats.”

Today, despite claiming to be a women’s health organization, abortions are up while legitimate health services (and patients) are decreasing. Yet, Planned Parenthood’s government funding, which has nearly doubled since Richards took office, is still intact. For the organization’s dedication to their political allies, Planned Parenthood continues to receive over half a billion dollars a year to end the lives of nearly 900 preborn babies each day. Meanwhile, Richards and Planned Parenthood remain cozy with D.C. insiders, largely from one political party.

Half of Planned Parenthood’s non-government services revenue comes from abortion

Posted in Cecile Richards, Cecile Richards Salary, Planned Parenthood Annual Report with tags , , , , , , on November 20, 2017 by saynsumthn

An analysis by Live Action News has found that abortion revenue accounts for over half of Planned Parenthood’s non-government health services revenue and over 12 percent of Planned Parenthood’s total revenue. The figures confirm further that abortion is a much higher percentage of Planned Parenthood’s overall revenue than the public is led to believe.

Planned Parenthood is an abortion corporation led by Cecile Richards, hired for her experience in political organizing, not health care. Since Richards came to office, Planned Parenthood’s market share of abortion has increased to the point that they now garner nearly 35 percent of the US abortion market. Despite the fact that Planned Parenthood claims abortion is just three percent of the services they offer, (recently disproved by Live Action in the video below) it is clear that revenue from abortions has proven to be lucrative for Planned Parenthood.

In 2009, an analysis by Live Action News found that abortion accounted for 22.6 percent of Planned Parenthood’s clinic revenue. Today, that percentage is much larger.

To calculate this number Live Action News looked at revenue, abortion totals, and median abortion costs.

Planned Parenthood has a few revenue sources which they detail in their 2015-2016 annual report.

PPFA Revenue 2015-.22016 annual report

Note that there are two sources of revenue for “health services” which include:

  • Government Health Services Reimbursements & Grants (taxpayer dollars) – $554.6 million
  • Non-Government Health Services Revenue – $306.8 million

COST OF ABORTIONS:

In 2015, Planned Parenthood reported that they performed 328,348 abortions.

Planned Parenthood’s former “special affiliate” and research arm, The Guttmacher Institute gives us an average of first-trimester abortion costs as follows:

  • In 2011–2012, the average amount paid for an abortion in a non-hospital setting at 10 weeks gestation and with local anesthesia was $480. The average paid for an early medication abortion up to 9 weeks gestation was $504.

And according to a Planned Parenthood report from 2014, non-hospital facilities charged an average of $1,500 for abortion at 20 weeks.

READ: Planned Parenthood: 101 years leaves 7 million dead and its top employees rich

If we break the 328,348 abortion numbers down using percentages from Guttmacher’s most recent abortion data which states that 31 percent (101,788) of reported abortions nationwide were medication abortions and 1.3 percent  (4,269) were greater than 21 weeks, that would leave 222,291 as first-trimester surgical abortions.

By taking the average cost of abortion for each category – and without accounting for inflation- we estimate the following:

  • Medication abortions: 101,788 x $504 = $51,301,152
  • Surgical abortions: 222,291 x $480 = $106,699,680
  • Abortions after 21 weeks: 4,269 X $1500 = $6,403,500

__________________________

  • Total estimated abortion revenue is $164,404,332

That is a lot of money and may be the impetus for why former Planned Parenthood staffers claim PP enforces abortion quotas:

If we divide Planned Parenthood’s estimated abortion revenue ($164,404,332) by their total non-government health center revenue of $306,800,000, we find that abortion makes up nearly 54 percent (53.58%) of Planned Parenthood’s non-government health services revenue.

However, even if we include the $554.6 million in government dollars, abortion revenue can be estimated at 19 percent of all Planned Parenthood’s health services revenue.

Then, if we include all revenue sources, abortion revenue would exceed an estimated 12 percent.

Planned Parenthood falsely claims that tax dollars do not fund abortions (even though money is fungible) and the half a billion in forced taxpayer dollars they receive annually are simply reimbursements from Medicaid, etc. Today, despite their claims, legitimate health services, as well as patients, are declining while abortions are on the increase.

But, the real impact of Planned Parenthood’s abortion revenue lies inside the organization’s own annual reports which reveal that, almost every year since 2000, Planned Parenthood’s revenue has exceeded their expenses — not just by a few dollars, but by tens of millions of dollars (yearly surpluses ranging from $12.2 million in 2001 to a high of $155.5 million in 2010).  By 2015, according to Planned Parenthood’s own report. the abortion corporation reported an excess of revenue over expenses in the amount of $77.5 million, an increase of nearly 32 percent over from the previous year.

