Colorado University suspends fetal tissue acquisitions
Shortly after a Center for Medical Progress video exposed a Colorado Planned Parenthood for their part in the vile baby parts harvesting scheme, a local university came under fire for ordering parts from Planned Parenthood’s procurement company, StemExpress.
In the video, Vice President and Medical Director, Dr. Savita Ginde does abortions at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains and can be seen negotiating a fetal body parts deal with under cover “buyers” from the Center for Medical Progress (CMP). Ginde is heard in the video speaking about her ability to alter the abortion method to get, intact fetuses, she calls “specimens” in a way that does not “crush” fetal organs.
According to a local news station, invoices from Stem Express, which gets their body parts from Planned Parenthood, showed Colorado State University purchased the fetal parts in 2013.
CSU said that they are suspending further acquisition of fetal tissue from Stem Express or any other vendors implicated in the Planned Parenthood operation.
The University claimed that they did not kow the course of the fetal tissue and that only one investigator at CSU used the tissue in research. They said the researcher had been
doing so for over 15 years.
