Daleiden: Stem Express gets fully intact babies from abortion clinics possibly violating federal law
The lead investigator behind the undercover Planned Parenthood videos has addressed the recent restraining order granted to the procurement company, Stem Express.
A Press Release issued by Stem Express, a fetal tissue procurement company tied to Planned Parenthood’s baby harvesting operation, which also provided human fetal kidneys to implant in animals (read here), announced the court order.
David Daleiden of the Center For Medical Progress responded immediately, “The Center for Medical Progress follows all applicable laws in the course of our investigative journalism work,” he said in the statement published on the pro-life group’s website.
Later, he explained to CNN why Stem Express is scared about what is in those videos:
“In relation to the order from the California court that came down just a few days ago…We’re of course ready to attest any infringement or attempt to suppress or silent our free speech rights and our rights under the first amendment to publish.”
“The company, Stem Express, which is one of the Biotech companies that Planned Parenthood is partnered with to harvest their fetal tissue and sell it. Stem Express is trying to suppress a specific video recording of a meeting with their top leadership where their leadership admitted that they sometimes get fully intact fetuses shipped to their laboratory from the abortion clinics that they work with and that could be prima facie evidence of born alive infants. So that’s why they’re trying to suppress that video tape…”
One of the main companies which transports aborted “medical waste” from abortion and Planned Parenthood facilities is Stericycle which has net yet been connected to Stem Express.