So, why does an abortion corporation which makes a profit almost every year need our tax dollars? Good question!

No, the sky won’t fall if Planned Parenthood is defunded. Here’s why.

Posted in Cecile Richards, FQHC, Planned Parenthood and FQHC, Planned Parenthood three percent myth with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on August 3, 2017 by saynsumthn

If you listen to the pundits who support Planned Parenthood, the sky will surely fall if the abortion chain is defunded.

If even one Planned Parenthood affiliate or center has to close as a result of defunding, they say, the patients Planned Parenthood serves will have no access to health services elsewhere. This is utter nonsense, of course.

The claim that removing federal dollars from Planned Parenthood will shutter their doors is ludicrous. As Live Action News has previously reported, the organization’s own annual reports reveal that Planned Parenthood has been netting a profit for many years. Almost every year since 2000, Planned Parenthood’s revenue has exceeded their expenses — not just by a few dollars, but by tens of millions of dollars (yearly surpluses of $12.2 million in 2001 to a high of $155.5 million in 2010). In addition, with the threat of defunding now more real under the newly elected Congress and president, Planned Parenthood has repeatedly claimed that private donations are suddenly flooding into their coffers.

For the sake of argument, let’s imagine what would happen if we applied this same logic — that a profitable organization should be taxpayer funded, merely because closing would disenfranchise its customers — to any other business. Let’s suppose it was thought that department store chains should receive taxpayer funding because online sales are hurting chain stores’ business. The argument could be made that these department stores have served many people, that they are located in many disadvantaged communities, and that poor people who do not have internet access will be disenfranchised if these stores close. Should we then give these stores half a billion taxpayer dollars every year (the amount Planned Parenthood receives) to keep them open?

The truth is that there are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) already in place, which could serve the patients Planned Parenthood serves — outnumbering Planned Parenthood centers by the thousands (a 20 to 1 margin)– so why do Planned Parenthood spokespersons (many who earn six-figure salaries) want you to believe that American women could not survive without them?

Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards has even made totally unsupported claims that millions would be without healthcare if Congress votes to defund Planned Parenthood. Richards recently told Rolling Stone:

This is literally whether a young man in Texas can come to us for an STI testing, or whether a woman who has a lump in her breast can come to us in Ohio to have a breast exam or be referred for screenings, or whether a college student or a young person anywhere in the country can come to us for family planning. We’re talking about more than a million-and-a-half people who rely on Planned Parenthood, and for most of them we’re their only medical provider. As all of the medical institutions have said: There’s no one to take our place providing low- and moderate-income people with preventive health care. There isn’t any other entity that is doing that work.

Interesting that she mentions the breast screenings, because Planned Parenthood, as Live Action has documented, does not do mammograms — but FQHCs do.

I am curious, however, as to how the defunding of Planned Parenthood would cause the apocalypse, but closures of other non-profits — specifically hospitals, which one could argue offer far more needed “services” — would not.

Let me explain.

According to a 2015 report published by the Journal for Health Affairs, patient health was not significantly compromised when hospitals closed. The Non-Profit Quarterly reports pointed out with regards to the study that “vulnerable hospitals that have not been financially sustainable, with operating margins of ‑20% on average, have been the first to close, causing public concern that displaced patients will experience declining health and even death when access to care goes away.”

Despite this concern, the 2015 study found “no significant difference between the change in annual mortality rates for patients living in hospital service areas (HSAs) that experienced one or more closures and the change in rates in matched HSAs without a closure…. Nor was there a significant difference in the change in all-cause mortality rates following hospitalization….”

The unknown in the study was how the closures affected low income patients. But according to Non-Profit Quarterly:

Researchers reported that among Medicare patients there were no substantial changes in admissions, lengths of stay, or readmissions, but also cautioned that the study should not be interpreted to mean that every hospital loss is harmless….

While the study supports the argument that access to care has improved, the data does not, however, tell the whole story. One-third of institutions that were closed were “safety net” hospitals that treated large numbers of low-income and uninsured people. Since only easily-accessed Medicare patient information was reviewed, impact on those populations is still unknown.

Unknown? A study of three hospital closures from 2015, conducted by the Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured and the Urban Institute, actually found that lower income and elderly patients were negatively affected and “were more likely to face transportation challenges and thus more likely to delay or forgo needed care.”

