History repeats itself in “Backing Planned Parenthood”

by: Carole Novielli

Oxford Scholarship Online describes a chapter in Robert Gellately’s book, Backing Hitler entitled, Concentration Camps in Public Spaces, this way:

Backing Hitler9780198205609

This chapter discusses how concentration camps became firmly established in the public mind. As the war dragged on, the camp world invaded everyday life as never before, and confronted citizens with the cruellest sides of the dictatorship. Camp prisoners and slave workers appeared in public spaces all over Germany, from factories to city streets, and became impossible to overlook. By and large, Germans regarded the prisoners in their telltale camp garb and often in wooden shoes in terms they had come to accept from pre-war propaganda. Although there are stories from survivors of the help and comfort they received, the overwhelming impression is that Germans were at best indifferent and fearful, and at worst they shared the guards’ scorn, hostility, and hatred.

This, my friends describes modern day America.

Abortion death chambers have so invaded every aspect of American society that we drive by their butcher mills with barely a wince of horror.

Planned Parenthood brags to having hundreds of centers across the United States and openly reports performing hundreds of thousands of abortions annually and yet, our government rewards them with half a billion dollars in federal tax monies each year.

Writing in The Guardian, John Ezard’s review of Backing Hitler reads this way in part:

They knew concentration camps were full of Jewish people who were stigmatized as sub-human and race-defilers. They knew that these, like other groups and minorities, were being killed out of hand.

They knew that Adolf Hitler had repeatedly forecast the extermination of every Jew on German soil. They knew these details because they had read about them. They knew because the camps and the measures which led up to them had been prominently and proudly reported step by step in thousands of officially-inspired German media articles and posters…

They knew…

They – the German people knew and today America knows.

They know.

Ezard’s review of the book continues, “Professor Gellately says, destroy the claim – generally made by Germans after Berlin fell in 1945 and accepted by most historians – that they did not know about camp atrocities. He concludes by indicating that the only thing many Germans may not have known about was the use of industrial-scale gas chambers because, unusually, no media reports were allowed of this “final solution”. However, by the end of the war camps were all over the country and many Germans worked in them.”

Anyone else see a parallel here?

Alter process intact fetal cadavers Planned Parenthood

Tonight is the eve of video #5 exposing Planned Parenthood’s baby parts harvesting scheme.

We’ve just past the “can it get any worse” threshold and then- it did!

Not because Planned Parenthood was behaving any less the killers they are, but, because, as horrific as these videos are, people are still denying they are doing anything wrong.

Yesterday 46 US Senators voted that Planned Parenthood should continue to be funded – WHAT?

Yeah, my sentiments exactly.

Worse yet, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and many other “notables” remain committed to their support of the abortion behemoth.

Writer David Neese summarizes the prevailing attitude among those who deny the evil of abortion and Planned Parenthood, writing, “ That baby-like object in the sonogram must at all costs never be acknowledged as a baby. Nor even as an unborn baby. Planned Parenthood partisans must dig in and hold the line: That human-looking fetus isn’t really human. It’s “uterine contents.” Nothing more.

“Planned Parenthood asks: “Who you gonna believe? Us or your own eyes?”

If the subject were not so serious, I would describe Neese as almost poetic when he added:

Those who insist on believing their own eyes can’t be disproved. So they must be discredited. They’re religious fanatics. Extremists. They’re misogynistic male militants from the old patriarchy waging a last-ditch war on women.

Euphemisms are essential to the Planned Parenthood abortion enterprise.

They’re the lubricant that keeps the gear works from locking up. Thus the grisly extirpation of a fetus is merely a “procedure.” Planned Parenthood doctors may talk during a business lunch of avoiding “crunchy” extraction maneuvers to maximize a useable research specimen for a buyer. But there’ll be no such descriptive chitchat with the prospective abortion customers.

No point in making the customer wince. Avoid any mention of crushing a fetus’ head. Instead, say: “intrauterine cranial decompression.” In fact, avoid any mention of familiar body parts. Such reference may anthropomorphize the fetus. Don’t want that. Stick to clinical terms. Don’t say “head.” Say: “calvarium.”

