Did this abortion doc brandish a gun at pro-life protesters?

A video circulating online claims to show Phoenix abortion doctor, Dr. Ronald Yunis, brandishing a weapon at pro-life sidewalk counselors as he leaves the abortion facility. The video shows protester Elvis Kesto standing as the abortion doc leaves  – he reaches across and pulls what appears to be a gun and points it at the pro-life man.

According to witnesses, the Phoenix Police Department has refused to arrest the doctor, siting a lack of evidence – you decide – watch below.