A photo of the clinics that outnumber Planned Parenthood 20 to 1.

But in Planned Parenthood’s case, there are already hundreds of FQHC alternatives available, open and ready to serve the public. A December 2015 Congressional Research Service report which compared the services of Planned Parenthood Federation of America-affiliated health centers (PPAHC) to those of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) found…

  • FQHCs are required to provide primary, preventive, and emergency health services.
  • FQHCs focus on providing more comprehensive primary care, dental, and behavioral health services.
  • FQHCs provide far more services in a given year than do PPAHCs.
  • PPAHCs focus their services on individuals of reproductive age; FQHCs provide services to individuals throughout their lifetimes.
  • FQHCs served 22.9 million people in 2014; PPAHCs served 2.7 million.
  • 358 counties have both a PPAHC and a FQHC.
  • FQHCs also receive federal grants that require them to provide family planning (among other services) to Medicaid beneficiaries.

Planned Parenthood and its supporters want the public to believe that only Planned Parenthood is able to care for the needs of the 2.5 million patients they “serve.” And they will suggest that if they are defunded and close facilities, the hundreds of FQHC that replace them (already in existence and serving patients, mind you) will be overwhelmed with patient influx, thus unable to address the many needs. (This was the same fear that plagued Democrats when they passed the Affordable Care Act, yet they argued that the system would be more than able to handle that influx.)

A study on the effects of the Affordable Care Act, conducted by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and health care company Athenahealth, which gathered data from 15,700 of Athenahealth’s clients, found that new patient visits to primary care physicians only increased slightly. It was anticipated that uninsured patients now gaining insurance might have unmet medical needs, and their demand for services might overwhelm the capacity of primary care doctors. But according to the study, this idea proved false. Kathy Hempstead, director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, told USA Today that the study “suggests that, even though there’s been a big increase in coverage, it’s a relatively small part of the market and the delivery system is able to handle the demand.”

For years, Planned Parenthood has been closing centers despite a steady increase in funding under the Obama administration. The Congressional Research Service found that the number of PPHAC affiliates and facilities has declined since 2009-2010, when PPFA reported having 88 affiliates (a 32 percent decline) and 840 health centers (a 21 percent decline). And, as of December 20, 2016, there are now only 650 Planned Parenthood centers, indicating a 22.67 percent decline.

In addition, Planned Parenthood patients have also decreased over the years. In 2014, Planned Parenthood saw 2.5 million patients — down a whopping 24.24 percent since 1996, when they saw 3.3 million and received far less government funding ($177.5 million in 1996 compared to $553.7 million in 2014). In contrast, FQHCs have increased the number of patients seen in each year since 2009. From 2009 to 2014, FQHC patients increased from 18.9 million to 22.9 million.

Planned Parenthood is the largest provider of abortion in the nation. Live Action has documented how Planned Parenthood manipulates its own data to cover up the fact that abortion – not women’s health care – accounts for the lion’s share of the corporation’s services for pregnant women.

Defunding the largest chain of abortion clinics will not send millions of patients to their demise — and Planned Parenthood knows this. The truth is that taxpayer dollars can be better spent on real health care organizations that will serve the American public and maintain the sanctity of life in the process.

NEW CMP Vid: Planned Parenthood’s Fraudulent “Consent” Form to get Aborted Baby Parts

Posted in Aborted Baby Body Parts, Cecile Richards, Center for Medical Progress, IRB, Planned Parenthood consent form, Planned Parenthood sells aborted baby parts with tags , , , , , , , , , , on April 6, 2016 by saynsumthn

Meanwhile David Daleiden, lead investigator for the Center for Medical Progress has released this statement:

Tuesday, the California Attorney General’s office of Kamala Harris, who was elected with tens of thousands of dollars from taxpayer-funded Planned Parenthood, seized all video footage showing Planned Parenthood’s criminal trade in aborted baby parts, in addition to my personal information. Ironically, while seizing my First Amendment work product, they ignored documents showing the illicit scheme between StemExpress and Planned Parenthood. This is no surprise–Planned Parenthood’s bought-and-paid-for AG has steadfastly refused to enforce the law against the baby body parts traffickers in our state, or even investigate them–while at the same time doing their bidding to harass and intimidate citizen journalists. We will pursue all remedies to vindicate our First Amendment rights.