And then there is the public.

Many are shocked at the callous conversations Planned Parenthood is having haggling over selling human baby organs while enjoying a meal or relaxing inside a conference room.

They are stunned that babies referred to as “intact fetal cadavers” are being kept frozen inside Planned Parenthood freezers until path lab ghouls can rummage their bodies to strain out every ounce of possible profit from the innocent child.

But, as I asked in a previous Op-Ed, exactly what did America think abortion was?

Didn’t they know?

Yes, they, like the Germans, knew.

The public knew this is abortion – they had to.

For over 42 years, we have told them, showed them, stood on street corners to cry out to them. Did they hear us?

Ralph Rudquist was a radio man with company LL of the 22nd Infantry in 1945 when he helped to liberate the German camp Dachau.

We were taken a back,” he told The Evening Independent in 1981.

The people who came in after us didn’t have as much experience, and they were bawling and crying.

Rudquist continued, “When we entered Dachau the crematories were still operating. I saw piles of bodies as high as this ceiling. So they kept the crematories going. They kept this going day and night. The bodies that they were cremating were just skin and bones.”

Adding, “It was certainly true. Some people say there was no Holocaust. They were wrong,” he said.

That is what we see today from the American public.

Rudquist Nazi Holocaust

Those of us on the front lines know – we see it daily. The precious unborn babies are embedded into our very hearts.

But, now, the American public is filing past their dead bodies.

Seeing the arms, legs, skulls, laid out in petri dishes inside the American death camps of Planned Parenthood.

Private Francis Arzt of the 59th Evacuation Hospital who also arrived in Dachau, took pictures of the Nazi victims, “They can’t say this was a made-up Hollywood production,” he said.

Ironically, that is exactly what some Planned Parenthood supporters are calling Center for Medical Progress videos today, accusing them of being “highly edited” despite full versions being posted for all to watch.

Yeah – where have we heard that before?

Holocaust survivor, Helen Lukensberg survived a Nazi camp in Poland,”People say there was no Holocaust,” she told the paper.

“It isn’t true. Where is all my family? Where is everybody?” she asked.

Rudquist recalls when he first saw Hitler’s concentration camp victims, “Suddenly we all understood what we had been fighting for,” he said.

I think the (CMP) videos we have watched, especially the last few, which brought us up front deep into Planned Parenthood’s dissection rooms, have done that for all of us.

Yes, suddenly we all understand what we are fighting for!

My thoughts after first vids:
When it comes to Planned Parenthood’s ghoulish crimes, are we all guilty?

My thoughts after video #4:
On abortion’s evil in the world: act as an “upstander” not “bystander”

  1. Carole, I must take issue with your characterization of “the Church.” You have written over at Live Action, “I recently discussed [Hitler and the Church] the Church’s reaction to Hitler as depicted in the newspapers of the day.”

The quoted newspaper headlines unfairly misrepresent the Catholic Church as being indifferent or even complicit by being silent in Nazi Germany. Indifference a sin, by the way.

I looked at your post, “Hitler and ‘the Church.” As a Roman Catholic, I read “the Church” with a capital C, to mean the Catholic Church.

The bottom line is the Catholic Church in no way was muted by the Nazis. In fact, the famous sermons of Catholic Bishop Van Galen were copied and distributed to and read by German Catholics. You ought to read them. “Three Sermons in Defiance of the Nazis by Bishop Van Galen” — http://www.churchinhistory.org

Excerpt from that page: “Far and wide the sermons of the Bishop created a sensation. They were secretly duplicated and passed on far beyond the frontiers of Germany. After having preached these sermons the Bishop was prepared to be arrested by the Gestapo. It was Reichsleiter Bormann who suggested to Hitler, that the Bishop should be taken into custody and be hanged. The Nazi command, however, feared that in such a case the population of the diocese of Munster had to be written off as lost for the duration of the war. The Bishop was deeply dejected when in his place 24 secular priests and 13 members of the regular clergy were deported into concentration camps, of whom 10 lost their lives.”

As with Protestants there was Catholic outcry against Hitler. My point was that many were also silent. As I stated in the blog post, it was not a comprehensive historical view.