Planned Parenthood prez: Lives at stake this election

The president of the largest chain of abortion clinics in the nation actually had the audacity to claim that lives are at stake in this election. TheStranger.com cited Cecile Richards from a rally held recently in Washington State:

“We’re in the most momentous election in terms of reproductive rights that most of us have seen in our lifetime,” Richards told a room of supporters at the Washington State Convention Center, where she praised Washington Governor Jay Inslee and the state’s Democratic senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell. “Lives are at stake in this election.

Planned Parenthood admits to aborting over 300,000 babies annually and receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in tax revenues. So, by admitting that “lives are at stake,” in this election, perhaps Richards, who also thinks we need to “humanize” abortion is referring to the ongoing investigation into their aborted baby body parts scandal. Or maybe, it is the complete disregard Planned Parenthood has for the safety of women who come to them for abortions. Women like Tonya Reaves whose so-called “safe/legal” abortion landed her in the morgue or the many women who are removed from the abortion chain in ambulances. One can only guess.

Cecile Richards Planned Parenthood

In their interview, the Stranger, quotes Richards as admitting that abortion on demand was “literally on the ballot in November.”

Members of Congress have “passed more restrictions on reproductive access in the short time they’ve been in office than any Congress I’ve known of,” Richards told me. “I think Roe v. Wade is literally on the ballot this November.”

Cecile Richards Lives at Stake

Earlier this week, the Planned Parenthood CEO was in Wisconsin to stump for Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. She told supporters, who gathered at the home of a Dane County gubernatorial candidate, that “This is sort of the pinnacle of everything we’ve fought for all our lives.” At the Wisconsin meeting Madison.com reports that Richards claimed this election would be the biggest election in terms of investment from Planned Parenthood’s political action committee. And they are not kidding.

For the first time in a presidential election, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, endorsed Hillary Clinton.

Planned Parenthood ENdorses Hillary

In their endorsement of Hillary Clinton, Richards called the planning of children, which, according to Hillary and Planned Parenthood, includes the right to kill the preborn in the womb, “Absolutely fundamental to everything we can do.”

Hillary Clinton raises arms after Planned Parenthood endorsement

Hillary Clinton raises arms after Planned Parenthood endorsement

Hillary Clinton, Planned Parenthood’s idol second only to their eugenics founder Margaret Sanger has been a long time advocate of abortion even defending the gruesome Partial Birth Abortion procedure.

Hillary Clinton recently referred to the preborn in the womb as ‘unborn persons,’ telling Chuck Todd that although they are persons they do not have Constitutional Rights.

Well, under our laws currently, that is not something that exists. The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights.

Hillary clintonMargaret Sanger

That dangerous mentality is right in line with Planned Parenthood who, in 2009, Planned Parenthood gave Hillary Clinton their top award, the Margaret Sanger Award. Now, Planned Parenthood hopes to reward Clinton by ushering her into the White House. But, with the potential of another eight years of radical abortion politics, I would agree that one thing is for sure this election, lives really are at stake!

Planned Parenthood message to politicians: oppose abortion and you are extremist

Posted in Cecile Richards, Planned Parenthood Democrat Party with tags , , , , , , , , on November 23, 2015 by saynsumthn

Despite video evidence of Planned Parenthood’s baby harvesting operation and other atrocities they take part in, the abortion business believes those who oppose them are the extremists one. This week, 2016 political candidates have been put on notice from abortion business Planned Parenthood that if they vote against them, they are not Planned Parenthood’s candidate, Well…duh? The video message from president Cecile Richards is right on Que, threatening politicians who won’t fall in lock step with unrestricted child killing in the womb.

Yes, I said child killing because abortion, which Planned Parenthood does, funds, promotes and supports kills preborn babies at every stage of pregnancy. And what does Cecile Richards president of Planned Parenthood call those who oppose abortion? You guessed it – they are “extremists.”

Time and again, polling of American views on abortion show that the trend is leaning pro-life, that the majority of Americans are unconformable and oppose late term abortion and that most do not believe in abortion for reasons of birth control, all of which Planned Parenthood does. Yet, according to their president, anyone who opposes their “abortion should be normal” position is “extremist.”

Cecile RIchards Extremists vote abortion

Extremists have made the 2016 election about attacking reproductive rights,” Cecile Richards says in the video.

Enough is enough,” she adds.

Yes, Ms. Richards – enough IS enough:

Enough is enough when it comes to the slaughter of preborn babies in the womb. (327,653 reported in their 2013-2014 annual report)
Enough is enough when it comes to harvesting their body parts for profit.
Enough is enough when it comes to $528 million TAX dollars annually to the abortion chain.
Enough is enough when the directors of Planned Parenthood centers get six digit salaries while tax payers struggle to make ends meet.
Enough is enough for Planned Parenthood to push their sexual deviancy on teens.
Enough is Enough for Planned Parenthood to cover for the sexual abuse of young girls.
Enough is enough for Planned Parenthood to name their highest award the (Margaret Sanger Award) after a known Klan speaker.
Enough is enough with Planned Parenthood’s lies.
Enough is enough of ambulances summoned to Planned Parenthood due to medical emergencies.
Enough is enough of the silence when Planned Parenthood leaves a Black women on the table to bleed out.

To protect the millions of dollars pouring into Planned Parenthood’s coffers every year, they are rolling out a campaign to battle ANYONE who opposes them in the 2016 elections. And, the effort is so important they plan to spend MILLIONS to defeat opponents.

On their campaign website, Planned Parenthood plans to detail the record of politicians running for high political office in the 2016 election cycle.

Hillary CLinton abortion Planned Parenthood

And NEWSFLASH: According to the video, politicians who side with the “extremists” meaning, those who favor life and not death, you are NOT Cecile Richard’s candidate!

And, Richard’s says, “We are paying attention and we vote.”

Oh my….anyone scared?

I doubt it.

But, it was a nice try Cecile, after months of horrific videos from the Center for Medical Progress showing your high ranking staffers haggling over the body parts of tiny helpless aborted children, your little “extremist” name-calling tantrum just isn’t sticking.

Now…politicians are hearing from Americans who oppose your Mengele-like ways and guess what? They know “we vote too.”

Planned Parenthood letter scheme encourages abortion opponents

Posted in Cecile Richards, Center for Medical Progress with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , on October 15, 2015 by saynsumthn

A new trend of letters signed by Planned Parenthood’s president Cecile Richards to opponents of the abortion business has been emerging. Richards apparently has not been busy enough defending her multi-million dollar tax funded organizations’ participation in the selling and harvesting of aborted baby parts, she is now busy signing letters to her opponents.

The letters are in response to a donation made to the abortion biz in the name of someone who ardently opposes Planned Parenthood.

But rather than discouraging the recipients, the letters appear to be more of a badge of honor to those they were delivered to. In fact, Saynsumthn obtained the permission of the recipients, to published them below.

Each letter states the following:

    Dear [ name]

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is pleased to let you know that a generous and thoughtful contribution has been made in your honor by: [name on contributor]

    We send our warmest regards.

    Sincerely,

    Cecile Richards,
    president, PPFA.

Cheryl Sullenger, Operation Rescue’s Senior Vice President, was the recipient of one of the thank you letters.

It just re-emphasized to me how desperate Cecile Richards and Planned Parenthood are and how effective our work has been,” Sullenger told Live Action News.

Operation Rescue has in the forefront of the effort to expose Planned Parenthood. Their president, Troy Newman sits on the board of the Center for Medical Progress credited for the multi-year investigation uncovering the abortion giant’s baby harvesting operation.

Another recipient was Rusty Thomas, National Director of Operation Save America (OSA).

He told Saynsumthn that he suspects he received the letter because OSA has concentrated a lot on Planned Parenthood since the Center for Medical Progress videos uncovered their baby harvesting atrocities.

A letter was also sent to an activist from Abolish Human Abortion, a group which opposes abortion but does not refer to themselves a pro-life.

Todd Bullis told this blogger that he assumes the person who made a Planned Parenthood contribution in his name must of thought it would bother him, which it did not.

There seems to be no legitimate reason to contribute to Planned Parenthood in the name of someone who opposes abortion, unless of course, the donor wants help Cecile Richards continue to earn her hefty six digit salary.

The letters follow another trend of odd behavior where abortion advocates mailed glitter bombs to pro-life groups in a failed attempt to discourage them.

The concept mirrors ongoing pro-abortion fundraising efforts such as “pledge a picketer,” and “adopt and anti,” to try and discourage 40 Days for Life and other groups from going to abortion clinics to offer help to women.

But, as much as Planned Parenthood’s latest scheme seems geared toward dissuading activists from opposing abortion, they are having the opposite effect. Opponents of Planned Parenthood say that they are more determined than ever to topple the industry which slaughters children and sells their parts for research. And, some even find the ridiculous letters signed by Cecile Richards encouraging.

If we were ineffective, she wouldn’t bother to try play ridiculous mind games with us. It’s encouraging!” Sullenger stated.
